Crochet slippers with felt soles for children. Bright home boots crocheted from hexagons. Beautiful from squares

Many people prefer to wear home slippers - flip flops, without heels, they are convenient to put on and take off with one movement of the foot. To crochet slippers- flip flops will require a sole or an insole that holds its shape well, you can use dense felt insoles with a sewn-on lining at the bottom.

To knit slippers, take 50 grams of acrylic yarn in two contrasting colors, a dark tone for knitting the insole, and a light color for knitting the upper part of the slippers.

First you need to link upper part of the insole and connect it to the felt sole. To knit the insole, cast on a chain of air loops with a length equal to the length of the insole minus its width.

Tie the initial chain in a circle, making art. b / n along the narrow part of the foot, and to expand the foot, knit 3 half-columns, on the wide part, knit st. s / n. Closer to the fingers, on the last 6 loops of the chain, knit 3 half-columns, 2 tbsp. b / n, from the final loop of the initial chain for rounding, knit 5 tbsp. b/n. On the underside of the initial chain, knit stitches in reverse order.

Knit the second row of the footprint in the same way as the first, increasing the height of the columns in the wide part of the foot. To round the footprint at the fingers and heels, add evenly 3 tbsp. b / n, knitting at three points from one loop of 2 tbsp. b/n.

The bonded insole should be the same size as the felt sole.

Felt sole tie around the edge next to st. b/n. To do this, pierce the sole with a thick gypsy needle or awl at a distance of 5 mm from the edge. Insert a hook into the holes formed, grab the working thread and pull the loop to the edge of the sole, knit st. b/n. In places of rounding, make two or three columns from one hole.

Do not break the thread and knit a row of st. b / n to connect the felt sole and the associated insole, for this knit st. b / n along the edge, introducing the hook simultaneously into the half-loops of the insole and the strapping of the sole. When finished, secure, cut the thread.

For knit top slipper if you have a thin acrylic thread, make it in two additions. Attach the thread to the corner of the sole at the thumb, knit a short row of st. b/n. To knit the next row, instead of the instep air loop, make a connecting column along the row of the sole.

Turn work and * knit the next row of st. b / n back, starting from the second loop from the hook. At the end of the row, make st. b / n from the side of the sole and a connecting column instead of an air lifting loop for the next row. *

Turn the work and repeat from * to *, in each row one column is added to expand and lift the foot.

To decorate slippers, tie a chamomile flower with lush thin petals of yarn in a contrasting color.

For the center of the flower, tie a bump. Dial a chain of 5 air sts, close it in a ring, knit st. b / n in a spiral, always inserting the hook into the center of the ring, until a voluminous bump is formed.

Sole for knitted slippers

The weakest point in knitted slippers is the sole. It wears out quickly, so to strengthen the sole, you can add a thick nylon thread to ordinary threads. Alternatively, you can buy a ready-made sole for slippers, knit a double sole, sew a leather insole to a knitted sole, or buy a special yarn for knitting socks. It is pre-treated and resistant to abrasion and does not peel.

What knitting needles to choose for knitting slippers

The choice of knitting needles depends on the model of slippers. Some slippers are knitted on 5 stocking needles, and some on two knitting needles. A crochet hook is often used to knit soles. And yet, do not forget to purchase markers, they are needed for complex patterns.

But for starters, it’s still worth choosing the model you like and buying yarn for it, choosing knitting needles. We have already talked about yarn, and now we offer you a selection of more than 30 models of slippers with knitting needles. Knit for your pleasure.

Multi-colored slippers with knitting needles:

Simple and comfortable slippers with knitting needles

Let's knit simple, but very comfortable and warm slippers. The size is given for size 38-39.

The video should load here, please wait or refresh the page.

For knitting we need: semi-woolen or woolen yarn in 100g 250m (this time I have 100% wool in 100g 200m), a set of 5 hosiery needles (I have No. 2.5), felt insoles a size larger than your shoe size (I I will knit socks for 38 size, I have 39 size insoles), a hook for tying insoles, threads for tying insoles (you can use those with which you will knit, or take a stronger cotton or nylon thread).

I don’t do calculations for knitting socks, I just pick up 44-48 loops for children’s socks, 56-60 loops for women, 64-68 loops for men (depending on the thickness of the thread).

On one knitting needle with the usual set I type 60 p. + 1p to connect in a circle.

The number of loops for an elastic band 2 by 2 should be divided without a trace by 4. I distribute it into 4 knitting needles, 15p each. on each and close in a circle.

I knit in a circle an elastic band 2on2, I start with 1 out. n, then to the end of the row of 2 persons. p., 2 out., last loop 1 out. Thus, I knit 25 rows (7 cm).

26 row: we make holes for the lace, we start knitting a row with a crochet, then knit 2p. together persons., 2 persons. p., yarn over again, 2p. together persons, 2 persons. n and so on to the end of the row.

27 row: all loops are facial

We continue to knit in a circle. We conditionally divide the loops into 2 parts, it turns out 30p. front and 30p. back. The beginning of the row is where we have the tail of the thread from the set of loops. For those who will knit exactly the same as I am attaching a diagram in which all circular rows are indicated.

We begin to knit the first 30p. according to scheme 1 and continue 30p. knit according to scheme 2. A total of 13 circular rows. You can knit more, the socks will be longer, but the threads will take more.

I knitted the first 7 rows of the pattern. This is the front view

Back view

Here I knitted 13 circular rows according to the schemes

Now we will knit in rotary rows only the front part according to the pattern, the first and last loops of the front part become edge, we do not touch the loops of the back part yet. For my size 38, it is necessary to tie in turning rows 16.5-17 cm in length. The total length of the patterned part is 20-21cm. For other sizes, add or subtract 1-1.5 cm in length.

In the last rows, you can reduce a few loops in a large braid, but I do not always do this, you can not decrease.

Here's what should happen:

We finish the loops of the front part with the wrong side, cut the thread, put the loops aside for now.

Let's start knitting the back of the sock. To do this, we attach the thread on the left from the first edge loop of the front. The place of attachment of the thread is marked with a circle.

We start knitting the back part according to the pattern in turning rows, pulling out new loops from the edge loops of the front part on each side and turn them on.

In this photo, I'm adding a loop on the right side.

In total, we get 7-8 loops on each side.

This is how it turns out after knitting a few rows.

We finish knitting turning rows from the side where the thread was attached, that is, the wrong side. We pick up one more loop from under the edge front part and begin to knit a circular row with front loops: first we knit the loops of the back part, then we collect new loops from the remaining edge loops, then we knit the loops that we set aside when knitting the front of the sock and we collect loops from each edge on the other hand.

View from above

Now I connect the sole and the toe, attach it with needles, pulling the toe along the insole (first I attach the heel and toe, then in a circle)

I crochet with connecting posts. Decorated this time with a lace and a flower. You can make pom poms.

Indoor slippers "Comfort" with felt soles
You will need:
A pair of felt insoles of the required size (we have 38);
Awl;
Yarn - 100g / 300m, wool mixture;
Hooks - No. 3 and No. 2;
Needle.

At the first stage, you need - insoles, an awl and hook No. 2. The insoles need to be tied with single crochets (st. b.n.). To do this, we pierce holes in the insole with an awl, retreating 5 mm from the edge. The distance between the holes should also be 5 mm. To avoid tightening the edge and uniformity of the strapping, perform 1 air loop (vp) between the posts.
Tip: In order not to lose the holes, due to the peculiarities of the structure of the felt, it is better to tie at the same time as making the holes. That is, pierce and then do st.b.s.

For greater aesthetics of the product and a light massage effect, as well as so that the feet are not too hot from the felt sole, we will make a duplicate insole. It repeats the shape of the insole and is performed as follows:
For 38 leg sizes, we collect a pigtail from 38 ch. already with the main hook No. 3 and knit in a spiral:
1st p. - from Art. b. n, knitting 3 columns in the first and last loop.
2 p. - again Art. b. n., but 3 end columns turn into 6, thanks to increases.
3 p. - shaping the insole. The narrow part is knitted. b. n., in the place of its expansion 2 half-columns with a crochet, and wide - with columns with 1 crochet. We continue to make additions.
4 p. performed by analogy with 3 p. The only difference is that now 2 p / st with n. shifted 2 loops closer to the narrow part of the insole, relative to 3 p.
5 and subsequent rows - We knit st.b.n. along the contour of the sample. Constantly applying the sample to the insole, the moment of knitting completion is determined.
Tip: It is better to make a knitted sample 3-5 mm smaller than a felt one along the contour. Sewn a little "tight" it will not puff. In addition, the felt insole will "sit down" a bit when worn.
We sew a knitted insole to a felt insole with a large needle with frequent stitches “over the edge”.

This is how the completely finished slipper sole looks on the reverse side:

For the upper part of the slipper, we collect 5 ch. We turn over when moving to each new row, performing 1 ch. rise before knitting a new row.
1. Double the number of loops by knitting 2 tbsp. b. n. from one loop.
2. We knit without changes 10 tbsp. b. n.
3. Double (= 20 loops).
4. No change Art. 20 b. n.
5. An increase at the beginning and at the end, as well as on the central 2 tbsp. b. n. (= 24 p.).
6. 24 st. b. n.
7. Increases (28 st. b. N.).
8. 28 Art. b. n.
At this point, the end of the additions can be marked by tying a colored thread, or by putting on a marker or pin. Next, we knit on 28 loops of st.b.n. in straight and reverse rows before the start of lifting the foot - 11 "stripes" of the canvas.
It turned out the top of the slipper - "shell":

For a more comfortable fit and secure fastening of the top of the slipper to the sole, we perform "sides". At the extreme 8 st.b.n. , starting from the edge, we perform a gradual decrease in the number of columns. Decreases are made through the row, only along the front side of the sample on one side, starting from the 2nd row, until 1 loop remains, which we close and break the thread. Do the same on the other side.

This is what the resulting sample looks like, folded in half:

We sew it to the sole, marking the middle points and aligning them. It is more convenient to sew in two stages - separately from the middle to the sides.

We tie the finished slippers with a small hook No. 2, alternating st. b. n. and "shells" from Art. double crochet with pico.

Photo master class with a description of the progress of work

When knitting you will need:

  • yarn;
  • knitting needles;
  • felt soles or insoles (bigger size is better);
  • hook;
  • dense thread;
  • thick needle.

Another important addition for beginners will be a video or a master class with step-by-step photos.
To make the slippers soft, warm and pleasant for the legs, you need to choose the appropriate yarn. It is good if it is pure wool or with the addition of acrylic. The thickness and color of the thread is chosen at will. Thin yarn can be used in two additions. Then the slippers will be warmer. Craftswomen often make small knitted items from the remnants of yarn, they also dissolve out-of-fashion or old models.

Knitting needles are selected according to the thickness of the thread. The diameter can be taken a little more, then the knitting will be more voluminous.
To knit slippers with felt soles, of course, you need to prepare the sole itself. A felt insole or a felt blank cut with your own hand will do. Before starting work, we choose a method for making slippers. Can:

  • crochet the sole, piercing the felt. In this case, one row of columns must be laid around the entire perimeter of the insole, sticking a hook into the sole. Then knitting loops from the pigtail are knitted and knitting is continued;
  • sew with a strong thread with an overcast seam. With such a seam, a chain of threads is also formed. Therefore, dialing the first row with knitting needles will not be difficult;
  • knit the detail of the slippers separately and then sew to the felt sole. This is the easiest way.

Option one It is necessary to prepare the sole according to the size of the foot. Immediately take the thread, which is intended for knitting. But, the first row is crocheted.

The strapping is done so that the punctures are distributed at an equal distance. This will provide a neat look to the slippers. If this method has to be applied for the first time, then the video for beginners will help you deal with it very quickly. Then a knitting needle is inserted into each loop of the resulting chain and the loop is pulled through, so the first row is dialed. Then knitting is continued with the chosen pattern, but three central loops are knitted together on the toe of the slippers. This must be done in every row. At the same time, they make sure that the middle loop does not move, forming an even, neat chain. Having tied up to the desired height, the loops are closed. If the knitted slippers are a little wide, you can thread the braid along the top edge and decorate in front of the bow.

Option two Option 2. For this method, you need a thick needle with a large eye and a strong thread. The sole along the entire perimeter will have to be neatly sheathed with an overcast seam. The distance between the needle holes and the stitch height must be the same, otherwise the work will look sloppy. It helps a lot to watch a video with training material on sewing. Then they pick up loops with knitting needles from a pigtail and continue to knit identically to the first option.
The third option for slippers Option 3. The easiest way to quickly knit slippers, even without experience with knitting needles. In this case, they collect such a number of loops that will provide the desired height. It is better to calculate the number of loops for the set. They continue to knit the fabric in the form of a scarf in the usual garter or stocking stitch.

If you need to make knitted slippers in a gift version, then experiment with choosing a pattern. The length of the "scarf" is 30 cm for size 36. The loops are closed in one row and the fabric is sewn to the sole. In this case, you need to try not to make creases or folds.

The seam is laid, stepping back from the edge of the sole 0.7 cm. This will increase the life of the slipper. We make a small overlap on the toe.

Slippers can be decorated in any acceptable way. A master class on making jewelry with your own hands will tell you the most suitable choice.
