You will need:

an empty bottle of champagne;

500 - 700 g of sweets.

Carefully wipe the glass of the bottle with a dry cloth, otherwise the tape will not stick.
Starting at the base, stick a strip of double-sided tape onto the bottle. You can "wrap" in a spiral, or you can in parallel rows. As you like.

Step by step work.
We make a cone from green cardboard, fix the bottom of the cone with a stapler in several places. Glue the side.
