Day of the military scout- November 5
At the beginning of the 19th century, the first intelligence agency was created in Russia - the "Expedition of Secret Affairs under the Ministry of War." November 5, 1918 (hence the date of the holiday) as part of the Field Headquarters of the Red Army, by order of the Revolutionary Military Council of the Republic (RVSR), the Registration Department was formed to coordinate the efforts of all intelligence agencies of the army. The day of the military intelligence officer was established by order of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Igor Dmitrievich Sergeev No. 490 of October 12, 2000.
Bailiff day- 6 November
On November 6, 1997, two Federal Laws were adopted and entered into force - “On Bailiffs” and “On Enforcement Proceedings”. So, for the first time since 1917, the Russian state considered it necessary to adopt special laws regulating legal relations in the field of compulsory execution of court decisions and other executive documents, creating a strictly structured bailiff service for their implementation. Therefore, November 6, 1997 is rightfully considered the birthday of the Bailiff Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
International day of KVN- November 8
In 2001, on November 8, the country for the first time in history celebrated the international day of KVN. The idea of \u200b\u200bthe holiday was proposed by the president of the international club KVN Alexander Maslyakov. The date was chosen due to the fact that it was on November 8, 1961 that the first game of the club of the cheerful and resourceful was aired. The International Day of KVN has not yet been included in the register of UN world holidays, however, until now it has not become an official holiday in Russia. But given the scale of the KVN movement in the countries of the former Soviet Union, this cannot be ruled out.

Day of the employee of Sberbank of Russia has been celebrated since 1998. The date of November 12 was not chosen by chance: on October 30 (November 12 according to the new style), 1841, Emperor Nicholas I issued a decree on the establishment of savings banks in Russia “to provide all kinds of people with insufficient funds in a reliable and profitable way and to receive small amounts to preserve with interest increments ".

They monitor the production process and act to prevent the serious and dangerous consequences of material misuse and handling. The holiday of the security specialist was established on the initiative of the largest Internet security portal Sec.Ru in 2005. Now it is celebrated in almost all cities of Russia. The Sec.Ru portal itself holds the Miss Safety contest every year in honor of the holiday. The winners of the competition are awarded prizes and male attention.
World quality day- the 13th of November
World Quality Day has been held annually since 1989 on the second Thursday of November at the initiative of the largest international organizations for standardization and quality with the support of the United Nations. In 2005, the Board of the All-Russian Organization for Quality (VOK) decided to hold forums within the framework of the World Quality Day in Moscow and in the regions of the country. The first such forum was held in Saratov in 2005.
