Chicken made of paper. Chicken - simple origami from paper

There is such a great and easy idea how to make chickens out of a paper egg tray. To do this, we need to cut out two halves of the box (round, an egg mold), glue it on one side, paint with yellow gouache paint, cut out a small beak, eyes, wings and legs from colored paper and glue it to our workpiece. Such chickens can also be used for packing small sweets.

A paper chicken is a craft that any child can handle, you just need to choose the level of difficulty for his age.

For example, for children of younger preschool age, you can offer to make such a chicken out of paper:

Cut out a circle from yellow paper, fold it in half - this will be the body of the chicken. Then we cut out the wings - also from yellow paper in the form of droplets. Then we cut out the triangle and fold it - this will be the beak. For the peephole, we need to cut two circles out of black paper. We glue all the details and we get our chicken.

And for older children, you can offer to make a paper craft - a chicken in an eggshell:

    Paper chicken

Prepare from yellow paper: a square measuring 15 * 15 cm, 2 squares measuring 7.5 * 7.5 cm, and also take a red square measuring 5 * 5 cm, glue.

The torso. Fold the larger square in half with a scarf.

    1. Fold the workpiece in half.
    2. Raise the corners slightly away from the fold.
    3. Place the figurine on its feet. Wings. Use two small squares to fold the kite blank.
    4. turn both pieces over.
    5. Glue the wings to the torso.

Head. Lay the remaining yellow rectangle with the white surface facing you (if the paper is colored on one side only).

    1. Bend (equal) all corners.
    2. Fold the piece in half.
    3. Bend the corners from the fold side as much as the corners of the rectangle were folded.
    4. Fold back the corners and fold them inward.

Beak. Fold the base kite shape out of the red square.

There are so many different ways to work with paper. When preparing for Easter, paper is a wonderful craft material. Paper chickens can also be made in different ways. I offer several options in my answer.

    Option 1.

Here is such a very simple chicken. It comes with cutting diagrams.

    1. Cut out stripes for the head and torso, fold them into a circle and glue them.
    2. Cut out the beak, wings, legs and glue to the chicken.
    3. Eyes can be made of paper, plasticine, or bought.

    Option 2.

Also a simple version of making paper chicken. We cut out the template scheme, make cuts in the required place, bend along the fold line and - we make a chicken.

    Option 3.

I could not pass by such a friendly family. Very nice craft. In addition, you can put Easter eggs in it and, thus, it will serve as a decor for the festive table.

To complete such a craft, you can use the template, having previously increased it, or you can draw the base yourself.

    How to do it.

    1. Bend the product along the dotted lines and glue the bottom to the sidewalls (wings in our case).
    2. We attach the pockets for chickens (you can glue paper pockets on the back side, and on the front side there will only be cuts as on the template).
    3. Making chickens out of yellow paper.

You can simply close the bottom of such a craft with green paper, you can decorate with homemade grass (cut strips of corrugated paper and crush them a little) - and put a treat on it.

Or you can make a chicken using the origami technique. In the video tutorial, you can see the options for making such a paper chicken.

DIY paper chicken can be made using the origami technique.

There is also an idea for such a funny paper chicken. It will not be difficult to make it together with the children. You can draw it yourself or print a picture.

The cockerel, along with the mother hen and painted eggs, is one of the most common symbols of Easter. Across different European cultures, the rooster symbolizes good health, well-being and fertility. He is a protection from evil forces. This workshop will demonstrate how to make an Easter paper cockerel using the kirigami technique.

Crafts in the form of paper chicks can be made both simply in the form of applications, and in the form of volumetric figures, as well as master the new method of volumetric modular origami.

The latter will require a little patience and perseverance, but the video explains in detail all the stages of making a craft in this slightly complex technique. But it turns out incomparably beautiful.

Crafts in the form of chickens are especially relevant for Easter and New Year's - the year of the Rooster.

Origami is the traditional Japanese art of folding paper figures.
The art of origami is a mystery, and it beckons every child with incredible transformations. It's not even a trick, it's a miracle! Many images are hidden in a piece of paper. In the hands of the child, the paper comes to life. How much joy, how much delight! Children experience feelings of emotional comfort, a sense of childhood joy, an incomparable sense of satisfaction from a hand-made craft.
I suggest you plunge into the world of origami and make a small souvenir "Chicken on the Grass".

Yellow ball on the grass
It rolled merrily.
They say to the white light
He was born yesterday.
He is glad to the sun and warmth
Like any child
To midges, crumbs, worms ...
After all, the baby is a chicken.
R. Aldonina

The bright yellow soft and fluffy chicks are loved by most young children. They evoke feelings of affection, joy, a desire to protect and preserve. In adults, small chickens are associated with small children, it is not for nothing that they affectionately call their babies "my chicken." A chicken is a symbol of summer, warmth and sun, a symbol of childhood!

To make the Chicken on Grass souvenir, you will need:
- A4 size office paper yellow, red and green,
- scissors;
- ruler;
- PVA glue;
- used computer disk.

Chicken production step by step.

To make a chicken, you will need 7 red and 315 yellow modules in the size of 1/64 A4 sheet.

We begin to collect the first, second and third rows at the same time.
1 row - put 22 yellow modules on the short side
2nd row - put on 22 yellow modules with the long side down.

3 row - put on 22 yellow modules with the long side down

We close them in a ring.

We turn it inward so that the long side of the modules "looks" outward.

4th row - 22 yellow modules with the long side out.
We put on rows 5, 6 and 7 in the same way.

Give the body a rounded shape

We make a neck: in the 8th row we put on 22 modules with the short side outward, placing them vertically. In the photo, the modules of the 8th row are shown in red for clarity. In fact, all modules are yellow.

Let's start shaping the chicken's head.
9 row - 22 yellow modules again with the long side out.

In the same way we put on 5 more rows (i.e. 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 rows).
Give the head a rounded shape.

15 row - we put on 11 modules through one (i.e. we put on one, we skip one ...)
We close the modules as close to the center as possible.

Let's start decorating the chicken.
We glue one red module instead of the beak.

We make a scallop from red modules. To do this, we collect 6 modules in a column and slightly bend it with an arc.

We glue the comb on the head with PVA glue.

We make wings and a tail from the yellow modules, as shown in the photo.

We insert the wings between the modules of the body, fix it with glue.

Glue the tail on the back.

Now we need to make the eyes.
To do this, cut out two circles with a diameter of 4 mm from a small strip of black cardboard. and cilia.
You can use ready-made eyes purchased at the store.

We glue the circles to the eyelashes. The eyes are ready!

We glue the eyes to the chicken.

To make the eyes look alive, you need to apply small white spots - glare with a corrector.

Step-by-step design of a souvenir.
Cut into rectangles about 5x3.5 cm in size from green office paper.
Cut them on one side without reaching the edge of 5 mm. Twist the "blades of grass" with scissors.

Glue the "blades of grass" in a circle onto the disc.

Glue our chicken to the center of the disc. For beauty, flowers or a butterfly can be added to the grass.

Three little chickens
Three yellow cannons.
- Who are they, three chickens?
Are they three cockerels?

Mother answered her son:
Let's wait my friend
Who will sing Ku-ka-river,
The one and the cock!
R. Aldonina

If we make a shell of white modules for our chicken, we will get a completely different souvenir.

Little chicken
I was born from an egg,
I got out of the shell
I was very surprised!
How light it is outside
How much space is there
There, inside the shell,
There was no such thing!

Step by step instructions on origami or how to fold a paper chicken.

Origami

Easter chicken

Materials:
Red spout paper, black for the eyes, square sheets of yellow double-sided body paper.
The photo shows a big mother hen made of a 12x12 cm square, and small chickens made of 7x7 cm squares. Small chickens look more accurate, moreover, they can be used as decorations for the Easter table, laying them out next to the plates.

  • 1. Fold the square sheet diagonally, fold the fold line well and unfold it back to its original position. Use a hole punch to make two black eyes. Cut a corner for the spout from the red paper
  • 2. Now bend the upper left corner towards the center, but not reaching it 1/3 of the distance of half the diagonal. For convenience, you can divide the half of the diagonal of the square into three parts with a simple pencil.
  • 3. Fold the same corner now in the opposite direction using a new fold line (see photo).
  • 4. Fold the square along the diagonal marked earlier. We got a nose.
  • 5. Bend the lower left edge of the resulting triangle asymmetrically upward, marking the fold line. Now unbend and bend the resulting triangles into the inside of the chicken.

Stick the nose and eyes on the resulting model and the paper chicken is ready.
