Introduction

"I'm not afraid to repeat again and again:

health care is the most important

the work of the educator. From cheerfulness,

the cheerfulness of children depends on their spiritual life,

worldview, mental development,

strength of knowledge, self-confidence ".

V.A. Sukhomlinsky

Preschool age is reasonably considered the most important period in the formation of a person's personality. At this age, various abilities develop more intensively, moral qualities are formed, character traits are developed. It is in this age period that the foundation of health and the development of physical qualities necessary for the effective participation of a child in various forms of physical activity is laid and strengthened, which, in turn, creates conditions for the active and directed formation and development of mental functions and intellectual abilities of a preschooler.

What is health? Let us turn to the "Dictionary of the Russian language" by S.I. Ozhegova: "Correct, normal activity of the body." The Constitution of the World Health Organization (WHO) states that health is not only the absence of disease or physical defects, but also complete physical, mental and social well-being. In order to improve the health of preschoolers in educational institutions, various health-saving technologies should be used.

Target: consider different types of health-saving technologies.

Tasks:

Ш Consider the concept of health-saving educational technologies;

Ш Consider the classification of health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions.

To solve the set tasks, the following methods were used:

Ш by stages of search: method of material selection;

Ш by the level of penetration into the essence: study of the material; analysis and synthesis;

By function: explanation.

It is undeniable that the main task of a kindergarten is to prepare a child for an independent life by giving him the necessary skills and habits for this, having brought up certain habits. But can every professionally trained teacher, just an adult responsible person, dispassionately treat the unfavorable state of health of his pupils, its progressive deterioration? One of the answers to this question was the demand for health-saving educational technologies by teachers of an educational institution.

1. Health-preserving technologies - a system of measures to protect and promote the health of children

1.1 Types of health-preserving technologies in preschool education - classification of health-preserving technologies according to the dominance of goals and tasks to be solved, as well as leading means of health preservation and health enrichment of subjects of the pedagogical process in kindergarten

Technology (from the Greek words "techne" - art and "logos" - teaching, science) - a set of knowledge and methods of activity.

Health-saving educational technologies are such an organization of the educational process at all its levels, in which high-quality education, development and upbringing of children occurs without prejudice to their health. (N.K.Smirnov)

The concept of "health-saving technologies" has appeared in pedagogical use in the last 8-10 years. According to domestic and foreign researchers, human health depends 50% on one's own lifestyle, 20% on the environment, 20% on heredity, and 10% on healthcare in the country.

The term "health-preserving educational technologies" can be considered as a qualitative characteristic of any educational technology, its "safety certificate" for health.

Health-preserving technologies are a system of measures to protect and promote the health of children and include:

Ш health-preserving structure of a preschool educational institution;

Optimal living conditions for children;

Ш formation of the foundations of a healthy lifestyle, ensuring the safety of life for preschoolers.

The goals of health-saving educational technologies:

Ш provide the child with the opportunity to stay healthy;

Ш to form the necessary knowledge of a healthy lifestyle;

Ш to teach to use the acquired skills and abilities in everyday life.

Health, as a subject of health-preserving technologies, distinguishes between physical, mental, social and moral.

The principles of health-preserving technologies are the consistency and consistency of the comprehensive and harmonious development of the individual, the principle of consciousness, activity and continuity of the health-preserving process, taking into account the availability, individual and age characteristics of the child.

Methods of health-saving technologies: frontal, group, practical method, cognitive game, game method, competitive method, individual lessons.

The following types of health-preserving technologies in preschool education can be distinguished: medico-prophylactic; health and fitness; technologies for ensuring the social and psychological well-being of the child; health preservation and health enrichment of preschool teachers; valeological education of parents; health-saving educational technologies, correctional, sports and leisure, environmental, etc.

The constituent elements of preventive medicine technology:

§ organization of monitoring of the health of preschoolers;

§ organization and control of nutrition for children of early and preschool age,

§ physical development of preschoolers, hardening;

§ organization of preventive measures in kindergarten;

§ organization of control and assistance in ensuring the requirements of SanPiNs;

§ organization of a health-preserving environment in a preschool educational institution.

Component elementsphysical culture and health technologies:

§ development of physical qualities, physical activity;

§ formation of physical culture of preschoolers;

§ breathing exercises,

§ massage and self-massage,

§ prevention of flat feet and the formation of correct posture,

§ fostering habits of daily physical activity and health care.

The technology for ensuring the social and psychological well-being of the child includes: technologies of psychological or psychological and pedagogical support for the development of a child.

A teacher who is guarding the health of the child, fostering the culture of the health of the child and parents, first of all, must be healthy himself, have valeological knowledge, must be able to objectively assess his advantages and disadvantages associated with professional activities, draw up a plan for the necessary self-correction and begin to implement it.

Technologies of health preservation and health enrichment of teachers.

Technologies aimed at developing a culture of teachers' health, including a culture of professional health, developing the need for a healthy lifestyle.

The main educators of the child are the parents. The child's mood and state of physical comfort depend on how the child's day regimen is properly organized, what attention parents pay to the child's health. The healthy lifestyle of a child, to which he is taught in an educational institution, can either find daily support at home, and then fixate, or not, and then the information received will be unnecessary and burdensome for the child.

Technologies of valeological education of parents:

moving folders, conversations, a teacher's personal example, non-traditional forms of work with parents, practical demonstrations (workshops) and other forms of work.

Health-saving educational technologies- the most significant of all of the above for the health of children.

1.2 Characteristics of health-saving technologies

Medical and hygienic technologies are aimed at improving the health of children. They represent a complex of health-improving and rehabilitation measures for preschoolers with functional and some organic disorders of various physiological structures (disorders of the musculoskeletal system, vision, hearing, etc.) and often and long-term ill children.

One of the significant achievements of modern medicine is the development of new health-improving technologies based on physical culture means (T.K. Marchenko, S.D. Polyakov, S.V. Khrushchev). Thus, experts consider the correct and timely implementation of physiotherapy exercises to be an effective means of preventing and correcting spinal deformities. In the process of practicing therapeutic (corrective) gymnastics, aimed at correcting various pathologies in the development of the musculoskeletal system in preschoolers, general developmental and special physical exercises must be carried out in a preschool institution. For general developmental exercises, it is most advisable to use modern rehabilitation equipment: orthopedic balls (fitballs), "dry" pools, soft modules, children's exercise equipment. Exercises using ordinary physical education equipment (gymnastic sticks, balls of different sizes, jump ropes, etc.) are also useful.

The introduction of health-preserving technologies at the preschool educational institution makes it possible to use swimming to harden, preserve and strengthen the health of children. Swimming affects not only the physical, but also the mental formation of the child, stimulating his neuropsychic (psychomotor) development. Active movement strengthens muscles, cardiovascular system, and respiratory system.

In many kindergartens today, classes using simulators are being introduced. Classes are held in strict accordance with medical and pedagogical recommendations. The implementation of new forms of training with the use of simulators contributes not only to training the child's body, but also provides for the solution of medical and educational problems.

Of particular interest is the experience of implementing additional corrective exercises in a preschool institution, elements of gymnastics, yoga, teaching children self-massage, acrobatics, sports dancing, and rhythmic gymnastics. All this significantly enriches and enhances the health-improving orientation of all forms of physical activity of children in kindergarten.

Specialists assign a special role in the health improvement of children to music. Thus, music is an integral basis of the "Hello!" Program, developed by M.L. Lazarev, which allows organizing interfunctional training of the child's body. The use of the program "Hello!" In the work of the preschool educational institution, which contains health-preserving technologies, can significantly improve the health and development of children and prepare them for schooling.

All these various forms and technologies are used in the process of preschool training aimed at the development of basic motor qualities, improvement of memory mechanisms, the formation of speech, reading skills, artistic and visual activity, education of musicality, motivation of healthy behavior.

As you know, a healthy lifestyle is one of the most important conditions for maintaining the health of children in the modern system of preschool education. Teachers are doing a lot of work on valeological upbringing and education of children. They select effective methods and techniques that allow in an accessible and interesting form to present knowledge about the structure of the human body, the importance of proper nutrition, hardening, sleep, and thus introduce children to a healthy lifestyle.

Particular attention is paid to the system of teaching preschoolers hygienic skills, the formation of available knowledge in them, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of the child's perception. As practice shows, children of 3-5 years old get acquainted with the rules of a healthy lifestyle most effectively due to the purposeful organization of their sensorimotor game activity with the inclusion of all kinds of games: thematic, didactic, mobile, desktop-printed, plot-role, dramatization games, imitation games.

Particular attention is paid to modern methods of strengthening mental health and creating conditions for a comfortable well-being of the child. Currently, there is an intensive development of various gaming technologies used to preserve and improve the health of preschool children. An opportunity is provided for the full development of the child, to a large extent, conditions are created for saving and strengthening the health of children.

The success of the implementation of health-saving technologies in the educational process of a preschool institution also depends on the level of interaction between teachers and parents. Various forms of work with parents are becoming increasingly important: play parenting associations, meetings in which informational conversations with specialists are provided; game workshops; trainings; consultations of teachers; days of open doors; schools of successful parents; a young family; health; healthy leisure; sharing of family experiences. All this contributes to the improvement of the pedagogical culture of parents and their understanding of the role of physical education in strengthening the health of the child.

2. Use of health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions

The kindergarten is included in the state system of compulsory universal education in the basics of life and health, and hygienic education. The introduction of health-saving technologies and the interspersing of health-improving measures in the educational and educational process, preparing the child for a healthy lifestyle based on health-saving technologies is a priority area of the kindergarten's activities.

The phrases "health-preserving technologies" and "formation of a healthy lifestyle" have taken a firm place in the work of all participants in the educational process of our preschool institution.

Health preservation rules: observe the regime, move more, pay more attention to food, try to get as many positive emotions as possible, drive away despondency and melancholy, wish yourself and others only good.

When planning health-saving technologies, we highlight:

Forms of work

Time of the day

· children's age

Features of the methodology

Kindergarten teachers implement the following health-preserving technologies for the learning and development process:

Step aerobics

Music of color

· Alphabet of body movements

Play massages and self-massage

Fun training

Corrective gymnastics

Sets of exercises for the development of fine motor skills

Gymnastics for the eyes

Finger gymnastics

· breathing exercises

Physical education

Minutes of silence

Minutes of music

Psycho-gymnastics

Relaxation

When working with children, step - aerobics is used as an independent type of physical culture and recreational activity with sessions lasting from 10 to 30 minutes, and in the form of separate blocks, which are an integral part of a physical culture or training session.

Thus, step aerobics at the preschool educational institution is used:

In the form of full classes of a health-improving and training character with

Children of older preschool age (duration 25-35 minutes);

· In the form of morning exercises, which enhances its health-improving and emotional effect;

· As part of the lesson (duration 10-15 minutes);

· In the form of demonstration performances of children at the holidays;

· As step entertainment.

Aerobics contributes to the development of strength, dexterity, speed, teaches children to navigate in space, improves the functions of the vestibular apparatus. Step-aerobics classes cause joy and delight in children, gives them freedom and joy of movement, significantly improves their well-being and keeps a good mood for a long time.

There is a special technique named by S.I. Venevtsev "Alphabet of body movements", the essence of which is to perform certain motional actions for each letter of the alphabet. It turned out to be so interesting and exciting! "Alphabet of body movements" consists of thirty-three movement poses, figuratively representing the letters of the alphabet. Children by ear or visually perceive the name of the letter and, using muscle sense and muscle movement, depict this letter. At the preschool educational institution, children receive the first elements of knowledge about self-massage, acupuncture, and medical care that they can provide to their comrades. With a systematic massage, the function of the receptors of the pathways improves, the reflex connections of the cerebral cortex with muscles and blood vessels are enhanced. Ear massage - indicated for children from an early age. It helps to work better and develop all systems of the body, enhances concentration of attention, improves intellectual capabilities. Game self-massage is the basis for hardening and healing the child's body. Performing self-massage exercises in a playful way, children get joy and good mood. Such exercises contribute to the formation of a conscious desire for health in the child, developing the skill of their own recovery.

Introduction to the structure of classes of exercises with elements of acrobatics, systematized under the name "Fun training", which was created by K.K. Utrobina, in each lesson, after the basic movements, play exercises are performed with the children for two minutes. According to K.K. Utrobina "introduction to the structure of exercises with elements of acrobatics, allows children to playfully develop flexibility, coordination, strengthen muscles, understand how they control their body, exercises give a load to special muscle groups." Each learned exercise for a child is his small victory in his physical improvement. Here are just some of the exercises that children perform: "Oh, palms, you, palms!"

In the modern pace of life, it is extremely important to remain healthy in all respects as a person. Not the least of the necessary "characteristics" of health is normal vision. Looking at the world and seeing its beauty is a great happiness. And this happiness is given to a person by his eyes. To maintain a decent level of vision in our kindergarten, we use: observance of the light regime, correct seating in the classroom, special gymnastics for the eyes. In the middle of each lesson, teachers spend physical education minutes, or dynamic pauses. Their composition necessarily includes exercises for the eyes, which contribute to the prevention of eye diseases, which is very important for all children. Finger gymnastics used in working with children serves as the basis for the development of manual skill, fine motor skills and coordination of hand movements. Exercises, turning the educational process into an exciting game, not only enrich the child's inner world, but also have a positive effect on improving memory, thinking, and develop imagination. It is well known that on the palms of the hands, there are many points, massaging which you can act on various points of the body.

The health of a person, his physical and mental activity, largely depends on proper breathing. The fitness of the respiratory muscles determines the physical performance and endurance of a person, increases the body's resistance to colds and other diseases. In preschool children, the respiratory muscles are still weak, therefore, special breathing exercises must be used in their work.

In the process of play psycho-gymnastics, when children evoke various sensations, such as "warm-cold", they, through their imagination, master the skills of spontaneous thermoregulation of the body. In the game "Cold and Hot" a cold north wind blew - the children huddled up in lumps. The sun came out, you can sunbathe. Children relax, fan themselves with handkerchiefs, there is tension and relaxation of the muscles of the trunk. In the process of the games "Merry Bee", "Crying Island", "Humpty Dumpty", "Start the Car" conducted by the psychologist, children "cry" and laugh, can shout and grimace, freely express their emotions, they are completely liberated. This develops in them a sense of kindness, responsiveness to other people's pain. For children, this is just a game, and as a result, in addition to a joyful mood and a good muscle load, children gain peace, inner freedom, openness in the perception of being and, like little wizards, bring these qualities to the family, making us adults kinder, softer and brighter.

Minutes of silence. Children are by nature emotional, mobile, restless. Therefore, it is very important to instill in them the ability to restrain their desires and impulses. For reading children, an adult puts out a card with the word "silence" and waits for the written appeal to be fulfilled. In a quiet voice, reaching a whisper, an adult draws the attention of children to the correct posture, to breathing with a closed mouth, to the position of arms and legs. Children sit quietly for one minute. You can invite them at this time to listen to the sounds coming from the street. "Minutes of Silence" is not only a physical rest for the nervous system, but also a good gymnastics of volitional centers. pedagogical health preservation for children

The interaction of the kindergarten team with the parents of the pupils takes place under the motto: "To a healthy family through a kindergarten", which contributes to the preservation and strengthening of children's health, the formation of a healthy lifestyle in a family environment.

For this, various forms and methods are used:

· Group parenting meetings "For the child to grow up healthy";

· Questionnaire "How do we strengthen health in our family";

· Joint actions: sports holidays, health days;

· Reminders, booklets from the series "Finger gymnastics", "How to temper a child correctly?"

· Days of open doors in teaching parents the techniques and methods of improving the health of children (trainings, workshops).

Particular importance in strengthening the health of children, coordination of all-round physical and mental development, in kindergarten is attached to the construction of a motor subject-developing environment. The creation of conditions that ensure the selection of physical culture equipment and sports equipment contributes to the solution of problems of physical education. New sports equipment is always an additional incentive to intensify physical culture and health-improving work. Therefore, it is never superfluous. Can I upgrade my game inventory at no extra cost? Of course! A little imagination and ... you can make something with your own hands.

In the group rooms there are physical activity centers equipped not only with traditional sports equipment, but also with bright unconventional equipment and aids made of junk material that attract the eyes of the child so that he wants to work out with him and enjoy the lessons. For this, the following were made: large and small massagers made of corks and boxes of "kinder-surprises"; foam rubber fins, massage mats made of buttons, corks, ropes, felt-tip pens, pieces of fur, etc. dr.

Such shells teach children to maintain balance, develop coordination of movements, reaction speed, dexterity, eye, accuracy; promote the activation of biologically active zones, have a tonic effect, and are also used for the prevention and correction of flat feet.

Despite the great work on physical education, children do not know how to properly organize independent motor activity in a limited space. The preschool educational institutions approached this problem creatively - they created a subject environment on the floor with the help of drawings that are easily made from colored electrical tape, film or scotch tape. It is important that drawings on the floor contribute to the versatile development of preschoolers, since in the process of physical activity, the mental activity of children is also improved (while moving, preschoolers more quickly remember the count, numbers, color, shape). The harmony of the combination of various forms of patterns and their colors causes a positive emotional response in children, increases their interest in doing exercises. Children also love to play with "quiet machines". "Quiet simulator" - these are silhouettes of children's palms pasted on the wall in various versions from the floor to 1.5 m, silhouettes of legs from the floor to 70 cm; multi-colored stripes (5-10 pieces) for bouncing.

The created system in the preschool educational institution for health preservation allows to qualitatively solve the goal of development of a physically developed, socially active, creative personality. These findings confirm the indicators of the health status and physical development of children.

Conclusion

The use of means of physical education, hardening and a number of other non-medicinal means of health improvement in the health-improving work of a kindergarten gives its positive results.

Considering the priority direction of our educational institution" Physical development of children" and the use of health-saving technologies in our work, we have achieved the following results:

Ш positive dynamics of health status, decrease in the incidence rate;

Increasing the level of physical development of children, physical performance, general endurance;

W development of basic mental processes (memory, thinking, imagination, perception).

The kindergarten team does not stop there and continues to work on the formation of a healthy lifestyle, preservation and strengthening of children's health.

Thus, properly organized upbringing and educational and systematic physical culture and health work in kindergarten has a positive effect on the physical development of children, contributes to the strengthening of mental health, and the normalization of their socially adaptive sphere.

The knowledge, skills and abilities acquired by children will help to find the most effective ways to strengthen and maintain children's own health. The acquired skills will help to consciously choose a healthy lifestyle in the future.

Our pupils know the basics of a healthy lifestyle, are conscious of their health and know how to use available ways to strengthen it. The work of preschool teachers carried out in the system revealed positive tendencies in the formation of an interest in a healthy lifestyle among preschoolers. And it pleases!

A sufficient amount of time should be devoted to health issues in kindergarten. It is known that many children attending preschool educational institutions have certain health problems. It can be both scoliosis and flat feet, not to mention more serious deviations. Therefore, it is so important for educators to take into account that there are special ones in preschool educational institutions, which are precisely aimed at strengthening and maintaining the health of the child.

Types of health-saving technologies in kindergarten

In accordance with modern planning, the following health-preserving technologies are distinguished in the preschool educational institution:

  1. Allowing to maintain and stimulate health. This group includes: rhythmoplasty, stretching, walking, relaxation, finger, respiratory, invigorating, orthopedic for the eyes.
  2. Teaching a healthy lifestyle: physical education, game therapy, game training, communication games, conversations on the topic "Health".
  3. Corrective technologies: fairy tale therapy, art therapy, technology of musical influence and influence with color, psycho-gymnastics, speech therapy rhythm.

The teacher must organize the educational and educational process in such a way that health-preserving technologies in the preschool educational institution are harmoniously woven into the lesson plan. One of the productive technologies is the dynamic pose mode.

Sat down, got up!

The technology of dynamic poses implies frequent (every 10-13 minutes) change of children's poses. Basically, the positions "sitting" and "standing" alternate, but you can add a "lying" position (when using rugs). It is proved that when free standing, children get rid of tension, the load is evenly distributed on both legs (care must be taken that the child does not "fall" on one leg), the forearms and the angles of the shoulder blades are symmetrical. If you do not know which health-saving technologies in the preschool educational institution to choose for your group, start with the dynamic pose mode. The alternation will have a beneficial effect on the central nervous system of the child, his performance will improve.

Let's blink!

Visual gymnastics is one of the most important in kindergarten, so at least five minutes should be included in each physical. class. Health-preserving technologies in preschool educational institutions involve visual exercises using ophthalmic simulators. Such activities help to improve vision, they are interesting and exciting for children. The ophthalmologist can be plot, graphic, modular, they are performed in the Schemes are placed just above the eye level of children. The essence of the exercises is to trace various lines with the eyes: horizontal, vertical, spirals, etc. Invite the children to “walk” along the line, and then “run”. You can use a game plot, for example, “Let's find our way in the forest” or “Let's go visit the path!”. The head should remain motionless during exercise.

Finger gymnastics

Educational health-preserving technologies at preschool educational institutions are not only physical exercises, but also the consolidation of certain material. The following exercises can be used:

  1. "Dry rain". The teacher hangs up multi-colored satin ribbons, the child's task is to attach a clothespin of the same shade to a ribbon of a certain color. Knowledge about colors is consolidated and hands are trained.
  2. "Football". We drive with our fingers and catch a small ball. You can make football players out of cardboard and put them on your toes.
  3. "Merry knots". You will need ropes for the children to tie 12 knots with. For each node, babies should name the months of the year in order.

Use these technologies, add your own to the list - and the kids in your group will be healthy and strong.

Health-saving technologies are one of the types of modern innovative technologies that are aimed at preserving and improving the health of all participants in the educational process at preschool educational institutions. The use of such technologies has a two-way orientation:

  • the formation of the foundations of valeological culture in preschoolers, i.e. teach them to take care of their health on their own;
  • organization of the educational process in kindergarten without negative impact on children's health.

Health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions are perfectly combined with traditional forms and methods in pedagogy, complementing them with various ways of carrying out health-improving work. The use of such technologies solves a number of problems:

  • laying the foundation for good physical health;
  • increasing the level of mental and social health of pupils;
  • carrying out preventive health-improving work;
  • familiarization of preschoolers with the principles of a healthy lifestyle;
  • motivation of children for a healthy lifestyle;
  • the formation of good habits;
  • the formation of valeological skills;
  • the formation of a conscious need for regular physical education;
  • education of a value attitude towards one's health.

To ensure an integrated approach to protecting and improving the health of pupils, required by the Federal State Educational Standard, the preschool educational institution uses various types of modern health-saving technologies:

  • medical and preventive (medical examinations, monitoring the health of children, anti-epidemiological work, the organization of specialized correctional groups, the prevention of many diseases, sanitary and hygienic work, quality control of catering, etc.);
  • physical culture and health (, sports events, valeological classes, hardening procedures, etc.)
  • valeological education of parents (motivation of parents to maintain a healthy lifestyle, teaching parents how to interact with children to form valeological culture in them);
  • valeological education of teachers (familiarization of educators with innovative health-saving technologies and methods of their implementation, motivation for a healthy lifestyle, expansion of knowledge about the age and psychological characteristics of preschoolers);
  • health-preserving education of children (formation of valeological knowledge and skills).

Only by implementing all these types of health-preserving technologies can a close interaction of the main factors affecting the health of preschoolers be achieved.

Health-saving technologies card file

There are many effective varieties of modern health-preserving technologies that should be in the kindergarten teacher's filing cabinet.

Physical education

One of the simplest and most common types of health-preserving technologies in preschool educational institutions is physical education minutes. They are also called dynamic pauses. These are short breaks in intellectual or practical activity, during which children do simple physical exercises.

The purpose of such physical education minutes is:

  • changing the type of activity;
  • prevention of fatigue;
  • relieving muscle, nervous and brain tension;
  • activation of blood circulation;
  • activation of thinking;
  • increasing the interest of children in the course of the lesson;
  • creating a positive emotional background.

Carrying out dynamic pauses has some peculiarities. They are designed to be performed in a confined space (near a desk or table, in the center of a room, etc.). Most of the physical education minutes are accompanied by a poetic text or performed to music.

Such dynamic pauses last 1-2 minutes. All children are involved in the performance of physical education minutes. This does not require sportswear or equipment. The time for conducting is chosen arbitrarily, depending on the degree of fatigue of the children. Physical education may include certain elements of other health-preserving technologies.

Breathing exercises

The study of the work experience of many preschool educators shows that breathing exercises are among the most popular types of health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions. It is a system of breathing exercises that are part of the complex of corrective work to strengthen the general health of the child.

The use of breathing exercises helps:

  • improve the work of internal organs;
  • activate cerebral circulation, increase the saturation of the body with oxygen;
  • train the breathing apparatus;
  • to carry out the prevention of respiratory diseases;
  • increase the body's defense mechanisms;
  • restore peace of mind, calm down;
  • develop speech breathing.

In breathing exercises, the following rules must be observed. It is recommended to carry it out in a well-ventilated room and before meals. Such classes should be daily and last 3-6 minutes. To perform breathing exercises, a special form of clothing is not required, but care must be taken that it does not hinder the child's movements.

During the exercise, you need to pay special attention to the nature of the inhalation and exhalation produced. Children should be taught to inhale through the nose (inhales should be short and light), and exhale through the mouth (exhale long). Respiratory gymnastics also includes breath-holding exercises. It is important that in children, when performing exercises for the development of speech breathing, the muscles of the body do not strain, the shoulders do not move.

Finger gymnastics

Finger gymnastics is a type of health-preserving technology that is used not only for the development of fine motor skills of the hands (which is important for preparing a child for drawing, modeling and writing), but also for solving problems with speech development in children. In addition, such gymnastics contributes to the development of:

  • tactile sensations;
  • coordination of movements of fingers and hands;
  • creative abilities of preschoolers.

Finger gymnastics is carried out in the form of staging poetic texts with the help of fingers. This is almost the first type of gymnastics that can be performed with children. During finger gymnastics, children make active and passive finger movements. The following types of exercises are used:

  • massage;
  • actions with objects or materials;
  • finger games.

It is recommended to do finger exercises daily. During its implementation, you need to ensure that the load on both hands is the same. In addition, it must be remembered that each session of finger gymnastics should end with relaxing exercises. These activities can be conducted collectively, in groups, or individually with each child.

Gymnastics for the eyes

Also, gymnastics for the eyes belongs to health-preserving technologies in the preschool educational institution. It involves a system of exercises aimed at correcting and preventing visual impairment. Eye gymnastics is essential for:

  • relieving stress;
  • fatigue prevention;
  • eye muscle training;
  • strengthening the eye apparatus.

To perform such gymnastics, 2-4 minutes are enough. The main rule of this gymnastics is that only the eyes should move, and the head remains stationary (except for cases where head tilts are provided). All exercises should be done while standing.

Usually, the teacher shows a pattern for performing each action, and the children repeat after him. Often, such gymnastics has a poetic accompaniment. It can include exercises with objects, special charts or ICT.

Psycho-gymnastics

Psycho-gymnastics refers to innovative health-preserving technologies that are used in kindergarten to develop the emotional sphere of the child, strengthen his mental health. The goal of psycho-gymnastics is as follows:

  • carrying out psychophysical relaxation;
  • development of cognitive mental processes;
  • normalization of the condition in children with neuroses or neuropsychiatric disorders;
  • correction of deviations in behavior or character.

Psychogisnastics is a course of 20 special lessons, which are conducted in a playful way. They are organized twice a week and last from 25 to 90 minutes. Each lesson consists of four stages, which involve acting out:

  • sketches using facial expressions and pantomime;
  • sketches for the depiction of emotions or character traits;
  • etudes with a psychotherapeutic focus.

Psychomuscular training ends up. During the lesson, there is a "prank minute" when children can perform any actions they want.

Rhythmoplasty

Rhythmoplasty is an innovative method of working with children, which is based on the performance of special plastic movements with a health-improving character to the music. The purpose of rhythmoplasty:

  • replenishment of the "motor deficit";
  • development of the motor sphere of children;
  • strengthening the muscle corset;
  • improving cognitive processes;
  • the formation of aesthetic concepts.

Rhythmoplasty is organized in the form of special music lessons. Exercise should be done at a slow pace with a wide amplitude. These sessions should be done twice a week for 30 minutes each. It is recommended to engage in rhythmoplasty no earlier than half an hour after a meal.

Play therapy

The Federal State Educational Standard indicates that for preschoolers, play is the leading activity. Therefore, play therapy should be a mandatory type of health-preserving technologies in a preschool educational institution. This technology involves attracting children to participate in a variety of games, during which they will have the opportunity to:

  • show emotions, experiences, imagination;
  • express yourself;
  • relieve psycho-emotional stress;
  • get rid of fears;
  • become more self-confident.

Game therapy is considered to be an excellent remedy for dealing with childhood neuroses.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy involves the use of special items with essential oils in the room where children are. It can be called a passive method of influencing the health of preschoolers, since the children themselves should not perform any actions. They can engage in any kind of activity and at the same time inhale aromatic vapors. This is how it happens:

  • improving the well-being and mood of children;
  • prevention of colds;
  • solving problems with sleep.

Essential oils can be applied to clay or untreated wood figurines (the dose of fragrance should be kept to a minimum). It is also recommended to make special scented pillows with the parents, filling them with dried herbs, or individual aroma medallions.

In addition to the described health-saving technologies, other types of them can be used in a preschool educational institution:

  • herbal medicine;
  • color therapy;
  • music therapy;
  • vitamin therapy;
  • physiotherapy;
  • heliotherapy;
  • sand therapy.

The essence of such technologies is clear from their names. The ultimate goal of using health-saving technologies in kindergarten according to the Federal State Educational Standard is to preserve and strengthen the health of children, which serves a prerequisite increasing the effectiveness of the educational process. Only a healthy child can become a good student and a successful person.

Ozhegova: "Correct, normal body activity." The Charter of the World Health Organization (WHO) states that health is not only the absence of disease or physical defects, but also complete physical, mental and social well-being. That is why the health problem should be considered in a broad social aspect.

Analysis of the health status of preschool children shows that over the past decade the number of absolutely healthy children has decreased from 23 to 15% and the number of children with chronic diseases has increased from 16 to 17.3%. On average in Russia, every preschooler has at least two diseases a year. Approximately 20-27% of children are often and long-term ill. Almost 90% of preschool children have standard deviations in the structure of the musculoskeletal system - poor posture, flat feet, unbalanced muscle tone, weakness of the abdominal muscles, non-optimal ratio of static and dynamic movements. In 20-30% of older preschool children, neurotic manifestations are observed. According to forecasts, 85% of these children are potential patients with cardiovascular diseases. About 50% of children need psychocorrection and are characterized by serious psychological distress. The overwhelming majority of children, starting from preschool age, suffer from movement deficit and reduced immunity. Their muscle load decreases due to objective reasons: children practically do not have the opportunity to play outdoor games during a walk, and some parents are overly keen on the intellectual development of their children (computer games, visiting various circles).

The above results clearly indicate the social and pedagogical level of the problems that arise before the workers of preschool institutions, called upon to raise a healthy child with optimal physical and mental development, which corresponds to the social demand of society.

1.Health-saving technologies: concept, purpose and objectives

Before we start talking about health-saving technologies, let's define the concept of “technology”. Technology is an instrument of the teacher's professional activity, which is accordingly characterized by a qualitative adjective - pedagogical. The essence of pedagogical technology lies in the fact that it has a pronounced phasing (step by step), includes a set of certain professional actions at each stage, allowing the teacher to foresee the intermediate and final results of his own professional pedagogical activity during the design process. Pedagogical technology is distinguished by: concreteness and clarity of goals and objectives, the presence of stages: primary diagnosis; selection of content, forms, methods and techniques for its implementation; using a set of tools in a certain logic with the organization of intermediate diagnostics to achieve the designated goal; final diagnostics of goal achievement, criteria-based assessment of results. (This definition is proposed by V.A. Derkunskaya - Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences)

2.What is health-preserving technology?

Health-saving technologies in preschool education are technologies aimed at solving the priority task of modern preschool education - the task of preserving, maintaining and enriching the health of subjects of the pedagogical process in kindergarten: children, teachers and parents.

The goal of health-saving technologies in preschool education in relation to the child is to ensure a high level of real health for a kindergarten pupil and the upbringing of valeological culture as a combination of a child's conscious attitude to human health and life, knowledge about health and the ability to protect, maintain and preserve it, value-logical competence that allows a preschooler independently and effectively solve the problems of a healthy lifestyle and safe behavior, problems associated with the provision of elementary medical, psychological self-help and assistance. With regard to adults - promoting the development of a culture of health, including the culture of professional health of preschool educational institutions and valeological education of parents.

In a preschool educational institution, a "health preservation technology" can be developed, the tasks of which are:

1. Preservation and strengthening of children's health on the basis of complex and systemic use of physical education means available for kindergarten, optimization of physical activity in the fresh air.

2. Ensuring an active position of children in the process of gaining knowledge about a healthy lifestyle.

3. Constructive partnership of the family, the teaching staff and the children themselves in strengthening their health, developing their creative potential.

3. Types of health-saving technologies used in preschool educational institutions

Types of health-preserving technologies in preschool education - the classification of health-preserving technologies according to the dominance of goals and tasks to be solved, as well as the leading means of health preservation and health enrichment of subjects of the pedagogical process in kindergarten.

Health-preserving activities in our kindergarten are carried out in the following forms:

Medical and preventive technologies

Medical and preventive activities ensure the preservation and enhancement of the health of children under the guidance of the medical personnel of the preschool educational institution in accordance with medical requirements and standards with the use of medical devices.

The objectives of this activity:

Organization of monitoring of children's health and development of recommendations for optimizing children's health;

Organization and control of children's nutrition, physical development, hardening;

Organization of preventive measures that contribute to the resistance of the child's body (for example, immunization, gargling with anti-inflammatory herbs, a gentle regimen during the adaptation period, etc.).

Organization of control and assistance in ensuring the requirements of sanitary and epidemiological standards - San PiN

Organization of a health-preserving environment in a preschool educational institution.

Monitoring of the state of health and physical development of children is carried out by medical workers of the kindergarten. All work on the physical education of children in a preschool educational institution is based on their physical fitness and existing deviations in health. To do this, on the basis of individual medical records, the preschool doctor draws up a consolidated scheme for each age group, which helps educators and medical workers to have a clear picture of the health status of the children of the entire group and each child individually. This analysis scheme and specific recommendations are entered into the group "Health Journal" - "Child's Individual Route" - so that each educator plans physical education and health work in accordance with the characteristics of children's health.

Physical culture and health technology

Physical culture and recreation activities are aimed at the physical development and health improvement of the child.

The objectives of this activity:

Development of physical qualities;

Control of physical activity and the formation of physical culture of preschoolers,

Formation of correct posture, prevention of disorders of the musculoskeletal system;

Nurturing the habit of daily physical activity;

Improvement by means of hardening. Physical culture and recreation activities are carried out by a physical education instructor in physical education classes, as well as by teachers - in the form of various gymnastics, physical education minutes, dynamic pauses, etc.;

Technologies for ensuring the social and psychological well-being of the child;

The task of this activity is to ensure emotional comfort and positive psychological well-being of the child in the process of communicating with peers and adults in kindergarten, family; ensuring the social and emotional well-being of the preschooler, because the emotional mood, mental well-being, cheerful mood of children is important for their health. In its activities, the "escort service" is guided by the Regulations on the Medical, Psychological and Pedagogical Service and aims to create an integral system in a preschool institution that provides optimal conditions for the development of children, taking into account age and individual characteristics, the state of somatic and mental health. In this system, diagnostic, advisory, correctional and developmental, treatment and prophylactic and social directions interact.

Technologies of health preservation and health enrichment of teachers

The whole way of life of the child in kindergarten, the caring and attentive attitude of adults to him, a high sense of responsibility of the entire team for each pupil affects the improvement of the health of babies, their favorable physical development. Therefore, great attention in our preschool educational institution is paid to the selection and placement of personnel into groups, taking into account their business qualities, experience and psychological compatibility. Bearing in mind that the results of physical development depend primarily on the professional training of teachers, their pedagogical knowledge, a system of comprehensive methodological work to improve skills has been thought out.

A teacher who is guarding the child's health, fostering a culture of health for the child and parents, first of all, must be healthy himself, have valeological knowledge, not overworked, must be able to objectively assess his advantages and disadvantages associated with professional activities, draw up a plan for the necessary self-correction and start its implementation.

Technologies of valeological education of parents .

Information and educational activities are expressed in the formation of a healthy lifestyle in parents as a value, as well as in acquaintance of parents with various forms of physical education in a preschool institution, informing about the state of health and physical development, about the level of motor fitness of their child; attracting parents to participate in various joint physical culture leisure activities and holidays.

In order to cooperate with parents on the formation of a healthy lifestyle in children, we have developed a system of activities, which include:

parenting meetings,

consultations,

conferences,

contests,

sports holidays,

health holidays,

family club

sliding folders,

conversations,

personal example of a teacher,

non-traditional forms of work with parents,

practical demonstrations (workshops)

Health-saving educational technologies.

This type of activity involves the upbringing of a valeological culture, or a culture of health, for preschoolers. Its purpose is to form in children a conscious attitude of the child to health and life, the accumulation of knowledge about health and the development of skills to protect it.

Health-saving educational technologies are the most significant among all known technologies in terms of their impact on children's health. Their main feature is the use of psychological and pedagogical techniques, methods, approaches to solving emerging problems.

Educational activity involves conducting classes and conversations with preschoolers about the need to observe the daily regimen, about the importance of hygienic and physical culture, about health and means of strengthening it, about the functioning of the body and the rules of caring for it, children acquire the skills of culture and a healthy lifestyle, knowledge of the rules of a safe behavior and reasonable actions in unforeseen situations.

Preparing a child for a healthy lifestyle based on health-preserving technologies should become a priority in the activities of every educational institution for preschool children.

4. Forms of health-improving work in a preschool institution

In a preschool institution, every day, in all age groups, several forms of physical education of children are provided, which helps to strengthen health and allows to ensure the necessary physical activity of children throughout the day.

Particular attention is paid to the daily routine ofhardening procedures , contributing to health promotion and reduction of morbidity. Hardening activities, as an important part of physical culture, contributes to the creation of the necessary conditions and habits for a healthy lifestyle. The hardening system we use provides for a variety of forms and methods, as well as changes in connection with the seasons, age and individual characteristics of the state of health of children.

When working with children, the basic principles of hardening must be followed:

Exercise hardening, provided that the child is healthy;

Inadmissibility of hardening procedures if the child has negative emotional reactions (fear, crying, anxiety);

Careful consideration of the individual characteristics of the child, his age, the possibility of increased sensitivity to hardening activities;

The intensity of the hardening procedures increases gradually and consistently, with the expansion of the impact zones and an increase in the time of hardening;

Consistency and consistency of hardening (and not from case to case.

For the most efficient hardening, we provide:

A clear organization of thermal and air conditions in the room ("temperature" hygiene);

Rational, non-overheating clothes for children;

Compliance with the walking schedule at all seasons;

Sleep with open transoms;

Hygiene procedures (washing and pouring cool water down to the elbows, rinsing the mouth with boiled water at room temperature);

Walking barefoot in a group and in the summer for a walk, barefoot morning exercises and physical education. The main point of walking barefoot is to harden the skin of the feet to the effect of low temperatures, which is carried out mainly by the action of low temperatures on the floor and on the ground. It is this action that is decisive, if not the only one, in hardening, since there is no convincing evidence regarding the influence of other components in the scientific literature.

The technique of contrast air hardening, which is carried out at the end of the daytime sleep, alternately in a cold and warm room. The air temperature in a warm room is maintained with the help of heaters, in a cold room it decreases due to intensive ventilation, in summer up to drafts.

One of the most effective hardening procedures in everyday life isstroll. In order for the walk to have an effect, we change the sequence of activities of children, depending on the nature of the previous lesson and weather conditions. So, in the cold season and after the lesson at which the children were sitting, the walk begins with a jog, an active game; in the warm season or after physical education and music lessons - with observation, quiet games.

A walk is one of the most important regime moments during which children can sufficiently realize their motor needs. The optimal form for this isoutdoor games and physical exercises outside.

Outdoor play occupies a special place in the development of a preschooler. It contributes to the consolidation and improvement of motor skills and abilities, provides an opportunity to develop cognitive interest, forms the ability to navigate in the surrounding reality, which is so important for a child to acquire life experience.

Various play actions develop dexterity, speed, coordination of movements and have a beneficial effect on the emotional state of children.

The need for movement in preschoolers is great, but a fragile organism is extremely sensitive not only to a lack, but also to an excess of movements. That is why, when choosing outdoor games and playing exercises, we try to observe the optimal mode of physical activity, adjust the permissible load, changing the playing situation, increasing or decreasing the number of repetitions.

In addition to outdoor games, in our kindergarten, we widely use a variety ofexercises in the main types of movements:

Running and walking

Jumping

Throwing, throwing and catching the ball

Obstacle course exercises

Physical exercises carried out in the fresh air contribute to the functional improvement of the child's body, increase its efficiency, and the development of protective forces in relation to unfavorable environmental factors. For every two weeks there are 3-4 sets of physical exercises in the air:

For good weather (seasonal);

In case of wet weather;

In case of gusty winds.

Of course, in the upbringing of a healthy child in our preschool institution, particular importance is attached to the development of movements and physical culture inphysical education ... Moreover, in each age period, physical education has a different focus:

They give little children pleasure, teach them how to navigate in space, basic insurance techniques;

In middle age, they develop physical qualities, first of all, endurance and strength;

In older groups, they form the need for movement, develop motor abilities and independence.

That is why in our kindergarten various options for conducting physical education are used:

Classes according to the traditional scheme;

Classes consisting of a set of outdoor games of high, medium and low intensity;

Competition classes, where children in the course of various relay races of two teams identify the winners;

Classes of the "Health" series, which can be included in the schedule of classes as cognitive development. In the course of such classes, children are given ideas about the structure of their own body, the purpose of organs, what is useful and harmful to the human body, and also basic skills in self-care and first aid are taught. These activities are of great importance in raising the child's need for a healthy lifestyle.

Of great health-improving and educational value for our children isswimming , which is one of the important types of cyclic loads, which has a powerful healing general developmental effect. Swimming differs from all other sports exercises with an unlimited age range and has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems: it improves thermoregulation, gas exchange, sleep, and increases efficiency. Swimming is also effective in preventing and even treating poor posture and stoop. During swimming, the child's spine straightens, the muscles of the arms and legs perform rhythmic movements that affect the flexibility of the spine.

Conducting classes in the pool, we take into account the age and individual characteristics of children, ensure compliance with the rules of instructions for ensuring the safety of children on the water, systematic medical and pedagogical control over the implementation of the regime and organization of swimming lessons, over planning and methodology.

One of the most important components of strengthening and improving the child's body, as well as organizing the child's motor regime, aimed at raising the emotional and muscle tone of children, ismorning exercises .

Daily physical exercise under the guidance of an adult promotes the manifestation of certain volitional efforts, develops in children a useful habit of starting the day with morning exercises. Morning exercises gradually draws the child's entire body into an active state, strengthens breathing, increases blood circulation, promotes metabolism, causes the need for oxygen, and helps the development of correct posture. To prevent the occurrence of flat feet, exercises are proposed to strengthen the arch of the foot - lifting on toes, on the heels.

The music accompanying the movements creates a cheerful mood, has a positive effect on the child's nervous system.

Morning exercises are performed daily before breakfast, for 10-12 minutes outdoors or indoors (depending on weather conditions). Throughout the entire morning gymnastics held indoors, the vents remain open, children are engaged in physical education and barefoot.

The content of morning gymnastics is made up of exercises recommended by the program for this age group, pre-learned in physical education and well-known to children.

In between classes, especially in the older groups of kindergarten,motor warm-up. Its goal is to prevent the development of fatigue in children, to relieve emotional stress in the process of training with mental stress, which contributes to a faster perception of the program material. The motor warm-up allows you to actively relax after mental stress and forced static posture, helps to increase the motor activity of children. The game exercises used in the warm-up are well known to children, simple in content, with a small number of rules, not long in time (no more than 10-12 minutes), available to children with different levels of physical activity.

In order to prevent fatigue in classes associated with prolonged sitting in a monotonous position, requiring focused attention and maintaining the mental performance of children at a good level, kindergarten conductsphysical education .

Physical education increases the general tone, motor skills, helps to train the mobility of nervous processes, develop attention and memory, create a positive emotional mood and relieve psycho-emotional stress.

Physical education is carried out by the teacher as needed during classes on the development of speech, the formation of elementary mathematical concepts, etc. The duration is 3-5 minutes.

Physical education sessions are held in numerous forms: in the form of exercises for general developmental effects (movements of the head, arms, torso, legs), outdoor games, didactic games with different movements, dance movements and game exercises. Physical education may be accompanied by text related or not related to the content of the lesson.

Along with various recreational activities in the preschool institution, andgymnastics after a nap, which helps to improve the mood of children, to raise muscle tone, and also helps to prevent posture and foot disorders. Gymnastics is carried out with the vents open for 7-15 minutes. Various types of gymnastics are used throughout the year.

Warm up in bed ... Children gradually wake up to the sounds of pleasant music and, lying in bed on their backs on top of a blanket, perform 5-6 exercises of general developmental impact. Exercises are performed from different positions: lying on your side, on your stomach, sitting. After completing the exercises, children get up and perform several movements at different rates (walking in place, walking on massage mats, gradually turning into a run). Then everyone moves from the bedroom to a well-ventilated group room and, to the music, performs arbitrary dance, musical-rhythmic or other movements.

Playing gymnastics ... Consists of 3-6 simulation exercises. Children imitate the movements of birds, animals, plants, create various images ("skier", "skater", "parsley", "flower").

Jogging on massage paths ... They are combined with contrasting air baths and are held 2 times a week for 5-7 minutes. The massage track consists of aids and items to facilitate the massage of the foot. Children go barefoot, walk at a fast pace along the path and smoothly switch to running (1-1.5 min.) And again switch to calm walking with breathing exercises. This contributes to the development of endurance, coordination of movements, the formation of the foot and strengthening the body of children.

Breathing exercises ... The health of a person, his physical and mental activity, largely depends on proper breathing. Breathing exercises increase ventilation, lymph and blood circulation in the lungs, reduce spasm of the bronchi and bronchioles, improve their patency, promote sputum secretion, train the ability to arbitrarily control breathing, form the correct biomechanics of breathing, prevent diseases and complications of the respiratory system.

In preschool children, the respiratory muscles are still weak, therefore, a special system of exercises is needed in natural rhythmic breathing, as well as in the correct use of inhalation and exhalation for simple and more complex movements, and the rhythm of breathing and movement form one rhythmic whole. Gymnastic exercises that form correct breathing include exercises for setting correct breathing through the nose, developing the muscles of the chest to increase its elasticity, and actively stretching the spine. All exercises are carried out in their own breathing rhythm, slowly, following the inhalation and exhalation and a compensatory pause after exhalation.

Breathing exercises application method:

Inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth into the lips closed by the tube, combine breathing exercises with general developmental exercises, and form mixed breathing.

Acupressure - an elementary method of self-help for your body. The acupressure exercises teach children to consciously take care of their health, instill in them the confidence that they can help themselves to improve their well-being. Along with this, acupressure is the prevention of colds.

During the finger massage, the receptors of the skin, muscles, tendons, fingers are irritated, the impulses from which pass simultaneously to the brain and spinal cord, and from there the command is sent to engage in the work of various organs and structures. The massage increases the protective properties of the membranes of the nasopharynx, larynx, trachea, bronchi and other organs. Under the influence of massage, the body begins to produce its own medicines (for example, interferon), which are often much more effective and safer than pills.

Our kindergarten hasphytobar where pupils receiveoxygen cocktail ... An oxygen cocktail is a juice, herbal solution or any other drink saturated with oxygen to a state of delicate airy foam. An oxygen cocktail is a very healthy product. It helps to concentrate and improves memory, improves vision. It is a natural way to get rid of headaches, increases endurance, is a non-drug way of losing weight, calms and stabilizes the nervous system, and guarantees a good mood.

It is used to eliminate hypoxia, improve performance, eliminate chronic fatigue, normalize sleep, and increase immunity.

To increase the body's resistance to colds in our garden, children are recommended to irrigate the throat with decoctions of calendula, eucalyptus, sage, chamomile, St. John's wort, plantain, coltsfoot, and oak bark. Children throughout the year receive vitamin teas, extracts of chamomile herbs, nettle, St. John's wort, mint, plantain. Children constantly rinse their mouths with decoctions of sage, eucalyptus, calendula herbs. It is with great pleasure that our pupils participate in the tasting of herbal teas:

Soothing tea (mint, motherwort);

Anti-inflammatory tea (St. John's wort, chamomile, plantain);

Vitamin tea (currants, nettles, rose hips);

Tea regulating metabolism (rose hips, strawberries).

It has been proven that various aromas in a certain way affect the development of a child, his health and mood (B.V. Shevrygin). Even a nursing baby is able to distinguish smells. Different odors affect children in different ways: pleasant aromas can act as good drugs, can induce appetite, normalize the activity of the nervous system, improve vision at dusk and color perception; conversely, unpleasant odors can depress and irritate the child.

Our preschool usesaromatherapy. The practical application of aromatherapy and aromatherapy has the following goals:

Prevention and reduction of the incidence of acute respiratory and viral infections;

Correction of the psychophysiological state, increasing mental and physical performance, improving the coordination of movements and functions of analyzers, expanding the volume of short-term memory, increasing resistance to stress, improving sleep;

Prevention of vegetative-vascular dystonia, functional disorders of the cardiovascular system;

Stimulation of the general immunological reactivity of the body in order to increase resistance to infectious diseases, expand adaptive capabilities;

Expansion of the complex of rehabilitation measures in patients with chronic and nonspecific lung diseases.

The use of aromatherapy in kindergarten is carried out according to the "Individual route of the child" in order to avoid various allergic diseases, taking into account the principle "Not sure - do not prescribe."

Wellness work in our garden is intensively carried out in the summer and is a complex of measures aimed at restoring the functional state of the child's body.

The central place in this complex is occupied by the daily routine, which provides for the maximum stay of children in the open air, the duration of sleep and other types of rest corresponding to age. All activities related to physical activity (outdoor games, work, physical education) are carried out during the hours of the least insolation.

When carrying out summer health-improving work in kindergarten, our team adheres to the following principles:

complex use of preventive, hardening and health-improving technologies;

continuous implementation of preventive, hardening and health-improving measures;

predominant use of non-drug remedies;

use of simple and accessible technologies;

the formation of positive motivation in children to carry out preventive, hardening and health-improving measures;

integration of a hardening prevention program into the family;

increasing the efficiency of the system of preventive, hardening and health-improving measures due to the observance of sanitary norms and rules in the preschool educational institution, optimal motor regime and physical activity, the sanitary state of the institution, catering, air-thermal regime and the use of various forms of health-improving work.

5.DOU and family

Family and kindergarten are the microclimate in which a preschool child lives. This is the environment in which he draws the necessary information and adapts to life in society. At any time, teachers worked with the family of their pupil, looking for support and understanding of the child's problems for the all-round development of a harmoniously developed and healthy personality. However, parents, not having sufficient knowledge of the age and individual characteristics of the child's development, sometimes carry out blind and intuitive upbringing. All this, as a rule, does not bring positive results. Family and kindergarten are two social institutions that stand at the origins of our future, but often they do not always have enough mutual understanding, tact, patience to hear and understand each other. To form a position of cooperation between teachers and children and their parents, it is necessary to create a single space for the development of the child, which must be supported by both the kindergarten and the family.

In order to build effective communication between teachers and parents, it is important to have communication skills, to navigate the problems of upbringing and the needs of the family, to be aware of the latest achievements of science.
Communication will be successful if it is meaningful, based on common and significant topics for both parties, if each of them in the process of communication enriches its information baggage. An important condition ... ... is the creation of models "educator - parent", educator - psychologist - parent. " A special form of communication in these models is trust-business contact.

At the stage of initial acquaintance, parents get acquainted with the principles of work of the preschool educational institution and the family: openness, cooperation, the creation of an active developmental environment, the principle of an individual approach to each family.

Knowing how important the atmosphere of friendly relations between a teacher and parents is, we hold the first parent meeting “Let's Get to Know” in an unconventional way. It is necessary to prepare for it very carefully, because their further cooperation depends on the primary perception of the teacher and the family.
In the process of organizing a single health-preserving space for a preschool educational institution and a family, we use a variety of forms of work: open classes with children for parents; pedagogical discussions with parents - general and group parenting meetings; consultations; classes with the participation of parents; exhibitions of children's works made with parents; Doors open days; participation of parents in the preparation and conduct of holidays, leisure; joint creation of a subject-developing environment; work with the parent committee of the group; trainings;
parental living rooms; Trust mail, questionnaire. Colorful display stands in reception rooms introduce parents to the life of the group, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and the age characteristics of children. In the corners of specialists, information of a practical orientation is posted, interesting facts are given, recommendations of a speech therapist, teacher-psychologist, head of an art studio, physical culture and music workers are given.

As a result, the level of upbringing and educational activity of parents increased, which contributed to the development of their creative initiative. The organization of interaction with the family is a difficult job that does not have ready-made technologies and recipes. Her success is determined by the intuition, initiative and patience of the teacher, his ability to become a professional assistant in the family.
As a result of the work done, the use of various forms and methods of communication with parents, the psychological and pedagogical literacy of parents has increased; increased culture of interpersonal interaction of children in the group. Thus, working closely with the parents has brought satisfying results.
The living conditions, moral and emotional atmosphere in which a child lives are entirely dependent on adults, and they are undoubtedly responsible for the happiness and health of children.

6.Kindergarten and Family Collaboration: Caring for the Health of the Preschooler

Socio-economic transformations that took place inour country at the endXX- the beginningXXIin., entailed a changeunderstanding of the usual way of life and moral and value orientationsorientation and could not but affect the upbringing of children in the family.

Children's health depends not only on physical characteristics, but also on the level of development of health care, health literacy and the environmental situation in the country. The health of the child should be assessed in unity with the environment and the adaptive capabilities of the body. Therefore, the work on the full-fledged physical development and health improvement of children, without a doubt, should be carried out by the family and the preschool institution.

The first school of upbringing is the family. Parents are their child's first educators. In a family, emotional and moral experience is formed, the level of the content of the child's emotional and social development is determined. It is proved that the state of health of the parents is one of the leading factors that have a direct impact on the health of the child. This effect is not only purely biological (hereditary), but also manifests itself indirectly through a system of conditions that characterize the way of life of the mother and father, their attitude towards health, and the degree of medical activity.

Preventive activity of people, determined by the awareness of health as a value and the presence of purposeful actions to maintain and strengthen it, is now becoming an important factor affecting the health of the population, primarily children. The need to look for work, overload at work, and a reduction in free time for parents lead to a deterioration in their physical and mental condition.niya, increased irritability, fatigue, stress. TheirParents habitually throw their emotions on children, while they are blamed for both external problems and domestic troubles. The child finds himself in a situation of complete dependence on the mood, emotions and reactions of the parents, which affects his mental health.

Therefore, it is so important to help parents understand that many factors influence the development of a child's personality, and upbringing should not go spontaneously.

Today, the problem of interaction between preschool educational institutions and families on children's health is one of the most urgent. The family needs support and guidance.

Numerous studies have established a negativethe impact on the health of the child of early artificial feeding, irrational daily regimen, irregular and insufficient stay in the fresh air, low physical activity and bad habits of parents. Elementary adherence to the principles of a healthy lifestyle can neutralize all thesenegative impacts, and, therefore, activities aimed ataimed at increasing the medical activity of parents are a task of paramount importance.

The greatest effect of recreational activities is noted in cases where parents not only strictly follow the doctor's recommendations, but also become supporters of a healthy lifestyle. Only the active position of family members, their cooperation with the preschool institution can achieve the desired results.

Target the work of the kindergarten in this direction is to assist the family in creating conditions for the upbringing of preschool children, protecting and strengthening their health. It implies the followingtasks:

    increase resistance and protective properties of the bodychild through ensuring a healthy lifestyle, optimalgood motor regime, psychological safetypersonalities, the introduction of health-saving technologies;

    create optimal conditions to ensure the protection andstrengthening the physical and mental health of children;

    carry out the necessary correction of deviations in the development of the child;

    expand cooperation with the family on the formation of dothe moral and moral image of the younger generation,the study and activation of the pedagogical potential of the family;

    to carry out the prevention of antisocial behavior by means of physical culture and sports.

To successfully work with parents, we annually conductstudy of the families of pupils, using methods such asquestionnaires, interviews with parents and children, observation of children, testing, home visits, etc.

For the conscious participation of parents and teachers of preschool educational institutions in healthDeveloping a child requires special knowledge. Causesfrequent illnesses in children, disease prevention, caresick child, first aid and prevention of complications - we consider all these issues in parentingmeetings, round tables. To such events are invitedmedical workers of a kindergarten and a children's clinic (pediatricians, narrow specialists). In addition, parents get acquainted with the results of diagnostics of the state of health of children, their psychomotor development, the content of physical culture and health work in kindergarten, share their positive experience of family education, talk about family traditions that help to strengthen the health of the family. In onThe concept of "family traditions" includes the concept of "lifestyle". MeMany diseases and problems are rooted in him. For example, an acute problem of our time is alcoholism and drug addiction.

Along with collective forms of organization, we widely use individual and subgroup conversations, oral journals. Parents are trained in medical and recreational work in a family environment by preschool educational institutions specialists: head nurse, nurse of the physiotherapy room, physical instructorculture, educational psychologist. Practical advice and recommendations are given.medical and pedagogical literature is being poured.

One of the most effective methods in this direction is whenchange of visual agitation. Each group has a cornerhealth, where information for parents about treatment and prophylactic measures carried out in a preschool institution is interfered. There are so-called "health piggy banks", in whichrykh collected material on non-traditional methods of health improvement,material promoting a healthy lifestyle. This informationmation is gathered not only by doctors and teachers, but also byparents.

Disease prevention methods are also formalized as sanitary bullets. The kindergarten's medical workers made a whole file of them.

Consultations, lectures, seminars are held, practical classes are organized. The topics are very diverse: “If the rebbenok is afraid of the dentist "," Alcohol and offspring "," Preventionvaccinations - protection against infectious diseases "," Seriously about health "," Prevention of child injuries "," Forming the need for a healthy lifestyle ", etc.

Open house days are systematically organized for parents. In our opinion, this is an effective form of involving family members in the pedagogical process. During the day, dads, mothers, grandparents have the opportunity to attend morning exercises, physical education, a walk, hardening procedures and other regime moments. Visitors leave their impressions in the book of reviews and suggestions. Then we analyzeWe take all the activities, draw conclusions, sum up the results. Usually,parents are very happy. But sometimes they have questions, every statement is important to us. After all, if they did not understand something, did not perceive it that way, it is necessary to take it into account and explain it.

Parents are invited to the days and weeks of health that have become traditional in our kindergarten. Moms and dads not only watch, but also become active participants in entertainment, various games, sports events: "Together with mom we will go through all the obstacles", "Dads can do everything in the world", "Dad, mom, I am a sports family", " Interplanetary Olympic Family Games ”,“ Friendly Family ”.

Educators, together with their parents, draw up wall newspapers andexhibitions of drawings on the themes: "The sun, air and water are our rayfriends "," In a healthy body - a healthy mind "," The country is healthyvya "," Active rest of our family ", etc. Parents acceptparticipation in the essay competition "Our family is for a healthy lifestyle", in which they talk about how they relax, celebrate holidays, weekends, what games they play with children, what sports events they attend, what parent-childrelationships are present in the family. Then we make exhibitions of theseessays, because every family is creative when decoratingfamily health codes are attached to their works. exceptIn addition, the kindergarten staff arrange thematic exhibitions: “How to raise a healthy child”, “So that there is no“ We are tempered from an early age ”, etc. Moms and dads are happy to get acquainted with the exhibits of the exhibition, share their impressions. Of course, not all families are active, but many can be borrowed, some parents are reconsidering their views on the nutrition of their children.

The results of diagnostics show that upbringing, educational and medical and recreational work organized in this way has a positive effect on the development of children.

We believe that the criteria for interaction of kindergartens on health issues are: value attitude towards a friend, tolerance, awareness of the parties about the specialthe development of health systems in kindergarten and family, includingin joint activities with predictable results.

The team of our institution is mobilized to implement activities that help to achieve certain goals in reducing the incidence. Extensive preventive work with children, parents, employees, of course, has certain positive results.

Perspectives:

    search and implementation of new models of interaction with families of pupils to form a healthy lifestyle;

    active involvement of parents in the pedagogical activities of the kindergarten in order to strengthen the sense of their personal responsibility for the development of the child, his health;

    strengthening and developing close communication and interaction with various social institutions for the implementation of cultural and health technologies;

    development of the material and technical base of the preschool educational institution.

The transition to a new quality of interaction with the family is possible if the efforts of each participant in the upbringing and educational process are aimed at preserving and strengthening the physical, mental, and social health of children, at achieving the assigned tasks.

7. CONCLUSION:

One of the aspects of strengthening the health of participants in the pedagogical process of preschool educational institutions is the creationhealth-preserving environment.The development of conceptual directions of a health-preserving environment is based on the following tasks:

    formation of children's health on the basis of complex and systemic use of physical education means available for a specific preschool institution, optimization of motor activity in the fresh air;

    the use in the educational activities of the preschool educational institution of the spiritual, moral and cultural potential of the city, the microdistrict, the immediate environment, the upbringing of children in the traditions of Russian culture;

    constructive partnership of the family, the teaching staff and the children themselves in strengthening their health, developing their creative potential;

    ensuring an active position of children in the process of gaining knowledge about a healthy lifestyle.

The following can be used as means to solve these problems:

    direct training of children in elementary techniques of a healthy lifestyle (wellness, finger, corrective, breathing exercises, self-massage) and the simplest first aid skills for cuts, abrasions, burns, bites; as well as instilling in children elementary cultural and hygienic skills;

    rehabilitation measures (phytotherapy, vitamin therapy, aromatherapy, inhalation, functional music, physiotherapy exercises, massage, psycho-gymnastics, trainings);

    specially organized physical activity of the child (physical education, health-improving physical education, outdoor games, sports and health-improving holidays, health themed holidays, going out into nature, excursions).

Preparing a child for a healthy lifestyle based on health-saving technologies should become a priority in the activities of every educational institution for preschool children.

Health-saving technologies at preschool educational institutions.

Actual topic for conversation at all times is human health. Health cannot be held back by drugs. But there is another means - movement. Physical exercise, movement should firmly enter the life of every person who wants to maintain efficiency, health, and a full-fledged long life.
Preschool age is a decisive stage in the formation of the foundation of a child's physical and mental health. During this period, there is an intensive development of organs and the formation of functional systems of the body. Outlined in last years a steady trend of deterioration in the health of preschoolers, an increase in the number of children with mental and speech development disorders, dictates the need to search for mechanisms to change this situation.
The main task of the kindergarten is to prepare the child for an independent life, giving him the necessary skills for this, having brought up certain habits. But can every professionally trained teacher, just an adult responsible person, dispassionately treat the unfavorable state of health of his pupils, its progressive deterioration? One of the answers to this, largely rhetorical question, was the health-saving educational technologies demanded by teachers of an educational institution.

Health-saving educational technologies- a systemically organized set of programs, techniques, methods of organizing the educational process that does not harm the health of children; qualitative characteristics of pedagogical technologies according to the criterion of their impact on the health of students and teachers; the technological basis of health-saving pedagogy.
Purpose of health-saving technology:
provide a preschoolerhigh level of real health,having armed him with the necessary baggage of knowledge, skills, and skills necessary for leading a healthy lifestyle, and fostering a culture of health in him. Many tasks are subordinated to the solution of this goal, which the teacher solves in the process of his activity. Kindergarten teachers teach children a culture of health, how to take care of their bodies, that is, a conscious attitude towards their health and safe behavior.
Tasks of health-saving technology:
1. to unite the efforts of employees and parents for the effective organization of physical culture and health-improving work, including the prevention of flat feet and posture disorders.
2. to teach children safe behavior in emergency situations in nature and in the metropolis.
3. to carry out continuity between the preschool educational institution and the school by means of physical culture and health-improving work.

All health-saving technologies can be divided into 4 groups:

  1. Technologies for maintaining and promoting health.
  2. dynamic pauses (complexes of physical minutes, which may include breathing, finger, articulatory gymnastics, eye gymnastics, etc.)
  3. outdoor and sports games
  4. contrast track, simulators
  5. Technologies for teaching a healthy lifestyle.
  6. morning exercises
  7. physical education
  8. pool
  9. acupressure
  10. sports entertainment, holidays
  11. Health day
  12. Media (situational small games - role-playing imitative imitation game)
  13. Musical impact technologies.
  14. music therapy
  15. fairy tale therapy
  16. bibliotherapy

4. Behavior correction technology.

A teacher who protects the child's health, fosters a culture of health for the child and parents, first of all, he himself must be healthy, have valeological knowledge, not overworked, must be able to objectively assess his advantages and disadvantages associated with professional activities, draw up a plan for the necessary self-correction and start to its implementation.
For the implementation of enriched physical development and health of children in kindergarten, non-traditional methods of work are used. Each group should be equipped with "Health Corners". They are equipped with both traditional aids (massage mats, massagers, sports equipment, etc.) and non-standard equipment made by the hands of teachers:
1 . "Dry aquarium", which helps to relieve stress, fatigue, relaxation of the muscles of the shoulder girdle
2 .Walking on the cork mat where the foot is massaged
3 .To develop speech breathing and increase lung volume, we use traditional and non-traditional equipment (sultans, turntables)
4 It is well known that on the palms of the hands, there are many points, massaging which you can act on various points of the body. For this we use various massagers, including homemade ones.
5 Rope mats with knots are used to massage the feet and develop coordination of movements.
6 . Walking on paths made of metal corks barefoot.
7 . Every day after sleep, carry out wellness gymnastics barefoot to the music.

The structure of the health-improving regimes of each group should be woven into the spectra of medical-restorative techniques, techniques, methods:
- mimic warm-ups
- gymnastics for the eyes (helping to relieve static tension of the muscles of the eyes, blood circulation)
- finger gymnastics (trains fine motor skills, stimulates speech, spatial thinking, attention, blood circulation, imagination, reaction speed)
- breathing exercises (contributes to the development and strengthening of the chest)
- acupressure
- games, exercises for the prevention and correction of flat feet and posture.
As a result, health-saving activity forms a stable motivation in the child for a healthy lifestyle, full-fledged and uncomplicated development.
The goals set are being successfully implemented in practice.
- Dynamic pauses, which are carried out by the teacher during classes, 2-5 minutes, as the children become fatigued. May include elements of eye gymnastics, breathing exercises and others, depending on the type of activity.
With the help of proper breathing, you can avoid sinusitis, asthma, neuroses, get rid of headaches, runny nose, colds, indigestion and sleep disorders, and quickly restore performance after mental and physical fatigue. For full breathing, the following rules must be observed: breathe only through the nose evenly and rhythmically; try to fill the lungs with air as much as possible when inhaling and exhale as deeply as possible; if the slightest discomfort appears, stop breathing exercises.
- Do breathing exercises in a well-ventilated area, in a calm environment. Mastering the complex should be carried out gradually, adding one exercise every week.
-Systematic use of physical education minutes leads to an improvement in the psycho-emotional state, to a change in the attitude towards oneself and one's health. You can offer to carry out physical. a moment to one of the children.

- Outdoor and sports games... Carry out educators, head of physical education. As part of physical education, on a walk, in a group room - sedentary games.
- Relaxation. Carry out educators, head of physical education, psychologist in any suitable room. For all age groups. You can use calm classical music (Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov), sounds of nature.
- Finger gymnastics. It is carried out from a young age individually or with a subgroup daily by an educator or speech therapist. Recommended for all children, especially those with speech problems. It is held at any convenient time, as well as during classes.
- Gymnastics for the eyes. 3-5 minutes daily. at any free time and during classes to relieve visual stress in children.
- Respiratory gymnastics. In various forms of physical culture and health work, for physical. minutes during classes and after sleep: during gymnastics.
- Invigorating gymnastics. Every day after naps, 5-10 min. The form of carrying out is different: exercises on beds, extensive washing; walking on ribbed boards. Conducted by the teacher.
- Corrective and orthopedic gymnastics. In various forms of health and fitness work. Conducted by educators, the head of physical education.
- Physical education classes.They are held in a well-ventilated area 2-3 times a week, in the gym. Younger age - 15-20 minutes, average age - 20-25 minutes, older age - 25-30 minutes. Conducted by educators, the head of physical education.
- Problem-playing situations.Held in your free time, in the afternoon. The time is not strictly fixed, depending on the tasks set by the teacher. The lesson can be organized not noticeably for children, by including the teacher in the process of play activity.
The possibility of purposeful formation of the foundations of mental self-regulation in 5-year-old children is achieved through mobile, role-playing games, physical education minutes.

- Communicative games at the "Know myself" course by MV Karepanova and EV Kharlampova.
1 time a week for 30 minutes. from an older age. They include conversations, sketches and games of varying degrees of mobility, drawing classes that help children adapt in a team. Conducted by a psychologist.
- Lessons from the series "Health" on life safety for children and parents as a cognitive development.1 time a week for 30 minutes. from st. age in the afternoon. Carried out by educators.
- Self-massage. In various forms of physical culture and health-improving work or during physical minutes, in order to prevent colds. Carried out by educators.
- Psycho-gymnastics. 1 time per week from an older age for 25-30 minutes. Conducted by a psychologist.
- Technology of influence through fairy tales
A fairy tale is a mirror reflecting the real world through the prism of personal perception. In her, perhaps, everything that does not happen in life. In the fairy tale therapy classes, the guys and I learn to make verbal images. We remember old ones and invent new images, children increase their figurative repertoire, and the child's inner world becomes more interesting and richer. This is a true chance to understand and accept yourself and the world, increase self-esteem and change in the desired direction.
Since feelings are not only positive, but also negative, the images in children are born not only joyful, but also frightening. One of the important goals of these activities is to transform negative images into positive ones, so that the child's world is beautiful and joyful.
A calm state of the nervous system restores health to the child.
A fairy tale can be told by an adult, or it can be a group story, where the narrator is not one person, but a group of children.

- Musical impact technologies. In various forms of health and fitness work. They are used to relieve stress, increase emotional mood, etc. Conducted by educators and a music director.
Additionally, you can use hardening methods:

- rinsing the throat and mouth with solutions of herbs (eucalyptus, sage, chamomile, calendula, etc.), which have an antiseptic effect on the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract, or a solution of sea salt is carried out every day after lunch for 2 weeks alternately.
- washing with cold water after a nap.
- walking barefoot in combination with air baths is carried out in physical education classes and after a nap.
- A healthy lifestyle includes adequate physical activity, balanced nutrition, personal hygiene, a healthy psychological climate in the family, at school, in kindergarten, the absence of bad habits, and an attentive attitude to one's health.

What health-saving educational technologies are used in work with parents?
- consultations, recommendations and conversations with parents about the prevention of diseases, personal hygiene, the benefits of additional walks and classes in various sports sections, to highlight these issues also at parent meetings; folders-moving; personal example of a teacher, non-traditional forms of work with parents, practical demonstrations (workshops); questioning; joint actions: sports events, health days; reminders, booklets from the series "Finger gymnastics", "How to temper a child correctly?", open days; training parents in the techniques and methods of improving the health of children (trainings, workshops); the release of the DOU newspaper and other forms of work.
For creation of pedagogical conditions for health-saving process of upbringing and development of childrenin a preschool institution are: the organization of various types of activities of children in a playful way; building the educational process in the form of a culture model; organization of cultural creativity of preschoolers; equipping children's activities with equipment, toys, games, game exercises and aids
All this the work is carried out comprehensively, throughout the day and with the participation of medical and pedagogical workers: educator, teacher - speech therapist, teacher - psychologist, physical education instructor, music director.
Taking care of your health is one of the most important tasks of every person. Among all earthly blessings, health is a valuable gift given to man by nature, which cannot be replaced by anything, but people do not care about health as necessary.
But it is important to understand that taking care of the health of our children today is a full-fledged labor potential of our country in the near future.
All of us, parents, doctors, teachers, want our children to study well, become stronger from year to year, grow up and enter the big life as people who are not only knowledgeable, but also healthy. After all, health is an invaluable gift.
