Experience has shown that it is the mastering of reading from an early age that gives the child the opportunity to receive from books the same amount of information as from TV and computer. That further gives the freedom to choose the source of information.
For this purpose, a methodology was developed, and the book “A primer for babies from 2 to 5” was written and “constructed”. For two years it was reprinted 12 times !!!
She received rave reviews from the USA, Germany, Israel, from our compatriots, who very quickly taught their children to read with the help of this book. Some parents, relying on the traditional Russian "maybe", think something like this: since I was not taught to read at 2 years old, then my children do not need it either.
Meanwhile, the demands of life have changed. The modern world needs new people, new knowledge. So why waste time?
The possibilities of young children are legendary, but reality sometimes exceeds all expectations. Sooner or later, every child will need to learn to read. How can you make this activity fun and interesting? Physicist, founder and director of the "School of Geniuses" Elena Bakhtina proposes a new method: living alphabet. Why do children sometimes have such difficulty memorizing letters? Adults come up with such colorful primers and cubes for them, but success does not come as quickly as you want! The reason is that the letter for a baby is a somewhat abstract concept. Especially if next to her in the picture there is an object with which the child is little familiar. For example, a bus. It seems to adults that all children know what it is. In fact, for many kids, a bus from an ABC book is like the structure of an atom in an illustration of a physics textbook. It is not easy for kids to compare drawn buses with those they see on the street. And to get bogged down in the mind that the bus is the letter A is difficult. The picture of the object, of course, helps to remember the meaning of the letter. But in memory this picture remains as something that exists next to the letter and does not look like it at all. And when the baby begins to read, it interferes with concentration. He needs to read the word "ball", and when he parses the letters, for some reason he has to remember a barrel, a bus and a forest! Elena Bakhtina came to the conclusion: if you make a drawing in the picture next to the letter similar to her, then the connection becomes absolutely obvious. And if you play with this letter, then it is already impossible to forget it. Try an experiment: draw and cut out a large printed letter A. Then show the baby a photo of a small child playing in the crib, and say: "This is the letter A. Even the little ones know it. They lie in the crib and shout:" A-a- ah! "Shout with your child. He will remember it instantly. Firstly, the letter is associated with a very familiar concept to the child - he himself was not so long ago a baby. And secondly, during a lesson with his mother, he receives a lot of positive In Bakhtina's alphabet, according to this principle, you can learn all the letters. Favorite letter P is shod in boots, and when the children get to know it, they hear the phrase: "Dad Came, Brought Gifts!" Well, how not to love such a letter! letter - I. Because she loves the same as they do. Ask the child: "Who loves candy?" He will answer: "Me!" - "And cartoons?" - "Me!" - "And go for a walk?" you will hear again: “I!” This letter is called that. Shout together: “I-I-I-I-I!” Learning goes very quickly, because all the images that are connected zany with letters, the child is familiar. The letter H looks like a cup. You can drink kefir, milk, and tea from it. On the letter H, as on a spool, wind multi-colored threads, and say hello to the letter L, if, instead of a tail on the left, draw her palm unfolded for greeting. Everyone can come up with the images of the letters himself. The main thing is that they are close and understandable to the baby. For example, we can say that the soft sign is like a felt boot. But if the kid has never seen him, then this will not help to remember the letter. And if your child has felt boots, then learning a solid sign will not be a problem for him. Just say that it looks like a felt boot, from which a sock sticks out. A safe bet is to paint the soft mark as if it were made from a soft down pillow. And the hard one is made of stone cobblestones. The associations will be clear to every child. Have you learned the letters? To move on, you need to make sure this lesson is learned well. And for this you need to be able to name the entire alphabet, following the pointer with your eyes, in a maximum of 20 seconds. There is nothing supernatural here, and any child can do it. In order to sound the alphabet, he will need three minutes, and therefore, for one letter - about 6 seconds. At this speed, the baby will read the word "Masha" for 24 seconds. Take your watch and try reading at that speed. It's impossible. It is better to train your memory so that, seeing a letter, the baby calls it, without hesitating a second. If the whole process of learning the alphabet was associated with the baby only with positive emotions, he will gladly start reading. Now you need to learn how to connect letters into syllables. These lessons can take place anywhere: at home or on the street. It is enough just to show the child a syllable, for example, HA, and explain that letters can be friends. When (H) meets (A) - together it turns out HA. After that, it remains only 70 times a day to repeat the phrase (H) (A) with the baby - together HA. From the third or even from the tenth time, not every kid can remember this. But if you said this 10 times at breakfast, 10 more during a walk, in the bath in the evening - it will firmly settle in your memory. And most importantly, do not sadly repeat the same thing while sitting in front of the alphabet. Show your kid that you like listening to him, and he will repeat it with pleasure 100 times! You can also learn the rest of the syllables, and then start reading syllables. At this stage, parents often make the same mistake: they require the baby to repeat the whole long word that he has read. And they get angry when it turns out that he is not able to do it. One mother once complained to Elena Nikolaevna that her child did not understand what he was reading: - Well, what is incomprehensible in the words "a willow has a hut"? It's written in Russian! - Do you all understand that you read in Russian? Bakhtina asked her. - Sure! Then Elena Nikolaevna took the book "Fundamentals of Vector and Tensor Analysis" from the shelf and invited the indignant mother to read and explain what she understood. Of course, it is difficult for adults to see the world through the eyes of children. They cannot imagine that for a kid the words "hut" and some unknown "willow" are as incomprehensible as scientific physical terms are for the humanities. And the next stage, retelling, can be mastered only by working out the reading technique. Even if in words unknown to him. If the kid reads slowly, retelling is an overwhelming task for him. The human brain does not perceive well the information that comes in at a speed of 4-5 words per minute. And this is exactly how children read at first. The child will be able to understand the meaning of what he has read only when his reading speed is at least 40 words per minute.
book review: This is a book by which I finally managed to teach my child to see syllables. For 2 months we began to read long words, and quite fluently, understanding what we read. I think we will read the books from "5 spreads" ourselves a little more.

A three-year-old child reads books with pleasure, pushing aside dolls, cars and cubes? This book is the result of Elena Bakhtina's 15-year work with children from two to seven years old in her "School of Geniuses".

The book is wonderful! Colorful, interesting, nice to hold. I am especially pleased with the consistency and consistency of presentation of materials.
The child enjoyed studying this book. In a short time I learned the alphabet and began to read syllables.
I recommend to everyone!
Thanks to Elena Bakhtina for the MIRACLE BOOK.

I recommend this primer to everyone.
They bought the child both the magnetic alphabet and Zhukova's primer, and in the kindergarten the teachers tried to learn a few letters at the age of 3, as a result, the daughter recognized only A and O. And only from the Primer of Elena Bakhtina did we learn the whole alphabet. Illustrations deserve a separate comment - you will definitely not find such examples in any textbook. And this applies to all editions ... more

Awesome edition! Very pleasant presentation of the material, grabs attention from the first pages, everything is accessible and understandable even to the smallest readers.
I would like to pay special attention to the colorful and positive illustrations that make the child want to meet with them again and again, leafing through such a wonderful book. I hope the author, Elena Nikolaevna Bakhtina, will continue to delight ... more

The book is good. We started to study with our daughter at 1 and 10 m, the child is engaged with pleasure. I don’t know how this technique works, but it WORKS !!! The child quickly memorized about a third of the alphabet. If you practice purposefully, then it seems to me that the result can be achieved quickly. We just do it from time to time, because yet I do not pursue the goal of teaching a child to read.

A very interesting and informative primer. A lot of useful and important information. The son already knows the alphabet, but it didn't work out with the syllables. The method proposed by Bakhtina helped us a lot! Of the minuses, I can only note that the whole book, with the exception of the alphabet, is too loaded with drawings. Eyes run up and it is very difficult to catch the main thing) But, again, it helped us a lot! Therefore, I recommend

A wonderful book, everything is thought out: memorable images, vivid illustrations, an understandable technique, beautiful pictures and cut letters from the last page, which evoke only pleasant associations and attract the child. I strongly advise everyone !!!

The tutorial is apparently not bad. But I will disappoint: without this and other textbooks, by the age of 3 we read words with understandable syllables. "mom" "dad" "uncle" "aunt" read at 2.5 years You just read the names of books / products / signs / cartoons that are of interest to the child, show the syllables a little. And on shop signs. And that's all.
Almost the entire alphabet was learned by myself ... more

A wonderful guide for kids who are just starting to get acquainted with the letters. From the side of speech therapy, the letters are well visualized, so it is easier for babies to remember the sound.
The quality of the paper is good, the pictures are bright))

What a beautiful and well-written book!
The illustrations are wonderful, colorful, the eye rejoices!
It's nice to study it for both me and the child 1.9 g
Delight!

I liked the book very much. I took it without much hope after repeated fruitless attempts to study letters, reading with the youngest child. We started to study this book from about 4, 5 years old. The child is not greedy for knowledge, he mastered the technique slowly, but with obvious progress. As a result, they began to read very well by school. A very good result for us!
