How to find out the savings in the pension fund. Checking pension deductions using snls via the Internet

Pension accumulation refers to funds accumulated in favor of insured persons, for which a part of the labor pension and / or urgent payment has been established. Any resident of Russia can regularly check the amount of deductions. Read on to learn more about your pension savings.

General information

Since 2015, working citizens have formed insurance pensions and savings. The first are divided into three types: old age, disability, in case of loss of the breadwinner. Payments of pension savings are urgent, lump-sum or targeted. Entitlements are formed on the basis of odds or points. Citizens can receive old-age benefits if:

  • have reached 60 (men) and 55 (women), certain categories can start receiving benefits early;
  • their insurance experience is more than 15 years;
  • the minimum number of points accumulated is 30.

For each year of work, a citizen forms pension rights in the form of points. Their number depends on the pension option. When forming only the insurance payment, the citizen is awarded 10 points. If the funds are also directed to the formation of savings - 6.25.

Employers pay contributions at a rate of 22% of the fund. At the request of a citizen, this entire amount can be used to form an insurance pension. The second option is also possible: 6% of the tariff will be directed to the formation of the insurance, and 16% - to the funded part of the pension. The choice is only available to citizens born after 1966. Accumulation of funds can be entrusted to:

  • PF RF by choosing a management company (MC).
  • Non-state PF (NPF).

The selected organization will deal with the accounting of funds and their payment. But working citizens of the Russian Federation can find out pension savings according to SNILS at any time. This can be done in several ways:

  • receive a notification by mail;
  • make an extract from an individual account;
  • through the Internet;
  • at the Sberbank branch.

In December 2014, the President of Russia signed a decree extending the moratorium on pension savings. All deductions in 2015 will be used to finance insurance pensions. It is not clear what will happen to the management companies next.

How do I know my pension savings?

The Pension Fund sends information about the account balance annually to all persons who have begun work, until their retirement. After receiving the letter, it is necessary to check the correctness of the specified data: full name and personal account number of SNILS. According to the document, you can track how conscientiously the employer made deductions last year. The cumulative part of contributions is displayed in the 3rd paragraph of the notification (for individual entrepreneurs - in the 2nd). The figure for insurance premiums is shown in the 15th paragraph. How to find out your pension accumulation for the entire length of service? The total amount of deductions in two directions is displayed in paragraphs 4 and 16.

The notice also states:

  • the amount of funds transferred by the Pension Fund to the trust management of the company;
  • part of the contributions that were transferred under the Co-financing Program;
  • the amount of maternity capital, which is aimed at forming the funded part of the pension;
  • information about the selected management company and investment portfolio.

Such notices are sent in the form of registered letters, which are handed to the client against his signature. If the letter did not arrive, you will have to personally contact the local branch of the Pension Fund for an account statement.

How to find out pension savings according to SNILS?

This can be done via the Internet. First you need to register on the State Services portal. This process can be delayed as the authorities must identify the user. Upon completion of the procedure, you can enter the "Personal Account" using the SNILS number as a login. This method is the most convenient and safe, as it allows you to quickly generate an extract at any time of the day.

At the Sberbank branch

You can find out the savings in the Pension Fund through the portal. But first you need to register in the information exchange system. To do this, you need to contact the structural unit of Sberbank with a passport, SNILS and draw up a corresponding application. After registration in the database, the information will become available in the "Personal Account" of online banking. A similar application can be written in any credit institution in the country: VTB, Gazprom. Here's how to find out the amount of your retirement savings.

Alternative ways

There is another option, how to find out the amount of pension savings. If a citizen has chosen a non-state PF as a governing body for the accrual and payment of savings, then in this organization it is necessary to find out the account balance. The client can obtain this information during a personal visit and providing SNILS. Some NPFs provide such a service as a special service for an additional fee.

Increased security

Due to the increase in the number of cases of fraud, the state is tightening control over funds transfers between PFs. Russians began to receive complaints about unauthorized money transfers. A person draws up a loan for a consumer product, provides a copy of SNILS in a package of documents, and then, a few months later, receives a notification by mail about the transfer of funds to a non-state PF. According to preliminary data, the number of citizens deceived in this way exceeds 26 thousand people.

But even if you received a letter about the transfer of funds, do not panic. The problem can be resolved. But you have to run a little through the instances. It is necessary to write a statement to the non-state Pension Fund to terminate the contract. Better yet, complain to law enforcement. Then the NPF will be obliged to pass a check at the Central Bank for reliability.

In the meantime, the state is trying to change the regulations of the renewal procedure. If earlier it was enough to sign the contract of the future insurer, now it is necessary to notify the Pension Fund in writing about the voluntary transfer of funds to another organization. Forms and samples of such applications are already being prepared.

Other CIS countries

Not only Russians can find out data on pension savings via the Internet. Since 2015, a similar scheme has been used in the Republic of Kazakhstan. How can I find out my pension savings? Through a dedicated mobile application for smartphones and tablets. Since 2013, all insurance contributions of citizens are sent to the accounts of the United Accumulative Pension Fund JSC. Its shareholder is the government represented by the Ministry of Finance, and the National Bank will manage the savings.

How do I know my pension savings? You need to download the application from the online store. Then visit the PF branch, get a login and password. The application works according to the standard https-pro-to-kolu with SSL-certificates. During the authorization process, information about the client is downloaded from the UAPF server. After downloading, the application opens with a menu bar. The section "Bank data" contains the details to which the savings are received. This information cannot be edited. The section "My notes" consists of letters. You can view information on contracts of obligatory, professional and voluntary security. When you click on the corresponding line, a statement with the account number (IPS) appears.

Through the application, the user can also view the list of branches, their addresses and opening hours, send emails, manage security settings, change the password and language.

Output

The employer pays contributions to the Pension Fund for each employee at a rate of 22%. Since 2015, this entire amount has been spent on the formation of a seniority benefit. Citizens of Russia can independently track the amount of such deductions. How do you know where your pension savings are? You can contact the fund for an extract, view the account balance on the State Services website or in the "Personal Account" of the bank.

Navigating the article

This means that the primary task of future pensioners is to accumulate as many pension coefficients as possible, because even in the case of indexation, the cost of the IPC will not fundamentally change.

Fixed payment amount

A fixed benefit (FW) is a guaranteed amount added to an insurance pension by the state. According to article 6 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2015 N 385-FZ, from February 1, 2017, the amount of the fixed payment was 4805.11 rubles. Like the cost of the pension coefficient, the FV will increase from January 1, 2018 to 4982 rubles 90 kopecks.

Under certain circumstances and conditions, the size of the PV may be additionally increased on the basis of Part 8 of Article 18 of the Federal Law "On insurance pensions"... These circumstances can be:

  • the presence of disabled dependents;
  • the establishment of the I group of disability or reaching the age of 80;
  • experience of at least 15 years in the Far North or areas equated to it;
  • later (due to premium coefficients).

Below is a table that reflects the dependence of the value for a fixed payment on the period for which a citizen delays or suspends receiving pension payments:

The period for which the application for a pension was postponed, yearsFixed Payout Premium Ratio
1 1,056
2 1,12
3 1,19
4 1,27
5 1,36
6 1,46
7 1,58
8 1,73
9 1,9
10 2,11

As can be seen from the data presented above, if you do not retire within 10 years after obtaining the right to it, but, for example, continue to work, then in addition to the additional (and therefore pension points), the citizen will receive an increase in the fixed payment more than doubled.

But you need to understand, for example, that the average life expectancy in our country is 66 years, and you will have to wait until 70 - how profitable it is, each citizen must decide for himself.

How to calculate the old-age pension yourself?

The calculation method, at first glance, is not complicated and consists of the following steps:

  • we calculate the number of pension points based on the gross salary;
  • if it is planned not to retire after obtaining the right to it, we look for the required period in the coefficient table and multiply the number of pension points and the fixed payment by the corresponding values;
  • we multiply the cost of one individual pension coefficient by the number of points;
  • add up the resulting amount with a fixed payment.

However, the whole difficulty lies in the fact that such quantities as a fixed payment, the value of the pension point and the gross salary are not constant values: if the personal income and the cost of the IPC only increase (are indexed), then the salary changes many times over the course of a career.

Therefore, any calculations regarding the size of the future pension are approximate character and serve only as a guide for citizens.

Citizen Ivanov, after graduating from the university in 2017, was offered a job from February 1, 2018. He is 23 years old, the official salary will be 50 thousand rubles on average before taxes. He plans to work until his retirement. The funded pension will not be formed. Let's calculate the amount of the pension that he will be able to receive upon reaching the age of 60:

  1. we calculate the insurance experience: 60 - 23 = 37 years;
  2. we calculate the number of pension points that Ivanov will receive in one year: (50,000 x 12 x 0.16) / (1,021,000 x 0.16) x 10 = 5.877 points, where
    • 12 - number of months;
    • 0.16 - the rate of insurance premiums (16% when forming only an insurance pension);
    • 1,021,000 is the maximum contribution base in 2018 (Resolution No. 1378 of November 15, 2017).
  3. we multiply the number of points by the number of years that these points will be formed: 5.877 x 37 = 217.449 points;
  4. we calculate the product of the IPK number and its cost (according to data for 2018): 217.449 x 81.49.58 = 17719.92 rubles;
  5. add to this the size of the fixed payment: 17719.92 + 4982.9 = 22702.82 - this will be the size of the old-age insurance pension.

It is worth noting again that the values โ€‹โ€‹of the quantities as of January 1, 2018 were used in the calculation. Taking into account the indexation of both the value of the pension point and the fixed payment, it can be concluded that the pension will be slightly higher than the one that came out in the calculation (commensurate with inflation).

Formula for calculating funded pension

Allocated the funded part of the labor pension in independent view pension payments. At the same time, citizens had a choice: or not. If the first option is chosen, then the insurance premiums are divided: 10% of the gross salary goes to the insurance pension, 6% to the funded pension. In addition, future retirees had the opportunity to take part in and further increase their savings. However, since 2015, the possibility of joining the program has ceased.

Please note that the accumulated funds are not indexed by the state and are not protected from inflation, therefore, you need to carefully consider the choice of an organization that will deal with capital management.

According to article 7 of the Federal Law "On funded pensions" the formula for calculating the funded pension is as follows:

NP = PN / T,

  • NP- the size of the funded pension;
  • MON- the sum of all pension savings in the special part of the personal account of the insured person (including savings formed with the help of maternity capital, government co-financing, etc.);
  • T- the estimated period during which the pension will be paid, equal to 246 months in 2018.

The contributions to the funded pension themselves depend on wages and make up 6%.

Citizen Petrov saved 300,000 rubles upon retirement. To calculate the amount of payments, you need to divide the amount of pension savings by the period that the citizen will receive the funded pension:

300,000 / 246 = 1,219.50 rubles.

How can I find out the amount of my pension savings?

In the era of the Internet and communication technologies, there are quite a few ways to find out almost any information. Information on pension aspects is no exception:

  • Now you can calculate your pension without leaving your home, sign up for a consultation with the Pension Fund.
  • And besides this, through your personal account on the official website of the Pension Fund of Russia, as well as through the bank (subject to the availability of appropriate agreements), you can find out the amount of your pension savings that will be used to form your funded pension.

How long do you have to work to get a pension of a given size?

Of course the answer to this question is cannot be unambiguous and depends too many factors - the size of wages and fixed payments, as well as the cost of the individual pension coefficient. It is necessary to take into account and in which a citizen retires, or whether he will suspend its receipt after its appointment, keeping in mind the premium coefficients for the above values. In addition, there are bonuses for work in the Far North, etc. Therefore, the calculation of the experience required to obtain a certain amount is the same approximate character, as well as the calculation of the pension itself.

To answer this question, you first need to form an algorithm by which the experience will be calculated:

  • deduct a fixed payment from the amount of the pension;
  • the remaining amount is divided by the value of the retirement point - we get their number;
  • from the formula for calculating the PKI, we calculate the amount of insurance premiums;
  • we divide the SV by 0.16 and determine how much is required to earn for all labor activity
  • we divide what happened by the estimated salary multiplied by 12 months.

In the event that it is not required to find out the experience, but the required wages, in the last paragraph, the division must be carried out by the estimated experience.

Citizens A and B want to receive a pension of 20 thousand rubles. And he knows for sure that he will receive a stable salary on average of 40 thousand rubles, and B is sure that he will work until his retirement, he is 22 years old. How much does A need to work and what is B's salary to receive the desired benefits?

For citizen A:

  • 20,000 - 4982.9 = 15,017.1 rubles, where:
    • 20,000 - the expected amount of the pension;
    • 4982.9 - the amount of the fixed payment as of January 1, 2018.
  • 15017.1 / 81.49 = 184.282 (number of points), where:
    • 81.49 - the cost of one retirement point (rubles) from 01.01.18;
  • SV = 184.282 x 1,021,000 ร— 0.16 / 10 = 3,010,430.75 (the required amount of insurance premiums in rubles to assign the desired pension);
  • 3010430.75 / 0.16 = 18815192.19 (the amount of money earned by A for his labor activity);
  • 18815192.19 / (12 x 40,000) = 39.2 years - this should be the experience of citizen A.

For citizen B:

Because we already know the amount that he should earn (18815192.19 rubles), it remains to divide it by the number of years remaining for him before retirement: 60 - 22 = 38 years. Now, using an analogy, we calculate the salary required for the specified pension size:

  • 18815192.19 / (12 x 38) = 41,261.39 rubles.

Pension calculation using the Pension Fund calculator

So, basic quantities that affect the final amount of payments are:

  • "White" wages;

Thus, calculating the amount of pension is a purely mathematical matter: there are clear formulas and algorithms that must be used to find out the number of pension points, the required length of service or the salary that will need to be received for a given amount of payment.

Therefore, for all the seeming complexity, modern technologies make it possible not to resort to manual calculations - for citizens this can be done by special calculator programs.

For example, for calculating pension using the Pension Fund calculator you only need to enter initial data, such as year of birth, official salary, pension option (tariff), the number of children raised, the nature and duration of your work activity - and the calculator will calculate the amount of the pension itself and display the result within a few seconds.

But it should be understood that the use of calculators does not provide an understanding of the structure of the pension system. All the nuances can be understood only if you delve into the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Today there are many questions regarding pension savings. According to the previous legislation, in order to obtain the right to receive an insurance pension, several points were required, including reaching the required retirement age and accumulating insurance experience. However, in the modern world, in order to understand how to find out your retirement points, it is not enough to have only information on these points. Today, retirees need to have accumulated retirement points.

Previously, the insured citizen received a written notification from the Pension Fund, from which it was possible to find out the amount of pension savings to date. At the moment, such mailings are no longer done, and pension savings have been transferred to the so-called points.

How can you find out how many points you have accumulated in your retirement account?

In addition, a citizen can find out other information from an extract, such as:

  • places of past and current work;
  • about what terms of labor activity were at each of such jobs;
  • on the quantitative amounts of contributions that your employer, as well as your former employers, made all this time;
  • on the total amount of the funded part of the pension.

In one of the points of the statement, it is also indicated which fund currently controls all your pension funds, as well as the total amount of accumulated points. This includes not only insurance premiums, but also maternity capital funds, if any, additional payments, etc.

Pension points

Other ways to find out the number of your retirement points

Today, many citizens of the country are interested in how to find out their pension scores and the amount of future pension. In addition to information on the portal of public services, you can find out about the total amount of accumulated pension points also on the official website.

This portal turned out to be quite convenient to use, therefore any future pensioner uses it to obtain the information he needs, since the question of how to find out his pension points in the Pension Fund usually does not arise.

After registering on the main page, a citizen can see the "Calculate retirement points" section. After the citizen goes to this tab, he will be asked to enter the necessary information for the calculation, that is, the amount of wages (white) before the issuance of personal income tax. As soon as a citizen clicks the "calculate" button, a number is displayed in the corresponding window indicating the potential number of pension points that a citizen can receive during the current year.

Personal account in the FIU

If a citizen does not use Internet resources, then he can get all the information he is interested in at the nearest branch of the Pension Fund of Russia. As a rule, this method is used by rather elderly people who do not have confidence in the Internet, or simply do not know how to use the corresponding sites. At the department of the Pension Fund, a citizen must present his passport and.

After that, you need to write an application for receiving an extract on the total number of points. It is important to keep in mind that, according to the law, an extract with all information about your savings must be provided to you in any case, since there are no obstacles for which you have the right to refuse.

The latest information on the crediting of retirement points in the coming year

The value of the PKI increases annually by a certain number of points that a citizen earned during a specific period of his labor activity. In this case, the total amount of pension insurance contributions that the employer pays for the employee plays a rather large role. That is, in simple terms, the higher your white salary, the more points you will receive in the end. At the same time, the cost of one retirement point is not fixed, after some time it changes. For example, last year the cost of one pension point was 78.28 rubles, which was officially recorded at the federal level.

In addition, the law provides for restrictions on the total number of pension points that each citizen can receive during the year. For example, in the past year, the total number of pension points that can be awarded to an individual citizen was 8.26. This is exactly the amount that could be obtained with a white wage in the total amount of 60,300 rubles.

Pension calculation

Nevertheless, if the salary is slightly more than this amount, then the citizen will still be awarded pension points in the amount of 8.26. He will not be able to get more, in accordance with the regulations of the legislation of the Russian Federation. However, the Government assured its citizens that by the beginning of 2021 the total number of pension points that a citizen is entitled to receive in a year will reach 10.

Therefore, Russian citizens today have a difficult time, since innovations from the state are not always clear. There are many confusing moments in them that you have to figure out on your own. At the same time, it is quite difficult to understand the structure of the accrual of pension points and the formation of the subsequent pension, not only for the elderly, but also for the young citizens of the country. As soon as pension points were introduced, which currently determine the final amount of pension accruals in the future, many unresolved questions arose among citizens. In this case, it is also necessary to take into account the increasing coefficients.

Instructions

Those who use the services of the portal for the first time must first go through the registration procedure. To do this, you need to set a username, password and enter all the necessary data, including passport. After the initial registration, the portal user gets access to many services, but the check of pension contributions is not included in their number. For the safety of your data, you must first verify your identity. After that, the user receives the status "confirmed" and he gets access to all the functions of the site. The verification process may seem lengthy, but it is necessary to prevent outsiders from gaining access to your personal information. There are several ways to get this status. First, you can present your passport to the service center in person. Typically, these centers are post offices. Secondly, you can receive a confirmation code in the letter, but for this you will have to wait 2-3 weeks for the letter to reach you. Thirdly, you can confirm your identity using a universal one. But not everyone has such a card.

After receiving the "confirmed" status, the user gets the opportunity to check the status of his personal account with the Pension Fund of Russia. To do this, go to the section "Public services", and on the page that opens, set the necessary filters. In particular, it is necessary to indicate "Services for: individuals", set the sorting "By departments". A list will appear in which you need to select the "Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation". In the menu that opens, select "Pension Fund of the Russian Federation". The next step is to go to the item "Informing insured persons about the state of their individual personal accounts in the compulsory pension insurance system". The portal will automatically take the user to a page describing this service. On the page, next to the text describing the service, you will see a blue button labeled "Get the service". It's at the bottom of the page and in the upper right corner. It remains to click on this button, no additional actions, no new data will be required. The service is free, and the term of its completion is no more than 2 minutes. During this time, a document will be generated, which will automatically open after the end of the waiting time. It is called "Notice of the state of an individual personal account" and it contains all the information about the user's retirement. If there is any hitch, you can clarify the status of the requested service in the "My Orders" section of the user's personal account.

The system of the "Gosuslugi" portal is constantly being improved and updated. The new version has additional features for checking pension benefits. The updated menu is simpler and more intuitive. Now, to get access to data on individual pension savings, just three steps on the portal are enough. First, you need to go to the "Service catalog" menu, then select the "Pension, benefits and benefits" item, and at the end order the "Notification of the state of a personal account in the Pension Fund" service. The service is still available only to users who have confirmed their personal data. "The updated service of checking the pension account will allow users of the portal to receive information about their work experience, estimated pension capital, the size of the individual (IPC), as well as the chosen option of pension provision: only an insurance pension or an insurance one," the State Services website says.

Also, now citizens registered on the portal "Gosuslugi" can independently control how conscientiously the employer sends pension contributions to the Pension Fund of Russia. The report now contains detailed information on the history and movements of pension contributions, with detailed data, broken down by year and employer. The information received can be saved and sent electronically. Such a service is useful, for example, when providing data to the bank for obtaining a loan. At the same time, the accuracy of the information is guaranteed by the Pension Fund and is confirmed by a special data format when creating messages.

Almost all non-state pension funds also allow their clients to check their pension contributions over the Internet. Detailed instructions on how to do this can be found, for example, on the websites of NPF Sberbank, Lukoil-Garant, VTB Pension Fund, Russian Standard, Kit-Finance and many others. The exact scheme for obtaining access to information about depends on a particular organization, but the general principle is the same. On the official website of your pension fund, you need to go to your Personal Account, find the necessary menu item there, where all information about the amount of pension contributions will be provided. Most likely, there you will also find data on the movement of funds on the personal account of your pension fund and on the amount of income received by the fund during the cooperation.

If for some reason you are not able to check your pension contributions over the Internet, the traditional methods remain. You can personally contact the branch of your pension fund or request data by e-mail or "Russian Post".

Editorial response

After the pension reform, the pension is accrued to Russians by age, based on the funded and insurance parts. In this regard, many pensioners began to doubt the correctness of the calculation of pension payments.

Where can you check the correctness of the pension calculation?

To check the calculation of a pension, a pensioner should contact the Pension Fund of Russia (PFR) at the place of registration with an application addressed to the head with a request to double-check the correctness of the calculation of the pension.

After considering the pensioner's application, employees will double-check the correctness of the pension calculation and report the results.

A pensioner's application for recalculating the amount of the pension is considered no later than five days from the date of admission.

The recalculation of the amount of the pension is made from the 1st day of the month following the month in which the pensioner's application for recalculation of the amount of the pension was accepted.

If it turns out that the amount of the pension was calculated incorrectly, then the amount will be automatically corrected. In accordance with the current legislation, there are cases of revision and recalculation of pensions due to incorrect accrual. Such errors are primarily associated with the human factor (error in the work book, certificate of employment, etc.).

How and where can you check the status of your pension account?

You can find out about the state of your individual personal account (ILS) as follows:

  • in credit institutions with which the PFR has entered into an appropriate agreement (through a teller or through ATMs, as well as in electronic form - through terminals or Internet banking of credit institutions (OJSC Sberbank of Russia, OJSC Bank Uralsib, OJSC Gazprombank, OJSC Bank of Moscow, CJSC VTB Bank));
  • on the portal of state and municipal services. To do this, you need to register on the portal, enter your personal account, select the "PFR" tab, the item "Notification of the state of an individual personal account";
  • in the territorial bodies of the PFR at the place of residence. You must have an identity document with you, an insurance certificate of compulsory pension insurance. An application to the territorial body of the pension fund can also be sent by mail, attaching notarized copies of the passport and certificate of compulsory pension insurance.

Where to complain?

If you are not sure about the correctness of the pension calculation, contact the head of the pension fund department with a written statement. In the application, ask for information about the calculation. Fund employees are required to respond, and in writing.

An extract on the accrual of pension in the fund is issued upon request only once a year.

If, after receiving the statement, you have doubts about the correctness of the pension calculation, you should contact the higher authority - the regional branch of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.

If after contacting the regional FIU you still have questions, contact a lawyer (attorney), as you may have to go to court. Incorrect calculation of pensions by courts is often recognized as illegally understated.

What is the minimum length of service required to receive a pension?

Starting from 2015, the minimum total length of service for receiving an old-age pension will gradually increase. From 6 years old to 1 year per year for 10 years. Those who have less than 15 years of general experience by 2025 have the right to apply to the PFR for a social pension (women at 60, men at 65).

In 2025, the minimum total length of service for receiving an old-age pension will reach 15 years.

What social supplements are provided for pension?

If the total amount of cash payments to a non-working pensioner is below the subsistence minimum of a pensioner established in the region of his residence, then a federal or regional social supplement to pension is established for him.

The federal social supplement to pension is set in such an amount that:

surcharge + pension = the minimum subsistence level for a pensioner in the region.

If a pensioner works, then no additional payment is made.

A regional supplement is established if the subsistence minimum for a pensioner in the region is higher than the subsistence minimum for a pensioner in the Russian Federation.

The size of the subsistence minimum for a particular region can be viewed on the website >>

The federal social supplement to pension is paid by the territorial body of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation (PFR), and the regional one - by the authorized executive body of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation.
