In order for acupressure not to be performed purely mechanically, it is necessary to create an appropriate emotional mood. Acupressure self-massage is the pressure of the fingertips on the skin and muscle layer at the location of the tactile and proprioceptive points and nerve branches. Such a massage, having an exciting or inhibitory effect, gives good results with a complex effect, especially when combined with "communication" with one's body in a game situation and mental pronunciation of affectionate words (sweet, kind, good). Acupressure as an element of psychophysical training helps to relax muscles and relieve neuro-emotional stress. It is most often used to improve the course of nervous processes by influencing some active points. Basically, this is a self-massage of active points on the soles and toes, some points on the head, face and ears, as well as on the fingers. If the pain is felt from light pressure with the fingers, then the active point should be massaged with the fingers of the right hand easily, quickly and superficially along the centrifugal spiral - from oneself to the right (tonic effect). If the pain appears only from a strong pressure on the point, then you need to have a calming effect by pressing directly on this point with medium force with the thumb of your right hand, and then rubbing it purposefully along a centripetal spiral - away from you to the left. The child here does not just "work" - he plays, sculpts, crumples, smoothes his body, seeing in it an object of care, affection, love. By massaging a certain part of the body, the child, as in a holographic print, affects the entire body as a whole. Full confidence that he is really creating something beautiful develops in the child a positive value attitude towards his own body.

In the period from three to seven years, the child grows and develops intensively, movements become his need, therefore it is especially important during this age period to educate the child's physical culture and respect for one's health.
Recently, non-traditional means of physical education of children have been increasingly used in preschool institutions: rhythmic gymnastics, game stretching, dancing and others.
The game method gives the educational process an attractive form, facilitates the process of remembering and mastering exercises, increases the emotional background of classes, and contributes to the development of thinking, imagination and creative abilities of the child.
Game self-massage is an unconventional type of exercise that helps the child's body develop naturally, morphologically and functionally improve its individual organs and systems.
I wanted to present the card index of "Game Self-Massage". In this card index, exercises of playing self-massage from my own experience, tested with the children of my preschool institution, are selected. Some exercises are taken from the experience of M.Yu. Kartushina.
"Game self-massage" is the basis for hardening and healing of the child's body. Performing self-massage exercises in a playful way, with musical accompaniment, children get joy and good mood. Such exercises contribute to the formation of a conscious desire for health in the child, developing the skill of their own healing.
An indispensable condition is the constant monitoring of the well-being and individual reaction of children. All exercises should be performed against the backdrop of positive responses from the child. During the massage, it is recommended to teach children not to press hard on the indicated points, but to massage them with soft finger movements. Massage movements should be performed from the periphery to the center.

It is used mainly to normalize nervous processes and most often it is self-massage of the soles and toes, hands, head and face. It is necessary to teach children not to press with all their strength during the massage, but to press lightly, gently.
Point self-massage of the face for children
The purpose of the massage is to prevent colds, to learn how to control facial expressions. It is performed in a playful way, imitating the work of a sculptor.
We press our fingers on the bridge of the nose, the points in the middle of the eyebrows, making rotational movements first clockwise and then counterclockwise. We perform 5-6 times.
With effort, exerting pressure, we “draw” the eyebrows, giving them a beautiful bend. We “sculpt” thick eyebrows with tweezers.
With light gentle touches we sculpt the eyes, comb the cilia.

Considering the trend of increasing the incidence of various diseases in children, self-massage can be used as a means of preventing diseases. In studies of recent years, a stimulating effect on some immunological parameters of reflexology has been noted - effective without a drug, which does not give side reactions. It has been shown that stimulation of biologically active points increases the activity of macrophages, enhances phagocytosis, affects the synthesis of antibodies, normalizes the mobility of nervous processes, the state of the hypothalamic-pituitary system and increases the adaptive capacity of the body.
Massage of active zones is a method of self-healing. This is the opinion of Chinese massage experts who consider this method of traditional medicine quite accessible for mastering not only by adults, but also by children.
The locations of the points shown in the graphic figures (Fig. 1, 2, 3) correspond almost exactly to them, however, their deviations within 1 cm can be noted. It almost always happens that the desired point of the active zone reacts to strong pressure with a sharp (clear) pain signal (impulse), which highlights it in the desired area of the body.
During the massage of active zones, it is necessary to relax, stop all extraneous conversations, distractions, focus on the procedure. The main preventive points against SARS are four paired ones, all located on the face (Fig. 1).

Massage is carried out with the tips of the index fingers of both hands, on both sides, synchronously, for 15-20 seconds. on each point, in the rhythm of one or two revolutions per second. The sequence of influence is points 1 → 2 → 3 → 4. Massage according to an abbreviated scheme should be introduced into the child’s daily life at the skill level so that it becomes the same necessity for the child as washing, etc. It should be carried out at the last physical minute of each lesson and after daytime nap at preschool, and once at home before bed. Moreover, in the morning and during the day it is necessary to exert stronger pressure on the skin, combined with fast, intense movements, and before going to bed (at home), the massage should be light, calm, non-intense. The possibility of independent high-quality acupressure by young children is seriously questioned by some authors. There are two types of acupressure - exciting and soothing. The first is carried out for 2-3 minutes with pressure on a point on the verge of soreness, which the child will never allow himself, since this requires a certain volitional effort. The second, with less pressure on the point, is carried out for 8-10 minutes for each point and is not reproducible under the conditions of the DOW. Nevertheless, we are not against teaching children the rules of acupressure self-massage, but only from 5.5–6 years old with the main goal of making it the same regimen need in children in the future as the administration of natural needs. This can only be achieved by regular acupressure and preferably at the same time. We recommend introducing it as an obligatory component of the program of physical education sessions in developing classes (2–3 points for each pause according to an abbreviated scheme (Fig. 2).
Point 1 is associated with the mucous membrane of the trachea, bronchi, and bone marrow. When massaging this point, coughing decreases, blood formation improves.
Point 2 is associated with the mucous membrane of the lower parts of the pharynx, larynx, as well as with the thymus (thymus gland), which regulates the body's immune responses. Massaging this point increases the body's resistance to infectious diseases.
Point 3 is associated with the carotid sinuses, which control the chemical composition of the blood and at the same time increase the protective properties of the mucous membrane of the pharynx and larynx.
Point 4 is associated with the mucosa of the posterior pharyngeal wall, larynx and the upper cervical sympathetic ganglion. Massaging this point activates the blood supply to the head, neck, and torso.
Point 5 is located in the region of the 7th cervical and 1st thoracic vertebrae. It is associated with the mucosa of the trachea, pharynx, esophagus, and most importantly, with the lower cervical sympathetic ganglion. Massage of this point contributes to the normalization of the activity of the vessels of the heart, bronchi, lungs.
Point 6 is associated with the anterior and middle lobes of the pituitary gland. Massage of this point improves the blood supply to the nasal mucosa, maxillary cavity, and most importantly - the pituitary gland. Breathing through the nose becomes free, the runny nose disappears.
Point 7 is associated with the mucous membrane of the lattice formations of the nasal cavity and frontal sinuses, as well as with the frontal parts of the brain. Massage of this point improves blood circulation of the mucous membrane of the upper parts of the nasal cavity, as well as the area of the eyeball and frontal parts of the brain responsible for human mental activity.
Point 8 massage has a positive effect on the organ of hearing and the vestibular apparatus.
Point 9 massage normalizes many functions of the body, since it is connected with all of the above points through the cervical spinal cord and certain areas of the cerebral cortex.
Massage is performed 3 times a day with the tip of the index or middle finger, by pressing on the skin until a slight soreness appears. Then make 9 rotational movements clockwise and 9 movements counterclockwise. The duration of exposure to each point should be at least 3–5 s. Symmetrical points 3, 4, 7, 8 must be massaged simultaneously with both hands.
If a child has points with increased or decreased pain sensitivity, then they should be massaged every 40 minutes. until full normalization of sensitivity.
