Knitting stockings according to the scheme with a description

With the onset of the first cold weather, people begin to warm up urgently. Warm jackets, knitted hats, scarves and, of course, stockings are used. After all, it is warm golf shoes that best protect women's legs from the cold. Especially if their owner put on a short skirt instead of practical jeans or warm trousers.
In this step-by-step knitting tutorial, we will talk about how to knit a beautiful stylish model of women's golfs. She will appeal not only to experienced, but also to novice craftswomen who for the first time decide to try their hand at such a responsible business as knitting warm stockings.

Master class knitting warm golf

It is very cold outside in winter and late autumn. Therefore, all fashionistas have to warm up, while refusing their favorite shorts and short skirts. If in the cold season you do not want to give up the mini, you need stylish knitted stockings. They will not only perfectly warm in the cold, but will also complement your image, making it more stylish, original and bright!

Knitting such an unusual model of women's golfs is very simple. Such a task will be within the power of even novice craftswomen! In order to make beautiful elegant knitted stockings with your own hands, you will need:

  • dense woolen or cotton yarn;
  • knitting needles - 5 pcs.;
  • scissors;
  • hook;
  • two circuits that will be demonstrated in this article.

Before you start creating women's golf according to the description, create a small sample to determine the density of knitting. For beginners, this will greatly facilitate the work. The following abbreviations will be used throughout the job description:

  • p. - loop;
  • persons. - front;
  • out. - purl4;
  • R. - row;
  • chrome - edge.

We begin a training master class with a detailed description of all actions. For knitting, a pattern called "Speck" is used. It consists only of individuals. R. To tie a beautiful product that fits snugly to the legs, you must first take measurements. It is necessary to measure the distance from the heel to the top of the lower leg, the length from the heel to the upper fold and the width of your lower leg. The number of loops depends on these measurements. But, it must necessarily be divided by 4, since we will knit knee socks on 4 knitting needles.
This step by step tutorial will cast on exactly 80 sts. This number of sts will need to be distributed over 4 working needles so that there are 20 sts on each. You cast on based on your measurements! We knit according to the first scheme. We work based on the size of the lower leg. Having reached the part in which the product narrows, that is, after knitting about 10 cm, we decrease the loops according to the scheme. Having formed the narrowing area to the end, we knit again using the scheme for beginners. Having knitted the product to the heel, put the 2nd and 3rd knitting needles aside. We continue with 1 and 4.
We carry out the required height for the heel. We combine all sts with 1 and 4 knitting needles. Perhaps it's not a secret for anyone that the heel in golf shoes is rubbed much faster than the rest of the product. Therefore, it must be compacted. To do this, you need to knit a heel according to the following pattern: chrome. we remove, we perform one person., we remove 1 p., we knit 1 and so on until the end of the row.
The next row, that is, the wrong side of the product, according to the description, is knitted out. p. At the same time, we do not remove the loops. According to such a simple description for beginners, we knit the entire height of the heel. That is, about 4-7 cm.

At this stage of the master class, we need to divide all the loops between 3 knitting needles. If it is impossible to divide by 3, we transfer a little more loops to the middle knitting needle. We begin to knit stitches from the central part and 1 side. We knit the last loop together with 1 p. On the second side. We turn the product over and continue knitting using the same pattern.
Gradually, the shape of the knitted heel will become similar to a voluminous box. According to the description, we decrease the stitches until there are no loops left on the side knitting needles. After the heel is ready, we proceed to the formation of the sole.
On the side of the future women's golfs, we knit additional loops from the hem. When knitting the upper side stitches, we make reductions according to the second pattern. According to this scheme, it is necessary to tie a part of the product to the little finger. Next, the loops are closed: 2 pcs. in every row.
To seal the finger area, it must be tied using the facial method. We told beginner craftswomen about it in more detail at the beginning of this training master class. To prevent knitted knee-highs from slipping on top of the product while wearing, you can tighten the elastic with a hook.
Knitted stockings with knitting needles are ready! We hope that this simple master class helped novice craftswomen master the technique of knitting women's golf and now they will be able to please themselves and their loved ones with beautiful new clothes!

Dimensions: 35/36 (38/39) 41/42.

For knitting golf you will need:
300 g melange yarn Qual Drops Karisma (100% wool, 110 m / 50 g);
a set of stocking knitting needles No. 3.5.

Elastic: alternately 2 facial, 3 purl.

Facial surface: facial rows - facial loops, purl rows - purl loops, in circular rows knit only facial loops.

Wrong surface: in circular rows, knit only purl.

Braid pattern: the number of loops is a multiple of 5.
Knit according to scheme 1, in even circular rows, knit loops according to the pattern.
Repeat rapport loops.
Repeat from 1st to 4th row.

Irish pattern (width 36 loops): knit according to scheme 2, in even circular rows, loops knit according to the pattern. Repeat from 1st to 24th row.

Gauge, Irish Pattern: 22 sts and 30 rows = 10x10 cm.

KNITTING GOLF.
On stocking needles, cast on 80 (90) 100 loops and knit for a lapel 2 cm with an elastic band, 18 cm with a pattern with braids. Then tuck the lapel and knit 1 row with facial, evenly decreasing 14 (18) 22 loops = 66 (72) 78 loops (on the 1st and 4th knitting needles, 15 (18) 21 loops each, on the 2nd and 3rd needle for 18 loops).
Knit 1 row purl, then on the loops of the 1st and 4th knitting needles, knit on the wrong side, on the loops of the 2nd and 3rd knitting needles with an Irish pattern.
After 5 cm from the lapel, decrease as follows: on both sides of the Irish pattern, every 2 cm 11 (12) 13 times, knit 2 loops together purl = 44 (48) 52 loops.
After 33 (36) 39 cm from the lapel, knit the heel.
To do this, set aside the middle 24 loops of the 2nd and 3rd knitting needles, on the remaining 20 (24) 28 loops, knit for the heel wall in straight and reverse rows of 5 (5.5) 6 cm with front stitch.

After that, on the middle 8 (10) 12 loops, knit the straight lower part of the heel according to the general rules for knitting socks.
After that, on the side walls of the heel, cast on 11 (13) 15 loops on both sides and again knit on all loops in circular rows, while knitting the loops of the 1st and 4th knitting needles with front stitch, 24 loops of the 2nd and 3rd knitting needles with Irish pattern.
To decrease the instep wedge, knit in each 2nd row the last 2 loops of the 1st knitting needle together with the knit one, and also knit the first 2 loops of the 4th knitting needle together with the front crossed one until there are 42 (48) 54 loops.
After 19 (20.5) 22 cm from the middle of the heel for size 35/36, transfer the 1st loop of the 2nd knitting needle to the 1st knitting needle, and also the last loop of the 3rd knitting needle to the 4th knitting needle, for size 42/ 42 transfer the last loop of the 1st knitting needle to the 2nd knitting needle, and also transfer the 1st loop of the 4th knitting needle to the 3rd knitting needle = 10 (12) 14 loops on the 1st and 4th knitting needles, 11 each (12) 13 sts on 2nd and 3rd needles.
Then work the toe with the front stitch according to the general rules for knitting socks.

OPENWORK GOLF STOCK

The motif of the pattern - herringbone - alternates with triple rhombuses. The golf eraser consists of openwork rhombuses and a triangular ornamental strip.

For golfs, you need 250 g of cotton "stocking" threads, 5 knitting needles No. 1 or No. 1.5.

Sample 5 cm - 16 loops. The largest volume of the leg (lower leg) is 35 cm.

In order to accurately know the number of loops, a sample is knitted and the number of loops in 5 cm is determined, then the volume of the leg is multiplied by the number of loops in one cm.

For example: (35X16): 5 = 112 loops.

Another thing to check is whether the number of loops cast on is divisible by the width of the golf pattern. In this case, 3 different patterns are assumed, so you should check if the loops of the patterns are divisible by the number of loops cast on. For example, the initial motive is divided into 8 (Fig. 425, A), 112:8=14 motives; the second motive is divided into 16 (Fig. 425, B) 112:16 = 7 motives; the main motive is divided into 36 (Fig. 425, B), 112:36 = 3 motives (4 extra), which means that these 4 loops in the purl strip should be reduced throughout the knitting (2 loops on each knitting needle), tying them purl together.

Since the openwork pattern of the knee-highs is very large, the figure shows only the construction of lace, after each row shown, one front row should be knitted with facial loops.

It is very difficult to reduce such a large pattern at the ankle, so they pick up golf and begin to knit on knitting needles No. 1.5. An openwork eraser is knitted on these knitting needles and once the entire large pattern (96 rows), then they are knitted on thinner knitting needles (No. 1) and, approaching the rhombus, in the widest places they additionally knit 2 loops together with the front in each side. On thin knitting needles, another 96 rows are knitted and once again, in the widest point of the rhombus, 2 loops are knitted together with the front on each side, so reaching the heel, 12 loops are reduced (2 times, 6 loops in each row). 24 stitches remain on each needle.

When knitting the heel, position the large pattern so that it is in the middle in relation to the heel (the center shown in the figure is on the front of it).

As in previous golfs, the heel is knitted on 2 knitting needles, the heel is reduced on the same knitting needles on which the heel was knitted, only in this case, at the beginning of the 4th knitting needle, the first 2 loops are knitted with purl, and then 2 loops are knitted together with the removal, at the end of the 1st knitting needle, the third and fourth penultimate loops are knitted together with the front one, the last 2 loops are knitted with the wrong ones. The lower part of the foot is knitted with the front stitch, the upper part - in accordance with the pattern.

On the toe, the loops are reduced in the same way as in the previous case, with the only difference being that between the decreases this time there are 2 purl, not facial loops.

size 38/39, threads 200m/50g, knitting needles No. 2

Start knitting socks from the cuff (top)

Dial 64 loops, distribute on 4 knitting needles and knit the cuff with your favorite pattern. The beginning of the row (needle 1) will be considered the middle of the heel.
Having knitted the required number of rows, we begin to knit the heel on the needles 1 and 4.
heel wall
The heel is knitted back and forth. It is recommended to knit all stitches from needles 1 and 4 on needle 1 - this makes it easier to knit in reverse rows. Knit for all knit stitches, purl for all night stitches. At the beginning of the row, remove the first loop without knitting. Knit 32 rows in total, ending with a purl row.
Heel bottom
The bottom of the heel is knitted in stocking stitch, knit for all facial loops, purl for all purl-night loops.
Row 1 (person. side): remove 1p., 15 persons. - (middle of the bottom of the heel), 1 person, 2 persons together, 1 person, turn (no need to wrap loops to turn)
Let's call this loop the last one with which the work is turned - (®)
Row 2 (purl side): Slip 1, purl 3, purl 2tog, purl 1, turn.
Row 3 (right side): slip 1, knit. to the last loop (®), 2 persons together. (knit (®) and the next loop), 1 person., turn.
Row 4 (wrong side): slip 1, purl. to the last loop (®), 2 together out. (knit (®) and the next loop), 1 out., turn.
Repeat rows 3 and 4 until you reach the end of the needle. Finish with a purl row.

Lift wedge
Knit to the middle of the heel. Start knitting again on 5 needles. Now you are at the beginning of needle 1. Knit to the end of the heel. Pick up 1 st from each slipped st along the wall of the heel. To avoid a hole between needles 1 and 2, pick up an extra st between the two sts in the corner. Knitting needles 2 and 3 with the selected pattern. Needle 4: Pick up an additional st in the corner to avoid a hole, then pick up one st from each slipped st along the wall of the heel. Knit on the remaining loops of the heel until you are again at the beginning of the circular row.
On needles 1 and 4, knit in stockinette stitch, on needles 2 and 3, knit with the selected pattern.
Decrease:
Decrease is done in every odd circular row.
Needle 1: facial to the last 3 loops, broach, 1 person.
Needles 2 and 3: knit with the selected pattern.
Needle 4: K1, k2tog, knit to end.
Repeat dec on each odd round until 16 sts remain on needles 1 and 4.
Sole
On needles 1 and 4 continue in stockinette stitch. On needles 2 and 3, knit with the selected pattern. We continue knitting to the little finger. toe
When the foot reaches 20.5 cm (21.5 cm), start decreasing for the toes. Decrease is made in each odd circular row.
Needle 1: faces. to the last 3 loops, broach, 1 persons.
Needle 2: 1 person., 2 loops together persons., persons. to end Spoke 3: persons. to the last 3 loops, broach, 1 persons.
Needle 4: K1, K2 together, Knit. to end
Knit in this way until there are 5 loops on each needle.
Knit to end of needle 1.
Sew up the toe with a tapestry needle in a loop-in-loop stitch.
Hide all the ends of the yarn.

The first golfs were elongated socks or short knee-length stockings. I used to play sports in these socks. Later, knee-highs began to come into fashion, many interesting models began to appear, including those longer than traditional ones - up to the middle of the thigh. And besides the sporty style, knee-highs have penetrated into romantic images and casual style. In this article we will talk about how to knit knee-highs with knitting needles in a selection of a master class with diagrams and a description of the work.

We learn to knit knee-highs with knitting needles with diagrams and descriptions step by step

Conventions in circuit descriptions:
  • L / p. - front loop
  • I/p. - purl loop
  • Cr/p. - edge loop
  • P. - loop
Striped knee-highs with a lapel.

This model is quite simple in execution and suitable for beginners. Sizes: 36-37 (38-39).

For work you will need:
  • Yarn - 100 g turquoise and 100 g colored sectional dyeing (in 4 additions).
  • Needles number 2.5

The main pattern is knitted according to the scheme: For the first circular row - * 1 l / p., 1 p. Remove with a crochet as in / p., then repeat from *. For the second row - 1 l / p., 1 p. with a crochet we knit as i / p. and so on. Alternate rows 1 and 2.

Front surface - alternation of rows of l / n and i / n. In circular rows only l / n.

We change the yarn every 4 rows.

Description of knitting steps:

We collect 80 loops on stocking needles, distribute them into 4 knitting needles (20 pieces each) and close in a circle. We knit 6 cm of the main pattern.

We knit the upper part of the lower leg with the front stitch, alternating turquoise and colored stripes. Every 6 rows we make decreases 20 times in one loop (along the middle line at the back). For decreases, knit alternately the first 2 sts of the 1st knitting needle together l / n. and the last 2 p. of the 4th knitting needle, together with a slope to the left (= 1 p. remove, as l / p., 1 l / p. we stretch through the removed p.). 60 sts remain.

Having knitted 140 rows (32 cm), we knit a straight heel with a turquoise thread (as when knitting socks).

After that, we move on to the foot. We knit all the loops with the front stitch and, as before, alternate the stripes. We reduce the loops for lifting the foot until 60 remains. The length of the foot is 19 (20.5) cm.

We knit a toe with turquoise yarn. We knit on the 1st and 3rd knitting needles the 4th and 3rd loops of the 8 end of the knitting needle together with the front, as well as on the 2nd and 4th knitting needles the 3rd and 14th stitches together with a slope to the left. Golfs are ready!

Elongated stockings with an openwork pattern.

This model is more complicated than the previous one, but it looks very attractive. Openwork pattern in the form of a Christmas tree is suitable for those who are just starting to master openwork knitting. The finished work can be seen in the photo:

For knitting you will need:
  • Yarn - white (or another of your choice) - 200 g of a mixed composition (wool and polyester).
  • A little (about 20g) polyester yarn for the heel - in this example, gray.
  • Knitting needles - hosiery No. 3.5.

The elastic band is knitted like this: 2 l / p., 2 i / p. - Alternate in the same way.

Front surface - circular rows of l / n.

Wrong side - circular rows and / p.

We knit an openwork pattern according to the rapport pattern of 6 rows. In even rows - l / n. The pattern diagram looks like this:

The progress of work on golf in stages:
  • We collect 48 loops on the knitting needles and knit an openwork pattern (6 rapports horizontally). Vertically repeat the rapport 5 times. We redistribute the loops into 3 knitting needles, 16, 15 and 17 pcs. We knit the first knitting needle with the front surface, knitting the last loop twice (for the front and back walls). Second needle - 3 l / p, 8p. openwork pattern, 4 sheets/p. The third - l / n. The result will be 49 p.
  • Having knitted 97 rows (42 cm), we redistribute the loops into 4 knitting needles at 12,9,16 and 12. On the first and fourth there will be a front surface. For the heel, add polyester yarn. The heel is knitted using the “boomerang” method, when in shortened rows, 1 stitch is not tied on each side, making a crochet on the right knitting needle. 10 sts should remain. Then elongated rows are knitted - 1 loop on each side is transferred to the right knitting needle, tightly tightening the thread.
  • After knitting the heels, we pass to the front surface on all knitting needles. After about 19-20 cm, we begin to decrease. In the 1st row, we subtract 3 sts, so that it remains After 1 row at the end of knitting on the 1st and 3rd knitting needles, we knit 2 sts together as l / n. On the 2nd and 4th knitting needles, at the beginning we knit with a broach 2 p. (1 is removed as a l / p, 1 is stretched through the one that was removed). We repeat the steps until 6 sts remain. Decrease in each row until 8 sts remain, we tighten them with a working thread.

We are trying to tie simple golfs for a girl: a diagram with a job description

This work presents white stockings for a girl, but the color can also be chosen at will.

The sizes of this model are 14-17. To work, you will need cotton yarn with the addition of lycra (2%), in total you need about 60 g. You also need a set of stocking needles No. 1.5.

The elastic is knitted according to the scheme 1 to 1 (alternating 1l / p and 1 i / p). The main pattern here is also not complicated. You need to knit in a checkerboard pattern. On the diagram you will see only odd rows, even ones are knitted with facial loops. Rapport 6 rows.

The scheme and description can be seen in this photo:
