At a height of 17 cm we knit 3 edge loops- purl. This is our fixed end of the cut.
Having knitted 38 (39-40) cm, move on to the neckline. We divide the work in half and knit both parts separately, remove from the central part after two loops, knitted with the front stitch, in every second row 13 times, one loop.
We collect 6 more loops from the central side. This will be the collar, we knit it with a 2x2 elastic band, starting with the second purl loop.
Having knitted 41 (42-43 cm), we form an armhole... We close 4 loops on both sides and subtract after the first and last three loops, knitted with a 1x1 elastic band.
In every second row 12 (13-14) times, one loop.
After 20 (21-22) cm from the edge of the neckline, close 8 edge loops of each shoulder.
Make the remaining loops in the form of a border. We knit 7 cm and close the loops.

Assembling the product

We carry out shoulder seams, sew the edges of the collar.
