Crochet Japanese rugs with patterns in Russian. Crochet floor mat for beginners: diagram, description, master class, photo. How to knit a beautiful rug round, square, oval, rectangular, openwork, star, Japanese crochet with your own hands? Video:

Good afternoon, dear needlewomen!

Once I met Japanese rugs on the Internet, very original and interesting. Japanese craftswomen are such inventors!

Japanese knitting always attracts attention and we all really like it, because things made in the Japanese style are extraordinarily beautiful, moreover, surprisingly simple!

Today I want to talk about knitting Japanese rugs by crocheting with diagrams and a description of the work, namely about three rugs with an interesting connection of parts - from rings, two of which I knitted myself, to one I made a master class, and to the other - a video lesson.

Photo of the third rug presented by Elena Rebrova.

Cheerful Japanese crochet rug with rings

A bright Japanese rug crocheted by Elena in the form of a circle with single crochet and decorated with rings around the edges, such an embodiment of this idea.

A rug from a Japanese magazine, as you can see in the diagram, is knitted with a popcorn pattern in a round part of it.

Knitting description

In the first row, cast on 8 columns with one crochet in a sliding loop (instead of the first - 3VP).

In the second: in each column there are bumps (popcorn) with five crochets (crochet, pull the thread without knitting, another crochet - pull the thread and so on five times, then we knit all the loops on the hook). Between the bumps, 3VP. (I think that the number of VP may be less depending on the thickness of the yarn).

In the third: two bumps with four yarns under the VP of the previous row.

In the fourth: in each VP we knit then two, then one lump.

In the fifth: we knit a chain of VP, attaching it with half-columns to the previous row.

Rings can be knitted in any size. For the first ring, we collect a chain from the VP, connect the first and last loops with a half-column (the length of the chain depends on the required diameter of the ring), tie the ring with columns with two crochets.

We knit the second ring as follows: we collect a chain from the VP, stretch it under the first ring and connect the first and last loops with a half-column, as shown in the diagram. Thus, both rings are connected to each other. We tie the second ring C2H.

We again collect the chain from the VP, pull it through the second ring, connect it in a circle, tie it with C2H, and so on. We connect the last ring with the penultimate and first.

You can knit, connecting, all the rings, and then sew them to the center circle of the rug. But a better product will turn out if the rings during knitting are immediately gradually (when knitting each) attached to the central circle.

Another very beautiful Japanese rug is made using a similar technology from rings, only the middle part does not need to be knitted for it.

After the release of this publication, I still found the time and knitted such a pretty rug. And recently I made a video to show all the features of this knitting.

I want to say that the difficulty here is that it is very difficult to do the calculation initially. I had to dissolve my work five times until I achieved the desired result.

I used thick Circassian yarn (acrylic + semi-wool) in four folds. Yarn consumption - 200 grams of beige and mustard and 250 grams of brown.

You need to take the hook number 6-8, the size of the hook is important here so that the pattern is clearly visible.

I got a rug with a diameter of 80 cm.

Japanese rug patterns

Work description

I came to the conclusion that to knit the first ring, you need to dial a chain of 50 air loops (we close them in a ring, connecting the first and last loops of the connecting chain).

In the first row, we knit a single crochet into each loop of the chain, insert the hook under the back loop.

Row two: two unfinished columns with one crochet together in each column of the 1st row. The hook here, and further - under the back walls of the loop, so a beautiful scar on the ring will turn out.

Row three: like the second, between the groups of columns, one air loop.

Row four: single crochet.

As a result, you should get a ring, the width of which should be slightly more than half of its inner diameter. If the ring is too narrow, the rug will not work, the rings will not fit tightly to each other, there will be holes between them.

In total, we should have 9 rings of three colors connected.

At the end of their knitting, the entire rug should be tied around the perimeter with single crochet columns with yarn of one of the colors.

Japanese craftswomen also propose to knit the base of the rug according to the above scheme. But I just sewed the rings onto a piece of tapestry.

Original Japanese-style rugs

I tried to knit another very original Japanese-style rug made of rings. It came out small in size and can be useful as a seat for a stool. Although I have used it in a different way.

Knitting a Japanese rug turned out to be not so easy. There was no explanation in the magazine from which I took this diagram. Even here I had to dissolve my product several times and, having broken my head, start all over again.

And now, finally, my rug is ready and now I can already show you a master class and tell you how to knit it.

The knitting pattern of the original Japanese rug is in front of you.

I took a semi-woolen yarn of cream, blue and black colors, hook number 2. Leftover yarn can be used.

Knitting rings

In total, you need to tie four circles.

note on how to correctly connect the last fourth circle with the third and first (see diagram). At this point, I first made a mistake, because of which further knitting went wrong. I also advise, having knitted three circles, spread the product on a flat surface, for example, on a stool, and then knit, trying not to break this "structure", otherwise it will be very difficult to straighten the intertwined and tangled circles later.

I turned the connected four circles upside down. I like this drawing more and corresponds to the original rug in the photo from a Japanese magazine.

Knitting the inside

Now let's get down to knitting inside each circle.

I laid out a blank of four circles on a foam rubber mat and attached it with pins. When I didn’t do this at the first knitting attempt, the rug was warped, the circles turned into ovals, and this became visible only when I had already reached knitting in the middle of the last circle.

I had to start knitting the rug all over again.

Similarly, knit the middle of the remaining circles.

The rug turned out to be nice, and most importantly - original.

Our rug can be squared by tying with black yarn with single crochets, with one crochet and, with two and three crochets in the corners and in the spaces between the circles. (Similar to knitting).

If the last row is tied with a step, I think it will be especially beautiful!

These knitted rugs can decorate chairs or stools and make your kitchen or porch cozy.

Everyone loves it when the apartment is clean, comfortable furniture, original interior, paintings hang on the walls, unique items are placed on the shelves. In a word, the apartment is good, beautiful, but something is wrong. The atmosphere of coziness is lacking. Even insignificant little things, details, maybe made by you, will create a pleasant, comfortable environment. Now DIY decoration is widely used. Many decorate the home to their liking, complement it with a variety of interesting details.

The making of napkins, pillows, blankets and much more is especially popular. But the most interesting thing is crocheting rugs in the living room, hallway, bathroom. They fit perfectly into the overall environment. For needlewomen, knitted rugs are not just a hobby, but also the creation of a unique thing, knitting which, they can significantly save the family budget. Not only is this a positive point - old, worn clothes can be put to good use when used to make rugs.

Knitted rugs fit perfectly into the interior of the apartment

Crochet Rug Materials

To create an original model, the following are suitable:

  • old dresses,
  • t-shirts,
  • blouses,
  • tights,
  • other unnecessary things,
  • plastic bags,
  • trash bags (they are mainly suitable for bathroom and toilet rugs),
  • You can buy regular yarns from the store.

Tab. Choice of threads

Any fabric is suitable for manufacturing

How to make knitting threads out of unnecessary things

Everyone has clothes that are out of fashion, they are worn out and you can't put them on now, but it's a pity to throw them away. If you are a skilled craftswoman, make yarn from it and knit a rug. There are no difficulties here. We take any thing and cut it into strips, roll it into a ball. You need to cut it in a circle, without tearing, so you get fewer knots.

To make rugs from garbage or plastic bags, strips of a certain width are also made from them: 1.5 cm - trash, 3 cm - plastic. It is necessary to cut the bag not across, but along, then connect it.

Knitting threads can be taken from old clothes

Models for beginners

If you are just learning this skill and decide to make a rug or path, start with simple models. First, choose the simplest shape - rectangular or square. It is better to tie it with RLS, the colors can be monochromatic or of different colors. At the end of the work, the finished canvas is tied along the edge of the RLS, if desired, decorated with tassels. The same pattern can be knitted using leftover yarn. It will look interesting in the corridor. Rugs are made as a whole canvas or assembled from separately linked motifs. There are single-color and multi-color elements.

Columns with crochets create unique rugs for the nursery. The drawing is done in the form of multi-colored steps. A unique canvas made in the technique of "grandmother's square" will also decorate the nursery. The style is colored squares. They are placed in any order, as your fantasy tells you, as a result you will get a wonderful work of authorship.

Use simple rug models to get started.

If you don't want a square rug, try a round or oval one. They are laid near the sofa or bed, and, if desired, in the kitchen. A rug knitted with your own hands in the kitchen is convenient, you can wash it often and not be afraid that the colors will fade. Such models are usually openwork and solid. The first ones look beautiful. If you have already made napkins before, then making such a thing will not be difficult. The latter are dense and durable. Oval ones are more suitable for elongated rooms or in the living room.

Another unusual option is rugs knitted from plastic or garbage bags. One thing - the knitting should be solid (columns with or without a crochet - the simpler, the better), it is better not to use openwork. They are used everywhere, more often in the corridor, bathroom, in the country. Since the bag mats are easy to clean, you will have no trouble cleaning.

The mat can be sewn from any material

For experienced craftswomen

Those who have been doing needlework for a long time and have experience can create chic models without any problems by choosing intricate patterns. There, columns that are difficult to knit are used; a novice craftsman will not be able to cope with them. Craftswomen, who know their business, can easily combine such complex patterns as pineapples and cones, floral motifs with pompoms, etc. Using the napkin pattern, create a unique rug, and its size can be increased by combining the pattern or inserting rows from another pattern into the pattern ... The canvas will fit perfectly into the overall interior.

In the nursery, you need a carpet that is in harmony and appropriate to the environment. When arranging a room, adults are obliged to take into account the wishes of the child. Children love it when their room looks colorful, like in a fairy tale. If you have already hung the curtains, purchased a bright blanket, but did not find a suitable rug, mothers-needlewomen will be able to knit it, but not simple, but unusual, for example, in the shape of some animal. It is not so difficult, it is enough to correctly connect geometric shapes - squares, circles, rectangles, ovals, pentagons, rhombuses and other shapes.

Crocheted rugs are graceful, fashionable, popular, effective. Any person who comes to visit you will be delighted with the original thing, because not everyone has such a miracle on the floor in their apartment. Surely they will want to place an order for you, which in the future can turn into a good part-time job.

Crocheted rugs are elegant, fashionable, popular, spectacular

Bathroom rugs

Today, in any hardware store, you can see a variety of bathroom and toilet accessories. Of course, they are beautiful, but the quality is poor. I would like to buy a lot of things, but because of the high price, it is not always possible to afford it. For example, rugs for the bathroom, toilet, toilet cover - you can not buy them, but knit them yourself. This is not difficult to do. You can present such products to friends and acquaintances for a housewarming or family holiday.

It is important that the material is suitable for the conditions where the thing will be located. It should be moisture resistant, easy to clean, it is desirable that the shape of the product remains unchanged. Before starting work, you need to competently approach the choice of threads. It is better to purchase blended yarn with a coarse texture. It is practical, moisture resistant, does not deform with frequent washing. It is important to take into account the thickness of the material - the pattern on the canvas, knitted with thick or thin threads, looks different.

For the bathroom, choose a moisture-resistant material

The most suitable and budgetary option is to use garbage or plastic bags for manufacturing. They are cut into strips 2-2.5 cm wide, wound into a ball. Take any color you like, or combine colors. The finished product from the bags is pleasant to the touch, easy to clean, and does not change shape.

The color scheme should be combined with the general decor, it all depends on taste, remember that on rugs of calm shades, watery spots are less striking. If there are children in the house, then decorate with various applications or knit a rug in the shape of an animal. The main thing is that hand-made things will never go out of fashion.

The rug should match the interior of the room

Openwork rug (55 cm):

For making a rug, a cord, knitted threads are suitable. Product thickness and size depend on the thickness of the material. It is important to remember that openwork rugs are not glued to a dense base. It will not be difficult for beginners to make it if they know what a double crochet and an air loop are. For work, you will need 2 balls of yarn, made by yourself, hook number 15, scissors, thread with a needle.

We collect several VPs and close them in a ring, make 11 CCHs. In the second row in each loop we knit 2 CCHs. In the next - we knit CCH in every second loop. The fourth will be openwork - 1 CCH, 2 VP, then we skip one loop, and in the next we knit CCH. The fifth is CCH, but in each 4 loop we make 2 CCHs.

We start the next row with yarn of a different color, knit 2 CCHs in each 5 loop. 7 row - openwork, done like the fourth. The 8th is knitted with double crochets. We change the yarn, 9 and 10 rows - CCH. 11th - openwork. Then repeat row 12 - like 5, 13 - like 6, 14 - like 7 and so on until row 17. In the 18th in every fourth column, knit 2 CCHs. You can finish with semicircular waves - we knit 1 VP, skip two columns, and in the third we do 6 CCHs. After 2 columns, we knit a half-column.

It is not difficult to create such a rug if you know a few tricks.

Round crocheted fabric rugs or "grandma's rug"

Many people remember how grandmother made colorful rugs on long winter evenings. How cozy it was in the house, where walkways and round products were laid on the floor. It is not difficult to make them. You just need to cut things into strips, tie and roll into a ball. You will also need a hook number 10. The RLS rug is knitted. We collect several VPs, close them in a ring. In the first row we knit 6 sc. In the subsequent ones, we double the number of columns.

Thanks to the additions, you will not get a convex, not wavy, but a flat knitted rug. If minor defects occur during the manufacturing process, steam and iron the canvas. This is how easy and simple for a few evenings you will create a wonderful model, it is suitable for the floor, chair, stool or armchair.

It is not difficult to knit such a rug.

Crochet a Japanese Style Round Floor Rug for Beginners

These knitted rugs are easy to make, and the result will delight you. For work, threads of medium thickness and a hook number 6-7 are suitable. Colors should be vibrant, but it all depends on taste. First, we make a circle - we collect 6 VP, connect, then we knit 7 columns with two crochets, each starting with 3 VP. The next row is 5 unfinished columns with 2 crochets, and between them there are 3 VPs. Rows 3 and 4 - 2 columns of 4 unfinished columns with 2 crochets. 5th - a chain of VP is knitted and joined to the previous row with a half-column.

The next step is to make rings of free size. You need to dial the VP and connect it with a half-column - the circumference of the ring depends on the length of the chain. After that, you need to knit it with a column with 2 yarns. Then the second ring - we collect the chain from the VP, thread it into the first ring and connect it with a half-column. Subsequent rings follow the same procedure. The latter is connected to the previous one and to the initial one. The final stage is to sew the finished rings to the circle.

These rugs are easy to make and will beautifully complement the interior of the room.

We knit a pentagonal rug according to the pattern

Crocheted rugs come in many different shapes. For example, a pentagonal canvas according to the scheme. Soft knit yarn will do. We start work with a circle. We collect 5 VP, 1 row is knitted like this: 3 VP, 2 SSN we knit in the first loop, 2 VP, 3 SSN, 2 VP. We make five rows in a circle, the second is knitted like the first, only after 3 CCHs, knit 1 VP. Further - according to the scheme, and we finish the angle of the asterisk separately. The diagram can be easily found on the Internet.

Rugs can be of completely different shapes.

Rug in the form of a path for the corridor

In any house there is a path in the hallway. If it seems expensive for someone to buy it in a store, then you can easily make it yourself from old things. Our grandmothers did just that. Everything went into work - shirts, skirts, sheets, other textiles. Also in our time, we take all unnecessary, worn clothes available in the house, cut them into strips 1.5-2 cm wide, connect the ends and wind them up. You need a hook, the thicker the better.

First of all, we collect a chain of air loops of the required length - this is the width of the future rug. Then we make a RLS, reaching the end, we knit the VP and unfold, we knit the next row of RLS. Thus, we reach the desired size. There are many options - they make individual elements, for example, squares or other geometric shapes, and connect, or make an openwork path.

This path can be laid in the hallway or other rooms.

Those who begin to master the basics of needlework will like decorating the house in this way, creating original and unique models. Friends and acquaintances, coming to visit you and seeing such beauty, will absolutely want to have the same things at home.

You can make a beautiful one out of it knitted yarn and weave many designer unique pieces . Before we start weaving, let's learn how to create the yarn itself. For this you need a rag, a T-shirt and so on. From such material you can make a variety of patterns .

Crochet rugs: master class

We will attach below video for beginners : how to crochet rag rugs. In the meantime, for more experienced needlewomen, our master class.

To start cut old T-shirts into threads ... It is better to do this in one continuous spiral so that you have to tie fewer knots. After that, you need to take a large and thick hook and start typing on the loops. As if you are typing them with a regular thread. Close V.P. into the chain and sew on the joint for strength. The knitting pattern is attached below. With the help of it and simple yarn, you can knit a round rug.

Rug from old T-shirts

Materials: lilac and purple knitted yarn, hook No. 15, scissors, needle and thread.

  1. Cut of yarn folded in half tie 10 S.S.N. and close the ring.

  2. 2 S.S.N. in each P. of the previous R.

  3. From each P. 2 S.S.N.

  4. S.S.N., 2 V.P., S.S.N. after 1 P. Repeat this pattern until the end of R.

  5. S.S.N. all over the circle.
  6. The purple thread should be secured after the previous row. Now we knit purple. We make 1 P. on the hook. S.S.N all over the circle.

  7. S.S.N., 2 V.P., S.S.N through 1 P.

  8. 1 S.T. in P., 2 S.T. into the hole below, then again into P.
  9. Change threads. The entire series of S.S.N.

  10. Repeat the pattern above with the holes in this row.
  11. S.S.N. all over the circle.

  12. Change the color. Openwork holes all over the circle.

  13. S.S.N.
  14. Lilac thread: S.T. - 1 R., openwork drawing - 1 R., S.T. - 1 row.

We crochet a rug from old things, knitted yarn, bags and much more.

How to create coziness in the house is probably the most popular topic among women of all ages! And regardless of whether the hostess is young or experienced, everyone wants to update and add a cozy twist to their home. Needlewomen do it especially well, because you can create unique masterpieces with your own hands for very affordable money.

In this article we will tell (and hopefully inspire) how to knit a rug on the floor in a wide variety of techniques. We hope that after reading this article, you will add at least one exclusive rug to your home!

Round crochet rug on the floor for beginners: diagram, description, master class, photo

There was a time when we actively threw away textile rugs knitted by grandmothers from old yarn and rags, even from summer cottages and summer houses. But a few years ago, just such rugs turned out to be in trend, but with some modifications. So - we knit fashionable grandmother's rugs.

For knitting, we need bright knitted yarn of one or more colors. If it's a little expensive for your budget, you can make your own yarn from old knitted T-shirts. How to do this in detail in the video below.

Video: T-shirt yarn. Knitted Improvisation

The yarn is ready, let's start knitting! We take the thickest hook that is in the house and start knitting. Remember, the ease of work and the density of the rug depend on the size of the hook. We knit an air loop and carefully hem with threads No. 40 to match the knitted yarn for convenience. And we begin to knit:

1 row: 2 stitches and 11 double crochets.

2nd row: 2 air loops and from each loop 2 columns with a crochet (according to the scheme).

3 row: 2 air loops, a column with a crochet and 2 columns with a crochet from one loop (according to the scheme).

4 row and subsequent: according to the scheme, each time adding one double crochet in each section.

We tie the last row to the end and tighten the last loop tight. As in the beginning of knitting, we hem the edge with thread # 40 for strength.

Please note that such a rug can be knitted with both plain and multi-colored threads. But it is important that the colors go in sections, and not ripple like our grandmothers. It is this trick that distinguishes fashionable models from grandma's rugs.

Crochet square rug on the floor from old tights: a diagram with a description and photo

For those who have already cut all the T-shirts, but really want to create, do not be discouraged and get your tights! In this section we will teach you how to knit an interesting and very original pantyhose rug! So, we need everything, notice everything! Tights you don't need and granular filler to choose from, it can be holofiber, silicone, etc.

We cut the tights into different pieces from 10 to 20 cm, different colors of the tights will add texture to the rug. We sew each piece on one side, fill it and tighten it tightly into a "pebble". If the tights are thin, we wrap one stone in several layers of tights so that the filler is not visible. We sew the "stones" together and sew them to the base. A rug made of "soft stones" is ready!

Well, that's not the only way to transform the ordinary into the beautiful. We complement our master class with some inspirational videos.

Oval crocheted rug on the floor from old T-shirts: a diagram with a description and photo

In this section, we'll show you how to create a beautiful oval rug from old T-shirts or knitted yarn. We described how to cut and fasten T-shirts in the first section and will not dwell on this.

We collect from 6 or more air loops. Limitations - the size of the place where the rug will lie. The calculation is simple - the width of the desired product is divided in half and subtracted from the length of the product. Do not forget that when knitting, the chain stretches by 30-40%.

At the end of knitting, you can sew / glue the rug to the base so that it is stiff and does not gather around the edges.

Crochet rectangular rug on the floor from old jeans: a diagram with a description and photo

Another simple and original rug, now from old jeans. We need a coarse mesh from their hardware store and jeans, cut into 5 * 15 cm pieces.

At each crossing of the mesh, using a crochet hook, you need to thread a piece of denim and tie it in a knot so that the ends diverge in different directions. If desired, the ends can be slightly tousled, then the rug will look even more delicate. Just? Yes! Nice - of course! Ideal for youth housing.

The same option looks great with knitted pieces.

Video: Rugs from old things

For those who want to knit an openwork rug, you can take both a cord and knitted yarn. The essence of knitting will not change from this, but the size and of course the thickness of the carpet directly depends on the thickness of the yarn. Please note that openwork rugs, unlike dense products, cannot be glued onto a dense lining.

We knit quite simply. One air loop is sewn for reinforcement and further according to the schemes below.

Remember to also thread and thread the last loop at the end.

Crochet rug on the floor in the bathroom from plastic bags

The bathroom rug from plastic bags looks very impressive. But it will take a lot of time and effort to make it. It is worth remembering this before starting work.

Preparation: we cut strips of the same thickness from garbage bags (or any other dense) (3 cm for those that are thinner and 1.5 cm for dense ones). We cut it lengthwise and after that we tie it with neat nautical knots.

Since the knitting technique is easier to see from a number of times than to read a hundred times, we are attaching three step-by-step videos on which you will probably quickly knit your first and perhaps not the last rug from the bags.

The turn came to the delightful rugs on the stools. For work, we need all kinds of yarn leftovers, or purchase a lot of multi-colored threads.

We knit 12 air loops and connect in a single ring, after that we knit 5 air loops and knit the core - 24 columns with 5 yarns. The element is ready. Next, we knit exactly as much as is required and with threads in that and with a gypsy needle we sew the elements into a single rug.

Sometimes you need a simple yet durable rug, most often on the veranda, in the hallway or in the country. In order for dust and fine dirt to pass through it well, and maintenance is minimal, an unlined mat is required. Rope and fine thread are great for this.

So, we take the rope, fold it as in the photo and stitch it with thread # 40. And then, in columns without a crochet, we knit layer by layer so that the cord is constantly inside. These can be both small and very impressive carpets.

If you want the carpet to be oval, then instead of a circle, the first row is tied with a cord of the required length and then, just like in a knitted rug, only with a cord inside.

They can be made not from yarn, but from scraps of fabric, rope, or even ordinary bags.

Simple crochet rugs for beginner needlewomen

Girls who are just learning to knit can already create their first masterpiece. To do this, you need to prepare a thick yarn, for example, wool blend, acrylic or cotton, and a hook with the corresponding number.

A rectangular floor product can be knitted using the following pattern:
1st row. We make double crochet on a chain. They should be the same length as the rug. Next, the product must be turned over to the wrong side.
2nd row. We carry out single crochet stitches under the front wall of the loop. Turn the canvas over again.
The 3rd row should be knitted under both walls of the loop with and without a crochet.
The 4th row is performed in the same way as the 2nd.
The 5th row is knitted with double crochets under the back wall of the loop.
Further, the pattern is repeated from the 2nd to the 5th row.

A round floor mat can be crocheted using the following pattern. Knitting consists of columns under the back wall of the loop.

Round rugs from fabric crocheted or "grandmother's rug"

To create this product, we need old knitwear or linen items. The color scheme can be very diverse. For example, different tones of the same color, or several bright colors. Before starting work, we need to make yarn. To do this, we cut things into strips approximately 3 cm wide. The strips need to be sewn together or tied together, and then rolled into a ball. The hook must be taken twice as thick as the thread itself. The scheme of this rug is suitable for both experienced needlewomen and beginners.

First you need to dial 3 air loops and connect them in a circle. Then knit 6 single crochet into these loops. After that, the circle must be divided into 6 parts and in each row add 6 single crochets. The result will be the 1st row - 6 columns, the 2nd row - 12 columns, the 3rd row - 24 columns, etc. To make the rug embossed, the posts need to be knitted through the back of the loop. Below is a diagram of the embossed knitting method.

The finished mat can be laid on the floor.

This type of rug is distinguished by its ease of implementation and excellent results. The yarn should be taken not very thick and crocheted # 6-8. It is better to choose a brighter color scheme. First you need to knit the round part of the product. To do this, we collect a chain of 6 air loops, and then we close it in a ring.

Then we knit 7 columns with 2 yarns, each of which starts with 3 air loops for lifting. The 2nd row should consist of 5 unfinished columns with two crochets knitted together, between which you need to make 3 air loops. The number of air loops can be adjusted according to the thickness of the thread. In the 3rd and 4th rows, we knit 2 columns of four unfinished columns with two crochets, knitted together under the air loops of the previous row. 5th row - a chain of air loops, which must be attached to the previous row with a half-column.

Next, we need to tie rings of arbitrary size. We collect air loops in a chain and close the ring with a half-column. The diameter of the ring is equal to the length of the chain. Then we tie the ring with a double crochet. The first ring is ready. We immediately begin to knit the second. To do this, we need to dial a chain of air loops, thread it into the first ring and only then connect the first and last loops with a half-column. Below are the diagrams where this is clearly shown. The next ring will be threaded into the second circle, etc. The last ring should be connected to the penultimate and to the first. Rings can be sewn to the circle or attached while knitting.

Crochet rug from plastic bags

This unusual use of simple bags was a real discovery for housewives. Cloths from bags are usually placed on the floor of the bathroom, kitchen or toilet, because they are moisture resistant. If water gets in, just shake it off and dry the product. It is very easy to knit such a rug and it will not be a problem even for beginners. So, you need to take about 4 dozen garbage bags and cut them into strips about 3 cm wide. The strips must be sewn together or glued together with a warm iron, ironing through the fabric. Roll the finished thread into a ball. Knitting must be crocheted # 4.
We collect 12 air loops and 3 air lifting loops. From the 4th loop from the edge of the chain, tie 5 double crochets. Then from each air loop, knit 1 double crochet 10 times. Turn the product and tie the other side in the same way, thereby forming an oval. The row should be closed with a connecting post. The second and subsequent rows must be knitted according to the pattern. The result is an oval canvas. Its central part will be straight, and the edges will expand and round off, because they made increases in semicircles.
