Snowflakes and angels made of paper. Beautiful paper snowflakes - diagrams and templates for cutting out snowflakes with your own hands. Beautiful and simple snowflakes for cutting with diagrams, step by step for children

Which are already used as crafts.

Perhaps not everyone cut out such beauty in childhood, so I want to start with a detailed description of the process of folding paper and making snowflakes out of it.

It is better to take thin paper, because we will fold it at least three times. By the way, the more times you roll it, the more openwork the snowflake you will get. But cutting it off will be much more difficult.

I most often take napkins for this purpose. They are thinner than paper. And it is easier for them to give the desired shape.

Take a square sheet of paper and find its diagonal.

Bend the common edge up.

Wrap it again, connecting the ends. And cut off the lower uneven part.

Now let’s draw the diagrams that I will show below. And we transfer it to this detail.

All that remains is to cut out the snowflake along the lines and open it.

Of course, I cannot limit myself to just one master class, so I provide this step-by-step photo instructions.

First, fold the sheet so that there are folds along the edges.

Remove excess ends and cut out the pattern. By the way, a snowflake does not have to be white. It can be black, golden, red and any other shades.

This picture shows in dark color which part needs to be removed. It turns out very beautiful, right?

To consolidate the result, I present three simple patterns for cutting.

I also invite you to watch the video if you still have any questions.

I am focusing attention at this stage, because next we will find not only simple patterns, but also complex ones, taken from fairy tales and films. Therefore, the stage of folding paper must be understood and mastered.

Beautiful and simple snowflakes for cutting with diagrams, step by step for children

I'll start with simple options and patterns. After all, children show the main interest in cutting out such snowflakes. We only meet their desires, guiding them along the right path.

So, I’ll say right away that kindergarten children may not yet be able to cope with this task. However, not all of them still know how to use scissors well and carefully cut along the lines.

Of course, all children are different, but I think that such snowflakes are more suitable for children aged 6 years and older.

We will make a snowflake like this.

We fold the paper square as we learned. Of course, the photograph shows the sequence.

Now let's draw this drawing. You can translate it by placing a napkin on the screen, but you should not press too hard with the pencil. Or you can download the picture and print it.

We worked with scissors and this is what happened.

Just for fun, you can draw a carrot nose, eyes and mouth on the snowmen.

And it will turn out to be a fun craft.

Since you have already learned how to make such snowmen, here is a simple selection of easy patterns and patterns.

This option is more difficult for those who have successfully cut out all previous options.

Well, in order not to get bored, here is an idea from the cartoon “Frozen”. Here are Olaf, Elsa and Anna, and even Sven.

I think kids will like these ideas. That's not all, below there will be a lot of different templates.

Templates for cutting paper for windows, you can download and print

You can decorate the windows with any snowflakes. Those that are obtained by folding, or those that are obtained by cutting with a stationery knife.

It is better to stick a snowflake on the window with toothpaste. It is easily washed off the glass in the spring. You can also not glue the beauty to the window, but simply outline its outline with gouache.

There are simple ones and very delicate ones. In any case, you need to try to cut them all out.

DIY modern 3D paper snowflakes for the New Year

Here are some more ideas for 3D volumetric snowflakes. I will show you other master classes and ideas.

This beauty is very easy to make.

As before, we need a sheet of paper. For convenience, so that the lines are smooth and neat, we will use such a template with diagonals.

Fold the blue square diagonally.

Then, using the template, we make folds along the indicated lines.

This is what happened.

Draw a design and cut it out.

Now we bend all the lines in the shape of a semicircle. It turns out to be an interesting volume.

The following snowflakes were made using the same principle. Once again I will show everything in great detail.

For convenience, let's move away from the usual squares and cut out circles from colored paper.

Let's find their middle.

Let's turn it around again.

And further. In total, fold three times.

Now we draw the design and cut it out.

We unfold the workpiece and make bends, as in the picture.

View of a snowflake from the other side.

Well, do another option. Based on the same idea of folding.

In the end, this is what the voluminous beauties we made above look like.

They can be decorated with pompoms, cotton balls, beads and sequins.

If you liked the idea of such a plan for beauties, then I present three more options.

Now let's move on to voluminous snowflakes, which need to be made from several pieces of paper.

For example, I'll start with this blue and white beauty.

As you can see, we need the same number of white and blue parts. Three of each color.

The next master class will seem familiar to many. However, the snowflake turns out to be simple, but beautiful. It is more convenient to fasten the parts with double tape.

If you cut out several snowflakes of different sizes from cardboard or foam. Then, putting them on top of each other, you get the same volume.

You have a very beautiful idea. It is done simply and clearly. Strips should be taken no more than 1 cm wide. Otherwise, all the elegance of the craft will be lost.

Here is an option for gluing 5 identical blanks.

With aunts it is easy to make a snowflake from parts in the form of fans. The twig is made from five strips of paper folded into a droplet.

Another beautiful craft idea. Take 6 identical squares. We turn the corner towards ourselves and make identical cuts. The widest at the base, the shortest at the top corner. Then we connect these parts one by one. The bottom two are on one side. We turn the part and connect the next row on the other side.

All that remains is to connect the parts into one craft.

The following master class is similar to the one above. However, the pattern turns out different.

Another wonderful idea. Take a square and fold it once. And we make cuts from the fold line to the middle of the resulting triangle. Now we fix the ends of the rhombuses alternating sides.

Well, we talked a little about volume and 3D, let’s return to templates.

Large snowflakes in A4 format for beginners - can be downloaded and printed

Large snowflakes are easier to work with. Therefore, I have provided many diagrams that are suitable for beginners.

For convenience, start cutting out these beauties on an A4 sheet of paper. Then size down.

Also, the more complex the pattern on the diagram, the easier it is to cut it out of a large sheet of paper.

After all, on small workpieces, it is difficult to cut through eyes or bottlenecks in the circuit.

What do you think of the idea of decorating with a dragon?

Delicate stencil with butterflies.

For football fans there is such a template.

Ornament with birds.

This is a whole composition from the Middle Ages.

Take the anchor as a basis and this is what happens.

The main thing is to choose the right template for the level that the child has mastered. It is better to entrust complex ornaments to mothers.

Volumetric ideas from paper with templates for cutting, ballerinas MK

Many people like the idea of ballerina snowflakes. They really look very elegant and original. The basis is the silhouette of a ballerina, onto which beautiful snowflakes are cut out. They are worn as a skirt.

Here is a master class in video format. For the skirt, I have provided a lot of patterns in this article. And I will give the silhouettes of the girls under the video.

As promised, you can use these stencils. They can be downloaded and printed.

Did you like the idea? I feel so very much.

All interesting paper snowflake templates, many patterns

Well, now let’s not get distracted and let’s start getting acquainted with the variety of schemes and templates.

There are a lot of them. Some of the ones I have given are quite complex. But we are in no hurry and enjoy carving out this beauty, right?

Take a closer look at the drawings, you can see a variety of motifs: floral, geometric, patterns from the animal world. Every time you are amazed at how developed the human imagination is!

All pictures can be downloaded to your desktop and enlarged in any graphics program: Photoshop or Paint.

How to teach children to cut out snowflakes from paper?

Paper folding patterns for snowflakes

Description

3. Fold the resulting square diagonally, bending the lower left corner up.

4. Cut the left acute corner into a semicircle

Paper folding patterns for cutting out rhombuses

1. Fold a square sheet of paper vertically.

2. Fold the resulting rectangle horizontally.

3. Fold the resulting square diagonally, bending the upper right corner down.

4. The resulting triangle is the basis for cutting out rhombuses and squares.

Lesson 1. Cutting out a star

1. Fold and cut a square sheet of paper as shown in the diagram. Cut two large isosceles triangles along an arc to form the edge of the star.

2. Cut out small triangles on both sides, as shown in the diagram. They form patterns inside the star.

3. Cut two right triangles near the sharp corner to create a pattern in the center of the star. Unfold the star and compare what you get with the image in the book.

Lesson 2. Cutting out a snowflake

1. Fold and cut a square sheet of paper as shown in the diagram. Cut several shapes in an arc to form the edge of the snowflake.

2. Make cutouts on both sides as shown in the diagram.

3. Make the remaining cuts along the sides and near the acute corner.

Lesson 3. Cutting out a napkin

1. Fold a square sheet of paper according to the pattern for cutting out rhombuses. On the left side of the triangle, outline and cut out the general shape of the flower.

2. Cut out the “petals”. Make cutouts along the bottom side of the triangle.

3. Make small cuts along the long side of the triangle, leaving small gaps between them.

The second option for making paper snowflakes

DIY paper snowflakes

We cut out a circle from thin white typewriter paper and fold it in half, then in half again, to get a skirt for mom (1). From this blank, Dunno wanted to sew himself a festive shirt (show a real shirt with buttons). He put on one half of the shirt correctly: exactly to the middle (2). But since Dunno didn’t know how to dress himself, he put the other half on inside out and backwards - we bend the piece in the opposite direction (3). When Dunno realized that his shirt didn’t work out, he decided to make shorts out of it. At the bottom in the middle of the workpiece, he cut out a small triangle (4). But the shorts didn’t work out for him either. Then he took scissors and rounded one leg on the workpiece (5), and cut out long “wolf teeth” from the second (6). And he liked it so much that he cut out semicircles and “wolf teeth” first on the left side of the workpiece (7), then on the right (8). In this case, the “teeth” could grow side by side, one from the other, or directly from the curves. And when there was very little paper left, Dunno unfolded the blank, which turned into a beautiful openwork snowflake with six large rays. Please pay attention to the fact that the top of the triangle cannot be cut off, as the snowflake will lose its shape.

Snowflakes... How beautiful and how different they are. Each of us can create such beauty ourselves. Moreover, the New Year is coming soon and the soul asks to create a festive atmosphere in the house not only with the help of a Christmas tree, tinsel, garlands, but also snowflakes.

You can use snowflakes in different ways: stick them on a window, make a panel, hang them on a Christmas tree, decorate a wall with beautiful garlands of snowflakes, or use them as coasters on a holiday table. It all depends on the type and size of paper used and, of course, on how much time you have available.

They are very easy to make; even a child who has just learned to use scissors can cope with this task. And they turn out different for everyone, since even among the real ones you can’t find two identical ones.

To work, you will need paper that is thin enough so that it can be folded at least 8 times, maybe 16 times, and in this form can be cut. You can also use tissue paper, but it has one minor drawback - it is only white. But there is also an advantage: it is good to cut out small snowflakes from it. You can also take wrapping paper, thin foil, plain or multi-colored. Two-color paper is also good.

Don't forget about scissors, as well as glue and tape to create voluminous beauties. As for shapes and patterns, the diagrams, templates and stencils that I have selected for you will come to the rescue. Let `s start?

Paper snowflakes: simple and beautiful patterns for windows 2019

With these patterns, younger children can have fun cutting out dozens of simple paper snowflakes, while older children and adults can begin creating more complex, lacy designs. All you need is paper and scissors. Then adults can help tape them together, hang them from the ceiling, and together you can watch the snowfall floating in the air. You can also decorate windows with them or add them to holiday gift wrapping or make a New Year's card.

Everyone knows that snowflakes in nature have hexagonal symmetry, but most people shy away from creating paper snowflakes that imitate natural ones. Partly because we think it's easier to fold and cut an octagonal snowflake.

I offer you a quick and easy way to fold a hexagonal snowflake. Once you learn this trick, you'll want to make all your paper snowflakes hexagonal.

You can use any paper: A5, A4 or square. Any excess will be trimmed off once the piece is ready.

Avoid using thick or heavy paper as it can be difficult to fold and cut.

Instructions:

The finished snowflake will have folds and will not lie flat on the surface. This can easily be corrected by placing it under a press from a heavy book.

By folding paper according to this principle and cutting out various patterns, you can create beautiful snowflakes.

Using square-shaped gift wrapping, you can make a huge snowflake that will decorate the walls or table, giving them a festive look.

And to make it easier to cut out such a snowflake, wrap thin wrapping paper with thicker paper as shown in the picture.

If you want to decorate your windows with paper snowflakes, there is a little trick you can use to make them more resistant to condensation. Place the snowflake between two sheets of wax paper (parchment) and iron on low. The wax will melt, absorb into the snowflake and make it moisture resistant.

This can only be done in the presence of an adult!

Winter is a special time of year, some people love it, but others not so much. However, it has its advantages and benefits.
For example, it is in winter that we most value the coziness, warmth and comfort of home, as well as communication with family and friends.
Only in winter can we experience all the delights of snow. We can roll down a hill in the snow, or we can plop down into a large snow-white fluffy snowdrift.
We can watch snowflakes fall from the sky and enjoy the extraordinary beauty of how they shimmer in the light like hundreds of millions of sparkles.
And as you know, in nature there are no two identical snowflakes; all the snowflakes that fall on the ground are all different. It's hard to believe, but it's a fact.
Our Creator did a good job so that we would not be bored. You can admire snowflakes for a very long time, and you can also try to make snowflakes yourself, well, of course, not the kind that God created, but ones that won’t melt and you can decorate your house with them.
Snowflakes are best made from paper, but other suitable materials can be used.
You can do creativity both independently and with your family or separately with your children.

Time passes... It brings us closer to the December days and, of course, to the main holiday - the New Year. I continue the theme of decorating the house for this significant date. And again we will talk about snowflakes.

These are not, but the simple ones that we used to decorate our house for the holiday since childhood. In my opinion, snowflakes can cut out everything. If only I had some suitable paper and scissors. And, of course, fantasy. What are they used to create this beauty from? They use napkins, colored and white paper, foil, glossy magazines... You can’t list everything.

All family members participate in this simple task. After all, you need a lot of snowflakes. And stick it on windows, and on cabinets with doors, and even hang it on strings or rain from a chandelier and the ceiling. It is noteworthy that although there are many figures, they are all different. In all this heap of paper, there are no two identical snowflakes. They will differ in size, shape, and pattern.

It’s like you’re cutting it out according to a template, but you still add something of your own—here you cut out a triangle, and here you sharpen the edges. And each figure is beautiful and unique.

Well, arm yourself with scissors, take paper. You and I will carve these delicate and tender decorations.

I remember my childhood... I was about five years old. My mother and I were diligently preparing for the New Year. And they cut out decorations for windows and a Christmas tree from album sheets. At that time the sheets were dense. It was a little difficult to cut out graceful snowflakes from them.

I was given a simpler task - to make this square-shaped decoration. This is easier, because you only had to fold the square two or three times. It didn't take much effort to cut out arcs, stripes, and triangles. The more cuts you make, the more beautiful and delicate the snowflake.

We glued them to the windows, unfolding the square so that it resembled a rhombus. This way the figure looked more advantageous.

Here are options for square snowflakes. To cut them out, it is better to take white or colored sheets of office paper. Cut out a square from paper. If it is large, then the decoration will be larger in size. The smaller, the snowflake will be small. Fold the square according to the diagram. You can repeat the same drawing. And cut it out.

And here are some templates for folding a square sheet twice.

Transfer the pattern to the folded triangle. Now cut off the areas that are shaded. Unfold. And the first snowflake is ready.

Repeat all previous steps. And then your second square-shaped snowflake appeared.

Add more arc cutouts, add triangles somewhere. Cut out the third decoration.

The more cuts you make, the more delicate the figure will be. Add something of your own. And the fourth snowflake will be better than in the picture.

Now fold a sheet of paper three times. I suggest using the diagram. Another fold makes the snowflake lacy and graceful.

And here are several options for snowflake patterns that are obtained using this method of folding paper.

Transfer the design to a triangle folded three times. Cut it out. The patterned decoration can be glued to the window.

Snowflakes are good because you can make deep cuts or very tiny ones. The holes can be of various shapes. Sometimes you make a bunch of different patterns and wonder what will happen. The result will always be amazing.

We practiced using simple templates. Now let’s cut out more complex square snowflakes. Use the options provided.

So we have mastered the technique of cutting out square snowflakes. Now you can safely come up with your own schemes. Apply arcs, semicircles, rectangles, small and large triangles to the folded triangle. Imagine! And you will get a decoration that no one else has. This will be the one and only snowflake.

Teach this to your children. They will cope perfectly with such a simple task. And using scissors together is more fun!

Snowflake stencils for cutting out paper for windows 2019

Windows are the main objects in the house that we decorate for the New Year holiday. Strewn with snowflakes, images and characters, they create a stage effect that attracts the eye. Both in the apartment and from the street. And decorating them is a pleasure. You begin to feel like a designer or an artist, a miracle worker.

What to do when you can’t come up with a pattern and cut out snowflakes yourself? There is always a way out. To do this, there are many stencils and templates that you just need to print on a printer.

What is the difference between a stencil and a template?

A stencil is a sheet of paper with a design cut out inside it. By placing a sheet on the surface, you can apply many similar patterns. Since we are talking about snowflakes, they can be applied through a stencil with a sponge dipped in diluted toothpaste or gouache.

A template is a ready-made drawing cut out of paper, which is either immediately glued, as in the case of snowflakes on a window, or it can be traced many times if you need to make a large number of identical pictures. In the latter case, it is better to make the template from thick paper or cardboard.

If you don't have a printer, that's no problem either. A sheet of paper can be attached to the monitor.

A bright screen will create a translucent effect, and the drawing can be transferred to paper using any felt-tip pen. I do not recommend using a pencil or pen. They are sharp and can damage the screen.

I have prepared a selection of stencils and templates for you. There are more than 60 pieces in the collection. With their help, you will quickly cope with decorating windows for the New Year. View all images. Select the ones you like. When printing, decide on the size of the decoration. Print it out.

Printed or translated stencils must be carefully cut out with scissors.

Some people use sharp nail scissors when cutting out small internal parts, some use craft scissors, some use special knives.

In this kind of work, I pick up handmade “herons”. They have pointed ends and cut well.

When cutting, try to remove the black outline of the template and the stencil fill of the same color with scissors. So that the products are obtained without a dark outline.

Now the finished snowflakes can be glued to the window. Of course, I want to do this more carefully, so that after the holiday you don’t have to scrub away stubborn stains for a long time.

To glue light piercings, you can use milk, soap solution, toothpaste, or liquid paste.

In our house, snowflakes are held on by soapy water. They are made from office printing paper. This paper is quite durable. We moisten a bar of soap with water and soap the figure on one side. Apply the wet part to the glass. And the snowflake doesn't fall. How do you attach decorations? Write in the comments.

Snowflakes-ballerinas made of paper (templates can be printed)

How graceful and fragile the ballerinas are... They seem incredibly fabulous, fantastic to us, like fluttering fairies. Their dance is truly magical and enchanting. It fascinates and fills you with spirituality and a sense of miracle.

Fill your home with these feelings by decorating it with delicate ballerinas in lacy snowflake skirts.

These crafts are reminiscent of. This effect is created by a carved skirt on the fragile figure of a dancer. Replenish your set of New Year's decorations with beautiful, gentle and quivering fairy ballerinas.

Making them is not difficult. Download the templates to your computer. There is a large selection of dancer figures. There are thirty of them in total. Find the ones you like best.

Select the contours of the dancers you like. Print sheets with them on a printer or transfer them from the monitor by attaching a sheet of paper to it.

Carefully cut out the shapes with scissors. Nail or craft scissors are suitable for holes. They have sharp ends. And they are convenient for cutting patterned reliefs.

Now choose the most beautiful snowflakes from the ready-made ones already available. Or make new ones. Fold the square sheet according to the pattern. Cut off any protruding corners.

I made three snowflakes. I drew a pattern with a pencil. Removed unnecessary things. Here's what I got.

Cut a hole in the center, the diameter of which should correspond to the width of the paper doll's waist.

There are several options for wearing a skirt on a ballerina. You can carefully bend it along the length and insert the figure into the snowflake. You can also make a small cut from the center cutout. Then it is easier to put the doll into clothes. Or you can cut the snowflake in one place from the bottom edge to the very center, and then glue the cut.

Glue the skirt to the doll's waist on one side and the other with literally one drop of glue. Straighten it out to make it look fuller.

Tie a string to the ballerina's arm or waist. Now you can hang it on the Christmas tree.

If you make the thread longer, then first put one or two snowflakes on it, and then tie the figurine. Make several of these garlands and hang them at different heights. It will look great.

Ballerinas will spin with any movement, creating the feeling of falling snow. That's very beautiful!

And I want to make a gift for the kids. Colored cute ballerina girls especially for them. Once upon a time they were drawn by artist Elena Zapesochnaya for the magazine “Funny Pictures”.

Help the kids with crafts. Such playful little girls will look great on the Christmas tree.

Video on how to make a snowflake with your own hands - easy and simple

When you look at beautiful lace snowflakes on the Internet that are created by the skillful hands of craftswomen, you involuntarily wonder how to achieve the same result. Doing this kind of work seems super difficult. In fact, everything is much simpler than we think. Openwork beauty is made up of repeated repetition of the same pattern. Zigzags and wavy squiggles make the figure irresistible. Watch in the video how easy it is to create such a charming decoration.

Let's repeat all the steps of the wizard. In the right places we stop the roller and fold, draw, cut. As you can see, I repeated step by step everything that happened on the screen.

Hooray! Happened! We were able to make the same beautiful snowflake. So we did it.

How to cut beautiful snowflakes for the New Year (step-by-step patterns for beginners)

The main fans of creating beautiful New Year's decorations are, of course, children. Especially the girls. But the boys are not far behind.

My seven-year-old grandson watched me work on this article for a long time. He saw how I cut out snowflakes and was amazed at how gradually a sheet of paper with the help of scissors turns into something patterned and carved. First he asked how I did it, and then he also took the scissors.

For now he is making them according to patterns, but I think soon he will have special, boyish snowflakes: the faces of animatronics, transformers, or some other modern cartoon characters will be cut out inside them.

But for starters, the diagrams were very useful. There is no need to invent something. You repeat the steps, transfer the pattern to the folded figure and use scissors. It's quite simple.

Let's make another batch of snowflakes using them. The method of folding paper when making these products is different.

When creating the first snowflakes, we fold a sheet of paper into triangles three times. First, bend the square diagonally. We fold the resulting figure three more times until we get a figure that resembles an arrow. We apply a pattern on one side, and then cut out the shaded parts. And it turns out to be a snowflake.

The next craft is made according to the same pattern. Only the pattern is different. Redraw it onto the blank (it is simple) and remove the parts with shading. The second product is ready.

And another snowflake, made according to the same scenario. Fold a sheet of paper several times. Copy the pattern. It's a little more complicated. But it's not scary! And cut it out. You will get such a beautiful snowball.

Folding a sheet of paper in the next two options differs from the previous ones. First, fold it twice into triangles. And then you need to roll up the little bag. We transfer the ornament. We cut off unnecessary things. And now the decoration is ready.

The fifth snowflake folds in the same way. Let's redraw the pattern. Carefully cut out the multilayer part. We unfold it, smoothing out the rays of the product. And here we have another copy.

Using the same scheme, we will make another version of a beautiful decoration. Fold a sheet of paper step by step. Let's redraw the ornament. Let's cut it along the lines. Now we unfold the figure. And here we have another snowflake.

Now let's move on to another group of decorations. Fold the square sheet in half. And then we bend the two ends of the triangle obliquely. And we transfer the drawing. This cutting method is very suitable for children. There aren't many layers here. Therefore, you do not need to put a lot of effort when cutting. Children's hands can easily cope with this task.

Let's create the first snowflake. Let's fold the sheet according to the diagram. Draw a pattern with a pencil or felt-tip pen. We take scissors and remove all the shaded parts. Carefully unfold the paper. And now the snowflake is ready.

Let's add a small Christmas tree to the next pattern. Let's cut out the outline. And the craft will look completely different.
