The game "Santa Claus is coming to us"

In this game, you are asked to first memorize the text:

Santa Claus is coming, coming to us,
Santa Claus is coming to us.
And we know that Santa Claus
He brings us gifts.

After the text has been repeated, we replace the words with movements. The first is replaced by the word "we". Instead of these words, everyone shows themselves. With each new performance, there are fewer words, and more gestures. Instead of the words "Santa Claus" everyone points to the door, the word "goes" is replaced by walking on the spot, the word "know" is to touch the forehead with the index finger, the word "gifts" is a gesture depicting a large bag. At the last performance, all words disappear, except for the prepositions and the verb "bears".

And, in general - to do the right thing.
And go to school every day.

FUN RELAY

This is a very fun and active game. It should not be done immediately after eating. For this relay, two chairs (or stools), two ropes on pegs, two buckets, and two balls will be useful.

The participants are divided into two teams. At the command of the leader, the players must complete the following tasks: jump over the rope, run around the chair, throw the ball into the bucket (it is advisable to get into it). The winner is the team that performs all the listed actions faster and more accurately.

WHO WILL COLLECT THE MOST SNOWFLAKES?

To start this competition, you need to arrange a mini-competition for cutting paper "snowflakes". To do this, you need to distribute colored and (or) shiny paper to the children in a size suitable for the future "snowflakes", give them scissors, and ask them to turn on all their imagination and skill and make paper "snowflakes".

After these small works of art are ready, you can start, in fact, the competition itself.

"Snowflakes" fall to sleep on the floor. At the command of the presenter (it can be a ringing of a bell, clap of hands, the words: “One, two, three, start!”) Children begin to collect “snowflakes”. Thus it is necessary to make sure that they collect "snowflakes" not by handfuls, but by the piece. The game ends when the host rings the bell again (or gives some other command). In this case, all participants stop, and everyone who knows how to count, counts his "trophy". If the participant still does not know how to count, then the leader helps him in this difficult matter. The winner is the one with the most snowflakes.

ACCURATE SHOOTER

This competition develops accuracy and attentiveness in children. For him, you need to prepare in advance "snowballs" (3 "snowballs" for one child) from a ball of cotton wool and wrap them in a shiny, multi-colored "rain". But if you did not have time to get ready, then you can instruct little craftsmen to do this. And as a prize, you can give them the same "snowballs" that they will make with their own hands. But, before handing out "snowballs", arrange such a competition.

Divide the participants into two teams. Each player must be given snowballs. Children take turns throwing snowballs into a hoop or basket, which must be prepared in advance and placed on the floor. The team with the most snowballs in the hoop wins.

SUMMER REMEMBER

This competition develops speed of reaction and attentiveness in children. To conduct it, you need to prepare in advance multi-colored "daisies" (according to the number of participants). Each petal of the future "chamomile" should be cut out of colored paper the size of a landscape sheet. It is also necessary to cut out a round center, suitable in size for the "chamomile".

Chamomile petals are laid out on the floor (mixed, colored side up). Participants stand near their "middle". At the command of the host, they begin to collect daisies. The winner is the player who has collected his own chamomile earlier and most correctly.

THE RIGHT SNOWMAN

To hold this competition, large sheets of blank paper must be prepared in advance. The size of the sheet will depend on the size of the snowman you want to see. You can take a sheet of A1 format (Whatman paper). The number of paper and markers (or markers) will depend on the number of participants.

The players are blindfolded (a scarf or scarf is suitable for this purpose), they are given a felt-tip pen. Each participant starts drawing a snowman. The winner is the one with the most accurate drawing (or more suitable for the image of a snowman).

This competition can be made as a team competition. Each team has three players. In this case, each participant will draw his own circle from a snowman. The team that does the best job wins.

BALL BASKETBALL

For this game, you will need to inflate two balloons in advance, prepare two baskets that would fit these balloons, and two rulers of 30-50 cm each.

The participants are divided into two teams. Each player must "bring" the ball with a ruler to the basket (through the air) and lower it with the same ruler into the basket standing on the floor. In this case, the ball must not fall to the floor and must not be touched by any part of the body. The winner is the team that is faster than the other (in turn) to bring the ball to the basket with the least errors. The game may end if the balloon bursts.

WHERE IS THE NOSE?

For the game to be successful, you need to draw a snowman in advance on a large sheet of paper (you can use a Whatman paper) and attach it to some vertical surface (wall, door, cabinet, etc.). Make a nose for this snowman separately: take a sheet of paper, roll it up in the shape of a nose ("potato", elongated) and wrap it with tape, but only with the sticky side up, so that the nose sticks to any surface.

Participants line up one after another, dividing into two teams. The queue can be set according to the numbers that are drawn in advance. The leader blindfolds each player with a handkerchief or scarf, then turns the participant around his axis with the words: "Spinning, spinning, everything will stick with us" and turns him to face the picture. The player must, blindfolded, stick the nose of the snowman. For each well-aimed gluing of the nose, the participant receives a snowflake. The team with the most snowflakes wins.

NEW YEAR PICTURES

This game develops children's attention. Both interesting and useful. It will require two identical pictures with drawings (Christmas trees, snowmen, snowflakes, sledges, skates).

The facilitator lays out the pictures on the table with the pictures down and shuffles them. Two participants take turns choosing two pictures. If the images match, then the player takes them for himself, if not, puts them back. The game continues until there are no pictures left on the table. The winner is the one who collects the most pictures.

BABKI-EZHKI

This is an active game. To carry it out, prepare in advance a broom (like a janitor's) or a broom, skittles (the number depends on the available distance). The participants must be divided into two teams. Each player runs on a broomstick (zigzag) between pins, placed at a distance of 2-3 m from one another. In this game, the team that runs faster with fewer pins wins.

Dashing chauffeurs

In this game, toy cars (preferably trucks) will come in handy, on which you can install glasses (or small buckets) of water, poured to the brim. The number of cars will depend on the number of participants. Numbers are attached to the participants' chest.

Rope of the same length (10-15 m) must be tied to the cars. At the command of the leader, the participants must quickly wind the rope around the stick, pulling the machine towards them. If the water splashes, the presenter calls out loudly the number of the "chauffeur", and he stops winding the rope for a second. The winner is the participant who pulled up the machine faster than the others and did not splash the water. You can play without water, only the rope must be lengthened.

BALL RIDING

This is a very fun and loud game. Before the game, you need to very much inflate the balloons. Each participant, as it were, sits on his own ball and begins to jump on it. The goal of the game is to jump on the ball as long as possible so that it does not burst.

The winner will be the one with the longest balloon burst.

FLIGHT ON SNOWFLAKES

For this outdoor game, we need to cut out 4 paper "snowflakes" the size of the shoes of the largest participant. "Snowflakes" can be made of plain white or colored paper, but it will be better if they are made of some thick paper (for example, whatman paper) or thin cardboard.

All participants must be divided into two teams. At the signal from the leader, the participants must put one "snowflake" on the floor and step on it with both feet (without stepping on the free floor), then put another one and step on it. So rearranging the "snowflakes", reach the chair. While the kids “fly” from “snowflake” to “snowflake”, the presenter can comment on their “flight”. Participants must return at a run. The team that "arrives" faster will win.

COCK-FIGHTS

This action-packed game can be played between two players and between two teams. Two participants stand opposite each other. At the command of the leader, the participants remove one hand behind their back and begin to jump on one leg. At the same time, they push each other with their free hand. The winner is the participant who holds out on one leg longer than the other (does not fall and stand on the other leg). If the game is played between teams, then each participant who wins is given a paper-cut "snowflake". The winner will be the team that has the most "snowflakes".

LOST UNDER THE CAP

For this game, you need to make a beautiful New Year's hat out of paper in advance, decorate it with tinsel, "rain", and paint it brightly.

One player is taken out of the room where the participants are. The remaining players (or the presenter) hide one participant under a bright blanket and cover them with a prepared cap. All other participants are swapped. When the leader leads the player who exited, the player must determine who is hidden under the hood.

NEW YEAR FIGURES

This competition develops the imagination and intelligence of young participants. The presenter distributes to each player a multi-colored, bright plasticine that does not stick to hands. Then he shows some letter (it is better to write letters in advance on separate cards). Participants must as quickly as possible blind something New Year's (or winter), starting with this letter. It can be a sled, a snowman, a Christmas tree, Santa Claus, a hat, mittens, felt boots. The winner will be the one who blinds the plasticine figurine the fastest.

FOUND RING

A large ring (about 20-25 cm in diameter) is suitable for this game. It can be made from wire or cut from some thick paper. And to make it elegant, it should be wrapped in shiny paper, tinsel or "rain". Participants sit on chairs in a circle. Each player is given a rope in which the ends are pre-tied, and a ring is threaded through this rope. The host (one of the little guests) stands in the middle of this circle. He is blindfolded with a handkerchief or scarf. The leader's task is to find a ring on a string, while all participants move it in a circle or in different directions. When the ring is found, the leader should be changed.

FUNNY SANCTIONS

In this game, the participants must be divided into 2-3 equal teams. Each player is given paper "sledges" tied on a thread (the length of the thread can be 1-1.2 m), which must be cut out in advance from the album sheet and decorated with 2-3 (depending on the number of teams) flowers. Each participant fixes his end of the string with "sleds" on the back of the belt so that the "sleds" freely touch the floor. If the participant cannot do this, the facilitator helps him. Each team has a different color of sled. At the signal from the leader, the players, running after each other, try to step on the “sled” of the “enemy”. Participants are not allowed to touch the threads and sledges with their hands. The player whose sled has been torn off is out of the game. The team that has the most "sledges" wins.

CHECKING THE ICICLE

This competition will require two participants. But it can be carried out until all those present have played enough in pairs.

In the middle of the rope you need to tie an "icicle". You can take it from old stocks of Christmas tree decorations or, if you have imagination and skill, make it yourself from paper, cotton wool or something else and wrap it with multi-colored paper, tinsel or "rain". Attach a simple pencil to the ends of the rope, also beautifully designed. Each participant stands on their side of the rope. His task is to wind his part of the rope around a pencil. The winner will be the one who reaches the "icicle" faster than the other.

JUMP IN THE NEW YEAR

For this competition, it is necessary to line up all the participants (if there are a very large number of participants, then they take half) in one line. At the command of the presenter, all participants "jump" into the New Year. The winner is the participant who jumped the farthest.

NAVIGATOR

It's just a fun game that doesn't require any skills from kids. For this game, you should prepare in advance binoculars and a rope 5-6 m long (or such a length that it is comparable to the size of the room in which the competition is held). On the floor, you need to put a rope, and not in an even strip, but in a winding way. The participant is given binoculars in his hands, turning it over so that the objects decrease. The participant, looking through binoculars, must walk along the entire length of the rope, trying to hit it with his feet more accurately. The winner will be the navigator who, more precisely than other navigators, will complete the entire course.

Is the backbone of every script for kids. Younger students can already be offered slightly more complex contests than preschoolers. At the same time, they are still children who believe in a fairy tale and sincerely enjoy the festive surroundings.

Students sit at tables in the classroom. Each table is a team whose representatives participate in various competitions. Competition winners are awarded with sweets, chocolates, waffles, apples, bananas, etc.

"Snow mission"

For this game, you can use a small ball or make a "snow" ball of cotton wool. Participants of the game stand in a circle and pass a "snow" ball in a circle. At the same time, they are sentenced:
We all ride a snowball
We all count to five.
One, two, three, four, five -
You should sing a song!

Whoever has a "snowball" on the last phrase fulfills this wish. The last phrase can be changed: "And you read poetry!", "You dance a dance!", "Tell you a fairy tale!" etc.

"Anecdote" with a beard ""

Contestants take turns telling jokes. If one of those present knows the continuation, the narrator is assigned a "beard", which is replaced by a piece of cotton wool. The winner is the one who ends up with fewer pieces of cotton wool.

"Chef competition"

For a certain time (for example, 5 minutes), the participants in the game must draw up New Year's menus. All dishes in it must begin with the letter "H" (New Year). The dishes on the menu for Santa Claus should begin with the letter "M", and for the Snow Maiden - with the letter "S". The winner is the one with the largest menu.

"I'll sing now!"

On New Year's Eve, it is customary to sing songs and lead round dances around the tree. But this activity can be varied. For example, after the presenter's clap, everyone begins to sing the well-known song "It's cold for a little Christmas tree in winter ...". On the second clap, singing out loud stops, but all the participants in the game continue to sing to themselves. On the third clap, everyone begins to sing out loud again. The one who entered inappropriately is eliminated.

"Fairy-tale character"

Cards are laid out on the table, on which the names of fairy-tale characters, cartoon characters are written (with the inscriptions down). The participant of the game pulls out any card and, having read what is written there, must, with the help of facial expressions, gestures, characteristic sounds, depict this character so that those present understand who they are talking about. The first person who guessed pulls out the next card.

"Cinderella"

The game is played by two people. Each participant is blindfolded and offered to disassemble his own slide, in which peas, beans, lentils, dried mountain ash are mixed (the ingredients can be changed, depending on what is in the house). Blindfolded participants sort the fruits into groups. The one who is the first to cope with the task won.

"Mysterious Prize"

A small gift (notebook, pen, etc.) is wrapped in paper, on which a piece of paper with a riddle is glued. Wrap it up in paper again - and again stick the piece with the riddle. There can be any number of such layers, it all depends on the number of players. The participant unfolds one layer of paper, reads the riddle to himself and says the answer aloud. Then he unfolds the next layer, again reads the riddle to himself and says the answer. If he does not know the answer, he reads the riddle aloud. The first person to guess this riddle unfolds the next layer of paper. The winner is the one who, having solved the last riddle, gets to the gift.

"Mobile phone"

The participants in the game call the numbers in order. Those who get the number 5 or multiples of it say "dzin-dzin". Those who get the number 7 and its multiples say "ding-dilin". The one who made a mistake is eliminated from the game.

"Choose a prize!"

Various gifts wrapped in small bags are attached to a long rope. The participant is blindfolded and given scissors. He must cut off some gift that he gets.

"Slipper for Cinderella"

The participants in the game put their shoes in a pile and blindfold themselves. The presenter shuffles the shoes into a pile and gives the command: "Find your shoe!" Blindfolded participants need to find their pair of shoes and put on shoes. Whoever copes with the task faster is the winner.

"Rushing"

For this competition, you will need sweet jelly or, for example, halva. The winner is the one who eats the portion offered to him the fastest with a toothpick.

"Harvest pickers"

The participants of the game are divided into 2 teams. The task of each team is to transfer as many oranges or tangerines as possible to a specific place in a certain time (for example, 10 minutes) without the help of hands.

"Guesses"

Each participant in the game is attached to the back of a piece of paper with the name of an animal, object, etc. (for example, an elephant, a pen, a pear, an airplane), but so that the players do not know what they have written in their papers. But they can read what is written on the back of others. Participants in the game should ask each other leading questions to find out what is written on their back. Answers can only be "yes" or "no". The one who is the first to guess his "name" is the winner. The game is played to the last guess. All receive incentive prizes.

"Sculptors"

This competition is best done outdoors. The host names a letter, and the participants of the competition must sculpt any thing out of the snow that starts with this letter. The one who blinds faster and more reliably won. At home, you can hold this competition using plasticine.

Magic tricks

Learn these simple tricks, and on New Year's Eve in the eyes of your guests you will become an unsurpassed magician.

The thread on the jacket

You notice a white thread on your jacket and try to brush it off, but the thread remains on the jacket. Then you grab the tip and pull. To your surprise (and the surprise of other people), it stretches on. You pull farther and farther until a few meters of string ends.

Focus secret: Before showing the trick, you put a small pencil in the inner pocket of your jacket, on which you wind several meters of thread from the spool. Use a needle to push the end of the thread through the fabric of the jacket to the outside. The main thing is that there are no traces left in your pocket after the demonstration of the trick, if especially vigilant spectators decide to examine your pockets. Therefore, the thread is wound around the pencil.

Three glasses and paper

Place two glass glasses on the table at some distance from each other. Place a sheet of paper on top.

Pick up the third glass and invite the audience to place it between the two glasses on a sheet of paper so that the paper does not bend. No one, of course, succeeds. Then you demonstrate your "magical" abilities.

Focus secret: Fold a sheet of paper like an accordion along the long side, then it can easily support the weight of even a glass beaker.

Magic rope

You sit down in front of the audience at the table, show them the rope, put it on the table and say: "I will tie a knot on this rope without using my hands."

After that, cross your arms over your chest. Taking one end of the rope with your left hand and the other with your right, you spread your arms to the sides. There really was a knot on the rope!

Focus secret: There is no particular secret here. You just need to take a rope at least 1 meter long. And, of course, carefully rehearse the number in order to be able to grab both ends of the rope from the table.

Magic "piglet"

You ask the audience for two coins in denominations of 1 and 5 rubles. Put a 1 ruble coin on a small piece of paper, trace the markings around it with a pencil and then carefully cut out a hole equal in diameter to this 1 ruble coin. After that, invite the viewers to insert a 5-ruble coin into this hole. Nobody knows how to do this. Then you can easily solve the proposed problem.

Focus secret: Of course, a 5-ruble coin will not fit into such a small hole. But if you fold a piece of paper in half so that the fold line is in the center of the hole, the hole will turn into a slit. Stretch the paper a little - the diameter of the hole will be enough for a coin to easily slip through it.

Without getting your hands wet

Take a large flat plate, place a coin on it and fill it with a little water so that it covers the coin. Then invite the audience to take the coin without getting their hands wet.

Focus secret: You light a piece of paper and put it in a glass. Then quickly turn the glass over and place it on the plate next to the coin. When the paper in the glass burns out and goes out, water from the plate will collect under it, and the coin will be on a dry place.

Three layouts

Take any 21 cards and place them face-up, three cards in seven rows. You should have three vertical columns of seven cards each. Invite a viewer to memorize one card and tell which column it is in. Carefully, one by one, put the cards of each column into piles, and then all the piles into one pile. In this case, the pile of cards from the column with the selected card must be placed in the middle between the other two. Then turn the pile face down, again lay out the cards in three columns of seven cards each and again ask the viewer to indicate in which column the selected card is located. Fold the cards in columns and put the indicated column of cards in the middle again. And finally, for the third time, lay out the cards and again put the column with the selected card between the other two. Count ten cards. The hidden card comes out eleventh.

Focus secret: the main thing is to always put the column with the hidden card between the other two.

Tricky trick

Take a deck of cards. Invite one of the spectators to choose and remember a card and put it on top of the deck without showing it to you. Then remove the deck and put the bottom of it on top. Lay the cards face up and point out the hidden card unmistakably.

Focus secret: To find the hidden card, let's use a little trick. Before demonstrating the focus, we memorize the lowest card of the deck. Now, when laying out the deck, the hidden card will lie in front of the card that we spied on.

Guessed card

You invite four spectators to sit down with you at the table. Everybody is dealt five cards. After that, the audience must memorize one card from those that are in their hands. You collect cards and lay them out on the table in five piles. Spectators choose one of the piles. You take the cards and fan them out to the audience. Then you ask which of them sees their card. Having received the answer, you unmistakably indicate the card that they remember.

Focus secret: You start collecting cards from the spectator, who sits to your left and further - clockwise. Moreover, you collect all five cards at once, and not one at a time. You will be the last to collect your cards, and they will be at the top of the deck. When you then lay out the cards in five piles, in any of them the cards are in the order in which the audience is seated at the table. If, for example, a third viewer recognizes "his" card, it will be the third, counting the stacks from above, etc.

Kings and Ladies

Kings and queens are selected from the deck. You lay them out in front of the audience in two rows - separately for the kings and separately for the ladies. Add cards by placing a stack of kings on top of a stack of queens. The audience can shoot the resulting deck of eight cards any number of times. Then you hide the cards behind your back, draw out two cards and show them to the audience. They see that this is the king and queen of the same suit.

Focus secret: Initially, you fold the cards so that the sequence of suits in both decks is the same. Behind your back, you divide the deck into two of four cards and take the top card from each mini-deck. It will always be the king and queen of the same suit.

Target number

Invite a viewer to think of a number. After that, the viewer must multiply it by 2, then add 8, divide by 2 and subtract the number that he intended. After a significant pause, you announce that the resulting number is 4.

Focus secret: There is no secret, pure mathematics!
