  • Feather. Prepare a light feather before starting classes. Ask the baby to smile, slightly open his mouth, gently bite the tip of his tongue. Now he needs to exhale so that two air currents are formed. Check the strength and direction of breathing with a pen.
  • Sweets. The baby should open his mouth, smile and show his teeth. The flat tip of the tongue should be placed on the lower lip and left in this state for 10 seconds. While the child is doing the first task, take his favorite sweet and smear it on his upper lip. Have your baby lick the treat with a wide tongue using an up and down motion (not side to side).   • Swing. The child needs to shake his tongue from side to side, resting it on his cheeks.
