Sweet pumpkin balls

NECESSARY: 500 g pumpkin pulp, 3 eggs, 2 apples, 1 glass of milk, 100 g sugar, 100 g shortbread cookies, 1 tbsp. l. cocoa, 2 tbsp. l. raisins, breadcrumbs.

COOKING: diced pumpkin and apples should be poured with half a glass of milk and simmered for 20 minutes, gradually adding the rest of the milk. Grind the resulting mixture in a blender or rub through a sieve, and then put on fire for a few more minutes. Add 80 g of chopped biscuits, raisins, cocoa, sugar to the mixture and mix everything well. From the resulting dough, you can already roll small balls. Now they need to be breaded: for breading, mix eggs, crackers and the remaining 20 g of crushed cookies. Now the balls need to be dipped there and fried in in large numbers sunflower oil. And then roll in powdered sugar.
