Exercise in walking and running in a column one at a time, completing tasks as directed by the teacher;

Develop the skills of expressive and emotional transmission of game images;

Raise interest in physical exercises;

Develop the ability to play together; friendly feelings, positive emotions;

Cultivate a conscious attitude to sports.

In the process of organizing an event in order to increase the physical activity of children, I used methods:

Verbal (explanation)

Practical (carrying out exercises in a playful way). Used the following tricks:

Surprise moment;

problem situation;

Chain reception, each part of the entertainment flowed smoothly from one part to another.

Used for fun organizing method:

frontal (all children perform the same exercise);

in-line method (children perform the exercise continuously-in-line).
Used for fun health-saving technologies:

Breathing exercises;

Rugs irritants;

Ribbed board.

On ‘entertainment, the integration of educational areas was traced: “Physical culture” - exercise in walking and running in a column one at a time, performing tasks as directed by the teacher; exercise walking on toes; to consolidate the ability to crawl on all fours; to cultivate interest in physical exercises;

"Health" - the formation of the habit of being indoors in lightweight clothing; the formation of ideas that morning exercises, games, physical exercises cause a good mood, desire to lead a healthy lifestyle;

"Socialization" - the development of children's activity in motor activity; "Communication" - activation of children's speech;

"Music" - exercises were accompanied by music.

In preparation for entertainment, exercises were selected corresponding to the level of development of children of a given age.

So, I believe that the goal and objectives have been achieved. The goal and objectives correspond to the age characteristics of children, their interests. The children were active, interested, and during the whole leisure time, the optimal pace of the children's motor activity was traced.
