Age: 14 years old

Teacher: Mavletdinova Gelusya Foatovna

Step by step manufacturing process

1. In order to make a basket we need: scissors, soap, knobby and simple pins, copper wire, tape, 6-7 meters long. The ribbon needs to be satin. Soap can be anything.

On the upper and lower parts, we outline an oval with a needle, where we will stick the pins. I stick needles on the top of the soap, leaving even gaps.

2. Then I stick needles on the bottom of the soap, as I did on the top.

3. We fix the ribbon on the upper corner of the soap with a pin and lead it down a little obliquely.

4. At the bottom we wrap the tape in a pin. We bend and lead the tape up.

5. We do not cut off the tape, but we begin to braid the pins of the side on which the last fold came.

6. We braid the pins by simply wrapping the tape around them.

7. So we do 3 rows. We fix the edge of the ribbon with a regular pin, cut it off.

9. Let's start making the handle of the basket. I am making a copper wire handle. I cut off the size I need, stick an ordinary pin into the edge, and bend it slightly.

11. For a handle - the length of the tape must be 10 times longer than the length of the handle.

12. We also fix the handle with simple pins.

13. Now we fill the basket with ribbon flowers. We take a ribbon 20 - 25 cm long, fold it in half, bend one side, we get a triangle on top.

14. Then we alternately bend one side under the other, i.e. weaving goes from below, hold the top with a finger, thus making 12-15 bends. Then we release the upper part, hold the lower one.

15. Now we take one end of the ribbon and pull it down, collecting the flower.

16. To secure the rosette, we circle one end of the ribbon around and thread it into a needle or sew it on, cut off the ends.

17. Insert the flower into the soap. Thus, we fill the entire basket with flowers.

18. I got such a basket of flowers!

19. With love I give such a gift to my beloved mother.

Soap is a material that can be found in every home, going to the spa salon we inhale and there soap incense, plunging into the relaxing bliss of procedures. But soap can be used to make a wide variety of products.

This is both entertainment for adults, among which carving is very popular - carving on this material. Also, from self-made soap you can make magnificent flowers - roses, which will be a great gift.

For their manufacture, it is necessary to cut the frozen pink soap mass into thin plates with a sharp knife. To make the core of a flower, you need to roll one plate into a tube, all the rest will be petals.

From the green soap mass, cut out the leaves in a similar way. Set the finished rosette on a couple of leaves and, wrapped in cling film, place in the refrigerator. After a while, you can get them and admire the beautiful soap crafts.

With the help of ready-made purchased or home-made soap, you can make wonderful crafts for girls by March 8 - baskets made by the hands of a child will please your beloved grandmothers, aunts and teachers.

In a bar of toilet soap with a pleasant aroma, stick a couple of dozen tailor's pins, the distance between which should not exceed 8 mm. Fasten the tip of a satin ribbon (8 m long, 1 cm wide) with a pin and wrap it around a bar of soap, hooking the ribbon onto the pins. After the soap is completely braided, braid the pins too, threading the tape between them.

Now you need to take a piece of wire 20-25 cm long, coat it with glue and wrap it with a thin satin ribbon. Insert the resulting pen into the soap, decorate it with a homemade rose. Optionally, the basket can be further decorated.

The master class is designed for children 6-7 years old.

Goals:

To evoke joyful feelings in children in anticipation of the holiday; help to see the beauty, unusualness of flowers and leaves made from ribbons.

Develop: chalk and general motor skills of the hands; creative imagination; the ability to work consistently.

Educate: love and interest in art; responsiveness; emotional attitude to the image (mother, grandmother, sister, etc.)

To make a basket with flowers, we need the following material:

Ribbons for flowers - 5 bright colors, 1 m each, width 1 cm;

Tape for leaves - green-1m. width 0.5cm;

safety pins - 2 sets;

A piece of soap (mild).

Basket making step by step

To make a frame for the basket, we take pins and soap. First, we stick the pins on one side, slightly at an angle, at a distance of about 1 cm, then on the other side - at a right angle.

The frame for the basket is ready.

We fix the end of the brown tape with a needle and begin to wrap the soap so that it is not visible.

Then we braid the upper part of the basket, threading the tape between the pins. When finished the top part, we braid the bottom. The flower basket is ready.

To make a flower, take the ribbon and fold it in half on the corner, then alternately lay each edge of the ribbon on top of each other, to the end.

We hold the resulting column by the edges of the tape and pull out one of them. To prevent the flower from falling apart, we make a knot on the back of a long ribbon that has been pulled out.

We fold the green ribbon in the form of leaves and fasten it with a green pin to the basket.

All finished parts (flowers and leaves) are pinned with pins of the same color to the basket.

Soap basket– very original and inexpensive needlework will give you not only great pleasure in its manufacture. It will be a wonderful decoration for your interior, as well as an excellent gift or creative souvenir for your girlfriend, mother, mother-in-law or work colleague.

When I first saw soap basket brought to me by Raechka, I am simpleo gasped in delight. How rich is the imagination of this woman, and what golden hands she has! From the seemingly simplest stem or leaf, this woman is able to create a miracle. So many different crafts, not only from salt dough, but also from other materials, were made by her and donated free of charge to friends and just acquaintances, you can’t count them. You can not just talk about Raechka, she needs to sing an ode. Cinderella just pales in comparison to her.

I discussed the time of the meeting with her for a long time, because I really wanted to work creatively together. Finally, we managed to find free time for an interesting activity and meet. We made two baskets with her: she showed, and I studied. Now I tell and show what came of it.

DIY soap and ribbon basket

To prepare a basket of soap, we will need:

For 1 basket:

1 soap - it is better to take an oval shape and with a fragrant smell

Satin ribbon - 10 meters, 1 centimeter wide. Approximately half of the footage will go to the basket itself, and the other half to the finish of the handle

Multi-colored pins (sewing) - 1 pack (40 pieces)

Wire for the handle - at least 50 centimeters (the excess can then be cut off)

For decoration:

Cut-off ribbons of different colors 20 centimeters long, pins, sequins, sparkles

Master class: making a basket of soap and ribbons

We take a piece of soap in our hands. In order for the surface of the basket to turn out to be even, on both sides, where the inscription is usually, we draw an oval circle with a sharp object (you can use a pen).

We stick needles (but not completely) into the holes obtained at the same distance from each other with a depth of about 1 centimeter and at a distance of 0.5 centimeters from each other.

We distribute 16-20 pins on each side.

We fix the beginning of the tape with a needle and begin to weave a basket.

We draw the tape down and put it on the lower needle.

Then we draw it up and throw it over the top needle. So we continue the yarn over the entire area of \u200b\u200bthe soap.

From the sides, if the tape opens, you can throw it overthe same needle twice. If, nevertheless, the tape begins to diverge, moisten it gently with water and distribute it in open places. When the water dries, the tape will adhere tightly to the soap.

When we wrap all the soap in a circle with a ribbon, we continue to make the upper and lower bases from the remaining braid.

With a braid, moving from left to right, we grab two needles, and then draw the braid from the inside to the outer in the middle, wrap the second needle with the braid and tighten it.

So we do one row. When we finish the row, wrap the needle twice and go in the other direction (from right to left). We do the third row again from left to right. If you wrap the tape in front of the needles, then you get a different pattern.

When we finish the third row, cut off the braid and fasten the end with a needle.

Place the soap on a flat surface. We evenly press it from above, thereby pressing down the needles. Now the bottom base is stable, and the top base is even. By the way, the upper rim does not have to be made in three rows, a two-row yarn will be enough. Now we have the main part of the basket ready.

Making a pen for a basket of soap and ribbons

In principle, you can do without it and it is not necessary to make it as high as mine. The handle itself is braided using the macrame method. But this is not a prerequisite either. For the handle, you can take a wider ribbon, fold it in half and stitch it on the wrong side to make a tube. Unscrew and put on the wire. Collect beautifully with an accordion along the entire length. But I liked our way of finishing the handle more, although it took a lot of time.

We take the wire and the rest of the braid (we should have 5-6 meters of ribbon). We fold the braid in half and tie it in a knot on the underside of the wire, retreating from the end of 2-4 centimeters. Now we bend the right end of the braid in a semicircle and bring it out in front of the wire.

We lower the left end of the braid down, grabbing the right ribbon, and thread it from the back to the right side of the loop formed. We tie a knot.

Thus, we braid the entire wire, leaving free ends so that they can be fixed in the basket. We tie the ends of the braid twice.

We adjust the braid on the handle beautifully so that it looks equally twisted along the entire length. We insert the finished handle into the upper oval part of the basket.

These photos were taken already in the evening lighting, so they turned out not bright enough.

How to make flowers for a basket?

If you remember, at school lessons many had to make garlands. Here the principle of work is the same: the imposition of one part on another. We take a piece of tape, fold it in half obliquely on top of each other. Then we throw the left side to the right, covering the right side. We bend the other side of the tape to the left side from the outside.

Thus, we fold the entire piece of braid. Now, firmly holding both ends in our hands, gently pull down on one end, and we get a flower.

We stick a colored pin inside the flower (it is possible with sequins), fixing it so that the ribbon does not straighten out.

This basket was made by Rayechka earlier and is decorated with pheasant feathers that so recklessly crashed into the radiator of my husband's car.

Since I did not calculate with the footage of ribbons of the same color, I got two such funny baskets.

I hope that soap baskets, made by your hands, will be just as joyful and beautiful.
