Before starting work, it is advisable to make a product template. The diagram is needed to understand where and which element is supposed to be used. It is drawn manually. The sheets of paper are cut into strips 5 mm wide. The length of each strip should be 21 cm.

In the first row of the crown, details are provided in the form of circles.

They are done by winding the strip on a toothpick. The resulting tube opens slightly, and the free end of the paper is fixed with glue. For the base of the crown, 18 similar elements should be created. The circles are glued together in a single line. The second row contains diamond-shaped details. Rhombuses are made in the same way as circles, but at the time of the opening of the tube, you should press the circle with your fingers on both sides, forming a rhombus. The tip of the strip is also glued.

Rhombuses are glued between the circles. The third line of the crown consists entirely of circles that are fixed between the rhombuses. Do not forget about the alternation of paper colors. This crown contains the main central piece in the form of a snowflake. It needs to be made separately.

Before you form this element, you should make drop-shaped blanks. They are created by the usual winding on a toothpick.

During the slow blooming of the strip, it is necessary to smoothly press the circle from both sides. Glue the paper tip. For a snowflake, you need 12 drops of different colors and 7 rhombuses. The elements are glued together, as shown in the photo.

  3. We glue round blanks.
  4. We glue rhombuses into the spaces between the round elements.
  5. We glue the third row with round elements, gluing them between the rhombuses.
  6. We make a snowflake-tiara. We glue 6 ovals.
  7. Put another 6 ovals of a different color in the spaces between them.

  9. We glue the double rhombus into the base crown.
  10. From the seamy side we coat the structure with glue, leave it to dry.

How to make a paper crown for a king?

Materials:

  • 10 paper squares 8x8 cm;
  • pVA glue.

Instructions:

  1. We fold paper blanks diagonally.
  2. Fold the resulting triangles in half.
  3. We open the workpiece, coat the right half with glue, put in a triangle, press it.
  4. We lay out the nested triangle and also coat it with glue, put the next one.
  5. Repeat steps 3-4 7 times.
  6. To give the crown a round shape, open the first blank and glue it to the last one. The folds of the triangles should be facing outward.

How to make a paper crown with your own hands?
