But I myself only used a kefir diet - I threw off up to 1-1.5 kg.

And the doctor prescribed this for me: 0.5 kg per day beef and 1 liter of cranberry juice.

In fits of hunger, I cut one apple and one banana into tiny pieces, put them on a plate, pour a small glass of kefir and slowly drink and eat everything, a feeling of satiety appears.

When can doctors recommend fasting days for a pregnant woman? As a rule, they are prescribed for excessive or unevenly increasing weight, with puffiness, high blood pressure and other manifestations of gestosis (a complication of pregnancy, characterized by edema, the appearance of protein in the urine and increased pressure), as well as diabetes and cardiovascular insufficiency.
