Origami tulip the easy way. Origami tulip made of paper: do-it-yourself exquisite flower for the holiday

So the tulip is a little more difficult to make, but also more interesting. For variety and of course beauty, I use colored paper, pink for the bud and green for the stem and leaf. As usual, I will describe, a little, each step and there will be the most detailed photo-instruction that is available on the entire Internet.

I want to note that all the photos are exclusive, I took them specifically for the site

In order to make a tulip out of paper, we will not need so much:

Colored paper, a couple of sheets.
Glue, regular PVA.
Pencil or pen.

We take pink paper, its A4 format, of course, and make a square from a rectangle. We make a diagonal bend.

We tear off the excess part and discard it.

It turns out here such a square, and already with a diagonal bend.

Now we make the bend on the other side.

We fold the square into a rectangle and mark another line. That's it, there will be no more lines.

This is what it turns out, three lines, two diagonally and one parallel to either side of the square.

Now, along these lines, this is what we do, fold it back into a rectangle and bend one side inward, as in the photo.

So is the second side. and you need to flatten at the end, it turns out a triangle but already with folded edges inside.

We make a fold on one side, as in the picture.

Naturally from the other side too.

Here's what we get when viewed from the side.

This is how it looks from above.

It turns out a four-sided figure, we need to make sure that the outer sides are those where there are no cuts, so we fold in the other direction than in the previous photo.

So, compare with the photo before last.

Now we fold it as in the photo, but be careful, they must be done along the edge where it is not solid, but there is a cut. And a little further than the middle. This is necessary in order to insert one side into the other, see below ...

We insert the first side into the second, since it turned out to be a little larger.

On the other hand, we do it in a similar way, and this is what happened.

We turn the craft over and where the point is, we bend back the four petals of our tulip made of paper.

Here is a side view.

We make a hole below, do not be afraid to make it too big, it will be easier to inflate the tulip for volume. When we have made a hole, we insert either an empty pen without an ampoule, or inflate the craft with our lips.

Here is a volumetric paper tulip bud. Bottom view.

Here's a top view. The petals are already starting to bloom.

Now it's a side view. With the inscription of the site for which the tulip was made, the inscription of this site. The bud is ready!

It's time to make the stem. We take a sheet of green paper.

Fold it in half.

We tear it apart.

I took a pencil and began to twist the tube, this will be the stem.

We roll tightly.

We apply glue to the end, just not very much. I used PVA.

We finish it to the end.

We take out the pencil.

It turns out to be an ordinary green tube.

We insert the tube into our previously made bud. If the hole in it is too small, then we make it larger.

Randomly make a petal from the remaining paper and glue it to the stem. Exactly how to do it at random, it turns out very naturally.

Now you have learned how to make a paper tulip with your own hands. The first time, most likely, it will not work out perfectly, but the second time I think everything will turn out in the best possible way.

Origami is an ancient art that can be used to create original and amazingly beautiful crafts. Flowers are the most popular among novice craftsmen. A bouquet of handmade paper tulips can be a wonderful gift.

Origami tulip: diagram and implementation

A tulip is one of the simple crafts that even a beginner can do, the main thing is to strictly adhere to the work scheme below:

Paper of any color (20x28 cm) is taken, it is important that it is dense and strong enough, otherwise the flower will disintegrate very quickly and will not have time to please with its beauty. To make the tulip as close as possible to the real one, you need to choose natural colors.

We take paper and form a regular triangle from it, all excess paper needs to be cut off and put aside for a while, since it will still come in handy later. You only need to use sharp scissors so that they cut, not chew the paper, otherwise the tulip will look sloppy.

The resulting triangle unfolds, and then folds again, but only in the other direction. The result will be a square with equal diagonals.

To form a paper bud, you need to fold the paper again and carefully iron all the folds with your fingers so that they are as even as possible. The paper is flipped to the other side and the center of the paper is now facing up.

The paper is folded in half and one corner is folded in the direction of the fold to create a new triangle. This procedure is also performed with the second corner.

During work, you need to carefully work out the folds, since they should be very clear, without unnecessary folds. As a result, the sheet of paper looks like the one shown in the figure.

All the edges of the tulip are connected and well leveled, the next shape is obtained.

The resulting triangle is rotated - the base should look up.

The upper parts of the triangle are folded in such a way that as a result they turn out to be directed to each other.

The figure is turned over to the other side and the procedure described in the previous step is carried out.

One piece pivots to the right. The same actions are performed on the other side.

One side of the wing should be tucked into the other. You need to work very carefully and take your time so that unnecessary creases do not appear.

The same procedure is performed on the second side, then the entire part is carefully ironed. The resulting blank begins to resemble the shape of a tulip, but only it will be slightly flattened.

With your index fingers, grab the edges of the workpiece and press gently with your thumb.

There is a small hole in the central part, which must be hit sharply - as a result, the craft inside is filled with air. For this purpose, you can also use a simple pencil.

At the end, the petals are gently folded back to give the impression that the flower has blossomed.

Now a strip of previously cut paper is taken and a stem is made, which is fixed in the lower hole. The result is a beautiful paper tulip, as in the photo.

Teaching origami techniques to children

  • The basic shape is taken (how to do it, it was described above) and a double triangle is formed.
  • Then its sides are neatly bent upwards from 2 sides. One layer of the form is turned over.
  • The tops fold towards the center. The same procedure is performed with the second side.
  • The resulting folds are carefully inserted into each other.
  • The upper corners are slightly bent, and from below you need to blow into the remaining hole in order to fill the bud with air.
  • A stalk is made of green paper.

How to easily make a simple white paper tulip for beginners: step by step instructions

To make a white tulip, it is enough to have an ordinary A4 sheet, scissors and glue, which will need to glue the bud with the stem. For clarity, we will show a step-by-step example of making a tulip on a yellow A4 sheet. We carry out the following actions:

  • Take a sheet of paper. Fold it at the corner.

  • Cut off the excess to make a square.

  • Fold this square diagonally twice. It turns out such a blank.

  • Turn it over with the convex part up.

  • Now fold the sheet in half twice to make a cruciform fold.

  • Make a triangle from a square with folds, hiding the side parts inward.

  • Lower the sharp part of the triangle down.

  • Collapse the top edges of the triangle to an upside-down top.

  • Turn the workpiece over and repeat the steps to bend the edges towards the center.

  • Rotate the half of the square to the right so that the whole square is visible (without the folded inside). Do the same on the reverse side.

  • Now tuck the folded edges into one another on both sides, as shown in the photo.

  • Press down the workpiece.

  • Stretch the workpiece using the resulting pockets.

  • There is a hole in the center into which you can blow or use a stick or screwdriver to straighten the folded paper to make a voluminous bud.

  • Turn the bud over and stick out the top leaves. This can be done with a handle, with which you twist the petals of the bud.

  • Take the previously cut piece of paper.

  • Fold a stem for a flower out of it.

  • Connect the stem and bud. For greater strength, glue the parts together.

How easy is it to make a tulip out of paper for a child?

Children are very fond of different colored paper crafts. It will be quite difficult for a child to master the structure given above, so we offer a tulip option for the smallest. It can be done from square sticker sheets of different colors.

  • Initially you need make a bud. For this, a square piece of red, yellow or orange is suitable. Fold it diagonally. It turns out a triangle, in which it is necessary to mark the middle. According to the scheme, fold the right and left petals to make teeth. Bend the sharp part of the triangle and hide it inside the bud. The bud is ready.

  • Now let's get down to the stem... Take a green or light green sticker sheet and fold it diagonally. Fold the edges of the sheet to a diagonal fold. Fold the resulting workpiece in half. The last fold is a sheet.

Now you need to insert the resulting stem into the bud and the tulip for the smallest is ready.

How to make a tulip from colored paper in stages?

To make a tulip out of colored paper, we prepare the following tools and materials:

  • colored paper;
  • pencil;
  • cardboard;
  • glue;
  • a large wooden stick-skewer.

Stages of work on a flower:

  • Initially, you need to cut a flower template from cardboard. On colored paper, draw four petals according to the pattern. Cut them out.

  • Bend each of the petals in the center and glue them together.

  • Wrap the stick-skewer with a strip of colored paper coated with glue. Put the bud on the stem. Cut green leaves out of colored paper.

How to make a tulip flower from corrugated paper step by step?

We suggest trying to make a beautiful bouquet of tulips from corrugated paper. For work you will need:

  • Corrugated paper (red, green).
  • Sticks or long stem skewers.
  • Glue gun, in the absence of one, a simple glue for paper.
  • Scotch.
  • Plastic spoons.
  • Scissors.

The work on making a tulip is carried out as follows:

  • Cut red corrugated paper into strips 2-3 cm wide and 15-16 cm long. Fold each of the stripes in half.

  • Cut the edges of the future petal to narrow and fold twice.

  • Expand the strip, twist it in the center, and put one half into the other, forming a petal. It should turn out to be convex, like a real tulip.

  • Attach the resulting petal to the base of the stem (stick or skewer). 3-4 petals are glued to one stem, after which the entire paper structure is fixed with tape.

  • Cut long strips of green corrugated paper. Apply glue to the attachment point (tape).

  • Wrap the stem with long green strips, glue the edge with glue.

  • Cut strips from green corrugated paper for sheets 2-3 cm wide and 18-20 long. Fold and trim corners around the edge.

  • Expand the strip and roll it twice in the center, insert half of the strip into the other according to the principle of bud petals.

  • Spread over the narrow part of the leaf and glue it to the tulip stem.

DIY volumetric paper tulip: diagram and photo

For a voluminous tulip, you need to cut out two chamomile patterns with 4 and 6 leaves. After - fix the ready-made daisy patterns on the stem, for which you can use a wooden skewer or dense wire. Glue the petals one to one to make a bud.

Make tulip sheets out of green paper. Decorate the flower and place it in a beautiful pot.

By a similar principle, you can make a volumetric tulip out of pastel paper.

To make such tulips, you need to make blanks from pastel paper in the form of a five-leaf chamomile. Before folding the bud, wet each piece in water and dry on a napkin. For the stem, use a green twine, tying a knot at the end.

Make arbitrary embossing on a wet daisy blank so that the tulip looks like a real one. Make a hole in the center and stretch the twine through it, gluing it with glue.

Lubricate the petals of the bud with glue and form the bud. Decorate the green tulip leaves with stripes that can be made with a rod without paste. Glue the leaves to the tulip.

Bouquet of paper tulips: photos of beautiful ideas

Decorate your home with bright beautiful flowers and give loved ones a mood in the form of graceful paper tulips.

Tulip is a delicate and at the same time bright spring flower, which is primarily associated with the international women's day - March 8th. On this magnificent day, it is customary to congratulate mothers, grandmothers, sisters, aunts, and just all the girls you know on the holiday, to give small gifts and flowers. But, unfortunately, fresh flowers bought in a store are short-lived and in a maximum of a week all that will remain of them is crumbling petals and a dry stalk. Then a wonderful, original, and, moreover, not requiring large financial costs solution comes to the rescue - tulips, created using the origami technique. How to make origami tulip out of paper? You will find out about this very soon!

Many are familiar with the technology of making these flowers, because while studying at school, almost everyone on the eve of March 8 made crafts from colored paper in order to present them to their mother on a holiday. As for how to make an origami tulip out of paper, a detailed diagram with a brief description is provided to help beginners and long-time non-practiced craftsmen. Please the weaker sex with such an original gift, because it is made by hand, which means it is the best!

Making a miracle bud

Consider a detailed classical scheme for folding the bud.

  1. Bend a square sheet of paper diagonally, then return it to its original position. Thus, the fold lines should visually form a cross;
  2. The sheet, with already partially outlined fold lines, is folded in half horizontally. Then it unfolds, returning to the original square;
  3. The longitudinal folds are folded inward, thereby forming a triangle with folds on the inside. This model is considered basic and has the name "water bomb"(triangle).

  1. The upper lower corners of the resulting triangle are folded to the top;
  2. Next, turn the model "face down" and repeat the same actions with the other lower corners;
  3. The right corner is folded back to form a rhombus with a fold in the middle. After that, the model is turned over and the actions are repeated.

It is worth paying attention to the fact that the edges and corners should "look" upwards.

  1. The right corner bends towards the center, going slightly beyond the middle. The left corner should be folded over, completely covering the right one. After turning the figure, you need to do the same;
  2. One corner should be tucked into the other. After rotating the shape, you need to repeat this step.

  1. Now there is only one little thing left: to inflate the bud. This must be done through the hole at the bottom of the product.
  2. Then it only remains to bend the petals, and the bud is ready!

As you can see, making a tulip flower with diagrams is quite simple and does not take much time. Of course, in addition to this, there are also more refined and complex schemes in execution, as they say "for every taste and color." But, nevertheless, classics are always in vogue.

Flower stalk

What is a flower without a stem? After all, you need to hold it for something, shape it into a bouquet and give it. The same applies to our product, because the bud must hold on to something. There are many variations in the manufacture of stems, but once again we will focus on the "classic": a stem with a leaf.

  1. The paper square, previously folded diagonally and returned to its original position, is turned upward;
  2. The right and left corners are folded forward, towards the middle indicated by the fold;
  3. The resulting lateral corners are folded towards the middle again.

  1. The upper lateral corners are again bent in the middle according to the indicated pattern;
  2. Next, the figure is folded in half horizontally;
  3. Now the same action needs to be done about the vertical axis;
  4. Pull on the inner triangle and extend it slightly to the right to secure the new fold line.

A stalk with a leaf, complementing the existing bud, is ready!

The lightest origami tulip for children is in a flat version. The flower itself is very light; you can make it in several steps. Slightly more difficult than origami is a stem and a leaf, but small children can do it easier, for example, rolling green paper into a tube.

For work you will need:

  • Double-sided green paper for a stem with a leaf;
  • Any color for a flower;
  • Scissors;

Origami tulip for kids step by step

If you have special paper for origami, you need to take a green sheet of a larger format, and a red one (yellow, purple, blue, etc.) - a smaller one.

In this work, we used ordinary double-sided colored paper.

  • Red square segment, side of which is 10 cm;
  • Green square with a side - 16 cm.

Making an origami tulip flower

Place a square piece of colored paper in front of you.

Fold it in half, corner to corner, to make a triangle.

Fold the triangle again, connecting the corner to the corner. This action is only needed to define the fold.

Expand the resulting triangle.

Pull the right corner and set it at a slight angle, just short of the top corner, do not align with the fold in the center. Smooth out the side fold.

Do the same for the left corner.

The tulip is almost ready. Flip it over to the other side, bend the side corners a little to round off the flower. Very young children may not do the last action at all. The tulip flower is ready.

Here are flowers in different shades, you can cut off the bottom corner of them and insert green paper twisted into a tube there.

Or make an applique: glue tulip flowers on cardboard, paint or glue paper stems with leaves.

Older children can make an origami stem that allows the tulip to stand upright. The half-open bottom of the stem holds the flower well on the surface.

Making a stem with an origami tulip leaf for children

Prepare a square green piece of paper, larger than the one used in the flower. The dimensions are shown above.

Fold it in half by connecting opposite corners. You will get a triangle.

Expand the triangle so you can see the fold in the center. Align the right side of the square with the center fold, pointing the right corner there. Smooth out the resulting fold on the right side. You can do this with a ruler, a plastic flat object.

Fold the left side of the square in the same way.

Fold the sides again in the same way, directing the new corners to the center. First on the right.

Then on the left.

Now center the top corners. Right.

Fold the resulting long piece in half, connecting the lowermost corner to the upper one.

Now fold this part in half, only you need to connect the right side to the left. The smaller part should be inside. Press down a little.

Then pull on the inside and pull it out a little. If necessary, flatten or press firmly on all sides. Generally in origami, the better the folds are defined, the neater and clearer the final result. The stem with the leaf is ready.

Cut off the sharp end from the bottom of the tulip flower.

Place a thin section of the stem in the resulting hole. Optionally, you can also fix it there with glue. But if the flower is pulled all the way, it should hold on to the stem quite well.

That's it, a simple origami tulip for kids is ready.
