The first thing we need is a suitable neutral picture. I focused my attention on the image of friendly forest dwellers - elves, in auspicious and calm green tones, in the color of nature itself.


We transfer the image to paper. We place the drawing paper vertically, visually divide the sheet in half and draw a sketch of elves with a simple pencil on the entire lower half of the drawing paper. We do not draw faces and small details, as they will be covered with gouache.


Using pink gouache, paint over the skin areas of the characters.


Paint over the wreath area of ​​the elf with yellow color, and all other details for both characters with green color.


After washing and removing excess moisture from the brush, fan it out to draw hair. The elf's hair is brown.



Next, draw faces: smiles, snub noses, beady eyes and freckles. And now let's revive our elves and the contour line will help us with this. The skin contour is brown and everything else is black.


At the top of the sheet of whatman paper, the final touch of gouache is waiting for us - an inscription. The text should be extremely short and understandable from the first reading. The font of the text must be legible and match the content of the poster.
For the inscription, a noticeable "poster" red color and a "handwritten" font were chosen.


There is an empty space left in the middle of the sheet between the elves and the inscription. The space will be occupied by congratulations in prose, framed in a beautiful natural frame that matches the theme of the poster. Congratulations are printed on the printer and glued with glue. To decorate the poster, we will cut out multi-colored flowers. We put a template on sheets of colored paper, fix the paper with paper clips and cut it out. As an addition, we cut out the middle circles.


It is necessary to add volume to each petal. In this case, scissors act as an assistant. Press the blade of the scissors with your finger to the petal and pull down with an arcuate movement of the hand as shown in the photo.

Each participant interacting with the poster is offered a card that will create an atmosphere of favorable communication and record emotional uplift.
We cut out a box according to the scheme. Places to be covered with glue are shown in blue. Square - 8x8 cm, sides - 2x2 cm. Glue it together.
Now work with a computer is required.
We print a basket of flowers on the computer and carefully cut it out. We glue the basket to the box. We will put wishes in this basket.





We find a beautiful background and in Word on one sheet we place the background image and its copies. Overlay this background with text with different wishes. The bottom line is that when we cut them out, they fit into our box - a basket, that is, they should not exceed 8 cm in width.Print out as many as we think fit (I made 3 wishes per employee) and cut it out with curly scissors. All that remains for us is to glue the flowers and their centers. Without fail, we place flowers on the basket, the elf's wreath and the hats of both characters. Few flowers near the feet of the elves, which will give the impression that they are located in a clearing. We scatter the rest of the flowers mainly in the upper part of the sheet.
