Organization of work on spiritual and moral education in preschool educational institutions

Interest in the problem of educating spiritual and moral qualities, its acuteness never weakened. At the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries, socio-economic and political changes took place in our country, which led to changes in the sphere of moral values ​​and norms of behavior in society. In the moral education of modern children, negative trends have emerged: books have faded into the background, their place has been taken by the TV screen, from which the characters of fairy tales, cartoon characters, who are not always distinguished by sincerity or moral purity, now constantly enter the life of a child. In the education of preschool children, more attention began to be paid to cognitive development, preparing children for school. Parents buy colorful encyclopedias for their children. They take them to additional classes with tutors, sparing neither time nor money for training. But there is no free time for reading books together, for making gifts for loved ones, for walks, joint games and other things. And who will give him moral lessons? Who will teach him first of all to be kind, sensitive, honest, fair? This means that we, teachers, need to fill the gap in the education of children's moral feelings and involve parents in this.

Within the kindergarten, the teacher is given important powers: he is entrusted with parental authority, he not only teaches and educates children, he gives food to the mind and heart. Starting to acquaint children with works of fine art, introducing children into the world of high spiritual and moral images, we talk about the fact that the first Russian artists - painters were the representatives of church painting.

Planning work on spiritual and moral education in preschool educational institutions

Work planning for begins with a survey of parents in order to understand how they relate to the activities of the kindergarten in spiritual and moral education of their children, To work in this direction. According to the results of the survey - 69% of parents are interested in work kindergarten in this area. However, the remaining 31% are treated with caution, or misunderstanding. The surveys conducted, conversations with parents showed that parents need to be helped to realize that, first of all, moral and moral values ​​should be preserved and transmitted in the family. spiritual customs and values that parents are responsible for parenting.

To identify the level of development spiritually-moral qualities, we conducted a survey of children of middle and senior preschool age. Indicators spiritually- the moral development of children was assessed by the following criteria: culture of communication, culture of behavior, accuracy, responsiveness, kindness, friendliness, independence, curiosity, honesty, empathy.

Analysis of the level of development that children's moral qualities are formed at an average level. That is, not all children have sufficient moral ideas about honesty, kindness, discipline, the parents of these children have made a minimum of efforts to form in them the concept of some moral qualities.

Having studied with educators spiritual work-moral direction, having conducted a survey among parents and teachers, revealed the level of organization.

We studied the methodological literature on spiritual and moral education. This helped us methodically competently prepare for conducting educational-educational process.

In order to achieve the set goal for spiritual and moral education, we put the following tasks:

The system of spiritual and moral values ​​is laid down from childhood, so today education plays a key role in the spiritual and moral unification of Russian society, in its rallying in the face of external and internal challenges, in strengthening social solidarity, in increasing a person’s trust in life in Russia, in fellow citizens , society, state, present and future of their country. Spiritual and moral education of the younger generation is one of the most urgent tasks of national education.

The federal law "On Education in the Russian Federation" indicates that education should be aimed at developing the individual on the basis of "sociocultural, spiritual and moral values ​​and rules and norms of behavior adopted in society in the interests of the individual, family, society and the state."

The introduction of the Federal State Educational Standard for Preschool Education allows us to talk today about the formation of a new system of preschool education, where one of the key points is the need to use all pedagogical resources for the effective development of the child.

Spiritual and moral education of preschoolers allows you to correctly form a worldview, citizenship, family values ​​and moral guidelines; it is a long process that requires inner change, the acquisition of inner awareness and striving for goodness.

Target. Holistic spiritual, moral and social development of the personality of a child - a preschooler, through his familiarization with the values ​​​​of Orthodox culture, and the development of the spiritual and moral traditions of the Russian people.

In the context of the transition to the new GEF DO, the main goals spiritual and moral education of preschool children:
