How to take measurements

The principle of taking measurements:

FROM. Draw the tape around your waist so that it runs through the narrowest part of it. Round off the value a little so that the pullover does not squeeze the protruding tummy.
ABOUT. Wrap the tape around your thighs so that it touches the most protruding part of the buttocks.
Step seam. Measure from the crotch to the ankle if you are planning to buy pants, or to the imaginary hem if you need shorts.
The length of the sleeve. Measure from your forearm to your wrist. This indicator is necessary only for the selection of sweaters, sweaters, shirts with full sleeves.
