The entire structure (inside too), first coated with glue, is wrapped in metallized corrugated paper. From cardboard and foam we prepare a small base in the form of a round small loaf, which we also drape with corrugated paper. You can glue braid and beads to match the color. The lid for the cup is made in the same way. Now we completely paste over it with sweets: on top - round, at the bottom rectangular. Inside, under the lid, you can put the same candies or notes with wishes. The medal is made of cardboard.
