As soon as the music stops, the train stops, and the driver and passengers choose one friend each from among the children sitting on chairs, inviting them on a journey. The one chosen by the machinist becomes the machinist and gets up first, the rest of the children stand behind him and continue to move to the music, greeting those who are sitting on the chairs. The teacher creates a developing environment based on the interests of the children, and they themselves choose activities based on their needs.

Material.

Mobile game "Musical hugs"

Children jump around the hall to the music. When the music stops, each child gives someone a big hug. Then the music continues and the children jump around the room again (along with partners if you like). At the next pause in the music, at least three children embrace cheerfully. As the game continues, the number of hugging increases until, finally, all the children form one big "musical hug". This is a great way to help shy kids feel confident.

Role-playing game "Sea Voyage"

Target: the formation of communication skills.

The teacher offers to make a sea voyage.

What do you need to build to sail around the world? What can a ship be built from? Who will be the captain? What other roles need to be distributed between the players so that there are people of different maritime professions on the ship? Who stands at the helm and steers the ship through the seas, over the waves? (Captain or his assistant.) Who cooks the food? (Kok.) Who looks ahead, climbing a high mast? (Jung.) What needs to be prepared in order to sail exactly on the course and not get lost? (Map, compass, globe.)

Segments are punched on the lines, along which a needle and thread will pass (in more complex tasks, these segments are only marked with dots). A ball of woolen threads, 1-2 thick tailor's needles.

Game progress.

An adult talks about embroiderers. If possible, he shows various embroideries and invites the child to play embroidery, explaining how to embroider.

Then the child takes the needle and inserts the thread into the eye of the needle. At first, an adult helps him in this. He later does it on his own. The ends of the thread are connected and a knot is tied.

Then the child makes stitches on cardboard with holes (for a lightweight option, you can use a cord instead of a needle), threading the needle up and down.

It should be noted that working with a needle, especially threading and tying a knot, is very difficult for a small child. At first, it’s better not just to show, but to do these operations with him, hand in hand, showing patience, and to accurately capture the moment when you can let go of the child’s hand and invite him to act independently.

Card number 12 "Children leaving home"

Target. Formation of a positive attitude of the child to kindergarten.

While the child is in kindergarten, his life proceeds in accordance with the regulated routine. The alternation of training sessions and outdoor games, rest and active wakefulness helps to avoid nervous overwork of kids. Depending on age, children master certain self-service skills, learn cultural communication. In this article, we will consider the features of holding regime moments in the middle group.

Basic principles of organization

It is important that they not only develop, but also satisfy their needs for active movements, food, timely rest, etc. The planning of regime moments in the middle group is based on studies of child physiology. The age characteristics of pupils are taken into account.

The regime is based on the following principles:

  • Rhythm. Activities are replaced in accordance with the internal cycles characteristic of children 4-5 years old.
  • Cyclicity. A regular schedule leads to the formation of a habit, relieves nervous tension.
  • The alternation of rest and active pastime. During the day, mobile fun is replaced by calm games, studies - by artistic activities, wakefulness - by sleep.
  • Flexibility. If the child is tired, he should have the opportunity to retire. If he wakes up too early, he is included in quiet games with books and toys.
  • Graduality. Preschoolers are not rushed, they are given the opportunity to complete the work they have begun to the end on their own.
  • Individual approach. Some children (for example, beginners) need extra help, special attention. The teacher slowly includes them in the general rhythm.

Planning the day: the first half

The stay of a child in kindergarten can be divided into two periods. The first half of the day is the time preceding the quiet hour. After it, the second half of the day begins, ending with the departure of the children home.

We list the regime moments in the middle group (according to the Federal State Educational Standard) held in the first half of the day:

  1. Reception of children, independent games (1 hour 20 minutes).
  2. Charging (10 min.).
  3. Breakfast (30 min.).
  4. Educational activities, including preparation for it and breaks between classes (1 hour).
  5. Walk along with dressing (2 hours).
  6. Return to the group (20 min.).
  7. Lunch (30 min.).
  8. Daytime sleep along with preparation for it (2 hours 15 minutes).

morning reception

According to the plan of regime moments, in the middle group, the day begins with the arrival of the children in kindergarten. The task of the educator is to joyfully meet them and include them in interesting games with their comrades. Some kids have a hard time letting go of their parents. They need to be distracted: play a scene with toys, show a blossoming flower, offer to take care of the plants.

It will be a good tradition to have a morning circle. It includes the following elements:

  • Greetings. The children hug, standing in a circle, rejoice in the morning, say good wishes, passing the "magic" object.
  • A game (it can be dedicated to the season, the weather outside the window, or aimed at creating a good mood).
  • News exchange. Children talk about any events that happened to them. You can pass the toy around or arrange this part as an interview using a toy microphone.
  • Day planning. The teacher talks about what the guys will do today, listens to their wishes. They allocate 15 minutes after the afternoon snack for their chosen activity.

Charger

In order for the children to finally wake up, be vigorous and active, morning exercises are carried out. This regime moment in the middle group provides for the mandatory inclusion of running, walking with different constructions (loose, in pairs, single file), jumps. General developmental exercises are most often carried out in a circle.

The pace should be vigorous, without long pauses. Music sets it. The teacher gives short and clear explanations at the beginning of the exercises, accompanying them with a demonstration. At this age, it is necessary to teach children to move at the same pace, to hold the body correctly. Various objects can be involved in the complex: ball, skittles, soft cubes. Change exercises every 1-2 weeks.

Regime moment "washing"

In the middle group, children have already formed elementary self-service skills. They know how to wash their hands up to the elbow and face. The teacher makes sure that the children come to the washbasins in turn, do not push. Much attention is paid to accuracy. Children should pre-roll their sleeves, do not splash water on the walls and floor, wash off the soap suds under the tap, close it carefully after the procedure is over. Dry your hands with your towel dry, and then hang it in place.

The teacher tells the children about the importance of personal hygiene, about microbes. Poems and riddles will help make the process interesting, as well as the introduction of a toy character who does not know how to wash. Children should know that they wash their hands after visiting the toilet, as well as after returning from a walk, before breakfast, lunch. It is worth paying attention to the accuracy of the hairstyle. If after the games the child walks disheveled, the teacher helps him comb his hair, twists the pigtails. It is necessary to convey to the children that you can not use someone else's comb or towel.

Dressing

The teacher tries to create a calm, friendly atmosphere during this or that regime moment. Children of the middle group should not be rushed when they are going for a walk or getting ready for bed. At the same time, they are not allowed to be distracted by games or conversations.

Children are taught:

  • be located next to a personal locker;
  • remember the order of putting on things that can be hung on the wall in the locker room;
  • independently cope with buttons;
  • turn clothes right side out;
  • put on shoes correctly using a special spoon;
  • neatly fold things when undressing;
  • clean and dry clothes if needed.

Preschoolers 4-5 years old are not always able to tie their shoelaces or zip up. In this case, they should be able to politely ask the teacher for help and thank for it.

Canteen duty

This regime moment in the middle group instills in children a responsible attitude to the task assigned, the desire to take care of their friends. The attendants wear aprons and chef's hats, which creates additional motivation. Each child sets his own table. The number of responsibilities increases significantly compared to the younger group. The attendants learn how to properly serve, lay out cutlery, including knives, arrange bread bins, cups, saucers, fill vases with napkins. Their actions are supervised by an assistant educator.

After dinner, the children clean the breadbaskets, napkin holders and plates stacked in a pile, carefully sweep away the crumbs, and together fold the tablecloth. The teacher constantly emphasizes the importance of such work. The rest of the children, having had lunch, thank not only the cook, but also the attendants. With the right approach, preschoolers are happy to do this kind of work and by the end of the year they can do it without the help of adults.

meal

It is important that children have a positive attitude towards regime moments. In the middle group, meals are preceded by quiet games or cleaning toys. The teacher can tell the children about the delicious dishes that caring chefs have prepared for them, make riddles about them. All this stimulates the appetite.

The children are already skillfully wielding a fork and spoon. They are taught the culture of behavior at the table. You can't sit on it with dirty hands. The back must be kept straight, eat carefully. It is ugly to chew with your mouth open, spill soup or compote on a tablecloth, crumble bread. If the baby is dirty, he is offered to wipe himself with a napkin. At the end of the meal, everyone together pushes the chairs, thank the attendants and those on duty, rinse their mouths.

Special fairy tales, poems, playing out stories about an ill-mannered bear who did not know how to eat neatly help to learn these rules. The praise and encouragement of the educator is intended to consolidate the correct behavior.

Educational activities in the middle group

This includes special classes in mathematics, music, physical education, speech development, drawing, etc.

This takes into account the following points:

  • Children of the fifth year of life are able to perceive new information for no more than 20 minutes.
  • There are 2 classes before lunch. A couple of times a week after an afternoon snack, you can put another lesson (physical education, theater group, music games).
  • Mathematics, as well as the development of speech, are subjects that involve a high load on the intelligence of the baby. They cannot be combined on the same day.
  • It is better to put mathematics in the middle of the week so that on Monday and Friday not to load preschoolers.
  • Children should learn by playing. If the lesson takes place at the table, an entertaining physical education session is necessarily held in the middle. Between two lessons, young students are given a run for 10 minutes.

Walk

In the cold season, 4 hours are allotted for this regime moment in the middle group. In the summer, children walk all day long, entering the group only for food or sleep. To keep the kids busy, tools are taken out into the street:

  • items for cleaning the site (buckets, brooms, shovels, scoops);
  • toys (balls, sandbox sets, children's shovels, skittles, jump ropes);
  • animal masks or caps necessary for organizing outdoor games.

Traditionally, on a walk, children:

  1. Conduct observations of various precipitation (snow, fog, rain), plants, insects, birds. The teacher draws attention to the work of adults: janitors, builders, drivers.
  2. Put things in order on the site: water the flowers, collect garbage, shovel snow or stack toys.
  3. They play. At the same time, it should be taken into account that the kids do not yet understand the meaning of the competition. Group games would be more appropriate. At the beginning of the walk, the most active of them (2-3) are held. Half an hour before returning to the group, it's time for quiet fun. In a week, the kids get acquainted with 3-4 new games.

The teacher leaves time for independent activities of children. During it, individual work is carried out with individual pupils.

Quiet time

While the preschoolers go to the toilet, undress and neatly fold their clothes on the chairs, the teacher's assistant ventilates the bedroom. During the period of preparation for a quiet hour, you can not make noise, scold children. Babies may take 20-30 minutes to fall asleep. Those who are awake must not interfere with their comrades.

Calm music, a lullaby, a kind fairy tale helps to tune in to sleep. Adults must be in the bedroom at all times. If the child suddenly woke up, he should be quiet. It is allowed to get up, go to the toilet, drink water.

The correct organization of regime moments in the middle group leads to the fact that children become more independent. They have a desire to maintain order, develop the habit of polite communication with other people. All these are the foundations of culture, without which the formation of an educated personality is impossible.

Goal: to continue to work to improve the health of children.

Program content:

To create conditions for the systematic hardening of the body, the prevention of postural disorders, flat feet;

Develop respiratory muscles;

To consolidate the ability to navigate in space, to name objects and elements of clothing, its color;

To form the ability to recognize children by the description of clothes;
- exercise in walking with free, natural hand movements, correctly coordinating the work of the legs and arms;
- to cultivate a positive emotional attitude to the process of awakening after sleep, communication culture skills, cultural and hygienic skills.

Material: massage mats, corrective tracks, salt track, audio recording.

Children wake up to the sound of calm music. The teacher addresses the children with the words:

We rested calmly

We fell asleep with a magical dream ...

It's good for us to rest

But it's time to get up!

We clench our fists tightly,

We raise them higher.

Stretch! Smile!

It's time for everyone to wake up!

Quiet time is over

Daylight meets us!

Get up my kids! Well, who else is sleeping with us? (The teacher approaches the child, who is still sleeping and, stroking him, wakes him up. He offers all the children to throw back the blankets).

Are all the kids awake? Now let's wake up our arms and legs.

* stretch the toe of the foot, then bend the foot at the ankle joint and make circular movements;

* alternately raise - lower the right - left leg, trying to stretch the toe;

* we squeeze and unclench our fingers, raising our hands up;

* "bike";

* "scissors".

Wake up our back.

* "basket";

* "kind" and "angry" kitty.

Sit down in beds, we will wake up the head. Slowly lower your head, try to reach your chest with your chin, slowly back, to the left, to the right.

Now let's wake up the eyes. Close your eyes tightly, now open wide, look up, down, right, left.

Now let's wake up the mouth.

Sponges rolled into a tube

And blew on the shoulder

Let's go for something else

Let's blow on the stomach

On the palms, and on the legs,

And now to the ceiling.

One, two, three, four, five,

It's time for us to get up.

Children stand near the beds on massage mats.

Correction minute "Walk in the winter forest"

Only the bear in the den sleeps, Imitate a dream.

So he sleeps through the winter.

Bullfinches arrive, Imitate the flight of birds.

Wow, they are beautiful!

There is beauty and peace in the forest. Extend your arms to the sides.

After completing the hygiene procedures, the children sit down at the table to drink juice.

Toddlers need to be taught to act in concert. And how can you interest a small child? Of course - a game moment. To combine action with speech and play in a short period of time, counting rhymes, nursery rhymes, sayings, and poems help.

Kindergarten No. 2 "Swallow" of a general developmental type of urban settlement -

Semiluki, Voronezh region

Card index of regime moments

Made by Budina Elena Nikolaevna

2016

Under the regime it is customary to understand a scientifically based routine of life, providing for a rational distribution in time and a sequence of various types of activities and recreation.

In a child accustomed to the routine, the need for food, sleep, rest comes at regular intervals. The body, as it were, tunes in advance for the upcoming work, so it does not cause fatigue.

When conducting regime moments, you should adhere to the following rules:

  1. Full and timely satisfaction of all organic needs of children (sleep, nutrition).
  2. Careful hygiene care, ensuring cleanliness of the body,

clothes, bed.

  1. Attraction of children to feasible participation in regime processes; encouragement of independence and activity.
  2. Formation of cultural and hygienic skills.
  3. Emotional communication during the execution of regime processes.
  4. Taking into account the needs of children, the individual characteristics of each child.
  5. Calm and friendly tone of treatment, respect for the child, elimination of long expectations, since the appetite and sleep of babies directly depend on the state of their nervous system.

Mode is a flexible and dynamic design, but at the same time its main components (daytime sleep, wakefulness, intervals between meals, nighttime sleep, total walking time) must remain unchanged. The mode of stay of children in kindergarten is a certain sequence of organized interaction with children.

The requirements for the regime are determined by the psychophysiological characteristics of the child's age, the tasks of education, and the surrounding conditions. The regimen should take into account the age characteristics of children, be constant (although there are differences in the construction of the daily regimen at different times of the year), take into account the time the child spends in kindergarten.

Regimes include:

1. Reception of children, inspection, games, morning exercises.

2. Preparation for breakfast, breakfast.

3. Games and children's activities.

4. Organized educational activities.

5. Preparing for a walk, a walk.

6. Return from a walk, preparation for dinner and lunch.

7. Getting ready for bed, daytime sleep.

8. Getting up after sleep, water procedures, tempering activities.

9. Games, independent activities of children.

10. Preparing for dinner, dinner.

11. Games, walks, children leaving home.

Toddlers need to be taught to act in concert. And how can you interest a small child? Of course - a game moment. To combine action with speech and play in a short period of time, counting rhymes, nursery rhymes, sayings, and poems help.

  1. Reception of children, inspection, games

Target: Development of play activities and free communication with adults and children.

Reception of children by a teacher can be carried out in a group or at the site. The most important thing is to create a good mood for both the child and his parents. This ensures a positive attitude for the coming day and is the key to mutual understanding and interaction between the kindergarten and the family of the pupil.

The teacher provides interesting, meaningful activities for children and makes sure that they do not quarrel, do not interfere with each other. If the child is shy, not in the mood or cannot choose an activity for himself, the teacher should help him: connect him to the playing children, help in choosing toys, play with the child or give him some specific assignment.

All the children gathered in a circle.

I am your friend and you are my friend!

Let's hold hands together

And we smile at each other.

We will hold hands and smile.

We'll go in circles. Let's start a round dance.

Good morning, eyes!

You woke up?

Good morning ears!

You woke up?

Good morning, pens!

You woke up?

Good morning feet!

You woke up?

Eyes are watching, ears are listening

Hands clap, feet stomp.

Hooray, we are awake!

Target: “wake up” the child’s body, set it up in an effective way, versatile, but moderately influence the muscular system, activate the body’s activity, and contribute to the formation of correct posture.

Morning exercises are aimed mainly at solving health problems, cultivating the habit of daily physical exercises.

In the morning period, the teacher conducts gymnastics with the children. At the same time, the teacher works with the children and, if necessary, corrects, corrects the performance of the exercises by the children.

1. Exercise starting, everything is in place, let's walk.

Raise your hands up higher, lower them, breathe deeper.

The look, guys, is also higher, maybe Carlson is on the roof.

2. Exercise two. Put your hands behind your head.

Like butterflies we fly, wings are reduced, straightened.

One-two, one-two, together we do everything together.

3. Exercise number three, look up a little.

Hands up alternately and it is easy for us and comfortable.

One, two, three, four, spread your shoulders wider.

4. We love the exercise very much:

Hands to shoulders, circular motions.

One - forward, two - back, everyone is happy about physical education.

5. Hands to hips, legs apart, so long ago it happened.

Physical education drives away sleep and laziness every day.

Do three slopes down, on the fourth rise.

6. Everyone needs flexibility in the world,

Children love to bend over.

One - to the right, One - to the left, let our body get stronger.

7. In conclusion, in a good hour,

We'll jump now.

One, two, three, four, no children are stronger in the world.

  1. washing

Target: to form cultural and hygienic skills: to wash oneself, wash hands with soap before eating, as they get dirty, after using the toilet.

The organization of washing is carried out gradually, in small groups of children. Children should be reminded of the rules of behavior in the washroom - children should not splash water, after washing their hands, do not leave taps open. It is also necessary to pay attention to the actions of children - they must roll up their sleeves, soap their hands and perform other procedures over the sink. Children should know that you can only use your own towel, and after washing, you need to carefully hang it in its place.

  1. Organized educational activities

Target: comprehensive development of children, the transfer of knowledge, skills and abilities by the teacher to the child.

OOD contributes to the formation of new knowledge, the ability to observe the outside world, listen to the teacher, imitate his actions. As a result of joint activities during OOD, positive relationships are formed in children. The educator ensures the integrity of the educational process by implementing the principle of integrating educational areas in accordance with the age and individual characteristics of children.

When organizing educational activities, the educator uses dynamic pauses, finger games that relieve tension, help to switch from one type of activity to another.

When organizing lunch, the teacher draws the attention of the children to how the tables are set, gives an assessment to the children on duty. Depending on the menu, you can specify the names of some dishes. It is important to note the care of nannies and cooks about children, to indicate in a few words the importance and necessity of these professions. The teacher monitors the posture of the children, motivates the children to eat all the food offered. It should be remembered that violent eating is unacceptable.

  1. Children leaving home

The teacher can inform parents about developmental achievements, successes in the group, demonstrates the work of children, praises the child in the presence of parents. In addition, the teacher informs parents about the problems that the child has and how to solve them, and gives advice on issues of interest. The child should not forget about the rules of good manners, namely, to say goodbye to the teacher and the children of the group. The educator and parents need to form a positive attitude of the child towards the kindergarten and set up the children for the next visits.

"Good news".Children answer the question: “What good happened to them over the past day in kindergarten?”

Questions may be different: “What was the most enjoyable activity for you today?”, “What interesting or funny thing happened to you today?”, “How did you help a friend?”.

Every child needs to speak up and be heard. It is better if the children speak in a circle, passing from hand to hand some attractive object (bell, beautiful ball, etc.). The utterance time (30 sec) must be limited by an audible signal.

"Magic Box"Children bring small surprises from home: small toys, sweets, nuts, etc. and put in a box. At the end of the day, each of the children can pull out one of the surprises with their eyes closed and take it home with them. The teacher can place surprises from the box on the children's laps or hide them in the folds of clothes while the children's eyes are closed.

Children sit in a semicircle. The teacher shows the children a dirty towel and reads poetry.

Educator. Come on, children, show your hands, I'll look at the dirty one who stained the towel. No, he's not here. So, someone came to us, let's go look for him. Here he is, it turns out Piggy. Piggy soiled our towel.

Children, today we will teach Piggy to wash cleanly, with soap. What do we need for this? (water, soap, towel). Where is all this located? (in the washroom). The teacher takes the Piggy doll and goes with the children to the washroom.

Educator. Where did we bring Piggy? (to washroom)

Educator. Why did we come here? (for washing hands).

Piggy: “And I myself know how to wash myself”

Educator. Well, wash your face (Piggy strongly opens the tap with water).

Educator. Children, is this how you open a faucet (no.)

And why do splashes fly on the floor, on children? (children's answers)

Correctly. It is necessary to open the tap so that the water flows in a small stream.

Like this. (Teacher shows). Open the faucet, Danya, so that the water flows in a small stream. What should be done first before going to the washbasin? (Roll up sleeves so as not to wet the dress, shirt).

Educator. Show how to roll up your sleeves, help each other.

Piggy, roll up your sleeves too. The sleeves were rolled up, the faucet was turned on, the water was flowing in a small trickle. Now let's show Piggy how to wash your hands. Like this. Circular movements. One palm strokes the other (children show). But first you need to wet your hands with water and lather them with soap.

Piggy understand? Then wash yourself, and you children, see if he does everything right. What is Piggy doing now (washes his hands with soap). Now what should he do? (wash off soap with water). Piggy washed off the soap. What should he do next? (squeeze out droplets of water and wipe dry with a towel), Piggy squeezed out, droplets. Go take a towel, straighten it and wipe it dry, dry, each finger of one palm, then the other. That's right, hang the towel back, turn off the faucet. Children, what is Piggy now? (clean).

Educator. Children, now Piggy's towel will always be clean.

Really, Piggy? Let's wash our hands with soap, and we'll do everything in order. Tell Vic. (We roll up our sleeves, open the faucet so that the water flows in a small stream, wet our hands with water, take soap, lather our hands with soap, to “white gloves”, wash our palm-palm in a circular motion, wash off the soap, take a towel, straighten it, wipe our hands dry dry, hang the towel in place, turn off the tap).

Educator. Well done. Children, now all hands are clean. Let's go to the group and sit down in our seats.

Educator. What did we do today? (They taught Piggy how to wash properly). Educator. Right. Everyone helped Piggy, they washed their hands clean.
