Fold the elastic with ribbons like this. Fix all layers with a needle. Notice the satin ribbons have not yet been cut to a specific length.

We connect the elastic with the ribbons with a seam. The seam can be machine or hand - at your discretion. We, in this case, arm ourselves with a needle with white threads.

1. We sew with a loop seam (1.5-2 cm) the end of the elastic.
2. The stitch should be high to grip the inner layer of the satin ribbons.
3. Work the seam around the end of the elastic in this way.
