Department of local history and national bibliography. Suleimanov, Rizvan Bashirovich - The essential difference between mental and physical labor and ways to overcome it Rasim Haji

To narrow the search results, you can refine the query by specifying the fields to search on. The list of fields is presented above. For instance:

You can search across multiple fields at the same time:

logical operators

The default operator is AND.
Operator AND means that the document must match all the elements in the group:

research development

Operator OR means that the document must match one of the values in the group:

study OR development

Operator NOT excludes documents containing this element:

study NOT development

Search type

When writing a query, you can specify the way in which the phrase will be searched. Four methods are supported: search based on morphology, without morphology, search for a prefix, search for a phrase.
By default, the search is based on morphology.
To search without morphology, it is enough to put the "dollar" sign before the words in the phrase:

$ study $ development

To search for a prefix, you need to put an asterisk after the query:

study *

To search for a phrase, you need to enclose the query in double quotes:

" research and development "

Search by synonyms

To include synonyms of a word in the search results, put a hash mark " # " before a word or before an expression in brackets.
When applied to one word, up to three synonyms will be found for it.
When applied to a parenthesized expression, a synonym will be added to each word if one was found.
Not compatible with no-morphology, prefix, or phrase searches.

# study

grouping

Parentheses are used to group search phrases. This allows you to control the boolean logic of the request.
For example, you need to make a request: find documents whose author is Ivanov or Petrov, and the title contains the words research or development:

Approximate word search

For an approximate search, you need to put a tilde " ~ " at the end of a word in a phrase. For example:

bromine ~

The search will find words such as "bromine", "rum", "prom", etc.
You can optionally specify the maximum number of possible edits: 0, 1, or 2. For example:

bromine ~1

The default is 2 edits.

Proximity criterion

To search by proximity, you need to put a tilde " ~ " at the end of a phrase. For example, to find documents with the words research and development within 2 words, use the following query:

" research development "~2

Expression relevance

To change the relevance of individual expressions in the search, use the sign " ^ " at the end of an expression, and then indicate the level of relevance of this expression in relation to the others.
The higher the level, the more relevant the given expression.
For example, in this expression, the word "research" is four times more relevant than the word "development":

study ^4 development

By default, the level is 1. Valid values are a positive real number.

Search within an interval

To specify the interval in which the value of some field should be, you should specify the boundary values in brackets, separated by the operator TO.
A lexicographic sort will be performed.

Such a query will return results with the author starting from Ivanov and ending with Petrov, but Ivanov and Petrov will not be included in the result.
To include a value in an interval, use square brackets. Use curly braces to escape a value.

^ SULEYMANOV RIZVAN BASHIROVYCH

Rizvan Bashirovich Suleimanov was born on May 15, 1921 in the village of Kulushats, Laksky district. He graduated from elementary school in his native village, and in 1939 he graduated from high school in Kumukh and entered the Grozny Oil Institute. And in the same year he was drafted into the Red Army. He was sent to the Astrakhan Military Machine Gun Rifle School. After graduating from college, Rizvan Bashirovich went to the front in July 1941 and survived all the hardships that befell the forced retreat of the Red Army during World War II.

In the Battle of Kursk, the battalion of Rizvan Bashirovich acted in the zone of the main front, withstanding the pressure of a frenzied enemy. The stamina of him and his fighters was experienced by the "Tigers" and "Panthers", which did not manage to change the course of the war. Each combat step of Rizvan Bashirovich in all small and large episodes of the Patriotic War speaks of his initial and innate readiness for a feat.

Rizvan Bashirovich made it in September 1943, when he received an order, together with his battalion, to cross the front line unnoticed at night, quickly cross the Desna River and, having captured a bridgehead on its opposite bank, hold out until the main forces approached. Having crossed thanks to the bridgehead captured and held by his battalion, our main forces launched a powerful offensive. At the next stage of the operation, during the execution of the order to disrupt the crossing of the retreating Germans across the Dnieper, Rizvan Bashirovich was wounded. He was treated in hospitals in various cities of the country, he was declared unfit for military service and dismissed from the army.

By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of October 17, 1943, Rizvan Bashirovich Suleymanov was awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union, the Order of Lenin, the Order of the Red Banner of War and the Order of the Patriotic War, 1st degree.

In August 1944, he was appointed head of the Military Department of the Makhachkala City Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, a year later he was elected First Secretary of the Dagestan Regional Committee of the Komsomol.

In 1947, they sent Rizvan Bashirovich to study at the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks. After graduating in 1949, he worked as the head of the administrative department of the Dagestan Regional Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks. Then he entered graduate school at the Academy of Social Sciences and left for Moscow. After the Academy of Social Sciences, he was appointed head of the department of propaganda and agitation of the regional committee of the CPSU.

Rizvan Bashirovich moved to work as head of the department of Soviet economics at the Dagestan Regional Party School in 1956, and a year later, head of the department of Marxism-Leninism at the Dagestan Agricultural Institute. From September 1963, Rizvan Bashirovich went to work as the head of the Department of Political Economy of the Daghgospedinstitute.

He was a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR and Dagestan and a member of the City Council of War and Labor Veterans, a member of the Council of Elders under the State Council of the Republic of Dagestan.

He was awarded the Order of the October Revolution, the Red Banner of Labor, medals, diplomas. He defended his doctoral dissertation. Awarded the title of "Honored Worker of Science of the Dagestan ASSR".

An excerpt characterizing Suleimanov, Rizvan Bashirovich

– Drop your formalities, Isidora! I'm not waiting for anyone. This is my usual nightly(!) table, my dear. I like to always and in everything have a sufficient choice, you see!
- How many dishes are there in total? .. - I asked in surprise, looking at what I saw, unable to resist.
“Never less than twenty-five!” The Pope answered well.
Oh Gods! The biggest gourmet in the world would not need such a quantity! .. This man even in food knew no boundaries!
- Settle down, Madonna! I hope at least one of these dishes will satisfy your refined taste? ..
I felt so terrible that suddenly, unexpectedly for myself, I wanted to burst out laughing ... How could I ever imagine that one fine day I could sit at the same table with the person whom I wanted to destroy more than anything in the world ?!. And feeling a strange awkwardness, she tried to speak right away ...
– What prompted you to invite me today, Your Holiness? I asked carefully.
“Your pleasant company,” Caraffa laughed, and after a little thought, added: “I wanted to talk with you about some issues that are important to me, madonna, and I preferred to do this in a more pleasant environment for you.
A servant entered, and bowing low to Caraffa, he began to taste the first dishes. How I regretted at that moment that I did not have the famous Florentine herbal poison with me! .. It was painless and tasteless, and could not be determined ... This poison worked only after a week. Princes and kings were killed with it ... And he certainly would calm down the crazy Pope forever !!!
I would never have believed that I could contemplate murder so easily... My soul slowly turned to stone, leaving only room for justice inside. I lived to destroy it. And it didn't matter how. In this case, any means were good. The main thing was to kill Caraffa. So that innocent people no longer suffer, so that this bloodthirsty, evil person does not walk the earth.
And so I was sitting next to him now, accepting treats with a smile, and talking secularly on a variety of topics ... at the same time, intensely looking for at least some weakness that would give me the opportunity to finally get rid of his "saint" presence...
Dinner was approaching the middle, and we were still secularly “discussing” some rare books, music and art, as if he had no very serious goal in mind, due to which he invited me to his chambers in such an inappropriate , late hour.
It seemed that Caraffa sincerely enjoyed the conversation, seemingly completely forgetting about his "especially important" conversation. And we must give him his due - he was undoubtedly the most interesting interlocutor ... if you forget about who he really was ... To drown out the growing anxiety in my soul, I joked as much as possible. Caraffa laughed merrily at my jokes, telling others in response. He was helpful and pleasant. But, despite all his secular gallantry, I felt that he, too, was tired of pretending ... And although Caraffa's endurance was truly impeccable, I understood from the feverish gleam of his black eyes that everything was finally coming to an end ... Air around us literally "cracked" from the growing expectation. The conversation gradually petered out, turning into an exchange of simple secular remarks. And finally, Caraffa began ...
“I found your grandfather's books, Madonna. But there was no knowledge that interested me. Should I ask you the same question again, Isidora? You know what interests me, don't you?
This is exactly what I expected...
“I cannot give you immortality, Your Holiness, nor can I teach it to you. I do not have this right ... I am not free in my desires ...
Of course, that was a pure lie. But how could I have acted differently?! .. Karaffa knew all this very well. And, of course, he was going to break me again ... More than anything, he needed the ancient secret that my mother left me when she was dying. And he had no intention of backing down. Once again it was someone's turn to pay cruelly for my silence...

He was born on May 5, 1921 in the village of Kulushats, now the Laksky district of the Republic of Dagestan. By nationality - Lak. Graduated from 10 classes. In 1939 he entered the Grozny Oil Institute, Oilfield Faculty. At the end of the same year, he applied to be sent to the Astrakhan rifle and machine gun school, which he graduated in 1941.

Participation in the Second World War

He fought on the fronts of the Great Patriotic War from July 1941.

In September 1943, Captain R. B. Suleymanov, with his battalion, was the first in the regiment to cross the Desna River near the village of Morovsk (Kozeletsky district, Chernihiv region). The ousted enemy twice went over to the counterattack, but Captain Suleimanov skillfully led his battalion, as a result of which all enemy attacks were successfully repulsed.

During the battle, it was destroyed: 1 tank, 1 anti-tank defense gun, 2 heavy machine guns and about 60 enemy soldiers and officers. R. Suleymanov himself was seriously wounded in these battles.

Since 1944, Lieutenant Colonel R. B. Suleimanov has been in reserve.

Post-war biography

In 1949 he graduated from the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the CPSU, in 1955 - the Academy of Social Sciences under the Central Committee of the CPSU.

Lived in the city of Makhachkala (Dagestan).
