Progress
To begin with, we decide on a drawing, what to draw. You can, like mine, a house with a tree and a fence. Or you can have a Christmas tree instead of a tree, you can even have a snowman, a full flight of imagination.

After we have decided on the pattern, we begin to lay out our drawing with a volume of papier-mâché. I make the mass myself, you can make a lot of it and store it for a long time in a tightly closed bag or in a jar with a tightly closed lid. I take white paper napkins, tear them into large pieces (and sometimes whole), fill them with hot water, and then thoroughly mix all this porridge with a blender into a homogeneous mass. Then I squeeze all the water through cheesecloth: it's better to squeeze out in small portions, it's more convenient. When the whole mass is squeezed out, I add PVA glue there, in such an amount that a plastic mass is obtained and everything is mixed very well. Then I add linseed oil. For lack of flaxseed, you can add olive. The only difference is that olive oil can "turn yellow" after drying, but it doesn't matter to me: I paint everything anyway.

I used a palette knife in shaping snowdrifts, you can use a plasticine stack. You can also trim uneven edges of a tree with a stack. But it is better when the tree is a little bit careless, since trees in nature have uneven trunks. I made twigs by twisting flagella. At the log house, I rolled sausages and if it was long, with the help of a stack, I removed the excess. You can, of course, simply impose a mass and then squeeze the logs into it.

After the drawing is laid out, we wet our fingers in glue and slightly coat our laid out drawing. Our craft must dry, it takes about a day.
After drying, we proceed to painting. I made the sky dark, you can of course paint everything black, but it will not be as interesting as mixing blue and black. And you do not need to paint everything in one color, do not large stretch marks from blue to black. To do this, mix all the colors on the palette. Please note that gouache has such a property as to lighten when it dries. As a palette, it is not necessary to use a purchased palette, here I have an ordinary piece of white plastic. You can use a white plate or even cut a plastic bottle and put a sheet of white paper under it.

After we proceed to the snow, we still mix the colors on the palette. The snow is not just white in winter, it is some kind of gulobovato-white, blue-white. In the shadows, sometimes as much blue.

We paint our birch tree with white black, we still mix the colors on the palette. We finish drawing the missing branches.

We paint the house and the fence. If your gouache kit does not have a brown color, you can get it by mixing red and green colors. And if you want a lighter shade, then add white paint. As always, mix all the colors on the palette and not on the work itself.

When everything is finished, we start drawing the stars and the moon.

To make our work complete we make a frame, I chose to make a frame from threads. If you have other ideas, feel free to use and try.
I smeared the PVA glue along the contour of our work and then attached the braided threads to the pigtail.

If the thread falls off, then press it with clothespins, I don't have any, I used paper clips. And so let the work lie down for about 20 minutes, so that the glue dries a little.

We start making supplies for work. Glue a piece of fabric to the cardboard from both sides. Let the glue dry. After drying, we glue the fabric on cardboard boxes to our work from the back side. For greater reliability, I glued more pieces of paper on the glued cloth. The glue dries in about half an hour.

Well, the work is ready.

Spending time with kids is always exciting and interesting. Sometimes you can hear such pearls from their lips that you involuntarily understand: life is beautiful. Their spontaneity and positivity can ignite anyone, and a sincere smile can awaken a spark of goodness even in the most callous heart.

Because of these qualities, we want to spend more and more time with the kids, especially since in winter we can come up with a lot of entertainment for any child. On the street, you can play snowballs and go sledding, build a snowman, or simply take a walk in the snow-covered park. But at home all those emotions from funny games will help to embody the application on the theme "Winter".

In fact, there are a lot of options for such crafts. In this article, we will consider the most interesting ideas of different levels of difficulty and try to bring them to life together with the baby.

Craft "Christmas wreath"

Doing it yourself is always an interesting experience. The application "Winter" should be not only beautiful, but also useful - often this is exactly the requirement we make for our creation. Such a wreath can not only be tinkered with pleasure, but also hung on the door in the form of an interesting element of the interior at the time of the New Year holidays.

1. Cut out a round shape from polystyrene with a hole inside, cover the base with silver paint from a spray can.

2. At this moment, your child can cut thin strips of white and light cream fabric, which will serve as decoration.

3. We attach the edge of the fabric to the glue gun and gradually wrap the foam, securing each turn with a small drop of glue. Do this carefully, as the glue under high temperature can simply burn out this base.

4. The application on the "Winter" theme is almost ready, all that remains is to attach some small elements for the final decoration. It can be foam balls, snowflakes, bells, imitation mistletoe twigs and many other elements that are suitable for our craft.

"New Year's mittens"

The next application "Winter" is no more complicated. The average group of a kindergarten can easily cope with such a simple and beautiful craft. It can be hung on a Christmas tree or to decorate a wall.

1. Draw a mitten on the back of the cardboard by hand or translate its contour using a piece, carefully cut it out.

2. With an awl we evenly make holes in six places of the mittens.

3. We fix the thread on the back of the cardboard, insert it into each hole one by one, and thereby create a binding in the form of a snowflake.

4. We attach cotton wool to the glue at the very "base" of the snowflake, let it dry. Optionally, you can fasten the mittens together on the wrong side and hang both at once in the place you need.

"Polar Bear"

There is another interesting option with which you can constantly fantasize and invent - this is an eternal occupation. The application "Winter" or "Polar Bear" will surely cheer you up and your child.

1. Cut out an even white circle from cardboard for the muzzle and two small semicircles for the ears.

2. Cut a lot of small squares out of crepe paper.

3. Attach a small plastic cup to the superglue just below the middle of the circle, attach the eyes. For the eyes, you can buy special blanks for toys or just cut two small circles out of cardboard and fix
at an equal distance above the nose of the future bear.

4. We begin to fasten the workpieces. On the reverse side, in the middle of the square, drip glue, fix it on the base. Each next piece is tightly attached to the previous one, so as not to leave gaps.

5. Optionally, you can attach a hook and hang your creation on the wall.

"Ice Tale"

Any kind of creativity, including application, will help to express all your feelings and emotions. "Winter has come" - just two words, and how many memories and pleasant moments immediately come to mind! Fans of sports and ice skating should definitely do something similar!

1. Smear the blue cardboard with glue in a stick, sprinkle with sparkles until it is high.

2. We cut out heroes from magazines or ordinary coloring pages, on this craft this is a girl on skates and two Christmas trees. It is advisable to cut out the figures with a small allowance, for which we will attach them to the cardboard.

3. Grease the remaining distance after the drawing with glue, attach it to the cardboard.

4. For fidelity, you can make the heroes more persistent - attach a piece of cotton wool on the back, as if it were an ordinary snowdrift. So that it is not too striking, we also glue the edging of the cardboard with cotton wool.

"Winter forest"

There is one more wonderful application "Winter". The senior group that will carry out this task must be diligent and attentive. It is under these conditions that the craft will turn out beautiful and give a lot of positive emotions.

1. Put a lot of white dots on the blue cardboard, which will simulate snowfall.

2. Draw the contour of the snowdrift with a smooth line, paint over it with white gouache.

3. Cut out three brown rectangles, glue them on the "snowdrift".

This application on the theme of "Winter" will help you have fun and forget about everyday affairs.

What else is the use of making crafts?

Besides the aesthetic and entertainment purpose of making crafts, there are tons of other useful factors.

1. During such creativity, fine motor skills of the hands develops.

2. Application on the theme "Winter" requires a lot of attention and develops perseverance.

3. Discussion of options and the process of creating crafts itself contributes to the development of the child's creative abilities.

4. Thanks to the initiative of the parents, the kid will master many needlework techniques from childhood, which will definitely come in handy in life.

5. Creativity is a great way to have fun and family time.

6. Thanks to handicrafts, you can perfectly decorate the interior without involving designers and without investing a lot of money.

7. After many years, your child, who has already matured, will certainly remember those times with affection, looking at his children's creativity.

Thus, crafts are the best idea for those who still have doubts about how to spend their time, and various techniques and working together will only make this process more fun and enjoyable!

Master class on volumetric application "Winter evening"

Master class on making panels using the volumetric application of polystyrene foam "Winter Evening"

Kulyasova Katya, 9 years old.
Leader: Muzychenko Elena Nikitichna, teacher of additional education, "Center for the Development of Creativity of Children and Youth", children's club "Chaika", Orenburg.
Purpose: Creation of a volumetric foam panel with a three-dimensional image.
Tasks: Learning the concepts of perspective; consolidation of practical skills in cutting on foam.
Purpose: Interior decoration, work for an exhibition, a gift.
This panel was made in 2 hours of class in our circle. Children really like this type of creativity, firstly, it is easy to choose the degree of difficulty depending on age, the simpler the initial drawing, the easier the work, and secondly, the finished work in one lesson.

For work you will need:

Drawn picture (size A-4)
Ceiling tiles (dense, shallow relief)
Scissors
A pen
Pencil
Cutter or clerical knife
Gouache and brushes
Ceiling tile adhesive

The first thing we do is draw a plot for the future panel. (This picture will be at the same time a stencil for the applique). Our theme is winter, which means that the plot will be winter. This, of course, is a snow-covered forest, there is so much snow on the trees that they seem heavy, and at the edge of the forest there is a wooden hut in which the windows are glowing. Who lives in this hut? Probably the one who fashioned a funny snowman out of the snow and gave him a hat and a scarf.

Now that the plot is ready, we cut out the base of the panel. To do this, we simply attach our stencil picture to the corner of the tile and outline two sides with a pen (you need to draw with a pen, as it leaves a clear, well-visible trace).

We put the tiles on a wooden board or on a sheet of cardboard (so as not to spoil the table) and carefully cut out. We put the cut out base aside, this will be the background of our composition, on which the winter sky will be drawn.

Since the sky will be in the background, which has already been cut out, we take a stencil and cut out the trees with scissors, thereby removing the sky. We draw the resulting picture on the foam.

Carefully cut it out and set it aside too (this is the middle plan).

Now we cut out a house with a snowman in the picture (that is, we remove the trees)

Again we apply the resulting stencil to the tile, circle and cut out. But that is not all.

A heavy cap of snow hung over the hut and to show this, we will cut out the "frame" of the hut (we will draw it in the middle ground)

Draw on tiles and cut out.

All details are cut.

Now we need to draw all the details that we will paint. You need to do this with a pencil, it leaves a colorless outline and creates additional volume. To simplify your work and avoid possible mistakes, you can use the stencil again by simply cutting out small parts and transferring them to the foam.

Well, now you can paint.

To prevent the snowman from freezing on a frosty night, we will cut out a pair of mittens for him, which we will fix with a toothpick.

It is better to paint while the details are not yet glued. First, we paint the sky, you can draw a bright moon and circles diverging from the severe frost, then we paint the hut, hat and scarf for the snowman. The snow from above is illuminated by a bright moon, so we only slightly tint with blue where there should be a shadow, draw green needles near the trees. Add light falling from the windows. The final touch can be added sparkle in the snow.

We glue well-dried parts with glue for ceiling tiles. The panel is ready, it remains only to put it in a frame.

Most of the winter appliques described in this article are volumetric appliqués.

On this applique, winter snow is made of white paper, which the child had previously torn into small pieces with his hands. By the way, tearing paper with your hands is very useful for the development of fine motor skills in children.

Here is another adorable winter house. It should be noted that it is very common to depict houses on appliques on the theme of winter. In this applique, winter snow is made of ordinary cotton wool. To create such a voluminous applique, you will first need to find any coloring for a winter house on the Internet. Cut it out figuratively, stick it on colored cardboard. Color in, and at the end, glue winter cotton wool on your applique to create the appearance of drifts and snow on the roof of the house.

3. Application winter middle group. Applique winter senior group

We have already talked about the application on the theme of winter made of torn paper. Here is another interesting option for a similar craft.

We would like to pay special attention to winter applications using corrugated paper. In the photo below, children make applications on the theme of winter. They glue the templates of mittens with multi-colored pieces of corrugated paper. It is better to cut corrugated paper for applique with scissors rather than tear it by hand. It should be glued with PVA glue diluted with water in a 1: 1 ratio.

See what bright and original winter applications the children got as a result.

The Christmas trees in the photo below are also made of corrugated paper. You can make multi-colored Christmas trees, or you can make green ones from paper of different shades of green. Choose which one you like best. How to make such a winter applique? Cut the corrugated paper of different colors into small pieces. Paste it randomly onto a white sheet of paper. When the glue is dry, cut the triangles out of the glue. These will be Christmas trees. Stick them on a piece of blue heavy paper. Use white paint to paint drifts and falling snow. By the way, snow for winter applique can be made from white paper using a hole punch.

4. Application winter preparatory group. Applique winter younger group

With young children, it's easy and quick to make such funny appliques on the theme of winter called "" melted snowmen. "Children can cut out the details for the applique themselves or you can make them for them in advance. This winter applique is good because it does not require any special even children of the younger group of kindergarten can handle it.

Another simple applique on the theme of winter. We draw a mitten on thick paper or cardboard. We cut out a beautiful snowflake from paper. We glue the snowflake onto our winter applique. Done!

5. Applique winter. Applique on the theme of winter

Insert a sheet of colored paper inside the glass. Dip the balls in white paint. Now put them in a glass, close it with a lid and shake well. The result is colored paper with white streaks. Make colored paper with white streaks in other colors in the same way. From these blanks, cut out the details of the applique on the winter theme.

Finally, two more unusual winter appliques. The first application, called "Snowblower", will appeal primarily to boys. To make such a volumetric applique, you will need: colored paper, a cardboard roll of toilet paper, cotton wool, a piece of air bubble wrap.
