Do-it-yourself tonic recipes for combination skin. Home tonic recipe - creating a natural skin beauty remedy. Sensitive skin toner

Greetings to all who have dropped in to see me at the light!

And if you went to this review, then the topic of caring is relevant for you problem skin.

My skin problems started in my teens. I was about 13-14 years old.

First, black dots appeared, then pimples began to appear one after another.

I didn't know what to do with them, I began to squeeze them out, spreading the infection all over my face.

I didn't have those terrible photos from that period, and I tried not to be photographed. I remember - girlfriends are going to a disco, and I sit at home and cry bitterly.

It is much easier for young girls now. On the Internet, you can find a lot of information on the treatment of acne, then there was nothing, and no one could tell how to properly care for such skin. Mom said that everything would pass, she scolded that I was squeezing out pimples, and I wiped my skin with alcohol lotion in the hope of healing.

Popping acne played a cruel joke on me. I tried to squeeze a pimple on my temple, although it was not yet ripe. As a result, I got an infection, pus began to form under the skin, and it went towards the eye ... In the morning, my eyelid opened halfway.

My mother and I rushed to the doctor's appointment, and in the end I ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks. The place was very dangerous, a temple, and this is a head and you can't joke with it!

Under local anesthesia, they made an incision in my temple, removed the pus, and cleaned the wound. Then the wound was sewn up. After that, dressings were made every day, and the doctor watched how the wound healed. I was lucky with the surgeon, oh, and then I heard enough from him ...

But since then I realized that it is impossible to climb with your hands to pimples !!!

After the operation, I had a large scar on my temple.

I am attaching this photo for those who like to remove pimples, remember that this is very dangerous!

My skin in adolescence was very oily, shone within half an hour or an hour after washing.

I used soap, I thought that it cleans up better this way, and it becomes even fatter.

And all the same she climbed with her hands to pimples ...

Then my visits to doctors began.

The dermatologist first of all sent me to do a scraping for demodex and to be examined by doctors. I went through a gastroenterologist, endocrinologist, gynecologist, did FGS, tested for hormones, helminths, etc. No deviations were found anywhere, everything was normal.

A scraping from the face showed the presence demodicosis.

Demodex is a subcutaneous mite that lives on the surface of the skin. It is quite useful in a small amount, cleans the skin of dead cells, but its active reproduction leads to the appearance of a prolonged inflammatory process.

Then I thought - this is the solution, we need to defeat this mite, and I will get healthy skin.

For treatment, I was prescribed alcohol talkers, I don't remember the full composition, but there was definitely sulfur and antibiotics.

The skin began to gradually cleanse and I was delighted, finally healed.

But after the abolition of the drugs, acne began to reappear.

I learned from another dermatologist that Demodex, in my case, is not the root cause of acne.

I inherited oily problem skin genetically, and now my task is learn how to properly care for such skin.

In order to keep oily problem skin in check, certain rules must be followed.

🌿 🌿 🌿 My rules, following which you can significantly reduce the duration of acne treatment:

- if possible, do not squeeze pimples... The less often we touch our face, the better. The infection can enter the bloodstream and spread throughout the body. As a result, it will sprinkle not only the face, but also the back or décolleté area.

- do not wash your face with hot water... Hot water will increase the blood flow to the face, and as a result, the sebaceous glands will begin to produce more fat. The best option for oily skin is water at room temperature. It is also very useful to wipe the skin with ice cubes from a decoction of herbs (chamomile, calendula, sage, etc.). Wash your face no more than 2 times a day. By frequent washing, we erase the natural protection of the fatty film from the face. As a result, our glands begin to work with effort, produce more and more fat.

- use disposable paper towels to dry your face... Each wash is a new towel. Or every time a clean regular towel, but you must admit it is more difficult, and washing is often not very convenient. Believe me, following this one rule will reduce the amount of inflammation.

I usually buy paper towels in rolls (quarrel, the cat, as always, got into the frame):

- change pillowcases more often on which to sleep. Fat and bacteria accumulate on them during the night. Change at least once a week.

- problematic oily skin should not be overdried b, otherwise it will release even more sebum in response. Find a good, lightweight moisturizer that won't clog your pores. Grape seed oil is also very good for oily skin. It retains moisture in the skin and prevents it from drying out. And at the same time, for oily skin, this oil is one of the lungs, does not clog pores.

- Acne is caused not only by bacteria, but also by excess oil production and poor exfoliation (exfoliation) of the skin. 1-2 times a week oily skin must be exfoliated... It is better not to use scrubs, they can injure problem skin and lead to even more acne. I like to use roller peels, mostly Korean ones.

- try not to be nervous... Stress will only make your acne problem worse. After all, acne is not the end of the world.

- dairy products, sweets (especially chocolate), fast food should be excluded from the diet. Numerous studies show that these foods can trigger acne and affect the composition of sebum.

🌿 🌿 🌿 Pharmacy remedies for acne treatment.

I have tried many pharmacy remedies for acne treatment - clindovit, azelik, skinoren, basiron, regecin ...

You can't remember all of them.

But remember, antibiotic products cannot be used for a long time! The skin gradually gets used to it, and the effect fades away.

From pharmacy products with an antibiotic, I like the drug Clindovit. It has a light gel texture, does not grease the skin and gradually removes inflamed acne. The main thing is to use strictly according to the instructions.

But the best result on my skin was shown by Baziron cream, it does not contain an antibiotic and does not cause such a quick addiction.

This roll rolls very well and perfectly cleanses the skin. The skin after it is smooth, and the pores become more invisible.

I also like the peeling roller Tony-Moly Floria.

It not only cleanses the skin of dead cells, but also brightens the skin.

For deep cleansing of the skin, I really like to use beldi.

The Spivak soap company has a large assortment of beeldi, and I have tried many.

My favorites - Berry Beldi and beldi 7 herbs.

They perfectly cleanse the skin of dead cells, polish the skin and keep the pores clean.

For oily skin, it is optimal to use beldi 1-2 times a week.

(I have reviews for all the favorite tools I describe, but since there is a limit on the number of links, I cannot leave all the links. If you wish, you can find the reviews you need in my profile).

At the moment, my skin is in good condition. There are no active inflammations, no peeling.

Disturbed by enlarged pores, which have to be constantly fought with.

Well, with spots from pimples, Badyagi powder helps me a lot to fight - a cheap natural exfoliating product based on a freshwater sponge.

🌿 🌿 🌿 Over the years of struggle for beautiful skin, I realized that caring for oily problem skin is a titanic work that requires not only financial investments, but also time, patience and strong nerves.

For those who are still at the stage of treating problem skin, I advise you NOT TO GIVE UP !!!

Love yourself for who you are, and do not dwell on the problem !!!

I wish you all healthy, beautiful skin !!!

Thank you for the attention!

I hope it was useful)))

An important step in skin care is toning. After washing, our skin is temporarily deprived of its protective lipid layer; in addition, aggressive cleansers disrupt the acid-base balance, reducing the protective functions of the skin. That is why cosmetologists recommend wiping your face with a tonic after each contact with detergents.

You can buy a ready-made toner by choosing one of the many cosmetics offered on the market, but it is much more effective to make a natural remedy yourself, taking into account your skin type. To create a tonic at home, you need a minimum set of ingredients and a little time.

Toners for dry skin

Dry skin needs constant hydration and protection. With this homemade tonic made from natural high-quality ingredients, your face will be velvety-smooth and toned. In addition, wrinkles are smoothed out and a healthy glow to the skin appears.

A homemade toner can protect your skin after every wash.

Despite popular belief about the dangers of alcohol, some dry skin toners contain alcohol. In fact, the drying properties of alcohol are a myth. Diluted alcohol enhances the effect of the tonic and serves as a conductor of nutrients. Remember, a homemade toner can be applied to your skin two to four times a day.

Shake well before each use.

Toners for oily skin

What is a face toner for?

The sequence of using the care products is as follows: first, make-up is removed with gel, foam or milk, then the remnants of these products are removed with a tonic. After that, a mask, serum or cream is applied. Think you don't need a tonic? That after removing makeup from your face and washing your face, you cleansed the skin well? Test: Run a sponge dipped in tonic over your face. See, the cotton wool is not entirely clean. This is an indicator that skin cleansing is incomplete without a toner.

It is a mistake to attribute the tonic to such actions as moisturizing the skin, smoothing wrinkles. Its function is completely different. The main duty is to remove the remnants of makeup and sebum that have not been dealt with by cleansing milk or foam. Tonic actions:

Refreshes and tones the skin;

Relieves irritation and redness;

Neutralizes the influence of hard water;

Acts as an antiseptic.

It should be borne in mind that a self-made healing liquid has a short shelf life. You need to store such a tonic in the refrigerator, and no more than three days. If it contains alcohol, you can use such a product for about two weeks. Remember, you can only use a fresh product, if this rule is not followed, you can get the opposite effect instead of beautiful and smooth skin.

Face toners: recipes

Making a cosmetic product yourself is not difficult at all, all the ingredients can be easily found at the pharmacy or grocery store. First, you need to decide what will be its basis. For dry and sensitive skin, mineral or distilled water is best, while oily and problematic skin needs a tonic made with alcohol, which can reduce inflammation and remove greasy shine. Making a face toner at home won't take you long, and if you choose the right ingredients, you can get an excellent care product.

Normal skin - cleansing and freshness

This type of skin does not need special care, it is enough just to maintain it in good condition, cleanse and nourish it in time. For this, tonics without alcohol additives are ideal, based on mineral water, fruit juices or herbal infusions, which can be made according to the following recipes:

Toners with such a composition will help restore the acid-base balance of the skin, perfectly cleanse and refresh, preserving its youth and beauty.

Dry skin - hydration and nutrition

Here you need a product that will act very gently on the skin and saturate it with the necessary moisture. You can take milk or some kind of cosmetic oil as the basis for the healing liquid. There are many recipes for making mild tonics, here are some of them:

Regular use of these products is a great addition to basic care, nourishing your epithelium with nutrients.

Oily skin - drying and mattifying effect

This type of skin needs careful care, it needs constant cleansing from excessive grease and oily sheen. Alcohol-based tonics that can dry and disinfect the surface of the skin are suitable here, for example:

It is recommended to shake the bottles with such products before use, since the beneficial substances can settle to the bottom. It is recommended to use products for oily skin 2-4 times a day.

When preparing a homemade tonic, proceed according to the recipe, and then you will receive a caring agent that will perfectly cleanse the epidermis, enrich it with vitamins and enhance the effect of the day and evening cream.

Cosmetologists recommend using face toners after washing and before applying day or evening cream. Many women ignore this advice, and in vain. These funds normalize the acid-base balance of the skin, which is inevitably disturbed when using products for washing, remove impurities that the lotion or washing products did not cope with, improve microcirculation in the epithelium and metabolic processes in it, thereby preparing it for the perception of the cream. In addition, the tonic helps to solve a number of other problems: oily sheen, acne, enlarged pores, sagging skin. The main thing is to choose a product with active ingredients in the composition suitable for achieving the goal.

An economical and at the same time guaranteed quality will be a face tonic prepared at home. Moreover, there are many simple recipes for making such a product at home.
