1. Approve:

Rules for wearing military uniforms, insignia, departmental insignia and other heraldic signs in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (to this order);

The procedure for mixing items of existing and new military uniforms in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (to this order).

2. The heads of military command and control bodies should prepare proposals for amending the legal acts of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in connection with the issuance of this order.

3. IV. Wearing military uniforms

31. Astrakhan hats with a visor, fur hats with a visor, fur hats with earflaps are worn with a golden cockade.

Hats with earflaps are worn with a khaki cockade.

32. Fur earflaps and insulated earflaps with lowered earmuffs are worn at air temperatures of minus 10 ° C and below, and with earmuffs tied at the back - when servicing weapons and military equipment, at chores and at the direction of the commander of a military unit (divisions). With the earpieces of fur earflaps raised, the ends of the braid are tied and tucked under the earmuffs, with the earmuffs lowered, they are tied under the chin.

33. Woolen caps are worn with a golden cockade, with a red band (in the Air Force, Airborne Forces and the Aerospace Defense Forces - blue, in the Strategic Missile Forces, tank, artillery, anti-aircraft missile, automobile, engineering, topographic, technical, road troops, signal troops, troops of radiation, chemical and biological protection, fuel service - black) and red piping (in the Air Force, Airborne Forces and Aerospace Defense Forces - blue) color; in the Navy - with a black band and white piping.

On the crown of woolen caps:

(except for the Navy and Air Force) a golden-colored metal emblem is placed according to the service (branch) of the Armed Forces;

in the Air Force is placed a metal emblem of the Air Force in golden color.

34. On the crown of everyday protective caps (in the Air Force and Airborne Forces - blue, Navy - black) color:

(except for the Navy and Air Force) there is a metal (for senior officers - embroidered) emblem of golden color according to the service (branch) of the Armed Forces;

in the Air Force there is a metal (for senior officers - embroidered) emblem of the Air Force of golden color.

35. Everyday protective caps (blue in the Air Force and Airborne Forces, black in the Navy) are worn with a golden cockade.

36. Summer caps (panamas) of camouflage colors are worn with a khaki cockade.

37. Woolen caps are worn with a golden cockade, with red piping (blue in the Air Force, Airborne Forces and Aerospace Defense Forces, white in the Navy).

38. Cotton caps are worn with a golden cockade.

39. Protective woolen berets (blue in the Air Force and Airborne Forces, black in the Navy and armored service, red in the military police) are worn with a golden cockade.

40. Hats with a visor, hats with earflaps, peaked caps and panama hats are worn straight, without tilt. Caps, berets and peakless caps are put on with a slight inclination to the right side. At the same time, the visor of a hat with a visor, a cap is at the level of the eyebrows, and the lower edge of the hat with earflaps, peakless caps, caps, a woolen beret and panama is at a distance of 2-4 cm above the eyebrows.

41. Wool caps are worn with everyday winter jackets, demi-season everyday jackets, jackets and blouses.

42. In inclement weather, everyday winter jackets and demi-season everyday jackets with a hood are allowed.

43. Black woolen tunics are worn with the top button fastened or unbuttoned (with sides in the form of lapels).

Woolen jackets (except for summer woolen jackets) officers of the Navy (except for senior officers) in full dress wear with golden metal ornaments in the form of laurel branches and anchors 34 mm high, entwined with golden ropes. The branches of the ornaments are placed at a distance of 3 mm from the edge and departure of the collar, the anchors - at a distance of 10 mm from the inner corner of the branches.

Woolen jackets (except for summer woolen jackets) midshipmen and ensigns of the Navy in full dress wear with metal anchors 34 mm high, entwined with ropes, of golden color. Anchors are placed at a distance of 10 mm from the corner of the collar.

44. Casual suit jackets are worn with the zipper open 3-4 cm above the level of the upper part of the breast pockets.

Embroidered insignia are placed on the corners of the collars of the jackets of everyday suits and everyday shirts:

at the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation and his deputies - in the form of golden oak branches;

for senior officers (except for the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, his deputies and senior officers of the Navy) - in the form of golden laurel branches;

for senior officers of the Navy - in the form of oak branches and a golden anchor.

Uniforms (flanelevkas) are worn tucked into woolen trousers. Jackets of naval suits are worn not tucked into the trousers of a naval suit. It is allowed to wear uniforms, naval jackets without vests in hot weather.

45. Trousers woolen officers and ensigns (warrant officers) wear:

sea green with edging (higher officers - with edging and stripes) red;

Trousers from a casual suit without piping and stripes are worn for release or tucked into boots with high berets.

46. Shirts (blouses) with long sleeves are worn:

with a tie, without a woolen tunic (woolen jacket, summer woolen jacket, woolen jacket) with summer (in office premises - with winter and summer) dress and everyday uniforms;

Shirts (blouses) with short sleeves are worn with the top button unbuttoned, without a tie, without a woolen tunic (woolen jacket, summer woolen jacket, woolen jacket) or with a tie for summer dress and casual wear.

Casual protective shirts (blue in the Air Force and Airborne Forces, black in the Navy) are worn without a tie with a casual cap (everyday cap) and casual suit trousers.

Everyday shirts are worn with summer (in office premises - with winter and summer) uniforms.

47. Black ties are attached to a shirt (blouse) with a golden clip between the third and fourth buttons from the top.

48. Jackets insulated in camouflage colors of a set of field uniforms are worn with or without a scarf. In inclement weather it is allowed to wear insulated camouflage jackets with a hood.

Trousers insulated in camouflage colors of the field uniform set are worn over boots with high berets.

49. Jackets of a suit of summer camouflage colors of a set of field uniforms are worn with a turn-down collar (with sides in the form of lapels) or a stand-up collar over the trousers of a summer suit.

It is allowed to wear the jackets of the summer camouflage suit of the field uniform set tucked into the trousers of the summer camouflage suit.

In hot weather, the jackets of the summer camouflage suit of the field uniform are worn with the sleeves rolled up to the lower edge of the sleeve pockets.

Trousers of a suit of summer camouflage coloring of a set of field uniforms are worn tucked into boots with high berets.

50. A protective muffler (in the Air Force and Airborne Forces - blue, in the Navy - black) is worn neatly tucked under the collar of a winter everyday jacket, a demi-season leather jacket, a demi-season everyday jacket, so that the upper edge evenly protrudes above the collar of the specified item of military clothing by 1-2 cm .

51. Gloves are worn with winter uniforms for the formation. Otherwise, gloves are not required.

52. Dress belts are worn (in the Navy with daggers):

55. Field bags are worn on the left thigh on a belt worn over the right shoulder over items of everyday and field uniforms.

56. Military uniforms are worn by servicemen of the established pattern, serviceable, clean and ironed. Trousers must have longitudinal smoothed folds on the front and back halves of the trousers (except for the trousers of field suits). On other items of military clothing, the folds are not smoothed out.

Items of military clothing are worn fastened with zippers, all buttons (except as provided by these Rules) or buttons.

57. Military footwear must be of the established type, in good condition and cleaned. Boots must be neatly laced.

61. On the shoulder straps of officers, ensigns (midshipmen), in accordance with the military rank, metal five-pointed stars (higher officers - embroidered) of golden color are placed, on shoulder straps for jackets of a field uniform set - khaki. The stars are oriented with one of the rays to the upper edge of the shoulder strap. In addition, embroidered images of the State Emblem of the Russian Federation in the form of its main figure - a double-headed eagle are placed on the shoulder straps of the marshals of the Russian Federation in multi-color or one-color (protective color), embroidered five-pointed stars framed by a wreath.

The stars on the shoulder straps of officers, warrant officers (midshipmen) are located:

for marshals of the Russian Federation - on the longitudinal center line, above the star - an image of the State Emblem of the Russian Federation without a heraldic shield;

65. Sleeve insignia for military ranks of ship officers in the form of horizontal galloons (wide, medium and narrow) of golden color are worn on the outside of the sleeves of jackets (except for jackets of summer senior and junior officers) at a distance of 100 mm from the bottom of the sleeve to the lower galloon of the sign differences in military ranks of ship officers and are placed in the following order:

for admirals of the fleet - one wide and four medium ones above it;

for admirals - one wide and three medium ones above it;

for vice admirals - one wide and above it two medium ones;

for rear admirals - one wide and one medium above it;

66. Lapel pins of the types (arms of service) of the Armed Forces, special troops (services) - metal (for generals of the army and senior officers with military ranks of justice and medical service - embroidered lapel pins) of golden color. Military personnel (except for the Navy) for whom no lavalier badges have been installed wear the lavalier badges of the Ground Forces.

Lapel signs are placed:

on removable shoulder straps - on the longitudinal center line of the shoulder strap, at a distance of 5 mm from the edge of the uniform button;

on sewn-on shoulder straps of the Navy military personnel with military ranks of justice and medical service - on the longitudinal center line of the shoulder strap, at a distance of 10 mm from the edge of the collar;

on the collars - along the bisector, at a distance of 30 mm from the corner of the collar to the center of the lavalier mark, while the vertical axis of symmetry of the lapel mark should be parallel to the departure of the collar (on the suit jacket of the summer set of field uniforms, the lapel marks are placed in the corner of the collar).

67. Insignia according to the affiliation of military personnel are sleeve and breastplates.

Sleeve insignia belonging to the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff of the Armed Forces, the types (arms) of the Armed Forces, the Railway Troops, troops that are not part of the branches (arms) of the Armed Forces, are located on the outside of the left sleeve of military uniforms.

Sleeve insignia according to belonging to specific military formations are located on the outer side of the right sleeve of items of military uniform.

Servicemen of military units who do not have sleeve insignia according to belonging to specific military formations wear insignia according to the affiliation of a higher body of military command (military formation).

Military personnel serving in the military outside the Russian Federation wear on the outside of the right sleeve, instead of the insignia of belonging to a particular military formation, a sleeve insignia of state affiliation.

Sleeve insignia are placed:

on woolen tunics, woolen jackets (except for summer woolen jackets), woolen jackets, flannel jackets - at a distance of 80 mm from the top point of the sleeve to the top point of the sleeve insignia;

68. On jackets of casual suits and jackets of a field uniform set (except for the jacket of a wind and waterproof suit), chest patches are worn in the places provided for their placement:

on the right side of the chest - a chest patch with the yellow inscription "ARMED FORCES OF RUSSIA" and a piping;

on the left side of the chest - a chest patch with a yellow inscription displaying the surname and initials of the serviceman, for example:

“IVANOV I.I.”, and edging.

The color of the edging of the breast patches on the jacket of the casual suit is red (in the Air Force, Airborne Forces and Aerospace Defense Forces - blue, in the Navy and for senior officers - yellow).

The color of the edging of the breast patches on the jackets of the protective field uniform (and in the cases established by these Rules, when the field uniform is used as a daily uniform - red, blue, yellow) color.

69. Sleeve insignia (except for the State Flag of the Russian Federation) and breast patches on jackets of a field uniform set are worn in a khaki color, and in cases established by these Rules, when a field uniform set is used as an everyday military uniform, in a color image.

The sleeve insignia of the State Flag of the Russian Federation is worn only when wearing a set of field uniforms as an everyday military uniform.

70. Patch insignia for training courses for cadets of military educational organizations in the form of golden squares are worn on the outside of the left sleeve of everyday demi-season jackets, casual suit jackets, uniforms and flannels.

Sleeve insignia for training courses for cadets of military educational organizations are placed below the sleeve insignia according to their belonging to the types (arms) of the Armed Forces, the Railway Troops, troops that are not included in the branches and branches of the Armed Forces, at an angle down at a distance of 10 mm.

On uniforms, sleeve insignia for training courses for cadets of military educational organizations are placed at a distance of 175 mm from the top of the left sleeve.

71. Sleeve insignia by years of service of military personnel serving under contract as soldiers (sailors), sergeants and foremen, in the form of golden squares, are worn on the lower part of the outer sides of the sleeves of demi-season casual jackets, jackets with long sleeves of everyday suits, jackets naval suits, summer camouflage suit jackets.

In the cases established by these Rules, when a summer camouflage suit is used as a field uniform, sleeve insignia by years of service are in a protective color.

72. Badges of distinction according to belonging to specific military formations are worn on the left side of a woolen tunic, woolen jacket, summer woolen jacket, woolen jacket 10 mm below the ribbons of state awards.

73. The badges of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation and his deputies, the heads of the central bodies of military administration, commanders of formations, commanders of formations and military units are placed on the right side of the chest 10 mm above the badge of class qualification after badges of honorary titles.

74. Signs of duty shifts and forces:

duty officer of the regiment (headquarters, battalion, company, checkpoint, canteen, paramedic, park, military echelon), operational duty officer, patrol, inspector of the military automobile inspection and others are worn with everyday and field uniforms on the left side of the chest:

75. Other insignia are worn in accordance with the requirements of orders for their establishment.

76. Shoulder straps, insignia must be correctly and neatly sewn (attached). Shoulder straps - clean, not crumpled, without inserts. Metal insignia of military personnel must not be deformed, have enamel chips and scuffs.

VI. Wearing departmental insignia and other heraldic signs on the military uniform of servicemen

77. 80. Signs of special distinction are placed in the following order:

on a woolen tunic (except for a black woolen tunic), woolen jacket - 10 mm to the left of the collar so that the upper edge of the medal block is at the level of the lapel corner;

on a black woolen tunic - 10 mm to the left of the collar so that the lower edge of the medal block is at the level of the collar corner;

on a woolen jacket, summer woolen jacket - 10 mm to the left of the collar so that the lower edge of the medal block is at the level of the corner of the lapel;

on a flannel (uniform) - 10 mm to the left of the collar so that the lower ends of the star are 80 mm above the collar cutout angle;

on the jacket of a summer casual suit, shirt (blouse) - to the left of the collar so that the lower edge of the medal is 10 mm higher than the ribbons of orders and medals.

81. Signs of orders, orders and medals on the left side of the chest are placed:

on a woolen tunic, the upper edge of the block of the first row is located below the level of the lapel angle by 70 mm. The block of the first medal (with the first row filled to the maximum) should go under the lapel so that the medal itself is located along the edge of the lapel, without going under it. on a woolen jacket, a summer woolen jacket, the upper edge of the block of orders and medals of the first row is located below the level of the lapel corner by 70 mm. 82. Orders on the right side of the chest are placed from top to bottom, from center to edge in the following order:

on a woolen tunic, woolen jacket, summer woolen jacket and woolen jacket, the upper edge of the largest order of the first row is located below the level of the lapel angle by 70 mm;

on a flannel (uniform) - so that the upper edge of the largest order of the first row is located 70 mm above the level of the collar cutout angle.

The centers of the orders in the rows should be located on the same level. When wearing orders in several rows, the second row and subsequent ones are placed 10 mm below the largest order of the lower row.

83. Breastplates for honorary titles of the Russian Federation, honorary badges of prize winners are placed on the right side of the chest above the orders, and in the absence of orders - in their place.

84. Wearing ribbons of orders and medals together with the signs of the corresponding orders and medals is not allowed. Ribbons for orders and medals are worn on the left side of the chest with everyday and ceremonial military uniforms out of order.

Ribbons of state awards, insignia of the Armed Forces and other heraldic signs (hereinafter referred to as ribbons) are arranged horizontally in a row on the slats from top to bottom from the center of the chest to the edge. There should be no more than five ribbons on the slats in a row. Tapes that do not fit in one row are transferred to the next row and are arranged symmetrically with respect to the middle of the full previous row.

To the left and below the ribbons of state awards and insignia of the Armed Forces, ribbons of other military heraldic signs are worn.

85. Ribbons on the slats are placed:

on a woolen tunic, woolen jacket, summer woolen jacket, woolen jacket - so that the upper edge of the first row of slats is located 70 mm below the level of the lapel angle in the center of the chest;

on a shirt (blouse), jacket of a casual suit - symmetrically to the vertical axis of the left breast pocket so that the lower edge of the straps of the ribbons of orders and medals is located at the level of the upper edge of the pocket;

on the jackets of the suit of the summer set of field uniforms - in the places provided for their placement, only in cases established by these Rules, when the set of field uniforms is used as an everyday military uniform.

The height of the ribbons on the slats of the medals is 8 mm.

86. Insignia of the Armed Forces (except for medals of the Ministry of Defense), other military heraldic insignia are placed in accordance with the provisions on them:

1) commemorative signs of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and other officials, as well as the sign “Participant in the parade dedicated to the 55th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War” are worn on the right lapel of a woolen tunic, woolen jacket, jacket summer woolen, woolen jacket;

2) badges of class qualification of specialists of the Armed Forces (commander of a ship (submarine)) are placed on the right side of the chest:

The insignia of the Armed Forces (except for the medals of the Ministry of Defense) and other military heraldic signs are arranged horizontally in a row from the center of the chest to the right edge, while there should be no more than three (on a jacket of a summer casual suit - four) signs in a row, the distance between the signs difference 10 mm.

When military personnel wear insignia of the Armed Forces (except for medals of the Ministry of Defense) and other military heraldic insignia less than the maximum number, they are located symmetrically with respect to a vertical line conventionally drawn in the center of the visible part of the chest.

87. Insignia of the Armed Forces and other military heraldic signs are located:

88. If military personnel have badges confirming the completion of two or more military educational organizations of higher education, only one badge of a military educational organization of higher education is worn.

89. The sign of the number of wounds made of galloon 6 mm wide and 43 mm long, golden in color (in case of a severe wound) and dark red in color (in case of a slight wound), is located on a strip of military clothing fabric. The sign of the number of wounds in case of a severe wound is placed below the sign of the number of wounds in case of a light wound, the distance between them is 3 mm.

90. Wearing state awards, departmental insignia and other heraldic signs (with the exception of cases provided for by these Rules) on field uniforms, items of special and working clothes is not allowed.

VII. Wearing a special ceremonial full dress military uniform of military personnel of the guard of honor of the Armed Forces

91. Uniform of military personnel:

1) summer:

92. Hats with earflaps made of astrakhan are worn with a golden cockade.

93. Woolen caps are worn with a golden cockade, with a band of red (in the Air Force - blue, in the Navy - black) and red piping (in the Air Force - blue, in the Navy - white) color, with sewing 5% gilding on the band, with a braided cord of 5% gold plating. The crown of the Air Force cap is embroidered with the emblem of the Air Force in 5% gilding.

94. A sea-green wool tunic (in the Air Force - blue, in the Navy - black) with a red plastron (in the Air Force - blue, in the Navy - black) color, with golden and red piping (in the Air Force - blue, in the Navy - white ) colors, with 5% gilding on the collar and cuffs.

Sleeve insignia according to the types of the Armed Forces are located on the outer side of the left sleeve of military uniforms.

95. Woolen trousers with sea-green boots (in the Air Force - blue) with red piping (in the Air Force - blue) color.

96. Dress belts are worn over:

97. Items of military clothing are worn fastened with all buttons.

98. Military footwear when wearing a military uniform must be of the established sample, in good condition and cleaned.

99. 100. 2. Mixing items of military uniform with other items of clothing, footwear and equipment, not provided for by this Procedure, is not allowed.

I ORDER:

1. In order to maintain a unified corporate style and business image of the company, introduce requirements for the clothing of employees (corporate dress code) at all enterprises of the Corporation.

2. Determine the following rules for the style of clothing of company employees:

A business ensemble should not have more than three colors and two types of patterns.

It is acceptable to complement the costume with various discreet accessories and a few decorations.

The basis of the official office dress code for men is - a suit of soothing colors that can be diversified by changing a tie and shirt.

2.2. Casual dress code – suggests a restrained and elegant style of dressing.

2.3. Uniform dress code based on the requirement to wear specially tailored uniforms .

3.Determine the types of dress code for the following categories of personnel in the company:

3.1. Formal dress code - required for employees:

a) 1-4 levels of management, according to the Classifier of positions and professions of the Corporation;

c) for all employees, regardless of the level of management in the company, who act on behalf of the company during negotiations, interviews with candidates, official meetings, when visiting government agencies and partner companies, etc.

3.2.Casual dress code - applies to employees of the company of 5 - 9 levels of management, not listed in clause 3.1. b, 3.1. in.

3.3. Uniform dress code applies to clothing: administrative staff (secretaries, assistant managers); employees of retail stores, distribution centers, employees of production facilities of the Corporation's manufacturing enterprises and other categories of employees, according to separate documents.

4. Strict observance of the dress code in the company is mandatory Monday to Thursday for all categories of employees.

5. Determine Friday as a day of arbitrary style in clothing, with the exception of employees of 1-4 levels of management and categories of employees listed in clause 3.3 of this document.

When holding business, official meetings, meetings, negotiations, interviews with candidates, etc. on Friday, all employees, regardless of the level of management in the company, have an official dress code.

6. Violation of the rules of the unified corporate style of the company appearance at work or outside the company's office during negotiations, business and official meetings is considered:

7. Employees of the company are required to comply with all of the above requirements. Failure to comply with the rules set forth in this document is a violation of labor discipline. 8. All employees, as well as newly hired employees, are subject to familiarization with this document. 9. The control over the implementation of this order shall be entrusted to the managers of the 1st-4th levels of the Corporation's management within the units entrusted to them.

92. 92.3. Hats with earflaps and fur hats are worn by the highest commanding staff and colonels - from gray astrakhan fur, commanding staff and privates - from dark blue fur sheepskin.

92.4. 92.7. Wearing a demi-season cap with lowered headphones is allowed at an air temperature of 0 ° C degrees and below.

94. Demi-season raincoats are worn buttoned up. It is allowed to wear demi-season raincoats with the top button undone.

Demi-season raincoats are worn with or without removable insulation with a belt fastened with a buckle.

It is allowed to wear a demi-season raincoat neatly folded with the front side out on the left hand.

95. A waterproof raincoat (wind and moisture protective suit) is worn over uniforms in inclement weather, buttoned up with all buttons, with or without a hood.

96. Demi-season woolen and leather jackets are worn buttoned up, with a fur collar, removable insulation or without them.

97. The jacket of winter and demi-season suits in inclement weather is worn with a hood on and with a buttoned collar.

It is allowed to wear a jacket of a winter suit with an unbuttoned top button, without a hood, without removable insulation and a collar.

Pants of winter and demi-season suits are worn over boots with high berets (boots), it is allowed to wear trousers with refueling in boots with high berets or boots.

98. A summer suit jacket, which provides for refueling in trousers, is worn with refueling in trousers, fastened with a zipper to the level of the upper edge of the flap of the breast pocket cm to the beginning of the neck of the product). 100. A woolen jacket is worn fastened with a zipper at a level of 10 - 12 cm before the beginning of the neck of the product. In cold weather, it is allowed to fasten the zipper of the jacket to the top.

101. Woolen trousers with piping (for the highest commanding staff - with piping and stripes) red (for the police and internal service) and gray-blue (for justice) colors.

Pants must have longitudinal smoothed folds.

102. The length of the skirt along the bottom edge should be at the level of the knees.

103. A shawl to a dress is worn in a triangle folded in the form of a scarf, the narrow ends are tied together and tucked in at the back inside under the collar. The wide side is tucked in under the neckline of the dress.

It is allowed to wear a summer dress without a scarf at a daytime air temperature of +20 ° C and above, and indoors - at any time of the year.

104. Shirts (blouses) are worn buttoned up. Shirts (blouses) with long sleeves are worn with a golden-colored tie. The collar of the shirt (blouse) should be at the back at the same level with the upper edge of the collar of the tunic (jacket) or protrude above it no higher than 0.5 cm.

Allowed to wear:

shirts (blouses) with long sleeves and a tie with a golden fastener without a tunic (jacket, jacket) with everyday summer uniforms, and indoors - at any time of the year;

shirts (blouses) with long sleeves with an unbuttoned top button, without a tie, without a woolen tunic (jacket, jacket) with everyday uniform in the office;

107. Shoes must be of the established pattern. Boots must be neatly laced, ankle boots fastened with a zipper.

108. A belt is worn by:

over a jacket of a winter suit, a jacket of a demi-season suit, a jacket of a wind and moisture protective suit;

tucked into the belt loops of a summer suit.

The waist belt should be located at waist level, the belt buckle should be in the front in the middle.

109. Employees are prohibited from wearing:

soiled, damaged, faded items of clothing and footwear;

unironed garments;

deformed and contaminated shoulder straps;

clothing items and insignia of unidentified samples;

mixing uniforms with civilian clothes.

Patch insignia according to the years of service of military personnel undergoing military service under a contract as soldiers (sailors), sergeants and foremen, in the form of golden squares, are worn on the lower part of the outer sides of the sleeves of everyday winter jackets, demi-season everyday jackets, jackets with long sleeves of everyday suits, jackets of naval suits.On the jacket of a suit of summer camouflage colors, sleeve insignia according to the years of service - a protective color.

Patch insignia according to the years of service of servicemen undergoing military service under a contract in the positions of soldiers (sailors), sergeants and foremen, are placed at a distance of 100 mm from the bottom of the sleeves.

72. Badges of distinction by belonging to specific military formations are worn on the left side:

woolen tunic, woolen jacket, summer tunic, woolen jacket - 10 mm below the ribbons of state awards and other insignia;

shirts, blouses, casual shirts - on the breast pocket flap button.

73. The badges of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation and his deputies, other senior officials of the Armed Forces are placed on the right side of the chest instead of the class qualification badge. ";

38) in the fourth paragraph of clause 74, after the word "(blouses)" add the words "everyday shirts";

39) in clause 78, after the eighteenth paragraph, add the following paragraph:

"medal "Participant of the military operation in Syria;";

40) in paragraph 80:

"on a white summer tunic in the center of the left front so that the lower part of the badge is 90 mm below the beginning of the seam of the collar;";

in paragraphs two and four, the words ", summer woolen jackets" shall be deleted;

after the fourth paragraph, add the following paragraph:

"on a white summer tunic in the center of the right front so that the lower part of the badge is 90 mm below the beginning of the seam of the collar;";

the seventh paragraph shall be stated in the following wording:

"3) The insignia and distinction of the Armed Forces, as well as other military heraldic (heraldic) signs are located on the right side of the chest in the following priority order:";

after the seventh paragraph, add the following paragraph:

"sign to the honorary title of the Armed Forces;";

the ninth paragraph shall be stated in the following wording:

"a sign of graduation from a general educational organization under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Defense;";

in paragraph sixteen the words "and other military heraldic" shall be replaced by the words "as well as other military heraldic (heraldic)";

the seventeenth paragraph shall be stated in the following wording:

"When military personnel wear the insignia and distinction of the Armed Forces (except for medals of the Ministry of Defense), as well as other military heraldic (heraldic) signs less than the maximum number, they are located symmetrically with respect to a vertical line conventionally drawn in the center of the visible part of the chest.";

45) in paragraph 87:

the first paragraph shall be amended as follows:

"87. Insignia and distinction of the Armed Forces, as well as other military heraldic (heraldic) signs are located:";

in the second paragraph, the words "summer woolen jacket" shall be deleted;

after the second paragraph, add the following paragraph:

"on a white summer tunic - so that the upper edge of the largest sign is 100 mm below the beginning of the seam for sewing in the collar;";

46) in paragraph 89:

in the third paragraph, the words "summer woolen jacket" shall be deleted;

after the third paragraph add the following paragraph:

On March 23, 2017, Order No. 89 of the Minister of Defense came into force, "On Amendments to Appendix No. 1 to Order No. 300 of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation dated June 22, 2015 "On Approval of the Rules for Wearing Military Uniforms, Insignia, Departmental Insignia differences and other heraldic signs in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the Procedure for mixing items of existing and new military uniforms in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

In accordance with it, all military personnel undergoing military service under a contract in the positions of soldiers (sailors), sergeants and foremen are required to wear sleeve patches indicating the number of years that the serviceman has served in the army.

How do the sleeve patches indicating the service life look like?

Sleeve patches are in the form of golden squares or plain green for VKPO and have different thicknesses depending on the service life. The thickness of the squares can be of two types 10 mm. meaning one year of service and 20 mm. - meaning five years of service. The width of the squares located vertically one above the other is 55 m, around them there must be a black edging equal to 3 mm. respectively chevron width is 61 mm. The height depends on the service life of the soldier. The final form of the sleeve patch is determined by adding the required number of squares, depending on the number of years of service.

Where should the sleeve patches be placed?

Sleeve insignia according to the years of service of military personnel serving under contract as soldiers (sailors), sergeants and foremen are worn on the lower part of the outer sides of the sleeves of winter everyday jackets, demi-season everyday jackets, jackets with long sleeves of everyday suits, jackets of naval suits, placed at a distance of 100 mm from the bottom of the sleeves
