Method 1

A shiny, mirror-like surface can be achieved by using yuka flakes as a rub. Compared to conventional pigments, this is not the most economical option, since the flakes are crumbled in large quantities.

Fully prepare the nail for work: shape, degrease the nail plate and apply the base.
Cover your fingers with one layer of colored varnish.
Rub the scales tightly, like a pigment. Using your finger or an eyeshadow applicator, gently hammer into the sticky layer. Then the flakes lie flat, completely cover the nail, and a glossy shine appears.
Run gently buff along the end with a nail file and acid-free primer a little along the free edge to increase grip.
Cover with 2 coats of reinforcement top.

Advice: For problem nails (thin and flaky), it is necessary to reinforce before the design. Either cover your nails with acrylic, or align with a base. This will increase the adhesion of the design to the artificial turf.

Method 2

Application technique:

Prepare nails for work: sand, process and cover with a base.
Apply one coat of colored gel polish.
Transfer the yuki flakes to your fingers in any way.
Cover the design with a matte top.

Gradient

An incredibly spectacular yuka flake manicure has a unique iridescence. But what if you use several colors at once? After all, this is several times more chameleons!

Application method:

Before starting, treat the nails and cover them with a base.
Apply 1-2 coats of colored gel polish.
On one half of the plate, apply yuki flakes from 1 jar in any way (for example, overflow from purple to pink).
On the second part, carefully place light scales from 2 jars (for example, overflow from gold to green).
Gently rub the pigment on the nail with a brush, sponge or finger, achieving a mirror-like surface.
Gently blend the color joint to create a medium intermediate shade.
Apply a top as a top coat to secure the design.

Patterns

It is not necessary to transfer all of the yuka flakes all over your hand at once. Several fingers can be decorated with delicate patterns.

Prepare nails for work and cover them with a base.
Apply black varnish on 4 nails, and cover the ring finger with a beige tone (or any other).
On a sticky layer of dark gel polish, apply multi-colored scales with a brush, slightly smoothing them.
Bafom lightly walk along the end so that there are no flakes left on it.
Cover the surface with two layers of top and dry in a lamp.
Grind the unnamed beige nail with a nail file and remove the gloss so that flakes do not cling to it when creating a design.

Wipe the surface with a lint-free cloth. It will help remove excess pigment so that it does not reach for the top brush later.
Cover the manicure with two layers of top and remove the sticky layer.

The gradient can be absolutely anything: vertical, horizontal or diagonal. Also, a solid color can smoothly stretch into a mirrored surface created with yuka flakes.

Original options

An unusual overflow of yuka flakes can be a great base for creating a space manicure. The only thing left to do is create your own universe.
