Thick cardboard, white or light beige paper, a sheet of colored cardboard, beads No. 8 different colors, wire for beading, acrylic paint, bristle brush, piece of foam rubber, acrylic contour, pencil, ruler, glue stick, transparent glue "Contact" or "Moment", scissors, stationery elastic bands.

do not leave them open, place them on the table with the sharp end away from you;
Do not take glue in your mouth, if it gets into your eyes, rinse with plenty of water;
keep order in the workplace.
The sequence of making a pencil holder.
1. We will make a pencil from a piece thick cardboard.
It is necessary to determine the size of the rectangle from which we will make the base of the pencil holder: in in this case height - 10 cm, length - 19 cm. The length of the rectangle depends on the diameter of the product (can, bottle, etc.), around which we will lay well-moistened cardboard.
Fix the cardboard with rubber bands. Dry.

If there is no thick cardboard, then any ready-made cardboard tubes can be used as a base.

The bottom of the pencil holder is about 4 cm larger than the base diameter.
We cut it out from the same cardboard.

We glue the joint of the base of the pencil holder and additionally glue it with a circular strip of paper.

Cut out rectangles from white paper, slightly larger than the height and length of the rectangle of the base of the pencil holder and the diameter of the bottom. We wrinkle the paper well, and then smooth it out.

Glue the bottom of the pencil holder and its base with crumpled paper. Glue the allowances on seamy side, previously, making notches at a distance of 1 cm from each other.

The blank of the pencil holder is ready!

2. We make pencils from beads using the technique of parallel beading.
Choose the colors of the pencil beads (green, red, yellow, orange, blue).
We string 3 beads on the wire: 1 green, 2 white. We close the wire into a ring and, with the opposite end, pull it through 2 white beads. We tighten in the middle of the wire.

We string 3 white beads on one end of the wire. Pull the other end of the wire through these beads in the opposite direction. We are tightening.

Similarly, we make the next row of 4 white beads.

The subsequent rows are made in the same way from colored beads. Each row contains 4 beads.

V last row the ends of the wire are connected, twisted tightly, cut off (leaving a tail of 5 mm) and bent to the wrong side.

Schematic representation of the sequence of making a pencil from beads using the parallel knitting technique.

The number of pencils and their length are determined by the size of the pencil holder.
In this case:
5 multi-colored pencils with 9 colored rows of beads (wire length 30 cm);
5 multi-colored pencils with 14 colored rows of beads (wire length 40 cm);
5 multi-colored pencils with 19 colored rows of beads (wire length 55 cm)

3. We decorate the pencil holder.
Choosing acrylic paint suitable color.
Enough wide brush we collect a little paint from the bristle, leave all the excess on a sheet of paper. With an almost dry brush, vertical movements go along the base and bottom of the pencil holder.

We paint all the edges with acrylic paint with foam rubber.

Cut out a rectangle of 9.5 cm by 20 cm from colored cardboard of a suitable color.

With this rectangle we glue the inside of the pencil holder.
Glue the bottom of the pencil holder to the base.

The pencil can be decorated with an acrylic outline.

We choose the sequence of the arrangement of the pencils on the pencil holder.

We string pencils made of beads onto the wire in the selected order (we stretch the wire into the sixth row from the bottom). We collect beads between the pencils to fill in the distance between them. The number of beads is determined individually.

Glue outer part bottom. Cut off the excess.

My pencil got bored:
- Why won't you give me the paper?
And I stand without work,
But he could have created a landscape!
Isn't a portrait needed?
Yes, such - what not!
Please do not be shy
Well listen to my advice!
I can build a house
He will be next to the pond,
Here is the window, here is the porch,
It will be comfortable to live in it!
And draws a pencil:
A portrait for me, a landscape for you,
And for someone he is building a house,
Maybe this house is yours!
