Water tank

Cool water (regular or distilled)

Two or more colors of lacquer - not fast drying, not thick, not old

Here's how to do a water manicure at home:

Pre-coat the nails with the base color of the varnish. In our case, white. This will make the polishes look very bright and beautiful!

1. Pour water at a cool temperature or warm into a glass (select it empirically for yourself), almost to the brim, so that it is convenient for us to work.

2. Take the first dark purple lacquer you have chosen and drip it onto the surface of the water in the center from a short distance or touching the water. The first drop may sink, keep going. If the circles do not spread further, then the varnish is too thick.

3. Repeat the color change 3-4 times.

4. Then, using a toothpick or dots, create the pattern you want on your nails. Water manicure can be in the form of a spiral or with a floral pattern.

4. Lubricate the skin around the nail with a greasy cream, without getting on the nail. This is necessary so that after applying the pattern, it would be easy to remove the remaining varnish from the skin.

5. With a sharp movement, dip your finger into the resulting pattern. Do not remove your finger from the water until you remove the remnants of the film around the nail with a stick, otherwise the film will not lie very evenly. Keep your finger in the water.

5. Remove your finger from the water, remove the remaining varnish with a lint-free (or regular) cloth. If the cuticle is stained, it is easiest to clean it with a cotton swab dipped in nail polish remover.

Repeat with the rest of the nails. When the marble manicure is dry, apply a protective coat for a long lasting effect.
