Documents to the Pension Fund for registration of a pension

Appointment and payment of pension benefits

After the documents are accepted, the Russian Pension Fund considers them within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the application, or from the date of submission of the missing documents. If all the documents provided are true, then the insurance coverage is established from the day of applying for it, but not earlier than the citizen has the right to it.

This type of payment is unlimited and paid until the end of life citizen. Payment is made monthly. The recipient of the pension can be either the pensioner himself or his authorized representative.

Since there is no reason to apply multiplying factors to either the fixed benefit or the insurance pension, we apply the standard calculation formula:

Appointment and payment of pension benefits

The procedure for the appointment and payment of insurance pensions is established by the provisions of Art. 21 ФЗ №400 "On insurance pensions"... When a pensioner makes a decision to change the delivery organization or delivery method, it is necessary to notify the territorial body of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in writing.

What does a pension certificate look like in 2018?

Since 2015, the issuance of pension certificates was stopped and now instead of them, the Pension Fund units are issued reference, which contain all the necessary information that was previously contained in the pension certificate.

The pension legislation of Russia specifies the categories of women who can retire 5 years earlier. Women will become retirees at 50 if they have a minimum work experience and:

  • They are mothers of many children who have given birth to 5 or more children. An important condition: they must educate them before they are 8 years old.
  • They have work experience in the Far North.
  • They are the mother or guardian of a disabled child and raised him until the age of 8.

At the age of 45, female military personnel, as well as those with Chernobyl status, retire for seniority.

Women in the following professions are eligible for early retirement:

  • tractor drivers;
  • rescuers;
  • textile workers;
  • workers of industries on board;
  • teachers;
  • medical workers of medical institutions located in rural areas;
  • actors and circus artists.

The provision of such benefits is due to the fact that these women experience constant physical and psychological stress. Many representatives of the listed specialties work in difficult conditions, including climatic ones. By the time they retire, they acquire occupational diseases that prevent them from working at full capacity. For example, it is difficult to imagine an aerialist performing dizzying pirouettes at 50.
