Organization of work on spiritual and moral education in preschool educational institutions

Interest in the problem of educating spiritual and moral qualities, its acuteness never weakened. At the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries, socio-economic and political changes took place in our country, which led to changes in the sphere of moral values and norms of behavior in society. In the moral education of modern children, negative trends have emerged: books have faded into the background, their place has been taken by the TV screen, from which the characters of fairy tales, cartoon characters, who are not always distinguished by sincerity or moral purity, now constantly enter the life of a child. In the education of preschool children, more attention began to be paid to cognitive development, preparing children for school. Parents buy colorful encyclopedias for their children. They take them to additional classes with tutors, sparing neither time nor money for training. But there is no free time for reading books together, for making gifts for loved ones, for walks, joint games and other things. And who will give him moral lessons? Who will teach him first of all to be kind, sensitive, honest, fair? This means that we, teachers, need to fill the gap in the education of children's moral feelings and involve parents in this.

Within the kindergarten, the teacher is given important powers: he is entrusted with parental authority, he not only teaches and educates children, he gives food to the mind and heart. Realizing that the educator is dealing with inexperienced, open and unprotected children, we can conclude that there is tremendous trust in the bearer of this high title.

Our work on the spiritual and moral education of children is based on "The program of training and education of preschool children in kindergarten" M.A. Vasilyeva and others, section "Familiarization with others" and "Moral education". An important role for the development of the spiritual and moral sphere of the child is played by classical music, spiritual singing, listening to bells. . We try to make children go from Russian folklore, which is close and accessible to children's understanding (we have a circle for acquaintance with folklore "Ladushki"), through children's musical classics, to the heights of Russian composers' creativity and spiritual singing, again accessible to children.

The priority of the spiritual also permeates the folk calendar, which serves as the outline of the annual cycle. . Here it is enough to mention the folk and Orthodox holidays with which we introduce children - Christmas, Maslenitsa, the Annunciation, Easter, Trinity, the Transfiguration of the Lord.

Rus' has always been famous for its ability to work creatively and joyfully celebrate. In our kindergarten, both children and adults discover with great interest wonderful holidays and rituals that teach not only to have fun, but also to comprehend the essence of what is happening together.

Acquaintance with the Orthodox church, its architectural features , its purpose is one of the forms of introducing children to spiritual culture, which takes place in the form of an excursion to the church.

Children, under the guidance of a teacher and a priest, get acquainted with the interior of the church, visit the library, the church shop, examine the bell tower, listen to the ringing of bells.

Starting to acquaint children with works of fine art, introducing children into the world of high spiritual and moral images, we talk about the fact that the first Russian artists - painters were the representatives of church painting.

The word "icon" means "image". According to ancient tradition, icons are written (drawn with paints) on the board. An icon or an image is called an image of Jesus Christ, the Mother of God, angels and holy people. The icon accompanies a person in all places and deeds. Icons can be seen in churches, houses where Orthodox people live. We often see the icon in a car. Many people wear an icon on their chest - this is a chest icon. Planning work on spiritual and moral education in preschool educational institutions

Work planning for begins with a survey of parents in order to understand how they relate to the activities of the kindergarten in spiritual and moral education of their children, To work in this direction. According to the results of the survey - 69% of parents are interested in work kindergarten in this area. However, the remaining 31% are treated with caution, or misunderstanding. The surveys conducted, conversations with parents showed that parents need to be helped to realize that, first of all, moral and moral values should be preserved and transmitted in the family. spiritual customs and values that parents are responsible for parenting.

To identify the level of development spiritually-moral qualities, we conducted a survey of children of middle and senior preschool age. Indicators spiritually- the moral development of children was assessed by the following criteria: culture of communication, culture of behavior, accuracy, responsiveness, kindness, friendliness, independence, curiosity, honesty, empathy.

Analysis of the level of development that children's moral qualities are formed at an average level. That is, not all children have sufficient moral ideas about honesty, kindness, discipline, the parents of these children have made a minimum of efforts to form in them the concept of some moral qualities.

Having studied with educators spiritual work-moral direction, having conducted a survey among parents and teachers, revealed the level of organization.

We studied the methodological literature on spiritual and moral education. This helped us methodically competently prepare for conducting educational-educational process.

In order to achieve the set goal for spiritual and moral education, we put the following tasks:

Involve children in spiritually-moral tradition of the Russian people; - contribute to the overall development of the child, instilling in him love for the Motherland (family, close people, Russian culture, Russian language, nature); - to form moral consciousness and moral assessments; - to help children in mastering social skills and norms of behavior on the basis of joint activities and mutual assistance.

At the core work on spiritual and moral education are the following principles:

1. The principle of developing education, the purpose of which is spiritually- moral formation and development of the child.

2. The principle of socio-pedagogical partnership of subjects of the educational process - the association and interaction of adults (social structures participating in the educational process on the basis of knowledge and acceptance by each participant spiritually-moral values, according to which raising a child concerned about the development of their own spirituality capable of reflecting their activities (from introspection and self-assessment to benevolence).

3. The principle of integration of the educational process, which implies a comprehensive and systematic approach to the content and organization of the educational process. At the heart of the systematization of content work- the idea of developing the basis of personal culture, spiritual development of children through project activities.

4. The principle of a personality-oriented approach is the acceptance of the child as he is, goodwill, warmth in relationships, faith in his positive development, the desire of an adult to be significant for the child.

5. The principle of an individually - differentiated approach - an individual approach to children, taking into account the possibilities, individual pace, ways of development, interests, taking into account family, national traditions, etc.

6. The principle of the activity approach - the development of the child in activities specific to the preschooler, the promotion of the emergence of the child's subjective position in moral behavior.

7. The principle of cultural conformity - following the process and development of traditional Russian values, upbringing child using the material of folk pedagogy, folk culture and art, folk, including national, traditions.

In the first junior group, this block is revealed through the acquaintance of children with nursery rhymes, in the 2nd junior group through Russian folk tales, in the middle group we introduce children to proverbs, riddles, teasers, in the senior group with Russian legends and fairy tales, and in the preparatory group with epics.

Block "Decorative and applied art" introduces children to certain types of arts and crafts, its characteristic features - the material from which the product is made, the features of painting, the history of craft, and also to form in children the ability to create expressive patterns on paper, bring up at the same time a sense of form, rhythm. Decorative and applied art is closely connected with folklore, customs, folk holidays, so this block is an integral part of all other blocks.

Block "The ABC of moral education and spiritual development" serves for education motives of disinterested attitude towards each other; contributes to the formation of a child's personal attitude to compliance (violations) moral standards; teaches children the rules of communication and culture of behavior. In this block, we begin to acquaint children with Russian folk fun toys, in the second junior group we introduce children to the Russian national costume, in the middle group with the dwelling of a Russian person, with household items, in the senior group with crafts and crafts of the peoples of the Far East, and in the preparatory group - we educate interest in the history of the Far East on the example of historical events and personalities.

At preschool age, children need to form ideas about the diversity of human relations, tell them about the rules and norms of life in society, equip them with behavior models that will help them adequately respond to what is happening in specific life situations. A huge role in solving these problems is played by the familiarization of preschoolers with society.

Spiritual and moral education at preschool age - a long-term process, involving the internal change of each participant, which may not be reflected here and now, but much later.

Explanatory note

The system of spiritual and moral values is laid down from childhood, so today education plays a key role in the spiritual and moral unification of Russian society, in its rallying in the face of external and internal challenges, in strengthening social solidarity, in increasing a person’s trust in life in Russia, in fellow citizens , society, state, present and future of their country. Spiritual and moral education of the younger generation is one of the most urgent tasks of national education.

The federal law "On Education in the Russian Federation" indicates that education should be aimed at developing the individual on the basis of "sociocultural, spiritual and moral values and rules and norms of behavior adopted in society in the interests of the individual, family, society and the state."

The introduction of the Federal State Educational Standard for Preschool Education allows us to talk today about the formation of a new system of preschool education, where one of the key points is the need to use all pedagogical resources for the effective development of the child.

Spiritual and moral education of preschoolers allows you to correctly form a worldview, citizenship, family values and moral guidelines; it is a long process that requires inner change, the acquisition of inner awareness and striving for goodness.

Target. Holistic spiritual, moral and social development of the personality of a child - a preschooler, through his familiarization with the values of Orthodox culture, and the development of the spiritual and moral traditions of the Russian people.

In the context of the transition to the new GEF DO, the main goals spiritual and moral education of preschool children:

formation of the principles of patriotism and citizenship;

formation of a humane attitude towards people and the environment;

the formation of a spiritual and moral attitude and a sense of belonging to the cultural heritage of their people;

respect for their nation and understanding of their national characteristics; formation of self-esteem as a representative of one's people and respect for representatives of other nationalities;

fostering a respectful attitude to work.

Educational activities for the spiritual and moral education and development of preschoolers are carried out in accordance with the comprehensive plan of activities of the educational institution. All activities are aimed at improving the system of spiritual and moral education of children in preschool educational institutions: developing the creative abilities of pupils, shaping the spiritual and moral qualities of the individual, improving the forms and methods of working with parents, identifying the best work experience.
