To build it, a special scenario is needed - a kind of arrangement of the material that permeates the entire content and is, as it were, a cementing principle.

The value of holidays and entertainment in the process of environmental education of children it is difficult to overestimate. As many studies show, the harmonious formation of a child's personality is impossible without an emotional attitude to the world around him. In order to overcome the discrepancy between knowledge of moral norms and the real behavior of children, it is necessary that there is not only an understanding of a particular situation, but also positive attitude to the event. At the present stage, preschool institutions annually hold holidays and entertainment dedicated to environmental events, for example, Earth Day, Bird Day, etc. Interesting holidays and entertainment dedicated to writers and poets writing about nature, for example, A.S. Pushkin , V. Bianchi, M. Prishvin and others.

Emotional development, "education of feelings" of children is carried out under the influence of adults, who, as it were, set the child standards of emotional attitude to the environment, including nature.

The role of holidays and entertainment lies in the strongest impact on the emotional sphere of the child's personality. Children's feelings are influenced by the colorful decoration of the holiday, musical accompaniment, artistic word, character costumes, etc.

The style of the adult's leadership in organizing parties and entertainment for children is very important. The scenario should be thought out in such a way that each child feels not a spectator, but a participant in joint activities, can show independence during the holiday, choose one or another method of action, an act, show compassion, a desire to help one or another character.

Emotions give rise to an attitude, affect the personality of the child as a whole, therefore, holidays and entertainment should be held regularly, completing any season or content block with them (but not more often than once every 1.5-2 months).

Environmental holidays and entertainment carry a certain load in accordance with a special content.It is important in such holidays not so much the reproduction of familiar pieces of music, poems, games, guessing riddles on themes of nature, but the involvement of children in the experience of events, in the awareness of environmental problems that are understandable children. In the course of the plot of a fairy tale played out by children, a separate episode of it, it is necessary to evoke in children the experience of humane feelings, sympathy, an acute desire to help the heroes or to solve the problem situation that has arisen.

The child's living of events, various situations, the accumulation of experience in solving environmental problems in accordance with the assumed role is the basis for the subsequent choice of the correct ways of behaving in similar or similar situations.

Among the important factors influencing the ecological education of children during the holidays and entertainment is the activity of the child in a group of peers. Here the child demonstrates his abilities, asserts himself, performs actions in accordance with moral standards, deeper realizes how to act in one or another case.

Preparing for holidays and entertainment is carried out by educators in conjunction with the music director. Educators take on the role of the presenter, as well as individual characters. Holidays with the participation of teachers bring a lot of joy to children.

Quizzes and crosswords are now widely used in the practice of environmental education. These methods of work are used in senior preschool age and are aimed at the intellectual development of children, since they require reproduction, actualization of ideas about the facts of nature, patterns known to children. At the same time, the joy of a correctly solved problem, the satisfaction experienced by the child, strengthens interest in nature, awakens curiosity, and, therefore, these methods of work are also useful to use.

When preparing for entertainment with children (quizzes, evenings of riddles, solving crosswords), it is necessary to think over the organization of the children, the design of the group room (or hall), didactic material, ways of activating and encouraging children.

Children's interest in completing tasks and experiencing intellectual emotions are provided by unexpected play situations; the need to make decisions in a short time; communication with peers; competitiveness; satisfaction from a successful, correct answer and demonstration of their abilities; satisfaction from the prize received.

When developing the content of quizzes, crosswords, the educator should pay attention to the ability of children to establish connections and relationships in nature, mastery of subject concepts.

The organization and holding of ecological holidays is one of the most interesting forms of ecological education of preschoolers, as it is able to evoke a positive emotional response from participants and spectators to their natural content.

In our opinion, the most complete concept is the definition proposed by SD Deryabo, VA Yasvin: "An ecological holiday is a form of ecological education, which is a set of ecological events timed to coincide with a certain date."

This issue was dealt with by such researchers as Deryabo S.D., Yasvin V.A., Zatsepina M.B., Molodova L.P., Nikolaeva S.N., Ryzhova N.A. and etc.

Ecological holidays provide great educational opportunities and have a positive effect on the emotional development of preschoolers. The emotions that the child received from the holiday also contribute to social and moral development.

With the help of stage images, children tell about the rules of behavior in nature not only to their peers, but also to adults, which is very important for raising the general level of the ecological culture of people. Ecological holidays deepen the assimilation of ecological knowledge, knowledge about nature, its cause-and-effect relationships, which contributes to the emergence of emotional assessment.

Holidays influence the accumulation and actualization of the ecological experience of both children and adults.

The pedagogical meaning of ecological holidays is to evoke in children a positive emotional response to their natural content.

Emotions give rise to an attitude, affect the personality of a preschooler as a whole, therefore it is recommended to hold the holidays regularly, ending the season or any meaningful block with them.

Our research was aimed at studying the emotional attitude towards inanimate nature in children and their relationship to ecological holidays.

During the survey, the following results were obtained: holidays for children are a non-priority type of activity, the teacher does not try to activate all children to participate in the preparation and conduct of holidays, do not show a desire to participate in holidays, there is no activity in preparation for the holiday.

Thus, our task was to improve work in this direction by organizing and holding ecological holidays.

Based on the results of our work, the following conclusions can be drawn: with the help of the developed plan for holding ecological holidays, we managed to successfully implement it and thereby develop a positive emotional attitude towards inanimate nature in older preschool children; the level of activity and interest in ecological holidays increased among children, as well as the work carried out contributed to the accumulation of ecological experience of children, the ability to communicate and cooperate with each other.

Ecological holiday number 1

"The earth is our common Home

Target: to consolidate in children knowledge about the inhabitants of the Earth (animals, insects, plants); continue to form a respectful attitude towards inanimate nature; to consolidate the passed material; develop a positive emotional attitude.

Preparatory work: conducting preliminary classes - "Defend the Earth!" and “Who lives on Earth?”; in the classroom visual activity children draw the inhabitants of the Earth and prepare an exhibition on the theme "Portrait of the Earth"; the teacher together with the children prepare invitations to a holiday for parents; children learn riddles and poems; they learn the songs and dances necessary for the holiday.

Hall decoration: on the central wall of the hall there is a panel with the image of the globe, around it are depicted various animals, insects and plants (flowers, trees), above the panel there is an inscription “The Earth is our Home!”.
