Santa Claus with his own hands from paper. How to make Santa Claus (ready-made schemes). Santa Claus made of paper (54 crafts for children)

Decorate the tree, prepare gifts, take care of the festive table and costumes, and even stock up on a great mood. It seems that we have thought of everything before the New Year. But what is missing? .. Of course, the main characters of the winter holidays - Santa Claus and Snow Maiden!

Let's make them together. I hope my today's master class will help you with this!

For work you will need plain white paper, cardboard, compasses, paints, glue, pencil and felt-tip pens.

First, let's make Santa Claus.

1. Draw a circle with a compass and cut it out. You can use cardboard. Choose the size of the circle depending on the desired size of the figure.

2. As you can see, the base of the figure is a paper cone. I chose a height of 7 cm for the figures.

Cut the circle in half, bend into a cone and glue.

3. Cut the white paper into fringed strips. Cut the paper no more than half the width.

4. To make the fringe curly, wind it around the handle bar. Make several of these paper strips of different sizes.

5. Cut out a small oval from paper and draw the face of Santa Claus on it. Glue to the top of the figure. If the quality of the colors permits, paint the face directly on the figurine.

6.With the help of the cut out strips, we will decorate Santa Claus. With the cut part of the strip, glue the bottom of the cone - this will fur coat hem... The top of the cone will be cap trim, small stripes will play a role eyebrows. Beard should consist of several strips glued one on top of the other. Twist the glued strips with a toothpick.

7. Draw gloves to Santa Claus, you can paint the cap purple. Decorate your fur coat with stars, snowflakes and whatever you want.

The Snow Maiden is done in the same way.

1. Make a blue semicircle cone for the figure and crown Snow Maidens. For the crown, cut a small semicircle, make a cut in the middle and bend the ends. Make the top of the semicircle in the form of a large bracket, narrowed upward.

2. Glue the crown to the cone. Like this:

3. Draw the face of the Snow Maiden, cut out and glue to the top of the cone. Cut many stripes with fringes, make from them the collar, hem of the fur coat, fur on the sleeves and along the front line of the fur coat. Twist the fringe with a toothpick.

4. Don't forget to finish painting the gloves. Decorate the figurine to your liking. The drawing will help you in this.

Herringbone

1. Making a Christmas tree is as easy as shelling pears. Cut out three semicircles of different diameters, cut as shown in the picture and make cones out of them.

The largest one will be at the bottom, the middle one in the middle, and the smallest cone will be the top of the New Year's beauty.

Congratulations! New Year's heroes are ready for the holidays!

Good afternoon, we again continue to make crafts in the form of Santa Claus, and in this article I have collected those made of paper. Here you will find great ideas for crafts in kindergarten, or for creativity lessons in school. You can make Santa Claus out of paper in a variety of ways. Now you will see all the variety of children's crafts with this New Year's character - both flat applications and volumetric convex applications. And also crafts based on toilet paper rolls and cardboard cones.

Santa Claus made of paper.

Simple crafts

for babies

A simple application in kindergarten can be made in the form of a New Year's greeting card.

We take a sheet of red cardboard. We bend it in half, forming a postcard. This will be the basis of our children's craft.

Now, on the front side, create an applique for the face of Santa Claus. Cut out oval made of pink paper truncated at the side edges - this will be the face. Cut out charcoal mustache, also made of white paper. And small clouds of white eyebrows, also with a wavy edge. Nose cut out of pink paper of a darker shade than the face.

And the child's task is to assemble this puzzle on the model of the teacher, with the correct sequence, first the face, then the fur of the cap, mustache, and last but not least the eyes and nose. Fast and easy application for the younger group of kindergarten.

And here's another simple job for the younger group of kindergarten. Here the basis of Santa Claus is a TRIANGLE of red cardboard. And all the details fit within this triangle - the beard, the mustache, and the edging of the cap.

And on the basis of the triangle, you can make just such an original craft of Santa Claus, where a paper confectionery napkin with an openwork patterned edge is used. A very beautiful Santa Claus is made from paper. Napkins can be purchased at the hardware section of the store.

The shape of the body of Santa Claus made of paper can be any. For example, from two circles - like a captive. Nice, simple and similar. It is possible with a mustache, it is possible without a mustache. You can have a pom-pom on your hat, or you can have a pom-pom on your nose.

You can find templates for such crafts in our new article.

You yourself are free to set any shape for the body of Santa Claus. It will still be recognizable. Because he is red and he has a beard.

And even if you want to add any accessories to the image of Santa Claus, this still does not prevent him from being a recognizable symbol of the New Year. Weird as much as you want. Let your author's version of Santa Claus appear, he also likes jokes.

VOLUME application

with Santa Claus made of paper.

And here we see techniques that help to make a volumetric layered effect of paper applique in the form of Santa Claus.

The first way is to make a two-layer beard, two-tiered... Cut the bottom layer longer, the top layer of the beard is shorter. When gluing, we apply glue only to the upper part of the beard so that the layer grows freely upward. And we also make a hat with a fold forward. And a pom-pom for a hat can be made voluminous from threads or cotton wool, or a lump of crepe paper.

You can fold origami in the shape of Santa Claus. The fold of paper also creates a volume effect.

The second way is to set the volume of Santa Claus's beard at the expense of paper curls. Cut the white paper into strips of slightly different lengths. We glue the strips on the edges of the chin of Santa Claus's face, let the glue dry and then wind each strip on a pencil.

The third way is to create the volume of the beard from the paper cupcake mold.... We do not coat the corrugated edge of the cupcake mold with glue (only the middle) and it sticks up from the applique, creating volume.

You can also make a fan out of a narrow strip of paper and unfold it in a circle. And on the basis of this round fan, make a volumetric applique of Santa Claus.

The fourth way is to put on a layered applique with hemp interlayers. We cut out the applique elements from thick paper and so that the parts RISE and STEAM OVER the cardboard sheet we use GASKETS. Thick layers between applique details and background. That is, we do not glue the applique onto the background cardboard - we only glue the hemp interlayers, and then we smear only these hemp with glue and put the applique details on them. And it hangs in the air.

Spacers can be made ... firstly, made of thick packaging cardboard(TV box, cardboard egg cassette).

Or layers can become SPRINGS made of paper(remember in childhood we all wove such an accordion-spring from two strips of paper). So, short spring accordions can become such stumps on which our applique will rise.

The fifth way to add volume to your Santa Claus out of paper is to make a craft using the technique of postcards with an inner volume. Here in the photo below we see a beautiful hand-made article Santa Claus is dancing a break dance.

Here we fold the white cardboard in half. And across the fold line we make cuts (perpendicular to the fold line of the card, 2 cm from its edge). The depth of the incision can be any (in the photo below it is 2 cm). The cut part of the card is pressed inward with a finger - protruding this fold with a square bench inside the card. And now we will glue the "Frosty fest" TABLE to this bench on which Santa Claus is standing, upside down.

As a result, it turns out that the body of Santa Claus is hanging in the air. In order to additionally give stability to the body, you can also glue a strip of paper (folded in the form of a rectangular frame) from behind (behind its belly) - so it will also be fixed on top.

And here is another idea for a clamshell card with Santa Claus. I have already described how to do it step by step in detail, in the article, so here I will only give a template diagram.

And here is another clamshell craft in the form of Santa Claus. Also an interesting idea for kindergarten classes.

TAPERED paper applique

in the form of GRANDFATHER FROST.

If you make a TRIANGULAR BUTT in a flat circle in the form of a sector (like a piece of pie) ... and then bend this sector and glue it inside (so that the edges of the sector converge into one seam-gluing line) - then we get a tapered part... Convex like a mushroom cap ...
Based on this principle of DUCTS on a flat circle - we create a convex craft of Santa Claus from plain paper. This one ...

But a large diagram for this craft - it is in A4 format - you can immediately send it to print and it will be correctly displayed in full size on the sheet coming out of your printer. A dart is painted over with a gray background on the template, we bend it along the edges and bring the fold lines closer together. Or you can make an incision along one side of the sector and glue the entire gray sector inward - overlapping edge over edge.

Complex application

Happy Santa Claus

You can make a paper appliqué, large in terms of the number of elements, with Santa Claus, reindeer, sleighs, snowmen, a city, and other New Year's paraphernalia.

Such complex applications with many elements are best done as a collective craft in kindergarten. Each child performs only one element of the application - and then at the end of the lesson all the characters and attributes are put together in a large general application - on a huge sheet of drawing paper.

And in the older group, you can give the children a craft task with several elements of applications, but combined within the framework of one New Year's wreath. How it is done in the photo below.

Volumetric Santa Claus made of paper

In the form of a box.

Here is a diagram of a box that, when assembled, forms a figure of Santa Claus. An excellent craft - it is clear how to draw, what to bend and what to glue. It's easy and quick to make Santa Claus on the basis of a thick sheet of paper.

Three blueprints

FOR SANITS of Santa Claus.

Below I want to show one more simple craft - a sleigh for Santa Claus. Their assembly principle is simple - there is a bottom (the diagram below - and the sides of the sled, the backrest and the footboard are thrown to four sides from the bottom.

Here is another scheme - a little different - but nothing complicated here either. I drew, cut out, bent under the ruler(we press a regular school ruler to the fold line tightly, and raise a sheet of paper - the fold turns out to be even, like on factory handicrafts).

You can make the elements of the sled CARVED - that is, make cuts in the side details above the runners of the sled - openwork or straight, like on Soviet sleds from childhood.

Santa Claus made of paper

PLATE-based.

Disposable paper plates can be a source of many crafts. And Santa Claus is no exception from this creative series of plate designs. A white round plate, by its very shape, makes a craft in the form of Santa Claus.

You are free to choose the design of this craft and materials at your discretion. Use whatever comes to mind - cotton pads, paper napkins, paper shavings.

On the basis of the white plate, you can use any volumetric techniques that we use from paper. Everything that this article described above can be done on the basis of a plate.

Bulk crafts

Father Frost

Made of paper and cardboard.

Now let's see what voluminous crafts can be made in the form of Santa Claus from paper and cardboard. You can make a ring-clip for a bag of sweets in the shape of Santa Claus (as in the left photo below). We wrap the candies in a napkin, and pull the ends of the knot through an elastic hair band, on which a cardboard applique of Santa Claus's head is glued.

You can make Santa Claus's craft with rope arms and legs from a round Christmas ball (or foam ball), as in the right photo below.

You can make Santa Claus's craft out of paper in the form of balls collected from strips of colored paper. In the article, I give a detailed master class on the simple assembly of such a ball. If you make two paper balls - larger and smaller - then you can fold the head and body of Santa Claus out of them.

You can cut Santa Claus out of a paper fan accordion. Fold the strip of paper into a fan. We lay it out again exactly on the table, mark with a pencil the area of the hands, hats, make a rounding of the body of Santa Claus - and cut these outlines with scissors. Collect the accordion again along the old fold lines. And with a hole punch we make a hole in the middle. We insert a cocktail tube into it. And we decorate the silhouette of the craft - adding a round face made of pink paper, a beard and fur of a hat made of white cotton wool.

You can also make a volumetric craft based on a cardboard cone. We make a semicircle out of red cardboard (we use a large plate). And we fold this semicircle into a cone-bag. We fasten the edges of the cone with a stapler or put it on double-sided tape (just the glue to hold the cone will be weak, there is a risk that the cardboard cone, under the pressure of compression, will tend to unclench).

You can decorate the very craft of Santa Claus based on the contour in different designs - a smooth beard made of paper, a voluminous beard made of paper twists, from fluffy cotton wool, from white threads cut with scissors, or whatever.

You can decorate this craft based on the cone of their cardboard with additional materials and elements - hands made of fluffy wire with mittens made of velvet paper or felt, a Christmas tree made of paper or cardboard.

White cotton wool can turn any red object into Santa Claus. A toilet paper roll or plastic plate easily turns into Santa Claus, beloved by all children.

And the application of Santa Claus can be made using the QUILLING technique - from paper rolls (as in the photo below).

Christmas decoration

Father Frost

Made of paper and cardboard.

And I also want to show interesting options for decorating a house for the New Year in the style of Santa Claus.

Large window applications can be cut out of colored paper.

By the same principle, you can glue the silhouette of the head of Santa Claus into the refrigerator door and it turns out that he looks out of his freezer. You can find colored cardboard of this format in specialized stationery stores. Or paint large sheets of cardboard from a large box (from a refrigerator, for example) with gouache yourself.

And here is an option where a large application of Santa Claus is made of paper on the door. This is an original and beautiful idea to decorate the door of an office or children's room for the New Year.

These are such interesting and simple ideas on how to make Santa Claus's craft out of paper or cardboard with your own hands.

Good luck with your New Year's creativity.

Who is the main symbol of the New Year? I believe that this is Santa Claus. This old man pleases us with gifts and magic. What else do we expect from this holiday? Well, since we have already made the trees, glued, sewed, then Morozko must be done.

Moreover, there are also many ideas for this. We will select options for every taste and for any material. After all, the most important thing in this craft is what? That's right, a red hat and a white beard. And that's all, a guest from Veliky Ustyug gallops to our holiday. Well, for those who are closer to Santa Claus, there are also ideas.

In general, it's time for us to create and get inspired!

To begin with, let's see what creative personalities tried to make Grandpa. What came to their hand at the first moment of creative thought. And for some reason I wanted to start the article with large interior and voluminous crafts.

Santa Claus from cups

Inspired by these Frosts. All are made according to the same technique, but how different they are, you are simply amazed!

The combination of red and white cups immediately conjures up the idea of who it is. See what beards are made of: cotton wool, cotton pads, paper, yarn.

And this Grandfather even has a beard made of glasses.

So how do you make them? Let's take a look at the diagram. We draw a blank on paper with a diameter of your choice. We will lay out the equator of our ball at once. The larger the diameter, the larger the ball will turn out!

Then we lay the cups along the line. We fasten them with a stapler and make the second, third row, removing 1-2 pieces from each layer to get a circle.

Or here's an option where you only need one glass.

For the body, a roll of toilet paper or paper towels was used.

From sweets

Next, we have simple hand-made gifts with sweets and chupa-chups. Remember, we considered, and so there are also ideas with Frost and sweets. I will not repeat myself. True, I found only one scheme. I am attaching it.

Amused by the idea of wood. It turns out that in order to create, you just need to take the desired paint colors.

Cones

Since we started about natural materials, here are some ideas from cones.

If there are a lot of cones, then you can make a big frost tackle. But, of course, this craft is not for one day.

Another interesting option is from napkins. From a distance, they also resemble bumps.

Maybe someone likes to play wool? Then here's an example with step-by-step steps.

They took this drawing as a basis.

We start with the body.

On it we make a pattern of red fabric, leaving room for the head.

We turn it out and sew it. We put it on a wool body.

Pull off the bottom of the edge with a thread.

We make a hat, fur and beard.

Plaster of paris or salt dough

Now it is fashionable to do plaster crafts. But for those with children under five, it is better to make salted dough.

And you need to make an imprint of a spread palm, look.

We make a handprint. We dry the material.

We mark the drawing.

And we will implement it in paints.

We put the string into the hole and hang it on the tree.

I am sharing with you my find from ice cream sticks.

From threads

Have you seen the technique of pulling thread through studs? So, who is interested, you can create such frosts.

And with the help of a conical base and yarn, a very simple but interesting craft is made.

  • felt,
  • thermal gun,
  • yarn,
  • paper cone,
  • decor.

First, let's start with this felt face.

Cut out the necessary parts and glue them with hot glue.

Now we need to make a paper cone and wrap it with threads to get it like this. Make sure there are no gaps.

The edges must be well fixed with glue.

Putting the craft together and don't forget about the pens.

From disposable plates

Yes, this improvised material is definitely lying around in the kitchen for many. Great idea for crafts with kids.

This workshop will only need a portion of the plate. She will act as a sleigh.

Let's now analyze step by step how frost is made.

Take a plate and cut off 1/4 of it. Inside, where the flat and smooth part is painted in beige.

We take a triangle of red paper and glue a plate on it. All that remains is to form the eyes, whiskers and pom-poms.

Look what Grandpa can get a cool beard out of disposable spoons.

And even eyebrows can be made from them.

Of course, there is an idea from plasticine. Everything is shown in detail in the photo instructions.

If suddenly you have a sheet of polystyrene at home, then this is what you can get from it.

A plastic water bottle is lying around, dress that up too.

Well, and another cool option with one plastic spoon, cotton pad and yarn.

We take a spoon, cut off a stalk from it. We wrap the edge with thread. And we smear the convex side with glue. We turn off the cotton pad. And glue it to the spoon. It only remains to add the missing elements.

How to make a craft from nylon tights, a master class in the video

There is a cool idea for creating dolls using the hosiery technique. Unfortunately, I am not a master at this, so I am giving a master class in video format.

And here I will also give an idea from a sock.

You can make a little body without handles. The main thing is that it is stable.

Well, are balls often in your house? They also make wonderful Santa Clauses.

This is not all. We can say that we are only at the very beginning of our journey!

Patterns for Santa Claus from fabric (tilde)

Now I will give a lot of patterns. There are ideas in the Tilda technique, but there are just schemes for soft toys.

Scheme 3.

For inspiration!

Scheme 10.

Scheme 11.

Scheme 14.

If your scheme is not saved or downloaded, then take a screenshot of the screen and edit the picture in Painte. This graphical editor is installed on all operating systems.

Knitted Morozko and patterns

Now options for crafts for those craftswomen who knit. I liked these non-standard Frosts. And it's okay that none of them is wearing a red hat, you can't confuse them with anyone anyway.

This selection shows how to tie such handsome men.

Of course, there is a diagram.

The idea is the same, but here the crochet pattern is different.

You can also make a voluminous Santa.

Or just embroider it with a cross.

Let's talk about embroidery in more detail below. There will be enough schematics.

Video how to make Grandfather out of cotton wool

In our childhood, Santa Claus and Snegurochka were made from cotton wool. If you are bored of those times, then here is a master class for you. It is presented in video format in order to discard all possible questions, because the craft is difficult.

Of course, it takes a little practice here, but it's not that easy.

Simple paper crafts

Of course, we are now going to tinker with paper and cardboard. Without it, it's just nowhere. This is the most accessible material for us. Especially if kids make crafts.

In addition to this Frost, you can decorate the windows. For example, this stencil.

Many different ideas come from cones. In the photo below you will see a detailed master class on how to create such funny Frosts. This cone pattern can be used for any other craft.

Well, here's another great cardboard and paper idea. The main thing is what kind of beard it turns out to be gorgeous with 0 rings!

And you can even hang these grandfathers on a Christmas tree. I loved the bow-shaped mustache idea so much.

Here are some more cone blanks.

On their basis, such crafts are obtained.

Or you can simplify the task. And make the foundation yourself. The main thing is to fasten the edges of the cone well so that they do not turn around.

Another funny craft and a master class for it.

Now for a more complex idea. This Frost is made from two paper balls.

Such balls are made according to this scheme. By the way, you can do it at the same time.

For those familiar with the quilling technique, here are the ideas.

From corrugated paper and sweets, you can make an individual gift for each party participant.

I laughed at this craft. How funny Santa turned out to be.

The accordion-folded hat is simply incomparable. Both volume and relief are created at once.

Another curly beard craft.

You can create such an interesting Frost from cardboard.

Idea for little kids! Use stencils of your hands for crafts.

Such a craft can be made from pieces of paper or balls of plasticine.

Hello Santa from Peppa Pig!

Our parents do everything and do crafts. And we thank them and adopt them!

Now I will give several stencils for gift boxes with elements of Santa Claus.

And I almost forgot to show you such suspensions.

You can also make them as a postcard.

We make from cotton pads for kindergarten children

Of course, it is very easy to make crafts from cotton pads. For example, like this Frost. You just need to prepare the materials in advance. So that there is enough for every kid. and there are usually about 30 of them in kindergarten groups.

Idea for home art.

It is very easy to glue paper and cotton pads with PVA glue. Moreover, this is the safest type of glue. It can be used for creativity even for the smallest children.

This option was in the first section, but I decided to remind you.

Santa's beard can be very useful at various matinees.

Put on a red cap and a red T-shirt and young Santa Claus is ready. Or Santa Claus.

Santa Claus with his own hands made of felt

Of course, ! Of him, what they do not do! And there are necessarily a lot of patterns and patterns. Let's start, perhaps!

Before you is the first master class. This is a Christmas tree toy. You can, of course, play with it anyway, but it’s painfully unstable.

Pattern for Santa Claus.

These crafts simply amaze with their thoroughness and presentability.

There may be several patterns for them. For example, this one.

It also turns out such a Morozushko.

Take this diagram for the hood.

The next hanger pattern.

Now a detailed instruction on how to sew such a boot for gifts.

A very unusual idea. You can use not only felt, but also fabric.

Another template for inspiration.

You can make a lot of wreaths. They are suitable as a decoration for any premises.

This Frost will not leave anyone indifferent. It can also be used as a suspension, because the hat has a convenient hole for this.

For decoration, you can make several New Year's symbols: a Christmas tree, a star, a Christmas ball, deer, etc.

Fantasy is limitless. Therefore, on the basis of one pattern, you can create many new ones.

Bells were attracted to this craft. How festive they are ringing!

You can also make three-dimensional and flat figures. Here are the patterns of both.

This Frost is very much like a New Year's gnome, but it does not lose its relevance and charm at all!

In general, only your imagination is important. And we will provide you with the schemes!

How do you like this craft using bushings?

There is nothing complicated here and you don't even need to sew anything.

How to quickly and easily make Santa Claus out of a bottle

So, the bottles are different. Someone decorates a beautiful woman with champagne. And someone creates from a plastic container for water.

Of course, if it comes to children, then let's take a closer look at the ideas. Here, for example, is a stand for office supplies or small toys.

Or just an interesting craft for decoration.

Santa's can be a wrapping for a sweet baby gift.

For inspiration, here are more options for oldies.

Cotton buds come in handy too!

I think that the child can choose for himself which idea he wants to bring to life.

Santa Claus for New Year from origami

Origami is popular with schoolchildren. It's hard for little kids. Once we tried to make a dog with a child, he understands everything, but it just doesn't work out a bit. Therefore, this section is for those who are older.

There will be several master classes. All with a step by step job description.

Diagram with handles and legs.

Are you familiar with modular origami techniques? There, at first, many blanks of the same shape are made. and already from them the craft is formed.

The next step by step diagram.

Another option.

Detailed step-by-step photos will not get confused.

How do you like this option?

And this is already gone Santa Claus.

Well, one more variation.

In general, attentiveness is important here.

New Year's card ideas

Finally, let's see the ideas for postcards with our character. It can be flat, three-dimensional, monochrome or colorful. Small or large. It depends on you! The main mood in which you created it!

Use different techniques and unusual shapes.

Combine different materials: pom-poms, buttons, paper and cardboard, wood and wire.

And also a few drawings to create a postcard. you can simply print them and donate them by signing the wishes on the back. And also they can be used as window decorations.

And here is the simplest postcard idea you can create with your child.

For inspiration, you can look at the crafts and just take their outline.

The card itself can be of different shapes, it can be unfolded, compressed or simply opened.

Or it can be in the form of an envelope.

As you can see, there are no restrictions anywhere, it is just important to think over the composition, prepare the materials and start creating! I wish you health and every success.

Competitions for the best creative work among pupils and parents have begun in schools and kindergartens. The New Year theme is quite extensive. In some groups it was decided to make a mitten from scrap materials, in others - a Christmas tree, in others - New Year's toys. My daughter and I have already knitted a mitten with fairy-tale characters (scraper mouse, jumping frog, etc.). At home, there were up to a dozen of the most diverse paper Christmas trees. So, today we will make a simple New Year's toy. It will be Santa Claus.
Children of primary school age will cope with a craft made of colored paper without assistance. Kids can't do this kind of work yet.
So, for we are preparing:

  • scissors
  • white and colored paper
  • pencils.
Let's start with the design of the fur coat and hat of Santa Claus. It is a solid piece. It is necessary to form a cone from red paper. The methods for creating this geometric shape are different. Someone cuts a circle and then glues it into a cone. We got used to twisting a cone from a rectangular sheet. We level the base with scissors.

Next, you need to make a fur edge for the hat and fur coat. We will need two stripes of white about 10 mm wide. We bend the strip along in half, and along the edge opposite to the place of the fold, we walk with scissors, cut a narrow short fringe.

We glue the fur edge to the bottom of the fur coat. We immediately determine the height of the cap, mark the edge of the headdress with a white edging.

Then we cut out an elongated trapezoid from the album sheet, carefully round all four corners. Immediately cut into thin long strips in the resulting figure - a beard. At the end of the work, we will go through each hair with a scissor blade to fluff out the snow-white beard.

Draw the face of Santa Claus using gouache, watercolors, felt-tip pens or pencils. A distinctive feature of the hero's appearance is thick eyebrows and a mustache.

We will also cut the hair of our craft out of paper. No complications.

It remains to glue all the details into place. Santa Claus from colored paper is ready. Of course, if you wish, the work can be continued, in particular, to issue the hero's arms and legs. However, in the presented form, the craft also looks great.

Let's put Santa Claus next to a paper tree. The tree is made of multi-colored (white and green) palms. We will lay out tinsel next to the children's crafts. It is a pity that there were no silver items at home. We'll fix the misunderstanding next weekend. You still have to prepare for the matinee.

What could be better than making New Year's crafts with your own hands? Only making crafts together with children! The most important New Year's character can be made from absolutely simple and accessible materials, and very little effort and skills are required to create it.

Roll is not only sushi

The original paper Santa Claus can be made even from a sheet of thick red cardboard rolled into a roll. But the simplest material for making a Christmas figurine is a cardboard roller from toilet paper or paper towels.

Manufacturing steps:

  1. A sheet of red colored paper should be glued over the roller, then bend the lower and upper edges of the cylinder in different directions, as shown in Figures 1-6.
  2. A white triangle should be placed on the top of the video - this will be the face of Santa Claus.
  3. Using black marker, draw boots on the lower corners of the cone and a belt around the cylinder.
  4. Draw the character's face. Fasten a loop between the upper corners of the cylinder for hanging the toy on the Christmas tree.

Paper frills

Fans of the popular origami technique can use various schemes for making paper crafts. It should be noted that the first version of the toy can be made of simple one-sided colored paper in red, while the original craft from the second diagram will require self-painting of a white sheet, taking into account the details indicated in the diagram.

Santa Claus from cones

The minimum amount of effort and time is required to make Santa Claus out of a paper cone. This type of crafts is perfect for a creative activity in a kindergarten or for a pleasant New Year's Eve leisure. Santa Claus can be made from a ready-made printed template or made by yourself.

This will require:

  • 1 sheet of white paper;
  • 1 sheet of colored paper in red;
  • glue;
  • stapler;
  • scissors;
  • a bead or small pom-pom in gold or white.

Progress:

  1. Draw a circle on a piece of red paper. The desired height of the future figurine should be equal to the radius of the circle.

Santa Claus - box

A figurine of Santa Claus under a decorated Christmas tree is a traditional element of New Year's celebrations. To diversify the festive interior, as well as to pleasantly surprise everyone who looks under the tree in search of gifts and sweets, an unusual Santa Claus, made in the form of a box with a surprise, will help. Even one candy or a small souvenir hidden inside the box will bring joy and a sense of celebration to the child who finds them.
