Abstract ood "sprig of mimosa". "Branch of mimosa". Drawing with cotton swabs Sprig of mimosa drawing pattern

Mimosa is clearly associated with the spring holiday, international women's day. Nowadays, giving a sprig of mimosa on March 8 is no longer so relevant. But once this plant was brought to all major cities in unimaginable quantities. In general, mimosa is one of the acacia varieties. There are about 1200 species in total. They are mainly found in Africa, South America and Australia. African varieties have thorns. Hence their name Akis (gr.) - means "edge". By the way, in France at the end of February every year there is a festival in honor of mimosa. It was introduced in the 19th century and has since been found throughout the south of this country. Many believe that the silver acacia is a shrub. It is not always so.

Sometimes acacia reaches 25 meters in height. Its bark is smooth, dark gray in color. The tree is spreading and evergreen. Covered with bright yellow fluffy balls, and under them are small silvery-green leaves. One of the available ways to admire a fluffy tree is to depict it on paper. How to draw mimosa, and will be discussed. Let's consider several ways that will allow each person (both the baby and his parents) to feel like a real artist.

How to draw mimosa in stages?

It is not difficult to depict mimosa on a piece of paper. But the process requires a certain amount of patience. How to draw mimosa with a pencil step by step? To get started, prepare a sheet of paper, an eraser, hard and soft pencils. Determine the location for the flowers and leaves. Simple ones need to apply the contours of the spot. It can be of any shape. It all depends on your imagination. Further, the place where the balls will be located must be encircled with a circle of arbitrary shape. In the place where the leaves will be, you should draw straight lines in different directions. Thinner lines should come from them. In the areas that are intended for flowers, you need to draw many circles and give them volume with zigzag strokes. It is even easier to depict the leaves. On the small lines extending from the branch, draw short strokes. It will go faster if you draw strokes without taking your hands off, in a zigzag manner. Thus, you need to display all the leaves.

March 8

How to draw a mimosa on a postcard? Everything is very simple here. A sprig of mimosa can be made in the shape of the number "8". To do this, you need to draw a volumetric eight on the top side of the postcard with a simple pencil. Further from the figure, you need to depict the twigs on both sides. They will look better if you make them asymmetrical. On the drawn figure eight with yellow gouache, you need to depict mimosa balls. Next, take a light brown paint and fill the space between the balls with it. Then color the branches in green. The postcard is ready. It remains only to write a congratulatory verse.

Gouache

If we talk about how to draw mimosa with paints, then everything is also simple here. Prepare jars of gouache, cotton swabs, different sized brushes, a piece of paper, and a rag to wipe your hands and tools. Take a wide brush and dampen the sheet with water. Next, with the same brush, you need to make several strokes of green and blue colors of different shades. There should be a lot of paint. Then paint over the entire sheet with the already applied paint. No need to wait for it to dry. Take a skewer or brush and mark the mimosa branches with the back of the cutting, from which small stems will come out at an angle of 45 °. If you don't like something, you can just paint over everything and start over. Then you can draw a little dark yellow or light brown paint on the little finger and apply circles on the branches. After that, with a cotton swab, on which orange paint is drawn, it is also necessary to apply circles. Change the stick and apply the yellow balls in the same way. You can add quite a bit of white dots if you like. The drawing is ready. This mimosa can be drawn both independently and with a child. He will love it very much.

Napkins

Another way how to draw mimosa. First you need to mark a branch with branches with a pencil. The bottom should be fern-like leaves. The branch can be outlined with a brown pencil, and the leaves with green.

In order to make fluffy balls, you need to take yellow napkins, roll balls out of them and glue them onto mimosa branches using PVA. This is probably the easiest way to draw mimosa.

Role of co-creation

Mimosa is the easiest flower to draw. Even the smallest child who knows how to handle pencils and paints can cope with it. And joint creativity with parents, as a rule, brings them closer. The child begins to trust his parents more, to share his experiences. Do you want to establish emotional contact with your child? Feel free to grab paints and pencils. And you already know how to draw a mimosa.
