Asian eye makeup. Makeup for Asian eyes in stages. Makeup lessons for Asian eyes

Asian makeup often attracts European-looking girls. Therefore, at present, many European girls are interested in the application of Asian-style cosmetics.

Asian eye makeup secrets

The beauty of oriental girls, which nature has endowed them with, is unique, but with the help of cosmetics, the female half of the East has learned to emphasize it, giving the image individuality and uniqueness. With the help of eye makeup, oriental girls manage to highlight their natural beauty, because their eyes are not necessarily narrow and small. Asian eyes can be large and deep.

The main feature of Asian eyes is drooping eyelids. This feature is not considered a negative feature. This is the highlight that distinguishes the eastern type of appearance from the western one. The important thing is that it is possible to recreate the image of an Asian girl with the help of cosmetics, but it is quite difficult to achieve this if you do not know some of the subtleties of makeup.

The peculiarity of high overhanging eyelids is explained by the fact that they contain a greater amount of fatty deposits. Therefore, first of all, unlike European and Arabian eye makeup, Asians begin to paint their eyes by trying to disguise fat deposits under the eyelids. Only after this does the main make-up begin.

Today, special adhesives are used in cosmetology, the use of which helps to fix and tighten the overhanging upper eyelid, as a result of which the eyes become wider, the look deeper and more attractive. However, such a procedure brings unpleasant sensations, and it is quite tedious to perform it. Some girls think about corrective eyelid surgery, but this is not an option, because the eyes can forever lose their oriental mystery and charm.

The question arises, why change the lovely features that nature itself has awarded. Indeed, in this case, drooping eyelids are a wonderful and piquant addition to makeup. If you design them well in the style of Asian makeup, no one can pass by without paying attention to such unique and luxurious eyes. To hide the effect of puffy eyes, visually enlarge their cut, and make the look unusually deep and at the same time light, you need to know just a few rules for applying Asian makeup.

Many European girls try to do Asian makeup, but before proceeding with the makeup, you should take into account the features of Asian facial features that are different from the European type:

  1. Yellowish tint of the skin. People of the European type have light skin.
  2. Pronounced cheekbones, in European women they stand out slightly less.
  3. The lip line is smooth, clearly defined.
  4. The upper eyelid hanging over the eyeball, which is impossible to see in any girl with pure features of the European type.
  5. All Asians have slanting eyes, but it is rarely found in European girls.

All these features must be taken into account if a decision is made to learn how to independently perform Asian makeup.

Changing your image

To look perfect every day, it is recommended to take care of your appearance, the beauty of your skin, and to do the right makeup. Asians are girls gifted with special beauty, but still want to look unusual, so make-up techniques are used. Due to the fact that girls of Asian type have a peculiar cut of the eyes, they need to be painted using special techniques.

Asian makeup options:

  • preservation of the visual size of the eyes, while the upper eyelid is painted with light shadows, and a piercing and deep look is achieved by applying black shadows in the upper corner of the eye;
  • visual enlargement of the eyes is possible if you draw a small fold on the upper eyelid.

These make-up techniques will allow you to highlight the eyes and emphasize the look. Asians tend to boast dark hair paired with hazel eyes. Therefore, there is a classic makeup scheme.

How to properly apply Asian makeup

At the heart of all makeup, like European girls, is a properly selected foundation. It is used for the same purposes as in all types of makeup, to mask possible imperfections in the skin of the face. These can be small inflammatory processes on the skin, age spots, circles under the eyes from fatigue and lack of sleep.

The main difference when choosing a foundation is the exclusion of pink tones from the assortment. To apply Asian makeup, you need to opt for golden, beige, and in some cases creamy shades of foundation.

When choosing a blush, you should exclude pink shades. As for the shadows, it all depends on the type of makeup: for everyday use, only light colors should be used, and for evening makeup, shades of brown are suitable, from beige to light brown. Shadows of golden and silver shades are quite appropriate in evening make-up.

Cold tones are generally not used by Asians. The fact is that blue, blue and purple eyeshadow colors are not suitable for dark hair and brown eyes, therefore they are not in demand when applying Asian makeup, while they are suitable for a European type of face.

The main and crucial moment when performing Asian makeup on a European face is the choice and correct application of eyeliner. Attention is focused on the eyes, they are the highlight of the whole image.

When applying eyeliner, you need to try to visually increase the length of the eyes as much as possible, as if to stretch them. In this case, you need to draw long arrows in the outer corner of the eye. This is achieved by lengthening the incision of the eyes. As for the inner corner, there is a more difficult task here. It is necessary to start drawing an arrow in the very corner of the eye, while above the lacrimal tubercle the strip should have the greatest thickness, and by the middle of the upper eyelid it should narrow and turn into a very thin strip. With the help of this technique, a visual masking of a wide cut in the eyes of European women is obtained.

It is advisable to take lengthening mascara, especially if the eyelashes are short. Although, in reality, Asian girls cannot boast of long eyelashes, so using all kinds of eyelash lengthening products is quite appropriate.

As for the lips, here you can use light lipstick tones and even pink. In evening make-up, red and scarlet lipstick is quite appropriate. The Asian type of makeup is just the case when you should not, while following the rules of makeup, focus on the lips or eyes. In Asian makeup, the eyes shine with depth, and the lips glow with bright colors.

So, it is not that difficult to do a spectacular Asian-style makeup.

The main thing is to choose the right color scheme for cosmetics and follow the recommendations for making up.

In this case, you can be sure that the result will be mesmerizing. It is recommended that you experiment with your appearance and do an Asian make-up.

What makeup suits Asian eyes, how to choose the perfect tone for "yellow" skin and what beauty trends should moon-faced girls adopt? The professional make-up artist, stylist, personal shopper ASIA studio style Elena Shotkinova knows the answers to all these questions.

P.A .: Elena, tell us about your experience in the field of beauty first, please. How did your passion for the art of visage start?

Y.Sh .: Since childhood, I like to draw, dress up, design. She always drew inspiration from literature, painting, fashion magazines, cinema, travel and communication with people. All this still shapes my taste.

At first, I applied my knowledge in the field of fashion and beauty to create my own image, and at some point, relatives and friends began to listen to me, seek advice, and ask for my opinion on my appearance. It was they, my close people, satisfied with their own reflection in the mirror, who convinced me of the need to develop in this direction. And, in gratitude for the services rendered and the time given to them, they began to pay for my work. So the hobby logically developed into a professional activity.

I got my diploma as a make-up artist and opened ASIA studio style. We provide a range of professional make-up services, style consultations, shopping support in Irkutsk, Irkutsk region, and often work with clients from Ulan-Ude, Buryatia.

But even now my training does not stop for a moment. Every day you learn something new, adopt someone else's experience, experiment. After all, a professional is an expert, he is always aware of all directions and new products, he is the first to know and begin to apply new techniques. Of course, I follow the work of colleagues, celebrity stylists and world-renowned makeup artists, bloggers and main trendsetters. We live in the information age, when acquiring knowledge is not a problem, you only need desire and inspiration.

And I am inspired by the surrounding beauty - the beauty of nature, objects, persons. Well-groomed, stylish, tastefully dressed people always attract my attention and often delight me.

P.A .: Many Moscow makeup artists admit that they cannot paint Asian eyes. What do you think is the most difficult thing about makeup for Asian girls?

Е.А .: Indeed, many makeup artists fall into a stupor and do not understand how to paint a "flat" eye, devoid of an obvious fold of the upper eyelid, how to correct a wide face, protruding cheekbones or our chubby cheeks. Often they use the wrong texture of cosmetics and choose the wrong intensity of pigments. In a word, they do not take into account the features of an Asian face, the types of which are also several. But for many, Asians are generally "the same person."

In this regard, me and my colleague (note - to the ASIA studio style makeup artist Irina Shotkinova), everything is clear, we ourselves are the owners of a bright Asian appearance and know firsthand all the nuances that may excite our girls. In addition, I myself have never been satisfied with the work of a "European" make-up artist, so I decided to become a professional myself.

Y.Sh .: To begin with, if you have any problems with your skin, it is better to immediately consult a cosmetologist. No extra money? There are also free government clinics. The main thing is not to engage in amateur performances! As for the make-up tricks, they are more international:

1) moisturize your skin with special attention lip skin;

2) when applying foundation, never do not distribute it in dots all over the face for subsequent shading - in these places it manages to gain a foothold and you will eventually get spots;

3) I advise intensively draw the space between the eyelashes black or dark brown pencil. This will make the eyelashes appear denser and the look deeper;

4) always curl your eyelashes for a wider look, intensively painting over them from the roots in two layers with lengthening ink;

5) it is necessary to have tonal means of two shades in the cosmetic bag: light and darker, in order to mix, choosing the color most suitable for the skin, depending on the season. Also, tonal means of a dark and light shade will allow correct the shape of the face, make it sculptural.

6) I recommend that you master techniques for oily and dry face correction by signing up for a makeup professional with a lesson! The make-up artist will introduce you to your face, its proportions. He will teach you how to select cosmetics and master the basic makeup techniques that are right for you. (Such a service with the option of disassembling the cosmetic bag is presented in our ASIA studio style, its duration is 1.5 hours, the cost is 2000 rubles.)

“Any look will not be complete and harmonious without makeup. The "correct" make-up will always emphasize your natural beauty and correct small imperfections. It is believed that girls and women who “do not make up” have too high a high opinion of themselves! "

P.A .: What, in your opinion, are the most common makeup mistakes that Asians make? How to DO NOT paint? Do you have a beauty taboo?

Y.Sh .: For several seasons in a row, the emphasis on eyebrows has been in fashion. I am glad that so much attention has been paid to this element of the face - eyebrows, along with tone, are indeed the most important point in makeup. But at the same time, they are most often the subject of ridicule. Unfortunately, very often our Asian beauties literally disfigure themselves with black, clear, intensely colored at the bridge of the nose, too short or too long, old-fashioned round or triangular graphic arts. Pretty girls, please give up once and for all eyebrow tattoo and use oily pencil even if your eyebrows are missing as a genre. Eyebrow tattooing is taboo! Grow yours as much as possible and ask a professional makeup artist to create a fashionable, beautiful, naturally accentuated brow line.

Asia Studio Style work

You can often observe and improper application of blush. Girls either take the shadow low, then the lower part of the face "floats" down. Either it is clearly carried out with blush along the cheekbone cavity, then the cheekbones become even more pronounced. Remember, the blush is applied to the apples of the cheeks towards the temples!

And further - there is no brown blush!

You should also be careful with pearlescent textures. When thinking about adding a shine, beware of another effect - swelling.

I also want to note that often our Asians sin by wearing evening make-up from the very early morning. To put it mildly, dark smoky eyes and / or red lipstick are not entirely appropriate at 8 am.

P.A .: How to choose the right foundation / BB cream for Asian skin? Is it true that we all have a predominantly yellow undertone and therefore we need to look for tonalities with yellow pigments (and in no case with red ones)?

Y.S .: Asians are a yellow race. Indeed, most people in Asia have a dark yellowish skin tone, especially those living in southern latitudes and areas with intense solar activity. But let's not forget that northern peoples such as Yakuts, Evenks, Western Buryats, etc. often have very light skin with a pink undertone or generally uniformly snow-white skin of a cold shade.

The perfect tone should blend in with the skin tone and match the skin tone on the neck. Moreover, the color of the foundation always depends solely on the natural shade of your skin at a given time of the year (in summer it is darker, in winter it is lighter).

Again, there is a neutral palette of colors ranging from lightest to darkest with beige pigments. Such funds are suitable for everyone, including helping to neutralize both excessive yellowness and pink, reddish tone.

Each brand has tonal products in a cold, warm and neutral palette. The designation of tones with the letters W, C, N means: warm - warm, cold - cold, neutral - neutral.

P.A .: What are the current makeup trends that are perfect for Asian women?

Y.Sh .: Our type of appearance is now in great demand in the global fashion industry. Asian models take part in the best shows of the season and set trends, inspiring us all!

In the spring-summer'15 season, perfect radiant skin devoid of imperfections, wide eyebrows, Nude-make-up is beyond competition.

If you are the owner of sun freckles, this season they do not need to be covered with dense corrective agents, but even need to be emphasized.

For Asian Eyes: feel free to draw graphical, charcoal arrows. Thickness can be varied from thin for the office option to thick and curved, a kind of theatrical option.

An alternative is bright eyes, with unusual colored arrows along the upper or lower eyelids, or double arrows, when black is duplicated on top of the color:

Maybe someone will like it monochrome application of shadows on almost the entire eyelid such as yellow or bright blue.

Asian girls look exotic and always attract the attention of others. Their brown eyes are called mysterious and inviting. But if a Russian girl sometimes just needs to go through the centuries with shadows and make up her eyelashes, makeup for Asian eyes has a number of differences.

Makeup features

The main difference between the face of Asian women is the shape of the eyes. Their shape is narrow, somewhat slanting, the movable eyelid almost always overhangs and does not have a fold. Eyelashes are rarely long and fluffy, which is why Asian girls have a harder time adjusting the severity of their gaze. But in most cases, the cheekbones of such a face are very expressive, and the lips are small, but plump. To the disadvantages of the general background, a yellowish undertone of the face and porous skin are added.

Despite such features, the basis of the makeup of Asian women (Chinese women, Japanese women, Korean women, Uzbek, Kazakh girls, etc.) is an emphasis on the flawlessness of the skin and a light, alluring look. To highlight your eyes, you need to bring your skin to perfect condition. This is a necessary condition, without which beautiful makeup will not work.

The task of the make-up of Asian eyes is the correction of the shape: you need to visually enlarge them in size, open the look, make it expressive.

All the subtleties of the "open eye" make-up imply the use of special cosmetics... They are based on the culture and traditions of the countries. This is not only eye makeup: harmony of all facial features is needed to create the right image. When correcting the shape of the eyes, it is important not to lose their individuality.

A distinctive feature of Asian makeup is naturalness. What is permissible in our country is not always welcomed by them. Each make-up is subject to a specific case and should look natural, as if all facial features are ideal by nature. The main thing is to demonstrate feminine beauty, not cosmetics.

In special cases (ceremonial event, national holiday, wedding, etc.), some freedom is allowed, but taking into account the traditions of the country. Asian makeup is thought out to the smallest detail: every touch in it has its own meaning. Even worshiping fashion trends (anime style, idols) can affect eye makeup, as the use of a special glue that lifts the eyelids eloquently testifies.

Skin preparation

Asian woman's style - natural charm and health... First, you need to tidy up the skin: this will accentuate the beauty of the eyes. Before applying cosmetics, you should cleanse the skin and rinse it with cold water to tighten the pores.

The skin tone is evened out with the help of a foundation, and due to the peculiarities of the natural skin color, pink shades of the product are unacceptable. The shade of the tone should perfectly match the complexion.

An important nuance is getting rid of dark circles around the eyes: they are unacceptable, as they make the eyes dull and sore. To eliminate these shortcomings, you need to use a concealer or foundation one tone lighter than your natural skin color.

The finishing touch to create a flawless dermis is a light layer of loose powder. Flawless skin should glow, say Asians.

They use a highlighter and a little blush accent to give the skin a healthy glow.

Color solutions

Asian-style eye makeup sticks to natural shades... At the same time, the palette can be varied: the base of the color is pleasant and natural, but it allows adding soft contrasts to the main tone. The main thing is to look natural and harmonious. Such makeup will be appropriate in any look and is suitable for a different style direction.

Unlike European women, who often show their eyes with aggressive colors, the Asian puts emphasis on natural beauty. An excellent result is achieved by combining smooth contrasts and shading of several natural tones close to skin color (ombre technique). There can be no coincidence in choosing the color of the shadows: you need to give the eyes visual depth.

The eyeshadow palette for special occasions allows for darker and more saturated shades. It often contains dark gray and black tones. Cosmetics for national events are special. It can include bright and unusual colors up to bright pink, blue, purple, silver.

Red shadows are taboo: they make the eyes sick, swollen and tear-stained, ideal ones are those whose color is close to the natural blush, but a little darker.

Types of make-up

Asian makeup is multifaceted and national. Regardless of the chosen image, it turns out to be rich and harmonious. Brown-eyed beauties know a lot about applying cosmetics, so their eyes are always beautiful, and the image is distinguished by a delicate taste and some aristocracy.

Asian make-up can be:

  • everyday(daytime), made in the style of minimalism;
  • evening marked by brighter contrasts;
  • national demonstrating the peculiarities of the culture of a particular country;
  • scenic(variety), representing the artist in the best possible light.

Depending on the specific case, the methods of applying cosmetics may differ.... Makeup options vary according to the girl's country of residence. Great interest in the peculiarities of applying cosmetics in order to change the shape of the eyes makes Asian makeup in demand. Trying on this style, European girls are looking for a new way of self-expression, tired of massive makeup.

It is worth noting that Asian make-up does not imply face sculpting. It is important to be yourself, so a visual change in facial features is not encouraged. In addition, this approach does not fit in any way with the light and mysterious image of an Asian woman.

How to apply correctly?

Beautiful makeup is the dream of many girls. And if the national make-up differs, the classic remains unchanged: it doesn't matter which country the girl lives in (China, Korea, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia).

Asian eye makeup is actually not as difficult as it might seem.... If you follow each step step by step, you can quickly master the technique of an expressive and inviting gaze.

The job of creating beautiful eyes starts with applying a base under the eyeshadow. If you ignore this step, your makeup can look messy within a couple of hours after application.

Day

Discreet and everyday make-up is a universal solution. To create it, you don't need a whole artillery of cosmetics: a standard set of cosmetics is enough:

  • forever apply light shadows, creating the effect of large eyes and depth;
  • upper eyelid tinted with a dark tone of cosmetics, not forgetting about the outer corner;
  • at the base of the lash line the contour of the movable eyelid is drawn with a liquid eyeliner;
  • center of the upper eyelid emphasize with white shadows, creating the effect of volume;
  • draw a couple of strokes in the same color along the lower border of the eyelashes and at the outer corner;
  • it's time for mascara: it is applied in two layers on top and quite a bit on the lower eyelashes, remembering to comb them thoroughly, excluding the stickiness effect;
  • it remains to emphasize eyebrow line the natural color of the shadows, correct the tone of the face, make up the lips with light lipstick or transparent gloss.

Due to the natural colors of the eyeshadows, such makeup will not look bright, even if the eyes are accented with eyeliner.

Evening

Evening makeup can be brighter than daytime. It allows the use of a wide strip of eyeliner and multiple layers of mascara. One of the most popular eye shadow application techniques is ombre. Its principle adheres to the rule: the closer the shadows are applied to the lash line, the darker their color. With the help of this technique, it is possible to make the look expressive and the eyes large.

The technique itself is no more complicated than the previous one:

  • before applying decorative cosmetics, the eyelid is prepared using a base;
  • then light shadows create the appearance of depth at the outer corner from the eyelid to the eyebrow line, applying shadows along the upper and lower eyelids;
  • thorough shading- an obligatory technique that allows you to look beautiful and natural even in dark shades;
  • shadows of dark tone the lower and upper eyelids are brought down, smoothly stretching the tone;

  • ombre effect fixed with a brush;
  • balances of funds on the brush, you can walk along the line of growth of the eyebrows (just a couple of strokes);
  • for eye enlargement you can use eyeliner: first, draw a thin line from the inner corner (at the very line of eyelash growth);
  • without touching the inner corner, add thickness to the eyeliner line;
  • it remains to make up eyelashes and make your eyes wide open with the eyelash curler.

Korean style

The technique of Korean idols does not leave many girls indifferent. This is a unique puppet image, which, despite its unusualness, looks natural and beautiful. The basic rule remains the same: perfect skin is the basis for the success and expressiveness of the eyes.

The method of applying cosmetics allows the use of a pencil and work with the lower eyelid:

  • on the upper eyelid area apply the base;
  • after the basics the eyelid is set off with cosmetics of light brown color, slightly darker than the skin tone;
  • the closer to the border of eyelash growth, the darker the shade of shadows is chosen, not forgetting to stretch it up;
  • along the border a barely noticeable stroke is applied to the lower eyelid with light shadows: this will enlarge the eyes;

  • dark shadows are needed to accent the outer corner: they are applied in the direction from the outer corner to the middle, not forgetting to add a drop of the product to the lower eyelid;
  • no eyeliner needed: draw a line with a brown pencil along the line of growth of the eyelashes;
  • eye accent should be soft: the line should be shaded gently;
  • after shadows it is the turn of mascara: it is applied in two layers not the upper eyelashes and barely combing the lower ones;
  • it remains to add blush- and the image of the Korean woman is ready!

How to choose cosmetics?

Choosing the right makeup is not an easy task. The difference between Asian eye makeup is the use of special cosmetics, most of which are made specifically for this type of skin and eyes. European counterparts do not always give the desired effect, since their purpose as a whole is a decorative function. In addition, you need to select cosmetics based on the type of skin on your face.

Products of a special plan are developed taking into account the additional effect and are intended not only for adjustments or care, but also for protecting the face from ultraviolet radiation, as well as other negative environmental factors. These are long-lasting cosmetics that do not slip or smudge during the day.

Eyeliner is one of the favorite techniques of Uzbek, Chinese and Korean makeup. Its consistency should be liquid and its color should be exclusively black. The shade of the pencil can be black or brown. Some girls add a white pencil to their cosmetic bag.

A standard makeup kit should include foundation, concealer, eyeliner, pencil, eyeshadow, mascara, blush, translucent gloss, and lipstick. Advanced women of fashion use special cosmetics: cushion and tints. Cushion (a special pad with tonal impregnation) is a good substitute for a foundation, it is applied in a thin, natural layer. Tints - cosmetics for eyebrows, eyes and cheeks. By choosing such products, you can be sure of the durability of your makeup.

When buying Asian-style cosmetics, you need to consider a number of nuances:

  • perfect shadows- matte and similar in tone in the palette;
  • flawless foundation- one whose texture is light and uniform;
  • good mascara- medium texture with a lengthening effect and a comfortable brush;
  • ink color for daytime make-up dark brown, for evening out - black;
  • day lipstick should be almost imperceptible, evening allows a hint of saturation.

In addition, when buying cosmetics, you need to pay attention to the expiration date. You can not paint with expired drugs, so as not to harm the health of the skin.

It is not enough to say about Asian eyes that they are beautiful. They are unique, mysterious and alluring. Such eyes are also called languid, because the lower eyelid is strongly lowered, thus, the look is open. However, not everyone is happy that they have such dignity in their appearance.

Due to their special shape, some girls find it quite difficult to create a beautiful make-up before these eyes. Makeup for Asian eyes, carried out according to all the rules, is able to highlight the exotic beauty of a girl's face and make her look clearer and bottomless.

When performing make-up, professional makeup artists try to preserve the natural shape of Asian eyes, but at the same time make them visually large.

  • For this, a white pencil is used, which is brought in to the lower eyelid.
  • But your eyes won't look beautiful if you don't apply makeup on your eyelashes. Due to the fact that most girls of this type have short eyelashes, it is advisable to use mascara with a lengthening effect (preferably in 2 layers).

Heavy eyelids

Often girls are interested in how to deal with the impending centuries. Such an eyelid can be visually raised - an easy adjustment of the eyebrows will help to do this: you need to remove the "falling" tail.

By removing the lower hairs and painting the upper ones, you will notice that the Asian makeup looks fresher and the overhanging eyelids become less visible.

How to use eyeshadow for Asian eyes correctly

In applying shadows, the main rule is to maintain a play of two colors: white and dark.

White shadows are applied under the eyebrow, while on the upper eyelid, a transition from a light tone to a dark one is performed.

Asian girls should choose matte textures and avoid abrupt transitions to create attractive makeup.

After applying dark shadows to the fold of the eyelid, you need to make a light and natural transition to the white shadows under the eyebrow. In this case, shading must be present.

Using "arrows"

It is very common to see how Asian eyes are tinted with arrows. In this type of makeup, eyeliner is the most important element. Thanks to her, you can make your eyes brighter and more beautiful.
For contour lines, you can use a choice of either a charcoal pencil or liquid eyeliner.

A wide contour strip of eyeliner applied along the upper eyelid will also help to enlarge narrow eyes.

Make-up for Asian eyes with a slanting shape with half-raised corners can be slightly corrected, giving the eyes a more rounded shape. To do this, you need to draw the outer corner of the eye with a pencil right up to the middle of the eyelid.

It is not worth painting on the lower eyelid and lengthening the line behind the corners of the eyes - this will give the opposite result.

By the way, eyeliners and pencils are also required for the eyebrows. Applying them, you can make your eyebrows more expressive and give them a perfect look.

Additional cosmetics for yellowish face

Asian makeup is always done with foundation. But you need to select it carefully, since not all shades of this product are suitable for these girls.

The skin tone of Asian women is often yellowish, so it is best to use light brown, tan, golden, and honey tones.

  • To refresh and create a more attractive look, make-up artists recommend applying a little blush in peach, pink or bright coral shades to the face.
  • Lips can be tinted with lipstick in a saturated bright or, conversely, a natural light color.

Daytime make-up is usually performed in light and restrained colors, so it is perfect for every day. Often in this case, you can see shades such as peach, light gold and the like.

Features of daytime makeup:

  1. The eyelids in daytime makeup are completely covered by the main shade tone up to the growth of the eyebrows.
  2. The line under the lower lashes is drawn with the same base.
  3. On the upper eyelid, a thin contour strip is drawn at the base of the eyelash growth.
  4. Eyelashes are tinted with mascara in 1 layer.
  5. Sparse eyebrows can be drawn with a pencil of a non-dark shade - they will take on a sharper shape.

Performing a light make-up, do not put the tonal base aside. Day makeup for Asian eyes must be performed with this product.

It is best to choose an eye shadow that most closely resembles a natural blush, but at the same time looks darker than the color of the cheeks. When choosing mascara, you should abandon the thickening effect - it is useless in daytime makeup.

Ways to apply light makeup for an Asian type of face:

  • Without changing the original shape of the eyes.
  1. Apply white eye shadow on the moving eyelid.
  2. Apply dark shadows to the outer corner, this will give the look a certain languor and depth.

Let's draw an imaginary fold on the upper eyelid, thanks to which it "rises" above the eye.

In daytime makeup, you can use the following shades of eyeshadow: green, pearl, dark gray. It is best if they are matte, since mother of pearl is more suitable for an evening version.

In some cases, you can not use shadows at all when creating makeup, or you can place very little emphasis on the outer corner to make your look appear more expressive.

Some of the things to avoid are reddish shadows. They will make your eyes appear swollen and tear-stained.

Smokey ice is a great everyday make-up option for girls with an Asian face type.

How to make smokey ice makeup - step by step instructions

For girls with dark skin, the shadows for such makeup should be olive brown, and for fair skin - bright blue, cornflower blue, lilac or purple.

  1. As close as possible to the ciliary contour, starting from the outer corners of the eye, apply a line with a charcoal black pencil for about 2/3 of the movable eyelid.
  2. Apply shadows of dark colors to the pencil base in the corners of the eye and shade the border well.
  3. Apply white shadows to this border. We also shade.
  4. To make the haze more effective, you can add white shadows to the ball of the eye under the eyebrows.
  5. Draw the lower eyelid with a black pencil, reducing the line in width closer to the iris.
  6. Apply a thin line of dark shadows to the bottom edge of the eye. Shading.
  7. Apply white shadows to the inner corner of the eye and wire to the middle of the upper and lower eyelids. Shading.
  8. To give the look the sensation of large eyes, you can draw a white soft pencil over the mucous membrane of the eye.
  9. At the ciliary edge of the upper eyelid, draw a black eyeliner, thickening the line to the outer corner of the eye.
  10. We paint over the eyelashes well with mascara. To enlarge the eyes, you can glue tufts of false eyelashes to the outer corners.

Evening makeup for Asian eyes

When creating makeup for an evening out, it is best to use an eyeshadow palette with a variety of color variations. Specific shades need to be selected depending on the skin tone of the face and the color of the outfit.

Eye makeup for the evening can be done in this way:

In the same way, you can implement Asian makeup for European eyes.

Unusual beauty should not be hidden, it must be highlighted, but correctly, focusing only on the main advantages of appearance.

The Asian type of appearance is exotic and unusual. The slanted eye shape is a unique feature unique to women in the region. Asian eyes should be viewed not as small and narrow, but as absorbing in their bottomlessness due to the dark color of the cornea.

Hanging eyelids over the eyes are a kind of highlight in comparison with the European female type. Many Asian girls are convinced that this is a big flaw in their appearance. But this is an erroneous opinion, especially since the modern makeup technique perfectly uses overhanging eyelids when making up.

To do this, you just need to know and be able to apply cosmetics using certain methods. Make-up performed in a stylish way will visually eliminate swelling of the eyelids, make the look open.

How to paint narrow eyes

Make-up for an Asian type of face takes into account the peculiarities of the eye shape and requires a lot of attention and time to be devoted to its implementation. Make-up for narrow eyes is done in two ways:

  1. The natural shape of the eye remains unchanged.
  2. The upper eyelid is visually increased in height.

Often Asian girls, women want to enlarge the eye shape at the expense of the upper eyelid. For this, self-adhesive strips of paper or special glue are now commercially available. The strips are glued on, and the glue is applied with a narrow cosmetic spatula to the border between the edge of the eyelashes and the upper eyelid. The adhesive can be applied evenly or in such a way that the bead of adhesive expands at the outer or inner edge of the eyes. You can also visually enlarge the incision of the upper eyelid by drawing an imaginary fold on the upper eyelid.

The eyelashes on Asian eyes are inherently rather short, straight and sparse. To correct their direction, there are special tweezers - eyelash clips. With their help, the eyelashes become, as it were, curled upwards, they seem to be longer.

As you know, Asian women have mostly dark hair and brown eyes. For such eyes, you need to use shades of gray, green, cream, beige, pearl shades.

Both cold and warm colors will do. The main thing is that they are combined with each other. In no case should you apply red shadows - they create the impression of tear-stained and puffy eyes.

Makeup for narrow brown eyes for every day

Casual or daytime may not include shadows at all. Or you need to apply a foundation of light shadows over the entire surface of the eyelid. Then, bronze-colored shadows are applied to the moving part of the eyelid. To emphasize the expressiveness of the look, you can shade the outer corners of the eyes with shadows of dark shades.

Arrows for narrow eyes are drawn with a pencil along the lash line. At the outer side of the eye, the line can be extended, drawn upward. Shade the arrow a little, highlighting the outer corner of the eye. Draw the arrows on the lower eyelid with a thin brush with dark shadows.

Eyelashes can be curled with tweezers and then tinted with mascara. It is advisable to apply mascara 2 times to better fix the shape of the eyelashes.

Evening makeup for Asian eyes

It must have pearlescent shadows. They need to be applied to the inner corners of the eyes. This will make your eyes look straight and open. Shadows for evening makeup should have purple, smoky, dark brown, dark blue shades.

Arrows are drawn with a pencil or liquid eyeliner. The line of arrows goes along the border of the eyelash growth. The thin arrow needs to be gradually expanded slightly as it approaches the outer border of the eye. The eyeliner line lengthens slightly towards the temple.

The eyelashes are curled with tweezers, then painted with lengthening mascara. Now they look longer, thicker, fuller. It is advisable to paint over the eyelashes only on the upper eyelids, although the lower eyelashes are often painted with ink.

General makeup for narrow eyes of the Asian type

Perfection in the appearance of a girl is achieved not only by impeccably made. An integral attribute of the beauty of an Asian girl is also cosmetic treatment of the skin of the face, eyebrows, cheekbones, lips. In short, well-groomed eyes perfectly complement general makeup, and vice versa: general facial makeup complements eye makeup.

As with all face decorating techniques, the first step is to tidy up the skin. Her flaws are perfectly hidden by the foundation. It also plays a role in leveling out the entire tone of the face. Because Asian skin is yellow, not all foundation shades will work. For example, makeup artists do not recommend using pink. Perfectly in harmony with the natural skin color will be tonal creams of golden, beige, caramel, yellow-brown shades.

An Asian girl should remember that the chosen foundation should not be darker than the natural complexion. If there are circles under the eyes, they can be covered with foundation a tone lighter than the tone for the face.

The eyebrows of Asian girls are naturally straight and beautiful. They can be supplemented with a slight correction with a pencil, and then gently shaded with a brush. Eyebrows - should not be thick, at the base they should remain wider, and towards the end they should become thin as strings.

As you know, the face shape of Asian girls is round. The cheekbones are accentuated with a shimmery blush. An important component of make-up, blush helps to revitalize and refresh facial expressions. They are applied to the protruding part of the cheekbones from the bottom up. Closer to the temples, the color should be more intense. After applying the blush, you need to shade well. This technique allows you to visually make the face more oblong. For an Asian look, bronze, plum, peach blush colors are suitable.

As for the lips, for them Asian girls prefer lipstick of such bright colors as raspberry, scarlet, juicy red. It is a great addition to your eye makeup. You can use a matte lipstick, but a colorless gloss will do. Before applying lipstick, cover your lips with a light layer of foundation and trace around the contour with a pencil. Asian sponges are characterized by a rather small size. In this regard, the lipstick should be applied stronger and brighter on the central part of the lips than on the edges.
