Introduction

Educational and methodological guide is intended for independent and extracurricular training of students when studying the topic "Recipe registration rules."

This tutorial written in accordance with GEF and working program academic discipline.01 "The sale of drugs and goods of the pharmacy assortment"; MDC 01.02 "Vacation of medicines and pharmacy assortment products."

In the practical activity of pharmaceutical workers, knowledge of general formulation has great importancesince the recipe is binder link Between the doctor, the paramiste, pharmacist and the patient.

The manual complies with modern regulatory documentation regulating the requirements for writing and designing recipes for outpatient patients.

The manual sets out the main provisions on the general formulation, the structure of the recipe, form of prescription forms, requirements for their design, the duration of the recipes are given. The manual includes practical situational tasks.

The benefit will allow students to purposefully and systematically explore the section "Rules for writing recipes" and create a holistic presentation on the studied section of the specialist training program. Before considering the question concerning the forms of recipes (prescription forms), it should be understood that it represents a "recipe" in medicine. The unequivocal clear definition of the "recipe" legislator does not give. Therefore, we turn to " Intellular dictionary Russian language "S.I. Ozhegova where we see such a definition of a "recipe" is the prescription of the doctor about the composition of the medicine, about making some medical agent and about the method of application of its patient. The legislation also has the only definition of a "prescription for a drug" - the written purpose of the drug on a prescribed form issued by a medical worker who has the right to issue a drug or its manufacturers and holidays (p. 54 - 4 of Law No. 61 -FZ). But recipes are discharged not only for drugs. Medicinal preparations and medical products are subject to appointment and are issued strictly on prescription blanks, with the exception of those drugs that are released without a recipe. This is enshrined in the following legislation:

Federal Law of 21.11.2011 No. 323-FZ "On the Protection of Citizens" (hereinafter - Law No. 323-FZ);
Federal Law of 12.04.2010 No. 61-FZ "On Contacting Medicines" (hereinafter - Law No. 61-FZ);
