  5. The consistency of puree or porridge should be uniform, homogeneous;
  6. First introduce milk-free and gluten-free cereals (rice, buckwheat), then gradually try gluten (corn, wheat, oatmeal) and by 8 months multi-cereal;
  7. Vegetables start to give green (zucchini, different types of cabbage, green peas), then orange (carrots, pumpkin), and by the year red (tomatoes, beets);
  8. When introducing fruits, start with 1:1 diluted juices, giving half a teaspoon daily;
  9. 2 weeks after the introduction of fruit juice (first apple), inject puree from this fruit (a teaspoon);
  10. Add a drop of vegetable oil to vegetable purees, but do not add salt;
  11. Introduce meat before fermented milk products;

7. Meat and fish
