We make funny paper applications with our kids. DIY openwork paper vase with flowers

Each flower of this craft is terry: it consists of four flowers of different sizes, nested one inside the other. A total of 7 double flowers are needed.

You can use this template (print and cut out the details).

If you are unable to print the template, no problem! Any child can easily draw such flowers. Using a compass on paper, draw 4 circles: 6 cm in diameter, 5 cm, 4 cm and 3 cm.

Divide each circle into 5 pieces. This can be done with a protractor, keeping in mind that the angles between the radii must be 72 degrees.

Now draw a rounded flower petal around each ray. The template is ready. Cut it out. Make 3 more smaller templates in the same way.

Using the templates, cut out the required number of flower details (remember: 7 pieces for each of 4 templates - a total of 28 details). It is very simple, but quite long, and this is the only difficult moment in creating a craft, requiring not so much skill as patience.

Each petal of all flowers must be bent at right angles to the plane of the flower. Iron the folds well, and then set the petal upright.

Apply glue to the center of the largest flower (the one with a diameter of 6 cm) and insert a smaller flower (5 cm) into it so that its petals are between the petals of the large flower (do not overlap with large petals). Then apply glue to the center of this flower and glue the third flower to it, the diameter of which is 4 cm. Orient the flower petals in the same way as in the first case, that is, between the petals of the previous flower. And finally, following the same rules, glue the fourth, smallest flower.

As a result, you will get such a terry flower.

Make 6 more of these flowers. Then you can move on to making a vase.

Take a sheet of colored paper. Draw on it a vessel of the shape you like best. In the picture below, the vase is wide. You can draw a straight line, with a narrow neck, with handles, etc. The only thing that should be more or less observed is the height of the vase. Try to keep it no higher than 15-16 cm.

Cut out the vase.

Prepare two narrow satin ribbons, one green for the leaves and one for the bow. Tie the second ribbon with a simple bow and straighten it.

Cut the green ribbon into pieces 5-7 cm long. Fold each piece in half and glue the ends with glue. You will get small loops. They will act as leaves.

And now it's time to glue it all onto the base. Take a sheet of A4 cardboard (297 x 210 mm). Choose the color of the cardboard to your liking, but make sure that it matches all the elements of the applique.

First, glue a vase at the bottom of the sheet.

Arrange the flowers on top: one in the center and six around it. After you mark the places for the flowers, glue them down.

Glue a bow directly to the vase under the flowers.

Glue green ribbon loops in between the flowers.

The application is ready. On the back, you can attach a thread loop to it to hang your masterpiece on the wall. Or glue a cardboard stand so that you can put the picture on the table in front of you and admire it at your leisure.

Applications for children are one of the most favorite games and fun. But it is by playing that the toddlers learn! They are gradually being mastered in the world of colors and shapes. And also, they get satisfaction from the fact that they themselves, with their own hands, can create beauty. And if parents want to help their child, we will suggest ideas for a colored paper applique.

What can we offer:

  • Schemes and stencils for applications of different shapes: flowers, animals, insects and fairy-tale characters.
  • We will show you what entertaining non-traditional applique techniques are.
  • And, of course, we will give you a sea of positive! We are sure that it will be interesting for you with us!
And most importantly, all these children's applications for toddlers of different ages. And in a year, the child will be interested in playing, and the older one will enjoy this activity. Why? Because we have prepared a collection that includes applications for children with different abilities.

For the little ones

Who Said Plot Application Is Difficult? Even the younger group can handle some types of applications. We will now create a beautiful basket with flowers in it.

What we may need for the application:

  • Colored thin paper;
  • Cardboard;
  • Pencil;
  • Stencils;
  • Glue.

Hedgehog

Applications for the smallest are creativity, where the abilities of even the tiniest fidget are taken into account. And this example with a "hedgehog" is just suitable for toddlers, who by the age of three they still cannot cut and glue, but they will be great at taking part in the work. How?

Voluminous ladybug

This applique is perfect for children 3-4 years old. It is very easy to make.

Application sequence:

Flower meadow

This glade is an application in the younger group for children 4 years old. It can be of any size and color. And several kids can work on it at the same time. It is only important to indicate to each of them his scope of work.

Lesson in 3 stages:

Little funny chicken

You can prepare holiday cards in a very original way. The application in the preparatory group will help with this.

You need to cut out the following details:

Chick

Kids think abstractly, for them such a trifle as the color or shape of the character does not matter, if at the same time his image conveys emotions similar to those of children. But how to make the appliqué just such that the baby feels a kindred spirit? Here's a great example!

Meet Tsypa! Him:

  • The body is a square;
  • Eye - 2 circles (black and white, and a little more white);
  • The beak is a triangle;
  • The legs are also triangular;
  • The winglet is a semicircle;
  • The crest is a crescent.

Now, trust the little one, let him choose which color will be! Explain that each shape represents why the bird needs it. Really interesting? So, finding the right stencils for applications is already a game. It remains only to glue everything together!

Sun

We complicate the task. We are going to help the children learn how to make an applique panel. There are many details that are both a background and an independent part of the picture. The central part is the mischievous face of the smiling Sun.

Entrust the work on the smile to your kitten. Or you can print ready-made faces:

And make yourself the preparation of yellow, golden and orange circles of different sizes.

Putting a picture on a blue background.

You can stick the circles in the form of rays, or in a circle, the main thing is to alternate their colors. The Sun itself will be placed in the middle of the panel.

Lilac

Probably, the cut-off applique is the sweetest and most delicate that you can imagine. She just looks so fluffy that it’s hard to believe that this is all created. The torn applique gets this effect due to small uneven parts gathered in one composition.

Bouquet

These are not just flowers, but a structure that will stand. In doing so, we will make all parts of the plant. The flowers themselves, leaves and stems. Children will master this simple application very quickly in the middle group.

snowman

We made greeting cards with you, an invitation to a celebration, pictures and even a memory of your little one’s childhood. But now we will try to make a Christmas tree decoration.

And since it consists of two bases and 16 circles, we print out templates for applications, this will allow you to quickly, and without delaying preparatory work, proceed to designing a toy.

More about blanks. The base is 2 circles of the same size, drawn with a figure eight. Additional circles in diameter are equal to those in the base.
We also need a rope 4 times the length of the base. And decorative beads.

Polyana

Glade is a multi-composition application in kindergarten for children 5-6 years old. Here we will get acquainted with the models that must first be made, and only then fixed on the base. Volumetric types of applications are made with such an original pattern.

Our base is blue cardboard. This is the sky. The sun is shining. The grass grows in which the flowers bloom. And above them, butterflies and dragonflies flutter. All parts are made of accordion-folded paper.

Piggy bank of applique workshops + interesting ideas

It is nice to know that different types of appliqués made by children, such as appliqué made from torn paper, or from corrugated material, are a good memory. Yes, and irrefutable evidence that our little ones have talent. The child is developing. And in this we help him.

Application is a fascinating form of artistic creation. Applications are made from paper, fabric, leather, felt, plasticine.

Children love applique classes, because they get a bright, beautiful picture without any extra effort. Craftsmen use appliqués in fabrics, knitting and embroidery. They are used to decorate clothes, bags, decorative items.

This application is simple, available for middle-aged and older children.

Target: make an applique of colored paper for a gift to mom or grandmother.

Working on a craft trains paper cutting skills, the ability to use scissors, develops artistic taste and teaches to distinguish between colors.

Materials:

Step-by-step instruction:

1. First you need to cook background for picture... Let's take two colored cardboard rectangles of different colors. Place the large sheet with the colored side up. We smear the smaller rectangle with glue on the inside and glue it on a large sheet so that a frame from a large one is formed around the small sheet.

2. In this frame you need to stick a vase of colored paper... Kids cut out a vase of colored paper, drawn by the teacher, or draw a vase according to a template, and then cut it out. Older children themselves make a symmetrical vase from a sheet of paper folded in half.

3. The vase is glued at the bottom, in the middle of the prepared frame.

4. To make the flowers beautiful and voluminous, you need to make each of them from five flowers of different sizes. You need to prepare five templates of different sizes.

5. Cut out 5 flowers of the same size... Flowers can be different in color, then we make five flowers of one rose of the same color, but of different sizes. We bend the petals of each flower, helping ourselves with or without a ruler. We fold the petals in a pyramid, starting with the largest one, arrange them in a checkerboard pattern so that they look like roses or peonies. We glue them together.

6. Glue the resulting flowers on the picture, placing them harmoniously on it. Cut out sharp small green leaves from a paper strip and glue between them. Kids can draw and cut out the leaves according to the template.

Making flowers from colored paper

Flowers of different shapes need to be cut in different ways:

From all the cut out elements, we compose and glue on the background sheet a composition of flowers, stems, leaves and grass in the form of a bouquet or meadow. You can make a symmetrical butterfly, bee or bug. The painting will look complete.

The volumetric applique looks beautiful. Children still do not know how to draw well, and applique is an easier way for them to create, so they are happy to do it and enjoy the results of their work.

The simplest volumetric applique.

Cut 6 - 8 identical petals and two long green leaves. We bend each petal in half, form a flower, glue the petals to the leaf with one side, glue the middle in a different color. We glue the stem. Cut out two green leaves, bend it in half lengthwise and glue it to the stem on one side.

To make the flower look beautiful and voluminous, we form it from several flat flowers glued one on one. The petals must be bent and staggered.

Paper flowers will be voluminous if the paper rectangle is folded like an accordion, folded in half, the petals are rounded and a flower is formed from paired petals folded like an accordion. You will get flowers with petals - fans.

A voluminous vase must be made of accordion-folded paper. Fold a rectangular piece of paper so that one piece is three times the size of the other. Make an accordion, unfold. Most of the leaf is a vase, the smaller part is the base. We glue the upper most part at the extreme folds to the background. Bend it a little. We straighten the lower part like a fan.

Cut out the daisies, glue the middle and glue them on the stems. Glue the resulting daisies inside the vase to the base by the stalks. We do not glue the daisies themselves, we slightly bend them towards the viewer.

Volumetric applique bells from bags

Materials and tools:

  1. Colored paper.
  2. Scissors.
  3. Glue stick.

Step-by-step instruction:

By the same principle, you can make an applique from cornflowers..

Prepare a yellow background. Several circles of different sizes need to be cut out of blue, blue paper. Fold each circle, as for a New Year's snowflake. Cut out the lace petal of the cornflower, gently unfold and smooth. From the obtained blanks, fold the cornflowers into 1, 2, 3 layers: below are blue large flowers, above are light and small; then lay the flowers on a sheet and glue, and bend the openwork leaves.

Cut thin stems 11-12 cm and narrow leaves 6-8 cm from green paper.

Arrange the stems and leaves at random, glue them not completely, only at the base, so that they look voluminous.

It is useful to carry out applications of paper flowers with children, they teach them beautiful things, develop creative imagination, a sense of composition.

Master class: a bouquet of flowers in a vase with your own hands

In spring and summer, it is so pleasant to contemplate the beauty of flowers. Many pluck the plants and carry them home. But such a bouquet can stand in a vase for only a few days and the fresh flowers wither. It is not always possible to buy a fresh bouquet, and indoor plants do not bloom all the time. But how often do we want to please ourselves and loved ones with flowers!
I propose to consider an excellent option for children's crafts with flowers from ordinary double-sided paper. Even a child can easily make such a craft on his own and decorate his favorite corner with it, as well as present it as a gift.

Uldanova Diana, a student of grade 3B, MBOU "Secondary School No. 18", Salavat, Republic of Bashkortostan
Supervisor: Ronzhina Anastasia Valerievna, senior counselor of MBOU "Secondary School No. 18", Salavat, Republic of Bashkortostan
Description: this master class is intended for kindergarten teachers, primary school teachers, teachers of additional education in order to create a gift in the form of a vase of flowers together with the student. The time spent on making such a gift is 45 minutes. In the master class, we will show the making of the first craft presented in the general photo.
Purpose: work can be used as a gift for a grandmother or mother, class teacher, teacher. And also as an independent interior decoration.
Target: creating a bouquet with your own hands from colored paper.
Tasks:
- to form the ability to use glue, scissors, double-sided tape;
- to educate accuracy and diligence, aesthetic taste;
- develop independence.

Safety precautions: before starting work with a younger student or preschooler, be sure to remember the rules of safe work with scissors - do not cut on the go, pass closed with rings forward, do not hold sharp ends up, do not work with broken scissors.
Materials and tools required for work:
- wooden frame (A4 size)
- color printer paper of four colors (light yellow and bright yellow, raspberry, pink)
- silver cardboard (matte, not glossy)
- Double-sided tape
- scissors
- pencil
- vase stencil
- 4 stencils of different sizes for flowers
- green decorative ribbon for leaves and bow

Progress:

1. In this spring-like delicate bouquet there are only 7 flowers: each has four details. Cut out the stencil and put it on the paper.

We outline it with a simple pencil, then cut out all 28 details.

2. Now the flower petal should be bent inward, as shown in the photo. This will save space on cardboard in the future and a completely uncomplicated process: both younger students and older preschoolers, with correct instructions, will quickly and successfully cope with this task!

3. Bend all other parts of the flower in the same way.

We continue further.
4. This is what happens when we have prepared all the details for all the flowers:

5. Next, we apply the parts to each other in a certain way and glue them together. The flowers are almost ready.

6. Draw a stencil and cut out the vase.

7. The background for the bouquet I chose a light gray matte, which is more reminiscent of silver, because it does not leave any inconvenience to use: it looks good, there are no fingerprints and no glue left. Also, this background is good for photography, because it does not leave glare. Now, when all the main details are ready, cut off 20 cm from the green ribbon for a bow around the vase, then carefully tie it around it.

8.Glue the vase to the cardboard, ironing it gently.

9. Small green leaves will give the bouquet a spring mood. Let's choose three flowers, for which we will make them.

Cut off three strips of double-sided tape 1 cm wide and three pieces of green tape 15 cm each. Fold the tape into a loop and fix it on the back of the flower with double-sided tape. Carefully peel off the protective layer by turning it over. Make sure that they do not stick to foreign objects.

10. Let's start glueing the flowers, simultaneously pressing them tightly to each other.

The outermost flowers can be fluffed up a little when you make sure they are well glued. Now we will insert our bouquet into a previously prepared wooden frame of the album sheet format.

A wonderful bouquet is ready!
You can decorate a vase and leaves in different ways. For example, cut a vase out of coated paper with a pattern or decorate a bouquet with artificial leaves.

Thank you for the attention!

6 leaves;

You can choose any color for your vase and flowers, according to your desire and mood!

We collect flowers. Use scissors to gently bend each petal for volume. Stick on a large flower, a small flower, then stick on the middle.

Glue the vase along the top edge. Arrange flowers and leaves beautifully in advance on a vase. And we start assembling the vase: first we glue the flowers on one side, then symmetrically on the second side.

Girlfriends walked along the edge of the road,
Flowers were selected for the bouquets.
There are violets with purple eyes
They wink at them, as if in a fairy tale.
Veronica blue bottoms,
Dandelions are like suns.
There are blue forget-me-nots
"Anyutki" turn yellow next to them;
There are lights in the bright green
Delicate firefly buttercups.
How cozy the flowers are on the edge ...
Our friends took pity on them:
-Well, why do we need bouquets?
Summer will be sad without flowers.
We will not pick flowers in the meadow,
We'd better make them ourselves!
This vase can be a wonderful gift. A greeting card or a small gift can be placed inside the vase.

Good luck in your endeavors!
